So looks like my prediction from yesterday was right, my butt is pretty sore 😅. It's a good thing though, once I get a consistent workout schedule like I do now I hardly ever get sore. So it shows that I'm still pushing myself and not just going through the motions. I need to find some exercises that'll make my upper body sore though. I think I just need to use lighter weights and more reps on certain exercises and the opposite on others. I just need to figure out which exercises.
On the food front, I haven't been hungry at all and I still feel kinda nauseous sometimes. And I've noticed I'm almost always bloated and kinda backed up towards the end of the day. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with coffee. Before I started drinking it again I had pretty good digestion, but I think it's laxative affects or other chemicals fuck with my gut microbes and digestions overall. Which really sucks because I fucking love coffee and that energy boost it gives me 😕. I'm trying to cut back, I used to have something like 400mg of caffeine a day, and now I'm down to like 250-300mg. I just hope my body figures its shit out 😅
