My breathing had become heavier the longer I stayed in the same position, eventually waking myself up more. I shifted my arms a little so the blood circulation flowed better, but trying hard to not wake the sleeping person laying with me. Whenever I had to breathe a bit harsher than normal, I had to raise my head away from them and breathe away.

Coughing and sneezing just wasn't an option for me.

Biting my lip, I slowly let out my held breath, trying to calm my rapid heart beat. But the sight before me was just too pure and beautiful, I couldn't help but become happier. My cheeks heated up at the thought of the person waking up, noticing my gaze on them.

He is just too cute!

I waited for a minute, contemplating my next moves. When I glanced to my side, I noticed my phone sitting on the table near me. Gently, I pried my hand off his back and reached for my phone. When I got it within my grasp easily, I smiled happily and refrained from making any other noises.

My phone clicked on, a small little tick that I hadn't paid much mind too. Yet, the person laying on my chest had very much heard it. He shuffled, leaning up and digging his head in my neck. I held my breath, worried that I had woken him while trying to free my mind from it's boredom. From there he stilled again, although his grip around my waist had increasingly tightened.

I closed my eyes, calming myself for a second before paying attention back onto my phone. I immediately went to the camera app, turning the camera for a selfie. Reaching up with my left hand, I gently leaned my head more into my boyfriend as he slept peacefully on my side. I made a few faces for different pictures before slowly bringing back my phone.

"Did you get a good photo?"

"Yeah..."

I smiled at my phone, gently tracing my fingers over the screen, onto the white covers that hugged him securely. Then my head registered who it was I was talking to and I froze, guilt inching up my body. I let out a nervous laugh.

"Haha, babe...." I say, biting my lip again so that I didn't say anything else.

Geumhyuk smiled into my neck. "Send me them." His hands folded around my sides, pulling me even closer than he had while he slept. "I want them too."

I clenched my eyes shut in both guilt and embarrassment. But the comfortable feeling that he gave off was tempting me to cuddle him right back. "Did I wake you...?"

He nods, making me sigh. "It's alright, though. I'd like to be awake to enjoy moments like these." Geumhyuk's breath sent chills down my spine, forcing my brain to yell at my heart for reacting when I was in the wrong.

He stayed there for a moment before leaning back to gauge my expression. "What? What's wrong? Your heart was beating like crazy earlier, but now you are quiet?"

I turned my head, leaning back so that I could look him in the eyes. "Are you done teasing me?"

Geumhyuk grinned, his pretty smile melting what was left of my heart. "Nooo," he giggles, fingers beginning to trace patterns on my hip as he attempted to distract me. "What are you up so early for anyway?"

"Good save," I laugh, rolling my eyes. "But I'm up because I couldn't sleep."

He stares at me. "You okay?" He questions sincerely, worry beginning to form between his eyebrows. It instantly subsided when I smiled brightly and flattened out the bunched brows with my thumb. "You sure, baby?"

I nodded happily. "I'll be alright. Just a little nightmare." Leaning forward, I placed our foreheads together and pecked his nose.

Geumhyuk's lips curved upward before he made them into a pout, pushing them out for me. "Kiss."

Raising a brow, I stared at him in disbelief.

"Please?" He adds, lips still puckered.

Not wanting to disappoint, I placed a soft kiss onto his lips to please him. Afterward, he cuddled right back into my neck and pulled me closer. His long arms wrapped around my waist, locking me in his grip. Geumhyuk nuzzled his head so that the sunlight in the room was no longer on his eyes.

My right hand placed on his back while my left hand dropped the phone back on the table before laying on his head. I breathed in slowly, feeling the heat coming off of him and allowing my eyes to close. I started to feel the fatigue bring me in deep, pulling me away from my awareness until I fell asleep.

I promise I didn’t forget about this! I got really busy and was either way too tired to write or didn’t have time to write. I hope this is what you were looking for! I’m sorry if the ending suck but I’m trying to get back into writing so the whole thing might suck. As I was finishing this Thrilla Killa decided to play so I was dead. I will try to write the other story you requested soon! Let me know if anything is spelled wrong or if the story isn’t what you were thinking of! This somewhat killed me to write since Lou is one of my biases in VAV! ~Luna

You walked down the hallway towards your next class and watched as almost every guy watched you walk by. You smiled to yourself knowing the reason for this. You were always dressed so you looked your best so you could get all of the guys attention. You were somewhat known around campus and this pleased you for some reason. There was just one guy you couldn’t get attention from. Kim Hosung better known as Lou. For some reason he would never look your way when you walked by. You know it had nothing to do with a girl because he was the resident f*ckboy. So why wouldn’t he look at you!

You frowned when you watch him look up make eye contact with you before quickly looking back down at his phone and talking with his friends. You were about to give up on getting his attention. The problem was that it bothered you way to much to just give up. You had one more plan up your sleeve that you would put into effect after class. It just so happened that you have the next class with him so you just had to wait for that to end. 

~After Class~

As soon as the professor left you watched as everyone got up and left the room except Lou. You quickly got up and walked over to the door. You waited for the last of the students to walk out before closing the door and locking it. You watched as a confused expression appeared on Lou’s face before you walked over to him. You stood right in front of his desk and place your hands on it leaning down so you were closer. 

“Why won’t you notice me?” You ask getting straight to the point. 

“I’ve noticed you. We made eye contact this morning.” He says. 

“But you never keep the eye contact for very long. Am I not pretty enough for you?” You ask as you stand straight again and huff. 

“It’s not that.” He says as you notice him start to get nervous. 

That’s odd. I’ve never seen him get nervous around anyone else. You think before you focus back on the conversation. 

“Then what is the reason?” 

You hear him mumble something under his breath while rubbing his neck and you just stare at him. 

“Sorry you’ll have to say that again. I couldn’t hear what you said.” You say as you continue to stare. 

“It’s because you’re way too pretty. I’m in love with you and I’m don’t know what to do about it. This hasn’t really ever happened to me.” He says as he makes eye contact with you and you notice a small blush on his face. 

“Well I know one thing we can do about that.” You say with a smirk on your face. 

“You can’t be serious. We’re in a classroom someone will surely hear us. Not to mention I also just told you that I’m in love with you.” He said with a straight face. 

“I’m being completely serious. I know what you said and I would be lying if I didn’t tell you that I’m in love with you as well. I only really did what I did to hopefully get your attention and make you somewhat jealous.” You said as you walk around the desk. 

“Well then it definitely worked.” He said as he pulled you close and into a kiss. 

You pressed yourself up against him and melted into the kiss. He put his hands on your cheeks and started to deepen the kiss. You felt as his tongue was swept across your bottom lip. You smirked as you kept your lips closed deciding to deny him entrance. You felt one hand slide down to your butt before giving it a squeeze and you gasped. He took that opportunity and slipped his tongue past your lips. You tried to fight for dominance but you ultimately lost and he took control of the situation. 

He pulled away to catch his breath before he attached himself to your neck and started to suck and bite with way around. When he reached your pulse point you gasped and grabbed onto him harder. You felt him grab your thighs and lift you onto the nearest desk. You were now sat on the desk with him in between your legs attacking your neck. He finally pulled back and admired the spot that now littered your neck and smirked. You grabbed the hem of your shirt and quickly pulled it off and he did the same. You both started to kiss again and your hands roamed each other’s bodies. You parted from the kiss and started to leave your own mark on his neck as you unbuttoned his pants. You felt him do the same and soon you both only had your underwear on. He started to move down to your chest sucking and biting as he went. He was playing with the waistband of your underwear before he pulled back and pulled them off. He continued his journey down your chest but now he shoved three fingers into your mouth to suck on. You gasped out as he started to suck on one of your nipples and  you could feel him smirk. He moved back up and started to kiss you again as he inserted a finger into you. You let out a moan as he started to move it before interesting the second one and scissoring them. 

You let your hands roam into his hair and when he added the third finger you moaned and pulled on his hair. He stopped kissing you and went to suck on the other nipple. You still had his hair grasped in your hands as you were panting and moaning. He soon stopped sucking and pulled his fingers out as he stepped back a little. You whined at the loss of touch when you watched as he pulled his underwear off. You got off the desk and grabbed your backpack. You quickly grabbed out what you were looking for and walked back over to him. 

“You just have one of these in your backpack?” He asked as you handed him the condom. 

“Yeah, I need to be prepared for anything.” You said as you sit back on the desk. 

He laughs as he opens the package and rolls it on. He stands between your legs again and positions himself at your entrance. 

“You ready (Y/N)?” He asks looking you in the eyes. 

“I’ve been ready.” You say as you look at him with the same serious expression. 

He smirks as he kisses you and slowly starts to push in. You gasp and moan until he’s bottomed out and then you try and catch your breath. Once you’re ready for him to move you nod your head. He starts to slowly thrust into you and you throw your head back as you moan. You have your hands in his hair as he start to abuse your nipples again. He starts to thrust faster and you scream when he hits your g-spot. He smirks as he pulls away and starts to thrust harder and faster into that spot. You moan and scream as he continues to abuse the spot when you start to feel a familiar knot build in your stomach. You wrap your arms around his neck and pull him into a kiss as you get closer. 

“I’m close.” You pant out against his lips. 

“Me too.” You hear him grunt. 

You start to feel his thrust getting sloppier and he leans you back so your back is arching off the desk with every thrust. He still kissing you as he is now hovering over you. You break from the kiss as you scream out in pleasure and your back arches so your chests are pressed together. He continues to thrust until you feel him bottom out and grunt as he reaches his release. He pulls out before taking the condom off and tying it off. He tosses it in the trash and starts to kiss all over your face.

“That was amazing.” You say panting as you smile at him. 

“I’m glad you liked it. I think we should talk about what’s going to happen from now on when we recover.” He says as he smiles down at you. 

“I already have an answer to that.” You say as you slowly sit up. 

He looks at you with a questioning look as he starts to look for his clothes.

“I think we should try dating. It’s something new to both of us but, I think we can make it work.” You say as you start to get dressed again. 

“That’s what I was going to suggest.” He says as he buttons his pants and walks over to kiss the top of your head. 

“So it’s agreed then. We are now dating.” You say as you smile and slip on your shirt. 

He smiles at you as he grabs his stuff and helps you grab your’s. You grab his hand and walk over to the door. You unlock it and when you open it you make sure no one was around before you walk out of the room. 

“Let’s agree never to do that in a classroom again.” He says as you walk down the hall. 

“I won’t agree to that.” You say with a smirk on your face. 

“(Y/N) I’m being serious. What if someone caught us?” He says as you start to laugh. 

“Relax Hosung I was kidding.” You say as you continue to laugh.

Picnic - St.Van

(Admin: Sxng, I’ve never made kimbap before because I’m allergic to seaweed but I did watch my dad make some for the volunteers. Also sorry the ending is abrupt I felt like if I didn’t end it there I’d never actually finish writing it.)

“Why did you wake me up so early,” you grumble sitting on the chair next to Geumhyuk’s.

“Help me make kimbap,” Geumhyuk says softly you let out a heavy sigh but comply anyway pulling one of the rolling mats closer to you, “we’re going on a date,” Geumhyuk says with a small laugh.

“All of a sudden?” You mumble, “I give you my apartment passcode and you wake me up at eight AM to make kimbap and go on a date,” you say with a sigh laying one of the seaweed lavers on the sheet.

“It’s not just any date,” Geumhyuk says softly smiling to himself while he sets out the plates with the stuff to put into the rolls on the counter, “we’re going on a picnic,” Geumhyuk says with a small laugh.

“You never get like this,” you say with a small laugh, “did something good happen?” You ask while rolling the kimbap he hums.

“I got a bonus,” Geumhyuk explains putting a kimbap roll to the side before making another one.

The two of you talk back and forth a little more while you finish the kimbap Geumhyuk cuts the kimbap into rounds leaving a few whole rolls in your fridge. Geumhyuk picks up the lunchbox by the handle gesturing for the two of you to leave. The two of you decide on taking a taxi to the park since it is quite a long walk and it just makes more sense to both of you to take a taxi. Geumhyuk and you decide on a nice spot near a tree.

“Do you want to wait here while I go and get drinks?” Geumhyuk asks softly you hum nodding before sitting down next to where he sat the lunchbox, “what do you want?” He cocks his head to the side waiting for your response.

“Anything’s fine,” you say with a small nod smiling up at him, “hurry back,” you call when he starts to walk away.

You scroll through random articles that come up tapping one on the side once you finish the first until Geumhyuk sits your drink in front of you sitting next to you. You take Geumhyuk putting your phone down beside you Geumhyuk opens the lunchbox letting you see what else is in it besides the kimbap he woke you up for.

“You’re too good to me,” you say breathily looking at the food he prepared, “it looks delicious,” you say with a small laugh that he returns with a soft shy one.

“Thank you,” Geumhyuk mutters under his breath, “eat as much as you want,” he says softly nodding towards the lunchbox, “what should we do after we eat though?” Geumhyuk inquires.

“We can go for a walk or we can go get something sweet from the cafe,” you suggest, “since we’re already out,” you say softly picking up a piece of the rolled omelet he had made holding it out to him.

“Let’s do both,” he suggests before taking a bite of the omelet.

“Alright, we can go to the cafe and then walk afterward,” you say with a nod.

Masterlist

A/N: This is my new masterlist. I was going to just make a second masterlist but then I thought it would be a great idea to organize all my works and make tiny masterlists within this giant masterlist. So for example I have a masterlist linked in here just for my vav works titled “VAV Masterlist” depending on how much I’ve written for a certain group determines if they get their own masterlist. If there’s not a lot of pieces for a group or idol those pieces will be at the bottom. Also if I think I plan on writing for more of a certain group or idol they will get their own masterlist as well. The “Odds and Ends Masterlist” is for any edits I’ve made that aren’t moodboards or pieces that aren’t fanfics.

At the time I am putting this up unfortunately it is not complete as there are plenty of drafts that are not done. When I finish them they will be linked in the masterlist. Some things might change, I might decide  don’t want to continue to write on something so I will delete it from the list, the ones that don’t have links yet. Those I either have not started of have not finished. Another problem some links don’t exist when you click on them or they were there and then magically disappeared so I have to search for them again and reposted those :( I just checked my “odds and ends masterlist” and apparently that url does not exist so I will get it fixed it will just be awhile. I have to constantly go back and forth between desktop and mobile to find things and I’m just really so at trying to update the masterlist. Hoping I can get the links and things all fingered out and then I can just worry about writing the fics.

    “Babygirl, don’t swing that around. If you drop it, Daddy and Uncles won’t have food.” You gently scolded your daughter as she happily started twirling around in the elevator-a bag full of food grasped in her tiny hands.

    She pouted up at you and stopped spinning just as you crouched down to her height. “Is it getting heavy for you? Want Mommy to hold it?” You asked her, holding your hand out.

    Her head jerked back and forth as she stepped away from you, the bag clutched tight to her chest. “I’m a big girl! I can carry it! I wanna show Uncle Ayno and Uncle Ziu I’m not a baby!” She wailed.

    You smiled at her adorable antics and scrunched your nose at her. “Okay Baby. We’ll show them you’re grown up.” You told her, trying your hardest to keep the teasing tone out of your voice.

    She nodded her head in determination right as the elevator dinged, indicating you were on the right floor. You held a hand out to make sure the door wouldn’t close on your child as she zoomed out and into the hallway where she immediately followed the familiar path to her father’s practice studio. “Mommy, are they in there?!” She asked loudly, while trying to whisper to you.

    You could hear them whispering to each other, and a specific loud mouth asking if he heard someone at the door. So you just shrugged at her and held her hand while waiting for the boys to open it for you. “Let’s find out, yeah?” You replied simply, getting her to nod excited up at you.

    Not even a minute later, two familiar faces peaked out to see what the commotion was, eyes glinting mischievously at seeing the familiar mop of black hair clinging to your hand. “Y/N where’s Yoona? How could you have possibly left our favorite little girl at home?!” Ayno pouted at you while Ziu opened the door wider and allowed you both inside.

    At hearing your name, your boyfriend of 8 years looked over in your direction wide eyed. “Y/N is here?!” He yelped, quickly rushing up to your little group and immediately crouching down to take his squealing little girl into his arms.

    You smiled at the sight and giggled a little bit as Yoona was passed around the group, gaining kisses from all her uncles. “I thought you were staying home with her today. What if you’d gotten hurt or kidnapped? You should’ve told me you were stopping by for a visit, I would’ve asked for a driver.” He gushed, checking you over for anything wrong while Yoona managed to stop in Ayno’s arms and hug him around his neck.

    You pressed your hands against St. Van’s cheeks and squished them a little, giving him a bright smile. “I drove here. We’re fine. It’s okay My Love. Breathe in, and breathe out. Everything is okay. See? Look, Yoona is with her favorite uncle now.” You replied to him, motioning towards Ayno who was zooming around with the raven-haired toddler wrapped around his neck and back squealing happily.

    You sighed in content at the sounds of your daughter having fun with her uncles, and stepped into St. Van’s arms, smiling a little when his arms wrapped around your automatically. “Oh! I brought food in case anyone is hungry!” You said suddenly, looking up at him.

    St. Van smirked and spun you around. “I knew I picked you for a reason. Hey! Who’s hungry!” He chuckled, setting you down right as he called for the others.

    “I am! I am!” Your child screamed from her perch on Ziu’s shoulders.

    You smiled over at her and tried stepping out of St. Van’s arms, wanting to go set the food down on the table set up in the back corner. “Babe, can I put down the stuff please?” You asked him softly, chuckling a little when he grunted and held you tighter.

    It took the both of you waddling over to the table for him to finally be content enough to let you go long enough to set the food out for grabs. “Okay, that’s done, now come back here.” He pouted, wrapping you up in his arms again just as a pair of loud yells sounded behind you.

    You squealed just as Ayno and Ziu zoomed into the area with Yoona giggling happily atop one of their shoulders. “Yayyyy! Food!” She yelled happily as Ayno grabbed a tiny piece of food to feed her with.

    The rest of the group was too busy either recording the fiasco, or laughing at how everything was turning out to even try stepping over to the food. “Ya! Let us eat too!” Ace grumbled in fake annoyance.

    Yoona stuck her tongue out at him. “No!” She called back without hesitation, which earned a surprised look from you.

    St. Van snickered and hid in your neck to keep from getting glares from his group mates as his daughter started telling them all off while continuing to eat out of Ayno and Ziu’s hands. “Come here you little-!” Without warning Lou snatched Yoona off Ziu’s shoulders and rushed her around the room while still being cradled gently in his arms.

    You jumped at her scream in laughter and looked over to see what the commotion was just as St. Van gently tugged you out of the room. “She’s fine Angel. Don’t worry, you know she’s their pride and joy as much as ours.” He chuckled.

    You nodded your head. “It’s just been so long that I’ve heard it, it startled me.” You admitted, hiding your face in your hands in embarrassment.

    He just grinned at you and lifted a hand up to cup your cheek, stroking his thumb along you cheekbone soothingly while you let your head rest against his palm. “Maybe we should let her see them more often then. I’m sure her little crush will go away after a few more years.” He quietly muttered, leaning in to press a sweet kiss to the crown of your head.

    You sighed in content and leaned into him, momentarily forgetting what the conversation was about; just allowing yourself the moment in his embrace to be the only thing on your mind. “You see? It’s fine. She’s perfectly fine with the-” At the sudden crash and screech in the room you both pulled away from each other and stared at the door wide eyed. 

    You glanced up at him. “What was that?” You asked him in a deadly quiet voice.

    Just as he was about to answer, your daughter’s whines and cries gave you what you wanted, before a large figure stopped in the doorway and coughed into his hands. “Now before you freak out and try hitting us. Just know she’s perfectly fine. She didn’t get hurt. But um...Ayno might have fallen down and scared her.” Lou explained quickly, doing his best to block the door the moment he saw your facial expression change.

    Lou gulped quietly and glanced toward St. Van who was keeping in his snickering so as to not turn your wrath on him. “Might have fallen? Or been pushed?” You hissed, narrowing your eyes.

    “Now now, let’s not panic Y/N. Like I said, she’s perfectly fine.” Lou mumbled holding his hands out.

    You shoved passed him without a second thought and stormed into the room. “I swear if my daughter is crying-what are you doing?” You said, cutting yourself off in confusion upon seeing Ayno in the middle of a strange and goofy dance for Yoona who was sat in Ace’s lap bouncing up and down a little in rhythm. 

    The group of guys all grinned innocently at you, and Ace went as far as to bounce Yoona a little bit higher so she was giggling loudly in his grip. “He’s dancing Mommy! Look!” Yoona squealed, pointing at Ayno who was grinning like an idiot while swiveling his body around randomly.

    You huffed out a breath and crossed your arms over your chest, narrowing your eyes a little more at the group as they slowly and subtly began to cower under the stare. “Babe, give them a break. She’s not crying anymore, and she’s not hurt.” Your boyfriend’s soothing voice called behind you, rubbing his hands up and down your arms to help calm your frustration.

    Without thought, you leaned against his chest and sighed. “Be that as it may. I still don’t trust her alone with them. At this point I don’t know who’s worse; a toddler with a crush, or a group of adults acting just as insane as said toddler.” You grumbled out finally.

    You glanced over at the table just as St. Van wrapped his arms around you again and kissed your temple, his chuckles vibrating against your back. “Hey! Have you even touched the food Yoona and I both slaved over for you?!” You cried out, pointing at the untouched food that looked like it hadn’t been eaten since the tiny little bites Ayno and Ziu fed Yoona.

    All the boys, including your boyfriend rushed toward the table to grab a small portion, giving you loud thanks with stuffed faces and happy grins. No one wanted to poke the mama bear anymore than they already had, and Yoona even went so far as to stick her tongue out at the boys. “Yeah! Mommy and I slaved over that for hours!” She commented, crossing her arms in the same manner she’d always seen you do.

    Her favorite uncles crouched down to her level after finishing their plates and bowed before her. “All hail Queen Yoona! All hail Queen Yoona!” The two chanted while picking her up gently and prancing her around the room.

    You rolled your eyes playfully when St. Van’s arms once again found your body and wrapped around your waist. “Don’t fret My Love. They’re definitely wrong.” He whispered in your ear, kissing the shell to earn a giggle from you.

    A couple of the guys who managed to hear the giggle glanced over for just a moment, practically sagging in relief at seeing the happy smile on your face like when you first stepped through the door. 

    “She’s Princess Yoona, Y/N. Because you’re my queen.”

Scenario: From @minminnie-shii​: “Haii. I really love you imagines! Can I request a oneshot of Jacob from VAV, stuck inside on a rainy day 🥰”

Genre: One shot, Soft, Fluff, Gender neutral

Little note: I turned on a rainy day Lo-Fi playlist while writing this and it seemed so cozy to me, I was in heaven. Hope I was able to convey a little bit of it!

"It's pouring, aye?" Jacob sighed from behind you.

You were standing by the window, watching the rain fall endlessly outside.

"Yup." You sighed out, crossing your arms over your stomach.

He stepped up to you, stopping by your side, one arm slipping over your shoulders loosely. And there you stayed for a bit, just watching the rain.

"Should we watch a movie?" He mumbled.

"We haven't even eaten yet." You reminded.

"Right." He answered with a little nod of his head. "Should we go eat something?" He proposed.

"Well, we're not going out in this rain." You mused, scrunching up your nose.

"No, I meant go cook something up." He cleared, turning towards you.

You looked up at him, pursing your lips for a moment before you eventually nodded with a little "okay.".

"Come on then." He told you, motioning with his head for you to follow along.

You two stepped out into the kitchen and started looking for things to cook. Rice, some veggies, eggs... And you got to it, each of you doing something. That until he suddenly paused and looked at you.

"Should we have a picnic in the living room?" He asked, eyebrows slightly raised in sudden excitement and anticipation.

You lifted an eyebrow but eventually shrugged.

"Sure, why not." You answered.

He smiled and dropped everything saying he'd get everything ready. You chuckled watching him step out into the living room, table cloth in hand. While he prepared things there, you went on doing what you were doing and when he was done, he came back to help you again. He took things inside as they were ready so you were left with taking some sliced fruit inside when everything else was done.

When you got to the living room, he had set up a cozy looking picnic right in front of the couch, with the table cloth perfectly laid out, pillows all around and the little plates of food carefully spread out. He had even poured two glasses of wine for you guys, which he passed onto your hand as soon as you sat down on your designated spot.

"Who would have guessed a living room picnic could look this perfect." You complimented, raising your glass.

"All for us." He said, raising his own glass.

You two toasted and took a sip out of your wine glasses before he reached for his phone, turning on a cozy Lo-Fi playlist. With the sound of chill beats mixed with the sound of the constant rain coming from outside, you two enjoyed your food and each other's company, cozily sitting on the floor of your living room.

"I can't believe he's doing this."

I smiled at the person who spoke those words, their eyes about popping out of their head. I shrugged at him with a small laugh. "I can. He's been like this for awhile. At least, with me."

He shook his head. "No, no. Geumhyuk doesn't do this kind of thing. I mean, he's a bad guy! He robs people and destroys their homes for fun. This ain't him."

I chuckled at him. I could tell that it was difficult for him to see Geumhyuk in the way he is right now, but I knew better. This man before us had changed a lot. Whether he could admit it or not, he had grown soft. And there was probably only three reasons for that.

His friend sighed, pushing his cigarette into the small container next to him before tossing it in the trash. "It's weird ya know? I've been with this boy for twenty-sum'in years. Seeing him like this? It's not normal."

I nodded, crossing my arms and snuggling into my red sweater. The cool December air was finally getting to me the longer we stayed outside. "But it's not a bad thing," I reason, glancing his way. "Jae, you've known him for a long time. Enough to know that he was capable of changing. But there was a few things in his life that had to happen before he could."

Jae shook his head, scuffing his feet on the iced sidewalk. "Yeah, I know. His mom passing on and all." He shoved his hands into his black jacket before looking back up at the scene before him. "But he's got you two. And that's what he really needed."

I also looked back to the scene. Geumhyuk was playing happily with my daughter. Her four-year-old self was running around the empty park and was going to eventually tire him out. They both were laughing loudly, playing whatever game they happened to create. But it didn't matter what it was, because they were ecstatic nonetheless. It was a special bond only the two of them had.

"He got real lucky," Jae says, breathing out a cloud of smoke as he sighed. "Havin' the two of you is gonna shape his life. I see it now."

I patted his shoulder. "It isn't like you don't have the chance to change as well, Jae. You can make your own decisions. We said we would help support you if that's what it takes."

Jae smiled slightly and shook his head. "No thanks, doll. I like my life now. Eventually, when I see fit, I will change. Doesn't seem like it took a lot for him." He points to Geumhyuk who rested against a tree, my daughter laying against him.

"Four letters can change a person," I whispered softly. "She has a big heart. Even he couldn't resist it."

As we go to walk to the two of them, Jae replies: "He also has you, Chae. That's the biggest reason he is so happy now. If it wasn't for you, he'd probably be dead in an alley by now."

I swallowed harshly, not wanting the image to sit in my mind. I walked up to my boyfriend and daughter and forced a smile before sitting in the snow beside them.

Geumhyuk grinned, wrapping his arms around me to pull me to his side. "Hello, babe. What were you guys talking about?" He places a soft kiss to my temple, rubbing my arms to keep me warm.

I smirked. "Talking crap about you, of course." I reached over to play with my daughter's hair as she laid tiredly against his chest. "And how you give Luna so much energy."

He laughed. "She is the one who has the energy!" He defended helplessly. He then glanced to his friend who sat next to him. "But seriously, what happened? You both look so..."

Jae shrugged. "Just reminiscing the old days when you were a trouble maker. Who knew you were such a family guy." He playfully pushes Geumhyuk's shoulder. "It's weird to see ya being so soft."

Geumhyuk rolled his eyes. "I am not soft, okay? I'm still the same me. I just don't go around causing trouble to get me locked up forever." He glanced down to Luna who started to drift asleep in his arms. "She'll miss me too much."

Jae chuckled, leaning against the large tree trunk. "Just her?"

Geumhyuk stayed silent, his mind probably running with thoughts on how he felt. It didn't take him long to say: "I'll miss her too."

Jae attempted to hide his shock, but eventually it turned into a smile. He let out another laugh and turned to look up at the sky. "Right."

We stayed like that for awhile, just enjoying the night before I deemed it too cold for Luna to stay in. Geumhyuk swooped her in his arms and we all started to head home, Jae leaving in his own vehicle. We bid our goodbyes, Geumhyuk's friend giving me one last proud smile before waving at us.

The minute we got home, he carried her to her bed and carefully took care of her. Then he proceeded to meet me in our bedroom. When his eyes met mine, he smiled sincerely. "Thank you," he whispered.

"For what?" I asked, hanging up my jacket in the closet.

"For everything. For going on a date with me that one night. For continuing to see me. Showing me a better path. Allowing me to meet your daughter."

My heart fluttered as he said that. I turned to see him lying on our bed, his sleeves ridden up to show his tattoos. The newest one was still slightly pink and in black was mine and Luna's initials. I had told him he should reconsider putting permanent ink like that on him, but he insisted. Now I see it all the time. It was more special in moments like these.

I climbed onto our bed, laying right next to him to watch his facial expressions. "How come you care about us so much?"

Geumhyuk gently moves a tendril of hair behind my ear before holding the side of my face. "Because I love you. And I love her. Luna never got the chance to have a good father. I wanted to change for her to show her not all men are bad. You both are my whole world. You gave my life meaning."

I bit my lip as I stared at him. "You mean it? You really want to be there for her? For us?"

"Forever and always, my love. I wouldn't have the heart to live on without you."

Scrunching my nose, I shake my head. "Don't say that. You can live on. You just need courage."

Geumhyuk was silent for a few seconds. He gauges my expression and sincerity behind my voice. After confirming it, he leans in to place a soft kiss on my lips. "I love you, Chae."

"I love you too, Geumhyuk."

“What are you doing?” Hosung muses tilting his head up so your hair isn’t in his face, despite his fake complaints he wraps his arms around your middle pulling you closer against his chest.

“It’s cold,” you mutter, “you’re warm,” you say with a small laugh tilting your head back to get a view of his face.

“Turn the air conditioner up if it’s cold,” he says gesturing with his head in the direction of the thermostat, you shake your head pressing yourself further against his chest and resting your hands over his own he clicks his tongue, “the things I put up with for you,” he says with a heavy sigh followed by a small laugh.

“You’re comfortable too,” you mutter to yourself turning enough to be able to make eye contact with him without making it uncomfortable, Hosung hums in response closing his eyes.

“Go to sleep,” Hosung mutters shifting slightly under you.
