last year i decided i wanted to actually be a novelist, like, for real. so i started a lot of WIPs. and, well. all those WIPs have deranged men in them. here are my favorites. can you guess who my ultimate favorite is though

MIDDENMEER – Transportbedrijf K. van Wieren & Zn, de 3e generatie, Jan en Ineke van Wieren gaat per 1 september verder onder de naar Van Wieren Wieringermeer. Niet alleen de bedrijfsnaam wijzigt, ook de eigenaren gaan per 1 september veranderen. De nieuwe eigenaren zijn Mike Smits en Martijn Stam. Beide zijn ook opgegroeid in families waar het om transport ging, ook zijn ze al langere tijd…

☆ﾟ*·ﾟWITH A SMILE, Carina looked at the girl as she accepted the flower. "You're so welcome! This is the only area those grow, as far as I know. I like to come check on them every once in a while and I thought maybe I could see if the gardeners could grow them." Sometimes she liked to do things that were girly, even if she would much rather be chasing down someone that stole her country's land. Carina knew the world was a vast place and knew that it was important to cherish every moment in every place.

"You must! There's so much to see! If you'd like, I can even show you around!" Carina stated, squealing lightly. "I think it's such a rich city! It's full of excellent food, people, and history!" This was the only way she could actually think of exploring the world without traveling too much. Any of her work with the army had to be limited to close by, just in case anyone searched for her, and she hated it. So any time she could spend away from the palaces, she'd do it. "I try to come at least once a week. There's always something new, and I want to help the towns people too. They need just as much love and attention."

"Thank you!" Anneke was pleased to have encountered a friendly face who was more familiar with the city than she was. She graciously took the flower, although she was a little bit confused as to why she was receiving it. Still she was too polite to ask any further questions about it. She noticed the princess seemed to be glowing as if she had been up a slight sweat, but brushed it off as being the humidity. The city was on a river after all. "So far I'm enjoying it, though I must admit I haven't explored much of the city or the palace. How are you finding Edinburgh?" Anneke thought she could place the woman's accent to somewhere around the south of the continent - maybe one of the peninsulas? She would have to ask her about it later. "Do you find yourself out in the city proper, often? It's only the first time I've ventured this far from the castle on my own."

The young Dutch artist Lars van Wieren loves his domestic scenery.

“From an apparently everyday starting point, he makes a composition that you like to look at and keep looking at. He always makes clear choices, his touch is accurate, the paint remains 'paint', and you are always put on the wrong track because of the suggestion and illusion. His work, although it always concerns objects that we encounter every day, is and remains worth seeing. You keep looking and you keep seeing something different, something happens that you didn't see before”.
