The sound is pretty much non existent on this video and you only get little snippets but near the end Steve Lamacq asks Van what he's getting his dad for Christmas so maybe it made Van start thinking about presents 😂 Van does say something about his dad having an operation on his nose too so he could have been getting him chocolates as a little 'get well' present or to cheer him up 🥺 It's just after the 16 minute mark

Aww yeah you can deffo make out him saying about his dad saying he’s having an op on his nose but you can’t make out what he answers about what he’s getting him for Christmas.
