Listen. I wanted to be obsessed with this one, but it did not deliver for me. Alicia Silverstone, Krysten Ritter AND Sigourney Weaver didn’t deliver on this??? There must have been an error in the chain of command because there is no way that all three of these powerhouses could fall so flat.

I genuinely didn’t care about these characters or anything that happened to them. Sorry.

But, I do firmly believe that Krysten Ritter being a vampire makes so much sense.

Watch this if:

ilysm susan you get me and this is one of the most niche asks i’ve ever gotten 💕💕💕 ranking not necessarily the quality of movies but on dan himself though:

1. the guest (the shower scene and party scene… need i say more)

2. apostle

3. permission (the drug sequence particularly)

4. cuckoo (sinister german accent brain go brrr)

5. godzilla x kong (he’s basically peter quill as a kaiju vet)

6. vamps (krysten ritter romantic montage is worth the disappointing parts of this movie although anything amy heckerling directs i have a soft spot for)

8. her smell (this would be so much farther up the list if he had a bigger part but alas…)

10. dracula (this is Not Good but also hilarious)

11. eurovision (haven’t seen this since becoming stevenshead so i need to reevaluate)

Oh! Another potential villain portrayed by Sigourney Weaver: Cisserus from the 2012 Amy Heckerling movie Vamps. And whenever I screw around with the movie/story, I make her a raging bisexual. Why? Because Sigourney’s characters are at their best when they’re gay or bi.
