Welcome to Cali and Vamp's Monster Price fanfic! We've been workshopping some Dark!Price ideas back and forth, and we wanted to explore the concept of the Seven Deadly Sins. This was originally going to be the endcap for The Californicationist's 2023 Kinktober collection, but after Vamp started cooking, we decided to make it a fic on its own.

You should read the tags before you begin this story to make sure you are prepared for its contents. This material is not intended for readers below 18 years old.

This fic is not going to be for everyone, and that's okay. No hard feelings if you decide this isn't for you. But, that being said, I would deeply appreciate any comments, concrit, or support you can provide. Writing a dark fic is a lonely thing, and your input means a lot to me and to Vamp.

Listen, I'm just gonna divulge a bit of personal info here....

I actually used to be a firefighter; and the level of accuracy of this post is just about enough to give me a flashback. 😳

@ghouljams I don't know where you're getting your info from, but yeah. That is exactly how he would be.

The worst part is that he would be the tamest and most respectful* out from A Shift at station 141.

(*Price would technically be more respectful, but it would be negated by the absolute swagger he would have as a battalion chief. Good lord, my panties are wet just thinking about it)

Firefighter!Ghost...

That barely loose navy t-shirt, clearly we'll worn in and soft looking, and tattoos poking out of every inch of exposed skin stopping just short of his jaw. You watch him pop open a lawn chair to sit our front of the fire station, big arms crossed against his chest as he kicks his feet out to relax. The height of summer so you can see the way sweat starts to bead on his brow immediately, but he sits there resolutely until he notices you watching and snorts to himself.

"Got a group o' scouts comin' ta see the trucks." He calls over to you, "'appy ta give ya a preview while I'm waitin' though."

You politely turn him down, and he rolls his head to one side, then the other, standing so you get the full appeal of his height. "Ya sure? Thought birds liked big rides."

...maybe one little look at the trucks. You have always wondered what it was like in them, and if you happen to suck him off afterwards, well... maybe you fell for the terrible fire hose joke he made.

Yes! I’m actually doing a collab with @vampirekilmer on a story called The Sin-Eater about that version of Price. Very dark and twisty (but still a happy ending). It’s not a shifter fic per se but it is more of a play on Jekyll and Hyde? It’s not for everyone (and it’s tough to write), but it’s been really cool to work with that side of him. They need companionship but don’t feel like any of them can individually support a relationship. But as a team? Hell yeah!

That right there is my headcanon for 141 x f!reader. None of them have the mental/emotional energy to put completely into a traditional relationship, coupled with the challenge of finding a gf/wife who can handle the stress of them being gone for months and regularly in life-threatening danger.

But a polycule? Some big, hot, squished together hodge podge of "good luck trying to put any label on them more detailed than 'they're together'".

Yeah, that works. Suddenly, the workload is distributed between the four of them, and each one brings something different to the relationship. They're rarely all deployed at the same time, and then it's only for a couple of weeks, so someone is almost always back on base at home with her. On the rare occasions they are all gone, she has plenty of good friends who can help her out when needed.

There's only been a few incidents where some rookie or new transfer made a pass at her in the commissary or around town in Hereford; funnily enough, she gets a *lot* more pissed about it than her boys do. Oh, sure, she's sweet and polite enough when someone innocently asks her if her dad is one of the generals (which, please, she knows she looks young for her age, but she graduated college a decade ago). She'll laugh it off and say no, that her partner is an officer (because the details, such which partner she's referring to, really isn't their business), but thank you for asking and have a nice day!

Which usually is all it takes for them to back off either permanently, or disuade them from trying again until someone pulls them aside to explain who exactly she is.

There are exceptions. The time when the punk sidled closer and braced his hands on the end of her shopping cart, smirking and talking about how that's nice and all, but he's a *real* soldier who has been in combat, unlike those guys who have the red carpet rolled out for them and enter the service as an officer. He's actually worked to get where he is; said he's being scouted to join an elite anti-terrorist task force.

Her polite smile had quickly faded to an icy dead-pan glare that would have made Ghost proud, eyes pointedly shifting to his name tape and the two chevrons on his shoulder.

"I cannot imagine, Corporal Kendrick, that either Captain Price or Lieutenant Ghost would condone the misuse of your 'potential' promotion to the 141 as a pick-up line on random civilian in the commissary."

She gave the cart handle a decent shove, hard enough to make him let out a huff of air and let go, freeing her to swing it past him before continuing forward. She paused beside him, a sickly sweet smile on her lips at his expression of annoyance and confusion.

"No means no, Corporal. Your behavior is wholly unbecoming a member of the armed forces, and I sincerely hope you get your shit together before someone does it for you."

She'd continued on, wholly unbothered as she grabbed more pasta for dinner, ignoring the sputtering comeback the man was attempting to deliver.

Johnny and Gaz had been around the corner at the end of the aisle waiting for her since they'd heard the other man start bragging, knowing full well she would handle the situation just fine. They didn't often get to see her riled up at someone else, and it was always entertaining.

When she'd turned the corner their hands were still over their mouths to stifle their laughter, eyes dancing with mirth.

"You are an absolute spitfire, doll." Gaz had said, stepping behind her to wrap his arms around her waist and pull her back against his chest in a hug, nuzzling into the side of her neck.

"Poor lad looks like a landed salmon," Johnny had snickered, peering around the end cap and making eye contact with the Corporal who immediately froze and turned white.

"He'll look like poached salmon if he tries a stunt like that again in front of me," she'd muttered, shuffling forward with Gaz still wrapped around her. Johnny gave a little wave at the other man before following the pair, leaving him to have an existential crisis about his career.

"Speakin' of which, hen, what're the chances I could bribe ye ta make some o'that fer dinner instead of Italian? It's been a while since ye cooked one of me mam's recipes."

Sadly, Johnny hadn't gotten his wish as she'd already promised John she'd make Italian that night, but had made up for it by surprising him with a fresh baked batch of shortbread for dessert.

If I were to make another version of the Steal Your Girl 141 idea, it would be one of those “I want an open marriage/relationship or I’m leaving you” and the reader ends up meeting Gaz, who introduces reader to Soap, who introduces reader to his best bud Ghost, and by then reader might as well meet Captain Price. And hey, if your bf is being a prick and won’t treat you right, we will!

@the-californicationist was in the middle of her 2023 Kinktober collection when I fell head-first into the COD fandom. It didn't take us long to realize we had a lot in common, and she sweet talked me into returning to a fandom and writing fanfiction. We've been workshopping a *lot* of stories together, but this story in particular is special to us. We've been throwing some Dark!Price ideas back and forth, and we wanted to explore the concept of the Seven Deadly Sins. Which, actually, is a good thing. I'm trying really hard to push myself to write more, and then to *actually post it somewhere*. If I go try and clean it up, edit, beta, whatever then the ugly voice in the back of my head will scream every inadequacy I have and it will NEVER get posted.

With all that being said; please do not feel obligated to read, like, or comment on this. This really is more an exercise in me just putting it out there like the steaming hot mess it is. 🖤

141 ends up partnered with another team for an op. Everything goes well, you're all riding the high of adrenaline and success in the transport truck

Not enough seats, so Price, the other team's captain, and Ghost are all standing holding on to the roof spars for balance.

You end up seated between two guys from the other team, across from Gaz and Soap

Dude on right is chill, happy. Dude on left? It quickly becomes obvious he's hoping to get some victory pussy from the only female on the op.

You roll your eyes, dont really engage with his bullshit, but dumbass decides his best option is to double down.

(Insert obnoxious come ons here)

*"Corporal!"*

Your back straightens, eyes locked on your Captain, slightly concerned by the harsh edge in his voice.

Staring you down, eyes no where else, he deftly maneuvers past Ghost to stand in front of you.

Instinctively you straighten even more, chin tilted far, far back to look up at his hulking form, your knees instinctively splaying wide till he's half standing between them.

His massive paw is suddenly grabbing your chin, fingers and thumb digging into the softness of your cheeks until your lips part from the pressure.

"*Open,*" he growls, the sound so deep its hard to hear over the rumble of the engines.

All the joking and chatter ceases around you as you feel hot flush of embarrassment staining your face. Your eyes never leave Price's, but you can well imagine the scene the two of you are painting.

You know what's about to happen, and you don't know what's worse; the audience, or just how damn wet you are.

You swallow hard, once, then relax your jaw and allow your mouth to drop open, tongue slipping out to rest on your bottom lip.

"The fu--" lover boy beside you is clearly shifting away in discomfort.

Above you, Price huffs out a grunt, sounding like his namesake bear, before leaning forward, leaning down.

You watch as his jaw works once, twice, then his mouth opens and he spits on your tongue.

You freeze, breathing through your mouth and nose trying to get enough air in, body shuddering at his display of dominance. Of ownership.

"*Swallow,*" he says, and this time the growl is even clearer in his voice, the threat more obvious.

You pull your tongue in, closing your mouth and your eyes. His hand slides down and rests over your trachea, and he can feel the movement in your throat as you follow his command.

You know what's going to happen next but you still wait patiently, riding the high of your own arousal so much you don't care how this looks or what anyone will say. The 141 already knows, and anyone else can fuck off. You have eyes only for Price. For *John*.

"*Show me,*" and his voice is pushing into that sated purr he gets after a good hour or two of sex. The same voice his pavloved your brain into associating with a job well done.

So you open again, tongue out, a spark of fierceness in your eyes because you know your trust in him and his orders will always keep you safe and earn you the highest praise.

He chuffs out a laugh, a smirk pulling at the corner of his mouth.

"That's my good girl," he says, releasing your throat and leaning down to place an oddly gentle kiss on your forehead before standing fully again.

He turns, goes back to whatever he and Ghost had been discussing moments ago as if nothing happened. Behind them the other team's captain looks plain shellshocked.

But you only look across the aisle at Soap and Gaz who ate both smirking like cats who got a whole flock of canaries.

The other team remains silent for the half hour back to base, not one stupid enough to make another pass at you.

Current mood: earlobes deep in the MW2 Ghost comic, taking frankly an unnecessary amount of notes for his backstory & character development, absolutely seething at the poor quality of writing and inconsistencies I keep coming across.

If I'm willing to dig this dang deep for a freaking fanfiction, I sure as hell expect someone who got PAID to write CANON MEDIA to have fewer mistakes and better storytelling skills.
