Today I learned that my Spanish teacher listens to Vampire Weekend when we were talking about Spanish punctuation and the Oxford comma came up and we both said “that’s a song” at the same time and yeah it’s interesting sometimes I forget how much people can have in common I never expected to share music interests with my Spanish teacher, but here we are
So if you’re going to point out or make a reference but aren’t sure if anyone will get it because it’s a smaller piece of media, MAKE THAT REFERENCE ANWAY if nobody gets it then you got to make a silly reference that only you get (like wearing cutesy socks inside of platform black shoes), but there’s a solid chance someone will get it :3
