It's kinda long u dont have to read

Seb: the fun dad of the group, the one that Charles, Lance and Mick come to be literal kids. Like they can only be childish around Seb cause he's so amused.

Lewis: the one they go to if they have an issue or need advice (he shares this role with seb but its predominantly him) also he's like the loving but strict father. It kinda hurts him how the Mick - Charles - Lance trio are seemingly never themselves around him but are theirselves around Seb.

Lance: the bunny (cause idk y but his teeth remind me of a bunny, but its cute) and he's like the insecure one (so much angst potential) he doesn't think he's a favourite ALL HE WANTS TO BE IS A FAVOURITE - im projecting rn this can't be healthy.

Kimi: is like the uncle that pretends like he hates being invited to family gatherings but he cares for everyone so much. Is best friends with the other Finnish grid member (Valtteri Bottas). Is almost always with his son Antonio.

Antonio: Kimi's honorary son, the only one to elicit a smile from him and follows Kimi around like a puppy, but its cute.

Fernando: TO BE DECIDED

Esteban: he's so grateful for the things he has now because he used to live in a trailer park and he's so lonely because EVERYONE (excepy Lance the canadian bunny) hates him and he just wants SOMEONE to talk to him and understand - he cries himself to sleep - again projecting. Also sidenote - he's acc so underated.

Pierre Gasly: feels betrayed by Esteban for how he distanced himself from him and no matter how much he tries he cannot hate esteban but he doesn't know what to do to fix it - is hopeless.

Yuki: idk wht to write about him as well but ngl i wanna talk about him seeing Seb as a father figure because he misses his father cause hes the youngest member in the grid.

Carlos: TO BE DECIDED

Charles: is too scared to get close to anyone cause he lost jules and anthoine and he wants to do this for them but sometimes he feels like it isn't worth it because he wants to come home to his mother and siblings because they can't lose him and his father - is conflicted and doesn't want to confide in anyone because he doesn't want to be a burden.

Mick: misses his dad, sometimes sees Seb and it hits him that this is what he could have had with his father, feels guilty for taking Seb on as a father figure despite having a father - doesnt realise that he's allowed to be happy

Valtteri: the kindest one, best friends with Kimi, doesn't think anyone likes him because he doesn't ever know what to say and he wishes it was easier for him to join conversations - projecting again.

Max: jos is a shitty father to him, his father figures are seb and lewis, he doesn't know how fucked up he is - he thinks wht his father has done to him is normal and doesn't believe he should get therapy to fix it. Internal working model (psychology).

My Job is Beach ... - Valtteri Bottas x ItalianOlympicBeachVolleyball! Reader

Plot: You spend time with your boyfriend after the Australian GP doing what you do best, Beach Barbie and Beach Ken

Valtteri had an incredible race, him and Lewis both in a fantastic car as fantastic drivers. And you’d luckily been there to celebrate with him.

You loved going to Australia with him, it was so warm at the time of year the race was and it meant you got to go to the beach.

Which of course was one of your favourite things. Growing up in a small coastal town in Italy, meant you were at the beach pretty much all the time. You went there before school, after school, on the weekends. Even during school, your school was right next to a beach which is where you picked up your sport.

At first it was just for fun, like most hobbies start of as.

But after playing in some matches against others schools across Italy, your teacher and parents realised there was something special there.

You didn’t see it or get it, you just loved the beach do anything you did there was fun to you.

So of course they ended up getting you a coach. Someone who was willing to privately train you and get you into better teams in Italy.

In 2016 you competed in Brazil. Rio De Janeiro was an incredible place and it’s actually where you met Valtteri.

He and a few of the drivers had ended up coming to watch some of the Olympics and you’d bumped into him on the beach with Lewis.

You’d recognised both of them straight away, and struck up a conversation with them.

“Oh! Your Valtteri Bottas! And Your Felipe Massa!” You’d exclaimed at the men and they’d awkwardly nodded thinking you were a fan wanting a picture or autograph.

“What are you guys here for?” You ask, knowing that the race this year wasn’t until November. They were in summer break right now.

“Oh, we are here for the Olympics. We got invited” Felipe admits and you grin.

“Oh, I’m here for them too!” You grin.

“Oh yeah, you here to watch any sport in particular?” Valtteri asked.

“Watch? No im one of the beach volleyballers! Team Italia” You smile.

And the rest was history after that. You and Valtteri got together and he got a promotion to Mercedes after Nico Rosberg left the sport.

It was early the next day, the Monday after the race and you and Valtteri were still shacked up in Australia. You wanted to spend some more time here travelling to your favourite Aussie beaches.

So you took the 1hour flight from Melbourne to Sydney so that you were on Bondi beach. You guys had rented out a place close to the coast for easy access.

You guys were with a few friends, some of Valtteri and some of yours. Somehow your friendship groups just mixed together well. You were both apprehensive at first but realised after a house party that it was fine, the language barrier at first was a little awkward but English being a common ground for most of the group worked.

“Amore mio, please come join us! Then I promise you we will go on a bike ride!” You say cuddling up to him… you’d just finished unpacking and he was laying on the bed cuddling up to you.

“Im no good. And I just embarrass myself Rakas” he sighs pulling you into him and kissing all over your face affectionately making you giggle.

At first Valtteri was very shy when it came to showing you any level of affection and your overly affectionate side thanks to your large Italian family upbringing was very overwhelming to him at first.

But soon he learnt it was your love language and the more confident he got, the clingier he got.

“It’s meant to be for fun! You don’t have to be good at it” you giggle running your finger through his hair as he looks up at you.

“But all your friends are so good!” He exclaims sitting up.

“Mmmm and now you know how I feel when you take me karting!” You laugh knowing you have the bruises to prove just how bad you were at the sport.

“Okay okay fine. But just because I love you!” He says in that gruff lower voice.

You guys play beach volleyball for the majority of the morning until the suns at full peak.

“Barbecue sulla spiaggia?” One of your friends suggest whose English wasn’t great, especially when she was tired after a long morning of playing volleyball, in the sand and under the hot Australian sun.

“She suggested a Rantagrilli?” You say trying your best to translate for Valtteri and his friends who wouldn’t have understood the Italian.

You weren’t allowed to do this on Bondi but closer to where your beach Villa was, you knew you’d be able to cook on the beach there as it was private to the Villa.

They all nod eagerly and before you know it, you guys are using two barbecue for the amount of people you are cooking for. One that’s on the back garden of the beach villa and then one that was already in the sand.

You guys spent lunch munching on burgers and salad, and chicken and hot dog. It was for sure a chest day for all of you, most of you guys being athletes and being on strict diets.

After you’d spent the afternoon cuddling with Valtteri on the beach letting lunch go down, you both went out for a bike ride. He of course had chosen the longest and steepest route to take, meaning you came back drenched in sweat and cursing at Valtteri for making you endure that.

"I want a Dolce Sorpresa!" you groan your head leaning against him and he looks at you.

"A what?" he asks. You'd learnt a little Finnish for him but he still struggled with some of you little idioms.

"Sweet Treat, I'm craving Boba, I saw a shop on the way back!" you grin, kissing him before taking his hand to drag him to the Boba Tea shop!

"Then, can we go to the beach again?" you ask.

"You just love the beach don't you!" he smiles.

"Mmmmmm, my job is literally beach..." you giggle.

Summer 2024 - Valtteri Bottas x Editor! Reader

Plot: Being able to work from home is the best thing for you and your travelling F1 boyfriend

You’re job was literally the definition of perfect when it come to spending time with your boyfriend. He travelled a lot, like 24 times a year a lot and it was one of those things that most couples would be concerned that it would but a strain on the relationship but not for you and Valtteri.

You were an editor. That was how you put your job loosely when people asked what you do. When they deep-dived into what you actually did it was a half an hour conversation.

Primarily you were an editor for books, you edited and translated for a British Publishing House. Your work was remote only having to come into the office once every 3 weeks to just show your face and show your boss your progress.

You didn’t have … amazing grades leaving school only really English being your strong suit and became a freelance editor in photography while you lived with your parents.

You then found a love for music editing which really was just a hobby … but you ending up actually selling some stuff and making royalties on things you’d done for companies in your local area.

But when enough was enough and you decided to look for a steadier job you came across an Editorial Assistant Job. You swiped it up, having a love for literacy and reading so it seemed pretty perfect for you and worked your way up to editor.

Being an editor meant you didn’t have to ever really be in the office which to you was great, you could watch Scooby Doo reruns from your childhood whilst editing a smutty fantasy novel and had loads of free time for your side hustles in music editing and photography.

And it was even better when you met your Finnish hunk of a, now husband, then boyfriend.

You could travel to pretty much every race with him, spend time with him at his home in Finland and then spend a few days in the UK in the office for you. You had the healthiest relationship because of how often your routines worked together.

Currently you’d just landed in Baku, you’d done a very long stint, starting with being in England in the rainy weather day in your office talking to your boss and the author of the book you were currently working on. You’d spend the day going through the subtle changes you’d made and any errors you’d found. Your eyes were basically squares by the end of it.

One thing your husband loved about the UK was the pub atmosphere, so you met him at one close to your office building in London.

“Hey honey” you smile warmly at him, as he pushes forward the large glass of white wine he’d brought for you not so long ago as you could see the condensation on the outside of the glass.

“How was work?” He asked, Valtteri never really understood your job. He never knew what you were working on, or who you were emailing and on the phone too so it was always better to ask the broader questions.

“It was good, sooooo much progress on the book that I think I may be able to submit way earlier than the deadline and it be way better than Hallie anticipated” you grin, this project with the current book you were working on was something Valtteri did know about as you were so excited about it that you constantly talked to him about it.

“Yeah, that’s good, means we can spend some time in Amsterdam before Zandvoort?” He asks with a grin knowing you loved to go to the races a little earlier so that you could see more of the country that it was in, as you’d seen the tracks and the surrounding town or city so often you knew these like the back of your hand. So it was nice to explore other parts.

“Amsterdam sounds like fun! And yes I think I’ll finish reading the epilogue this weekend on the flight to the Netherlands, how does that sound?”

“Perfect as always” he replies cheersing you before kissing the side of your head lightly.

And then you found yourself in the both stormy and sunny weekend Zandvoort brought to you where you had a very amusing time editing a video of the Stake team members for their TikTok account that had amused everyone.

You’d only really done that because you had free time, your submitted the current project you were working on, and your boss at the publishing company hadn’t emailed you anything new so you decided to help admin edit some posts and photos to help get engagement. It was fun spending time with Valterri and the team just goofing around on Thursday before and intense weekend started.

You always loved the feelings of race weekend. Sitting in the hospitality while Valtteri and Zhou were in team briefings editing away whatever you felt like on your laptop before putting it away to watch the race. You loved the garage and talking to all the mechanics, you truly were part of the team.

After Zandvoort you spend 2 days there in the gorgeous town, talking bike rides through flower filled fields and taking pictures of cute little windmills and thatched roofs.

And then you’d ended up in the scorching heat of Milan and Monza where you’d gone shopping with Valtteri and he’d treated you to some really nice things in the fancy stores you’d never dream of affording.

You’d not actually been spotted by anyone which was strange as you always saw your husband as someone that has very notable features … ie his platinum blonde mullet.

“What about this, I think you could use a dress like this” Valtteri held up a green silk dress from Prada showing it to you and spinning it.

“And where would I wear that?” You laugh knowing it was far to fancy for anything you normally did.

“Mmmm anniversary dinner, a wedding, a award ceremony… end of season party with everyone, the 2025 car launch…” he grins naming all the various places.

You were the definition of a private wag. Your Instagram was private and had been for the many years you’d been with Valterri, so going to these events you always had to dress up very nice.

“I never usually wear green though” you comment looking at the deep emerald colour being presented to you.

“Mmmm but you’d look incredible in this” he says holding it up against your body just to double check.

“I mean you’d look more incredible with nothing but …” he teases and you immediately blush.

“Valtteri! You can’t say stuff like that here” you gasp looking around the shop before looking back at him. He’s just smiling and you lightly push his shoulder back.

“You can’t do that” you say shyly. He makes you go into the changing room to try the dress on for him before he ends up buying it for you.

But after the race you spend some time on Lake Como in a cute little AirBnB that was closer to Switzerland and went on a small little relaxation retreat. You guys went to the spa and went on a boat road on the lake and swimming in cold water.

And finally you made the long flight to Azerbaijan… you were pretty tired from all the changes, but with a new project from your boss you were able to stay busy.
