its actually so good to hear someone else out there is lying awake at night thinking. “omega earth has a valorant legion fan convention.” and “i wonder how many shitty movie productions exist in omega earth that completely ruin an agents character.”

like. imagine turning on the latest big hit movie about your life and saving the world and theres a horrible romance sideplot of you and your best friend. hilarious. mortifying. the rest of the legion doesnt let it go for months, until the next big scandal drops and focuses the attention onto the next poor soul

going absolutely insane to the point that i made a whole scenario based on this because YES YOU GET IT 🫵‼️

can you imagine phoenix getting promised a biopic in the aftermath of his heroism in aiding lisbon (pearl)

he's ecstatic; sage, omen, and jett are all supportive, save for the lighthearted teasing every once and a while by them and the others

the day of the premiere comes and he's bubbling on the red carpet, giving fist bumps and side hugs to his friends and colleagues that attended, the paparazzi going particularly crazy when he drapes his arm over yoru (he chalks it up as them being excited that yoru even came with his elusive persona)

the movie begins and phoenix is impressed. the plot flows well, it highlights aspects of his life and personality that's meaningful to him, and the acting is incredible! he doesn't even comment on the fact that every time movie him and movie yoru interact, the vibe of the scene changes in the smallest ways into something more...sentimental? oh, who cares, the movie is cool!

he doesn't even pay mind to the fact that when movie him was in peril, movie yoru had an entire scene of him rushing to the communication room, trying to reach him. he doesn't say anything when the end of the film comes near and they have a conversation with yoru hugging him. i mean, they're good friends beyond their public rivalry, he wishes that yoru actually hugged him during that time. this is such a nice homage to their friendsh—and they're kissing

phoenix feels heat rush up to his cheeks and ears as the tips of his hair flicker ever so slightly with sparks, turning immediately to yoru who's looking at him with the same unspoken "what the fuck"

jett is laughing her ass off and sage looks like a proud mother until her face falls when she realizes that the whole subplot probably isn't real and either 1.) phoenix and yoru's relationship just got outed or 2.) phoenix is Not Gay (the prior option sounds much more plausible to her)

the legion pr team has to physically stop phoenix from answering any interviews after the premiere. his face is plastered in the tabloids the very next day, the yorunix hashtag is trending everywhere, and thousands of dms are entering his social media accounts about how it's okay to be gay ("i know it's okay but are we gonna ignore the fact that they think i'm dating him???")

jett and sage are masters of deflection when asked about it, omen doesn't leave hq enough to be caught in an interview, and yoru himself is back to being too elusive for paparazzi to catch him...and poor phoenix is left to rethink his entire dynamic with one of his best friends

the rumors only die down after almost half a year of not entertaining questions about it, being ultimately overshadowed by another wave of seasonal "bisexual chamber" allegations (they are not allegations at all, chamber knows what he likes but god does he likes to see people speculate)

and hey, phoenix isn't mad anymore. it helped him discover a new part of himself, after all

not the being gay part though; it's the fact that he's probably helplessly in love with yoru and he has no fuckass clue what to do about that 💀

idk why this came up to mind mind but now i feel the need to share my thoughts.

no warnings!!

Astra: idk if that’s even a thing but she smells like midnight air. like cold wind in the night idk

Breach: motor oil. he uses it for his arms or something like that

Brimstone: like a grandmas house

Chamber: french.

Cypher: i think even tho he doesn’t show his face or anything at all, he takes care of himself and smell like some fancy cologne (a woody pr powdery one maybe? idk about this)

Fade: definitely cigarettes

Gekko: honestly idk, hair dye and bobba tea

Harbor: BEACH

Jett: i think she user perfume everyday but it washes off very fast due to her fast wind abilities, still nice

Kay/o: like breach, motor oil, and metal

Killjoy: probably oil too, bc she is always creating machines and all that

Neon: sweat, she’s very athletic and is always running

Omen: probably nothing??? if anything smoke

Phoenix: he obviously takes a lot of care of himself but he is always on fire too, so good cologne and fire/ashes/smoke

Raze: she is a mechanic too so probably oil as well, and paint

Valorant Agents And Their Roles

First up the sentinels A sentinel is an agent who is in charge of protecting the site and delaying the enemies charge towards the site the valorant agents who classify as a Sentinel consists of 1. Chamber 2. Cypher 3. Killjoy 4. Sage

Next up the Controllers A controller is an agent who is in charge of providing cover to their team by the means of smokes this smokes can also be used aggressively and defensively based on the user or situation since the smokes they provide are also capable of disrupting the enemies' vision. Next up the Initiators An Initiator is a agent that is in charge of getting information against the enemy team they are also responsible on determining whether the team confronts the enemy or moves back. Jett

If she’s being honest, you actually freaked her out when you first bloodbent your enemies, quickly cutting them down and stopping them in their tracks. Bending them over to your will and forcing them to their feet. Barely flinching when you got hurt and in turn using your blood as weapons, carving them and shaping them as you pleased. There were times when she questioned whether you were human or not.

Of course she loves you, but she would be lying if you didn’t scare the shit out of her sometimes. She makes you promise to refrain from using your ability unless absolutely necessary because she may be young but she’s not dumb enough to not know that hurting yourself over and over again and losing blood because of it is detrimental to your wellbeing.

She specifically asks Brim if she could be paired up with you on missions because she has this fear of you overexerting yourself and just bleeding out. More than once she’s woken up from nightmares of seeing you collapsing to the floor and dying in her arms, but when she wakes up and sees you sleeping peacefully next to her she’s reassured that the two of you at the very least can live in the moment for the time being without being worried about if you’ll die tomorrow.

Phoenix

He brushed off your bloodbending ability until he actually saw it in action and witnessed it with his own eyes. He just stood there, jaw dropped in shock as he watched all of his and well rather, your enemies crumple to the ground in pain, completely immobile

He immediately rushes over, to pull you into a hug, wrapping his arms around you from behind. He presses his face against the back of your neck, and you pause, briefly losing control over your victims adversaries as you take note of Phoenix pressed up against you. 

“Y/N..” you hear him murmur, as he clings to you tightly, refusing to let you go. The poor souls that were being controlled by you take that time to scramble away. 

He doesn’t want you to lose your humanity, luckily for you, he’s there to keep you grounded.

Killjoy

“So tell me again how your abilities work? Fascinating! What Brim? Why are you rubbing your temples like that?” 

Killjoy is no stranger experimenting and trying new things, and she’s all for things like the scientific method, but she shudders whenever she sees you working with your abilities.

She tries to help you with your bloodbending by giving you tech that’ll let you know when your iron levels are low or something like that

She’s not squeamish per say, but she does get uncomfortable when she sees your enemies writhing on the ground, unable to do anything. So in turn, you end up toning it down, after all you’d do anything for her <3

Neon

Like Jett, she’s also scared of you and what you can do, but she doesn’t let it show as obviously. She loves you yes, but she also knows the importance of restraint and not letting yourself get caught up in your radiant abilities. 

She wears suppressors herself,  so she does her best to help keep you in check in case you ever lose control. Her worst fear is literally losing control of her powers and she doesn’t want the same to happen to you if you happen to be overcome by bloodlust. 

She’ll go out of her way to get some vitamins to help you so that you don’t become anemic and she ensures that you eat a good amount of food and drink enough water in the scenario that you don’t put a cap on your ability and just use it recklessly.

Viper

She’s no stranger to bloody and gory stuff, she used to be a doctor. She’s intrigued by your ability and how it functions. Before the two of you got together she would have experimented on you to see the extent of your abilities if she could if it wasn’t for Brim stopping her. 

She gets an odd sense of satisfaction seeing your enemies contort in pain, and turns a blind eye, focusing on defusing the spike instead.

She actually gives you new ideas for what you could craft with your bloodbending

Viper finds it the funniest thing in the world to see you terrorizing the duelists.

Valorant Agents Reactions to You Making Them a Flower Crown: Part 2

Type: Headcanons / Fluff

Skye

Since Skye is intertwined with plants and nature, it is highly likely that she has given you such a gift before.

However, she never expected you to do it to her.

Even if she saw that you made a crown from the flowers she loved, she would not think that you made it for her. She would come to you and give you a few tips to help you make crown better.

It's quite possible that when you're done, she'll congratulate you and ask if you're doing it for someone, and if so, for whom.

"Good job dear! Are you going to give this to someone or did you do it for yourself? So for someone else, who are you planning to give it to?"

Her smile visibly widened when she found out it was for her.

She would have noticed after you told her that you made it from the flowers she loved.

Please don't blame her, she's just not used to receiving gifts.

She doesn't look at it that way at all, as she doesn't think anyone will follow what she likes and cares about.

She carries your flower crown on her head with great happiness. After all, a gift you make is definitely worth wearing.

"Sorry, I never thought you would do it for me. Absolutely the most beautiful flower crown I've ever seen, thank you baby."

Fade

I would be lying if I said that she is a huge nature lover.

It's not that she doesn't like nature, but she doesn't have a special sympathy either.

But that doesn't stop you from gifting her a flower crown!

She would love it if you could bring flowers of her favorite colors together and make a crown for her.

Fade is not someone who expects things like gifts. Therefore, if she sees that you have made a crown by combining flowers of her favorite colors, she will come to you and compliment the color of the flowers and leave.

"The colors are nice, they look good."

If you stop her before she leaves and tell her you did it for her, she will turn and stare at you with a curious expression on her face.

"For me? If you're going to give me the crown just because I like the colors of the flowers, you don't have to, it definitely suits you better."

If you can convince her that you did it for her from the beginning, a small but worthwhile smile will appear on her face.

She would walk up to you and let you put the crown on her head.

As you guessed; It would definitely suit her.

"I'm not sure that this thing is suits me but I can make one for you."

Astra

Astra loves anything colorful and vibrant, including flowers.

It wouldn't be too hard to understand that she would like such a gift as she often visited Skye's garden.

If she saw you making a flower crown, she would come to do it with you, regardless of whom you did it to.

And yes she would do it for you.

She would have already finished her flower crown and placed it in your hair while you were dealing with the flower crown you were trying to make for her.

"My flower looks pretty cute with a flower crown on her/his head!"

When you finally finished the flower crown you made for her and wanted to put it on her head, she would approach you and wait for you to put it on.

She would want to keep it by taking a picture of herself with you because you two look pretty compatible.

"We matched pretty well, my flower! You are absolutely full of life!"

She doesn't hesitate to ask everyone she sees how you two look side by side.

The moment someone started making negative comments, she would disappear with you in an instant.

"Hmm? Ah, it's okay my flower! I'm pretty sure it's something insignificant~"

Viper

As someone who works with chemicals and toxins in general, she only uses plants in experiments, so it's not something that interests her much.

She had seen children make flower crowns before and she knows how to do it. She's skilled at fine-tuning, so I don't think she'll have too much trouble making a crown.

She didn't comment when she saw you making a crown of flowers, but she likes to see you do little activities like this.

Still, she would go about her business without joining you.

If you have trouble making her a crown and whine, she will come over and fix the crown for you "to shut you up".

Viper will stare at you for a while like she got bugged if you put the flower crown on her head.

"Are you using me as a model or…?"

She would nod in surprise when you told her you weren't using her as a model, that you were making her the flower crown from the start.

"I see, thank you. I never thought I'd get such a gift."

Although she didn't seem to be interested, she never took off her crown when she wasn't in her lab that day. She didn't enter her laboratory so as not to take off her crown.

And she got loads of compliments throughout the day!

Sage

Sage is someone who thinks that when someone is given a gift, she definitely needs to reciprocate.

So if you give her a gift like this, she would think that she should give you an equally beautiful gift.

When she sees you while you are making a flower crown for her, she moves away from you without making a sound so as not to distract you.

You would also have given her ideas so that she could reciprocate a gift you gave her earlier; could make a crown of crystal flowers for you.

It looked like the crown you made, except that it was made of crystal.

While she was looking for you, she had finished her crown, and you were looking for her. You two looked at each other for a while as you both came across with crowns in your hands.

"The crown in your hand looks beautiful, my dear."

When you said you made the crown for her, she would show you the crown in her hand and tell you that she did it for you too.

As a result, you two mutually crowned each other.

"Actually, I did it to make up for the gift you gave earlier, but I guess I owe it again. Thank you, my beloved."

Reyna

Reyna is not much of a nature lover, but you decided to make one for her, thinking she would look pretty with a flower crown.

It wasn't hard for her to understand that you were going to give it to her when she saw that you were tying flowers of her favorite color together.

But she didn't want to reveal anything about it. She only came up to you once and stood above you to see what you were doing.

"Don't mind me darling, I'm just looking at what you're doing."

Even though she doesn't like nature, she would find it interesting and sweet that you want to give her such a gift.

When you went to her with the flower crown you made for her and asked her to put it on her head, she would laugh at you and take the crown from your hand and put it on her head.

When you told her you thought it would look good on her, she would press a kiss to your cheek and grin.

"Very clever of you to want to see me in a flower crown and gift it to me, darling, thank you."

Phoenix

Since Phoenix is at the top of Skye's list of those who cannot enter her garden, he usually doesn't touch the flowers much, but he finds them quite beautiful.

No matter how much he wanted to join you when he saw you making a flower crown, he would stay away so as not to harm the flowers.

"Aww, don't worry about me, it's fun enough watching you do it!"

He would watch you in amazement when you made a crown of flowers of various colors and put it on his head yourself.

He would stay like that for a while. When he came to himself, he would go to the mirror and look at his hair.

"Oh my god, that looks amazing (Y/N)! Do you really know how cute you are? I'll help you notice if you don't!"

He would show everyone he saw the flower crown on his head and say that you made the crown.

"Hey Skye! See my crown? Yes yes (Y/N) did it, don't you think they're great?"

Sova

Although Sova was born and raised in Russia, he doesn't see many flowers, he knows most flowers well and finds them beautiful.

Still, he wouldn't have known that flowers can be made into accessories.

When he saw that you were tying the stems of the flowers together, he couldn't understand what you were doing at first.

He would come and watch what you were doing. He might even ask you to show him how to do it.

While you were combining the flowers he loved, he would tell you about the characteristics of the flowers.

Finally, when you finished the crown and put it on his head, he would tilt his head slightly so that you could put it on more properly, waiting for you to finish your work.

"I didn't know that flowers could be used for things like this, thank you for making me one of these, dear."

In the protocol, he walked around with that crown all day. He only smiled at the teasing of others because he would be the last person to be embarrassed to carry a gift you gave him.

Prompt: Omen gets caught being wholesome.

• Unlike most of the agents, Omen did not relieve his stress by getting physical in the gym or by venting out his frustrations.

• To help him focus, he knits. But to zone out, he enjoys braiding your hair; he finds the two activities comparable.

• He discovered this pastime by mistake.

• He totally hasn’t looked up different braid styles when no one else is around. Nope, not this guy.

• Besides you, only Skye and Sage know his secret.

• Skye supplies him with little bags full of brightly coloured hair elastics so he can practice.

• Sage sometimes ties the ears of his hood with elastics to make it look as though he has mini ponytails, Neon-style.

• His secret is safe until he accidentally zones out while Brimstone plays the coffeepot mystery prank on Jett and Phoenix.

Another day, another headache.

Omen sighed, his fingers twitching under the meeting room table. Oh, how he wished he’d brought his knitting needles.

“So. Who broke it? I’m not mad. I just want to know.” Brimstone crossed his arms and examined the agents gathered around. In front of them sat a coffee machine.

“I did. I broke it…” Sova bowed his head, clasping his hands in front of him.

“No.” Brimstone shook his head definitively. “No, you didn’t. Phoenix?”

“Don’t look at me, fam!” The Duelist exclaimed, raising his hands in a gesture of surrender. “Look at Jett.”

“What?! I didn’t break it.” The petite Korean glared at him with a huff.

“Huh. That’s weird,” Phoenix’s voice oozed with mockery. “How did you even know it was broken?”

“Because it’s sitting right in front of us and it’s broken!” Wisps of air danced around Jett’s form, a telltale sign that she was trying her darnedest not to lose her cool.

“Suspicious...” The fiery Brit put a hand to his chin, pretending to be deep in thought.

Jett slammed her hands on the table, pushing herself up from her chair. “No, it isn’t!”

You watched the scene before you unfold in surprise and slight humour, unsure of what to do now that the meeting had become the Phoenix and Jett show. Then you felt Omen’s hands carefully separating sections of your hair from behind and smiled. You still remembered the first time you discovered this particularity of his.

You were both sitting by the fireplace after dinner one night, the click of Omen’s knitting needles resounding steadily between the crackles of flame. You had just returned from grabbing a hot chocolate, and settled into the armchair next to him. Leaning down to pick up your book from the floor happened to be the moment the shadow lost his grip on a needle. Bending down together, a clawed hand accidentally got stuck in your hair when he tried to reach for it. He quickly apologized, but you assured him he hadn’t hurt you.

Carefully this time, his hand came up to casually play with your hair, causing him to hum as he ran his fingers through your silky strands. “It’s so soft,” he murmured, causing you to giggle bashfully.

“You can play with it all you like.”

What you hadn’t been expecting was for him to have mastered a braided fishtail ‘do ten minutes later. Gazing in the mirror, you gawped at how intricate it was, every piece tucked in without flyaways and both sides even. “How are you so good at this?”

He rested his chin gently atop your shoulder, gazing at his handiwork along with you. “I saw Skye and Sage braiding each other’s hair the other day and they asked if I wanted to learn. It’s not too different from knitting…” He drifted off rather awkwardly, producing a clear plastic bag filled with colourful hair elastics. “Skye gave me these to use with you.” You sensed a blush in his voice. Your heart expanded in your chest as you hugged him.

“It’s perfect, Omen.”

Ever since then, he would braid your hair after missions or whenever he wanted to check out for a bit, though it was always when you were alone – but it seemed like there was a first for everything.

You two were so relaxed that you hadn’t even realized the commotion had died down. It was only with a prominent throat clearing that you were brought back down to reality.

Looking up, you noticed every last agent gaping at the sight before them. Phoenix and Jett bickering was a regular occurrence but Omen, the gruffest, scariest-looking agent, French braiding someone’s hair was enough to shock them all into silence.

You could feel your cheeks reddening under the weight of their stares, fidgeting where you sat. Omen was acutely aware of your discomfort, his protective side rising to the surface as a result. His dark aura swept around you like a blanket, tucking you safely into his shadow. The glowing blue slits in his mask seemed to pulse menacingly, and the temperature in the room seemed to have dropped significantly in a matter of moments. “What are you all staring at? Don’t you have a culprit to find?” He growled, causing them to snap out of their stupor, sending them scrambling back to business.

You grinned at his temporary mood shift. “I love it,” you whispered to him, gesturing at the immaculate French braid. The atmosphere slowly returned to normal, your warm presence putting Omen completely at ease now.

“I’ll make you another… whenever you’d like.”

Y'all all really flooded my ask box the moment the birthday scenario dropped lmfao. I am more than happy with this and actually enjoy this trope a lot so no worries! Onto the stuffs!

Phoenix ALWAYS ragged on you about being so small. He constantly picked on you about needing help during missions despite never actually being on the same team as you. He was in for the shock of a lifetime when you finally took off your hoodie to reveal what was underneath. You and Jett had decided to have a no powers race, you taking off the hoodie to make it easier for you to sprint. Phoenix's jaw nearly hit the floor when he saw you not only out running Jett but also covered in tattoos and well defined muscles. As soon as he could he started pestering you about all your ink as well as asking you how much you could lift. If you took the time to pay attention you would have seen a dusting of pink on his cheeks as he checked you over. He certainly took every opportunity to see you without your hoodie and even pushed to be on missions with you to see you in battle. He finds the whole look absurdly attractive.

Jesus Yoru is the cockiest agent and probably would have given you the most shit over being weak. It started getting so bad you felt like you were being practically bullied by the man. So, in an act of pure frustration you pulled off your sweat shirt and asked him to spare right on the spot. To say he was shocked is an understatement. He stared at you so long Skye had to ask if he was okay because he hadn't answered you or well, breathed in a solid minute. Tried to act unphased but lost the fight badly much to your amusement and joy, walked away with his head hanging low without a word. Didn't speak to you for nearly two weeks, you half thought you did something wrong until he showed up at your dorm asking if you wanted to head out with him. Starts asking about your tattoos, listening attentively to the stories they hold. Without a thought ends up stroking one of the tattoos and gets incredibly flustered when he realizes and for once in his life apologizes. Started treating you fairly nice after everything and even has you help him pick out more tattoos for himself. Skye keeps joking you beat some sense into him when actually you may have beat other feelings into him instead.

The gentleman constantly offered to help you with tasks from getting things off of high shelves to carrying things around for you. He did it far more often than he did for the other short agents so you were curious what made you different. Deciding to ask one day was a big mistake as he simply went: "You are so petite I imagine you would have trouble with anything.", that set you off. For the next week you wore sleeveless shirts, tank tops, and even crop tops in the hopes of passing by Chamber and flaunting what you worked hard for. That day came directly before a mission when you were getting your equipment and had scaled a weapon wrack to avoid asking for help. Turning around you were met with wide hazel eyes and an expression that looked like someone had just slapped him. You asked what was wrong to which he stuttered out a 'N-nothing' before fixing his tie and walking off to the Vulture. He didn't say anything but started randomly asking you to carry or hand him heavy objects, eyes very clearly lingering on you before thanking you. It was a good feeling that you were endlessly smug about to say the least.

I headcanon Phoenix as extremely clingy

He really wants your care and attention. All he wants is to cuddle up with you and oversleep into the late morning.

He will definitely come to you for first aid whenever he gets small cuts and scratches, to get to see you fret over him for a few moments before you remember that he can heal those himself with his powers

He will also 100% pretend he burnt himself every time he's taking the tray out of the oven. The theatrics are worth it for that moment when you run up to him and take his hand in yours

This man will give you everything you say you like or need. He's very possesive of his stuff but when it's you borrowing something then he jumps at the chance to tell you to keep it

For example, if he sees you're cold because your hoodie is too thin, he'll insist you take one of the ones he has and keep it for the future. He's like that with everything that he thinks can make you feel well

He can't cook to save his life though, as much as it pains him when you're sick and need him to cook for you, or when he wants to prepare a romantic dinner

But it's fine. He's resourceful. He'll order takeout

He is pretty decent at baking, though, he does cakes and brownies often. Just don't ask him to leave that comfort zone

all in all he's just incredibly loving and will do anything to keep you happy and safe

All you have to do in return is give him constant reassurance that you care for him too
