As I started to write a few scenes to insert in the main story of INLIGS as flashbacks to show Levi & Hange's friendship as teens & students, a lot of ideas for various scenes flooded my brain so I wrote a lot about this.

I'm wondering whether I'll post everything &, if so, should I post those scenes / chapters as a full companion fic for INLIGS? Or just keep the most relevant scenes to spread in INLIGS as first planned?

So INLIGS (sophomore year) is about the first year of friendship between Levi & Hange.

Snippet: While shopping at the mall, Levi & Hange come across a cute girl they know from the book club

They step a little closer, their playful tone shifting to something more serious. "You know, it’s okay to like someone. Especially someone as cool as her." Hange’s tone softens slightly, as they sense his discomfort. "She seems pretty awesome."

"Yeah, awesome," Levi mutters, trying to sound unfazed. "She’s... nice. But I’m not interested."

Hange leans in even closer, their voice dropping to a whisper. "Is that so??? Seems to me like you were about to trip over your own feet just to make a good impression." They giggle, tightening their grip around his arm.

Levi huffs, trying to push them back slightly. "Shut up, Four-Eyes."

So, good news is you chose an Erwin fic. Bad news (maybe, I don't know if you ship them) is that he's paired with Levi ��� "Warmth" is an Eruri oneshot requested by one of my moots. I didn't write much of it yet, though.

Summary: On their way back to the Survey Corps HQ after a meeting with the higher ups, Erwin & Levi get caught in a sudden snowstorm. They seek shelter in a cave where they have to find means to warm themselves while their clothes are drying by the fire 👀

Content: canon universe - attempt at light humour - eventual smut (I didn't write enough of it yet but I thing this might be taking that path...)

Snippet:

Erwin, on the other hand, remained calm, unfazed by the uncomfortable circumstances. He chuckled.

"This certainly wasn't part of the plan," he remarked with a smirk, clearly entertained despite the cold.

Levi shot him a half-hearted glare, too tired and irritable to put much effort into his usual sharp reply.

"You're taking this far too well, Smith," he grumbled.

He wouldn't admit it out loud, but a small part of him admired Erwin’s attitude.

WIP WEDNESDAY / INLIGS EDITION

Context: Hange & Levi just met as teens in this scene. Levi walks Hange home after he helped them getting rid of bullies.

A mix of embarrassment and vulnerability wash over them. The mud clung to their overalls, a constant reminder of the humiliation they had just endured once again. Despite the comforting sense of safety Levi’s presence offered, Hange was guarded, their mind racing with thoughts about the earlier incident.

“Thanks, by the way,” Hange murmured, still avoiding eye contact. “You didn’t have to step in like that.”

Levi shrugged. “Couldn’t just let those assholes get away with it,” he replied flatly, his gaze fixed on a distant point ahead. “Looked like you could use some help.”

Hange gave a small nod. They could feel his kindness underneath the detached tone of his voice but the weight of their insecurities still pressed down on them.

“It’s just… it happens a lot,” they admitted softly, trying to keep their voice steady. “People think I’m easy to pick on because I’m... different.”

“Different, huh?” Levi echoed, glancing sideways at Hange. “Who wants to be the same as everyone else? Fucking boring if you ask me.”

WIP WEDNESDAY with a snippet of a Modern AU / kinda Postwar!Levihan where Levi & Hange meet in a rehabilitation hospital where they both recover from their injuries.

It’s not one of his usual nightmares so similar to reality that wakes him up this once. From somewhere nearby, the nurses' office perhaps, the babble of cheerful conversation slowly slips through the haze of his drowsy mind. His consciousness struggles to dive back into slumber for a while until a boisterous laughter definitely jolts him off sleep.

Levi’s eyes flutter open to the now familiar sight of his bedroom. He tries to stir in his bed in an attempt to wake up faster and it’s suddenly back. The pain in his leg he almost forgets when he dozes off hits him like a truck, cutting off his breath.

This is the moment when I regret putting this title in the wip list lmao 😭

So... I wrote "All for you" almost 2 years ago and it's been rotting in my docs under the name "Filthy Levihan" (!) ever since. Just opened it for the first time in ages to see what could work as a good snippet & omfg I'm horrified at how lame this is!

This was my first attempt in writing smut & it's so very badly written I embarrassed myself reading it again.

This is explicit so more about it under the cut.

Summary: After the curfew, Hange sneaks into Levi's bedroom. They've been apart for a week and crave each other, but tonight is all about him. It's basically Hange worshipping Levi's body & doing naughty things to him 👀

Summary: After 6 months of research in a distant university, Hange spends their final night in town with an attractive stranger (Levi ofc ☺️). The connection between them is instant, leading to an unforgettable night together. But early the next morning, Hange slips out of the room without waking the man, leaving no note, not even their name. Although they know nothing about each other, the memory of that intense night lingers for both. Will they meet again?
