Vaginal-Perservering Phalloplasty

Vaginal-Perservering Phalloplasty is a procedure that is done so you may keep your vagina but still have the ability to have a phallis that gets erect.

Unlike the typical either radial forearm free flap (RFFF)/latissimus dorsi (using your back skin), or the "bird wing" abdominal flap procedure (this is the "surgical construction of a neophallus using a pedicled abdominal flap for patients transitioning female to male"- source ) this surgery does not need any procedures of removing ovaries, uterus, and the vagina.

This can be performed by both types of phalloplasty free flap and abdominal flap. Surgerons clinics can vary, though, as it is not the most common procedure performed. The ability to have urethral lengthening with this procedure is limited to a very small number of doctors and clinics.

Also still have the Vaginal Preservation Phalloplasty with Urethraplasty post going. I just finished finding sources, and now I'm going to start writing. But on that note, before the post goes out, the success rate of urethraplasty with vaginal preservation is significantly higher than my previous post and research. I just thought I'd let you know because you have been waiting a long time for an answer.

Is it possible to get vaginal preserving phalloplasty with an erectile implant device but no Urethral lengthening?

Alternately is it possible to get urethral lengthening without getting a vaginectomy?

Yes you can they can do something called "vaginal-perservering phalloplasty" (source link). This is everything you described. No urethral lengthening, preserving your vagina, and I believe an erection as well.

I am looking and most studies seem to not have enough conclusive information for me to get any concrete answers on getting a pump.

I believe through my research that since the articles and studies I read on both abdominal flap phalloplasty or free flap phalloplasty never says that preserving the vagina excludes you from being able to get an erectile device.

So I'd say as of right now, due to my research you can get an erection.

The surgeon clinic I usually speak to does not seem to perform this type of surgery, so I would have to contact a clinic I have not spoken to before. Keep posted, and I will email a clinic that performs this procedure and post the answer.

TLTR; vaginal-perservering phalloplasty is exactly the surgery you seem to want, it checks all of your boxes.
