Given that last (and first) session of our Silt Verses RPG Game ended with us sacrificing my guy only for us to decide we want to play again, I needed to create a new character to play! Her name's Vaani and as one might guess, she's a follower of the Saint Electric 👁️ I'm VERY excited to play her, although i miss Leech and Abe's dynamic terribly, I'm curious to see how Vaani and Abe will get along >:)
[ID: a digital drawing of Vaani, the artists OC. She's a woman with brown skin and long black hair with a bit of grey in a braid. She has a cochlear implant on her right side that has a Saint Electric Prayer-Stamp on it. She's shown from the chest up, facing the right with lightning in the background. /End ID]

VAANI eps 3
A week passed, I have been training with Edo and Myriani. It is very obvious that I have improved considerably. Well, at least I have more control over the powers that Caruer given to me. It was nice that it boosted my confidence.
Not to mention, I was experienced enough to get through an exam and receive my member card. As expected, my Rank is the lowest one despite my powers. But I’m not complaining. Taking it slow should be great for me since this will be my first time to an actual combat.
“Now that Miss Vaani have received her member card, we should have no problem going through with this quest.” Edo pulled out the quest he took a week ago with Myriani. I haven’t get a closer look on what kind of quest he took, so I decide to check it.
“In the Grimmire village, there has been changes in the dungeon near that village, the Obsidian dungeon. Vines have been seen to start growing out of the dungeon’s entrance. Try to find the source and eliminate it. Guild’s note: from our source, this vine may be Crimson Vine. Grabbing one of its vine should be enough as an evidence.” I read out loud of the quest. That is definitely serious matter considering this dungeon seems close with this particular village. “How long we can reach this village?” I feel like we’ve wasted so much time because of my training and it will going to waste more time if this village happen to be far away.
“If we just walk here, it could take 3 days.” Despite this situation, Edo and Myriani looks calm, like this is something that does not need for them to be in a rush for. “But don’t worry, we have a way to get there faster.” She added, as if it was an attempt to calm me down. She then proceed to grabbed my hand and hold onto it tightly. And then she grabbed Edo’s hand with her other hand. “You might want to close your eyes on this.”
I was confused, but if they truly have a way to get to this location faster, I should really trust them for now. Sighing, I closed my eyes and my hand held on hers tightly, as if making sure her hand did not slipped off from my hold. I don’t know what they were doing. I heard some noises and I feel like my head was spinning for few seconds before it stopped. The atmosphere and air around me feels different.
Did one of them... just did a teleportation magic? This sensation is very strange to me. I can’t even find a proper way to describe it. It feels like when it just rained a minute ago and suddenly it start to become sunny out of nowhere. I think that is the proper way for me to be able to explain it. “You can open your eyes now, Miss Vaani.” It was Edo’s voice. I was nervous, so I take some times to open my eyes. And sure enough, we were in a completely different place, I assume we’re in Grimmire village gate.
I was frozen. I think this experience still just way too much for me that it took me some time to take it all in. I can feel Edo and Myriani stare at me with amusement. I blinked few times, taking a deep breath and exhaled loudly before I finally feel a bit calm now. Teleportation should be one of the magic that I need to get used to now. As far as I know, only few select of people who can master it. “What should we do now?” I asked, since they’re are experienced adventurer, I should let them lead me here.
“We need to talk with the locals. Though it would be great if we could talk with the village head as well.” Edo suggested with one hand on his hips. “I would like to enter the dungeon as soon as possible, but we can’t be too reckless now.”
I nod my head in agreement. I feel bad that it took us this long, but from what I can remember, there is usually a time limit they can put if it’s such a crisis. So, if they didn’t put any deadline, I believe we should be fine. Seeing that I regain my composure, the three of us walk into the village.
The villagers definitely looks busy. It looks like as if they’re trying to get something done as soon as possible. Not to mention, I see a bunch of guards and authorities thorough the village. I looked around, completely distracted to take everything in until I bump into Myriani who were walking in front of me, who just stopped without warning.
I groan softly and look in front of us, only to see the guards blocking our way. They stare at us with so much intimidating. “Who are you and what do you need here?” one of the guards asked. His voice is loud and clear, as he does not need to repeat himself.
Edo decide not to do anything that will only raise suspicion. He raised his hands, Myriani do the same. I was confused but I decide to copy them. “We’re are adventurers. We’re here because we accept a quest related to this village.” Efo explaining himself. He know that if he pulls the quest paper right now, the guards will definitely on alert. But if he explaining himself first, he will be given an opportunity to show an evidence for his statement.
The guards looked at each other before nodding. “Let me see the quest to confirm it.” It sounds like a demand to me. Though seeing our situation right now, we don’t really have any other choice. Using only one hand, Edo slowly and carefully took the quest from his pocket and held it out for the guard to see.
The guard take a closer look of the quest, didn’t even bother to take it away from him. He nodded and hummed, probably to himself before lean away. “I have confirm the quest and it is indeed fit to the situation happen in this village.” The guards sounds more friendly now. It seems like they have confirmed we are not a bad people as their demeanor looks more relaxed now.
“Can you explain further about what happen here?” I’m surprised how calm and collected Edo was. I would probably scared shitless if I’m on my own here. I would panic so much that I can’t think properly on what to do. I just admire him more now.
The guard nod his head, agreed to explain the situation the best to his ability. “Obsidian Dungeon have shown a sign of being unstable as of late. So far we can handle things on our own, but this time, we can’t risk it. We simply have no idea what kind of monsters that thing was and I have a feeling that something must’ve happened in the deeper level of the dungeon.” The guard explained while the three of us listened to him carefully and closely.
“I see... so even if we handle Crimson Vine, there is a possibility that more monsters will start coming up to the surface.” I heard Myriani muttered, she probably was thinking out loud, but she make a pretty good point. “I think we might ended up need to go deeper into the dungeon, Edo.”
Edo sighed as he scratched the back of his head. “Well, Obsidian Dungeon aren’t necessarily the most dangerous one, as the deepest floor for this dungeon is most likely 20 floors. This dungeon is the most suitable for the new adventurers.” He looked at me, like as if he’s emphasizing something from his sentence. “But if powerful monsters start appearing, we need to handle it.” He still stare at me with a smile before winked at me.
“We don’t know how long this will take, so we might as well need to do some preparation. Specifically food!” Myriani looks serious. While I have seen how hyper and excitable she can be, I still will never be able to fit that energy at all.
“How in the world you can handle her at all?” I literally had to ask Edo. Just seeing her cheering, running and jumping makes me wonder where all of these energy come from.
Edo laughed at my question, amused. He stare at Myriani, like as if he appreciates her just simply existing. “...because not everyone have the same privilege and freedom like her. Despite being a Guild Officer, that did not stop her to express herself.” I looked at him, slightly surprised with how he answer my question. Staring at Myriani, I start to remember why I’m here to begin with.
I need to make this world safe enough for people to express their feelings and emotions freely. I believe with Myriani forming a contract with Edo, she can have this amazing life. I don’t know what kind of life she have to go through before these, but I don’t dare to ask nor it was my business at all. “...I suppose you’re right.”
--
For the past week, I have been stuck with Myriani clinging to me. While it’s nice to have company... that’s not always nice for an introvert like me. I don’t necessarily hate other people’s company, but I need to be alone to recharge my social energy with others for tomorrow. So, I have convinced Edo and Myriani to let me have a room for myself. I even offer to pay for my own room.
Not only I need to be alone after stuck with the same people for a whole week, I also need a lot of thinking as well. As I have a goal here, and that is to bring peace into this world, I can’t stay with Edo and Myriani for too long.
I grabbed the map I bought, found out I have been teleported by Caruer in Umiviel. It’s quite small compared to its neighbour regions, but this place somehow the most popular place for its well constructed dungeon.
West of Umiviel is Kruviel while the east side is the Sliviel, the largest between the two. I still don’t know the details about these two regions. Well, the book I bought explain it, but they’re using such complicated and elaborate way to explain it that it’s only confuses me even more. Not to mention, while I kind of understand this world’s writings, I still need some times to adjusts all of these.
Though, my eyes have been staring at this small spot of region between Sliviel and Senarcahya. It’s very small, even smaller than Naya, the smallest region amongst other regions. Based on my basic knowledge about this region, it seems like there is a Demi-Human have take this one region for himself. No one was able to defeat him due to he have a power to defeat an army or two. The casualties is just too big for people to sent another army, thus they left that place alone.
No one was willing to claim this particular land. And this Demi-human have manage to maintain his own region no problem at all. Many rumors claimed that this Demi-human might be the new Demi-God for this particular region.
I knew right away this region is mine. This region doesn’t have any name too, but it has been labelled as dangerous region by people. Not many people was capable of getting closer to this region as it was blocked off by some kind of barrier magic. Not to mention, the aura that was emanating from that region makes other people and even monsters avoid getting close as well. I can see they are very protective of their place... which is make sense.
If this Demi-human is very powerful... I can definitely try to convince them to form a contract with me. After all... in order to bring peace into this world, I need allies. I need a bunch of powerful allies to help me and also a base. I need a place that belong to no regions and no one. So... I feel like this dangerous zone really calling me.
“Okay... once I’m done with this quest, I will leave...!” I feel determined. While not everything will went as I was expected, I still want to stay optimistic about my situation. I’m still novice when using magic, but I believe everything that Edo and Myriani taught me should be enough to get me around somehow.
--
The next day, I went out with Edo and Myriani, getting some preparations before finally headed to the dungeon. “...is this normal?” I can’t help but asked regarding the monster’s behaviour.
“This is usually happen because something is wrong within the dungeon. So we need to defeat this monster and then we will find the source of the problem... even though it wasn’t mentioned in the quest. But it’s Guild Officers duty to handle this kind of problem.” Edo answered my question with so much confidence.
“Is it okay for me to be in this duty as well?” I feel like I might ended up get in the way. While I have been doing pretty well in combat, I still don’t have enough confidence in myself.
“It’ll be fine. Even novice adventurer tend to run into strong enemy above their rank. You just use this opportunity to get better and to gain your confidence.” I was surprised that Myriani noticed about that. I guess after staying in the same room for a week make her notice even the smallest thing regarding me. I feel a bit embarrassed now. But she make a good point. Another thing about combat is that I should be more confident. If I second guess everything, I might ended up getting killed.
I’m still scared, but I still want to do it. Thus, we went into the dungeon, make sure to cut every vines that get in the way of our path. Edo warned me to not touch any the red spot of the vines as it will latch onto my skin and suck on my blood. Though I wore a glove, so it should be fine for me to grab onto it.
It took us some times, but we eventually reached the main floor. The vines seem stretch so far deep, so we decide to use the vine as a guide to lead us to the source of this monster. “This dungeon has 20 floors. In floor 5 and floor 15 there’ll be mini boss, but in floor 10 and 20, the big boss will be there. So, if there is a big monster outside of those floors, meaning that there really is changes.” Edo explained while he scanned the whole dungeon with his magic.
I was curious about this scanning magic, I tried using it, but I don’t even know how. There might be more magic that I hadn’t known before all of these. I need a mentor. But I can’t ask Edo for more help. He already teach me the basic, so the rest I need to learn by myself or finding someone who willing to taught me that.
As soon as Edo finish scanning the dungeon, he sigh. He looks conflicted as he crossing his arms over his chest. “Hmm... this is weird...” he muttered, probably to himself.
“Did something happen?” Myriani and I stare at Edo, curious what he found from his scan. Edo glance at both of us, though he looked like he was a bit hesitant to tell both of us.
“...there appears to be Demi-human nearby the Crimson Vine. And... I don’t know how to explain it, but it looks like as if they’re controlling the monster?” Edo sound unconvinced, like he wasn’t even sure what he was seeing. He rubbed his chin, thinking of what he needed to do but then sighed once more. “We should just get there and check it out ourselves. The monster have reached floor 5, so it shouldn’t take that long.”
Myriani nodded and the two of them walk ahead of me. I was scared. I honestly really don’t like dungeon too much. The place is dark and there are just too many places a monster could hide and sneak to ambush me. I get super paranoid and jumpy just being here. Having Edo and Myriani makes me feel a little bit better, but I wouldn’t even want to get into this place all by myself if I could help it. I clutch on my knife close to my chest, making sure that I’m ready for any fighting I have to do. Though, I also put up barrier on myself as I don’t want anything sneaking on me and I ended up getting injured.
“Are you scared?” Edo looked at me with amused look. While he wasn’t, I feel like he’s mocking me with that look.
I pout, trying to relax myself but our current setting makes it difficult for me to do that. “Of course I am. While there might be some good treasures here, I still don’t like dungeon.”
Myriani and Edo look at me with amused look now. It feels embarrassing when they clearly having fun seeing me scared of this place. Though I’m just happy they didn’t say anything further about it.
We went deeper, running into small monsters that the two of them told me to fend off in order to improve my combat skill and eventually we reached the floor 5. I feel like this floor is indeed designed for mini boss with how big this floor is. Unlike other floor leading to this that just small hallways.
In the middle of this floor, I saw Crimson Vine and... a small girl tied up on Crimson Vine’s chest. She looks unconscious. “Is that the Demi-human you were talking about?” I just had to make sure. He said the Demi-human were the one controlling the monster, but that’s not how it looks like here.
“Well, I am as confused as you are.” Edo start pulling his sword out as he is on stance now, ready to fight any time. “Regardless, we should try to save them.” He said before start charging to Crimson Vine. Myriani pulled her knife and follow him after.
Me, on the other hand, wasn’t really sure what to do here. While it’s obvious that I need to help them, I had a feeling they should be strong enough to defeat this monster. But I can’t possibly just stay still and do nothing. Even if I do decide to charge in, I had a feeling I’m just going to be in the way for both of them.
I look at the way they fought. While it seems like Edo wanted to save that Demi-human, he was so focused on cutting down more vines that keep regrow. It feels like both Edo and Myriani was having a difficulty and overwhelmed by the infinite vines. But... I have keeping my distance. The monster clearly was distracted by two opponents that clearly strong for it.
I have my chance here. I could definitely sneak close to this monster and save that Demi-human. Putting my hood on in attempt to hide my clearly stood out crimson hair, I start to run around the monster, trying to find its blind spot. I’m just glad this monster is not big, though the girl this monster held captive is just small... like, really tiny. I have heard fairy is also a thing in this world, so I can only assume this Demi-human is fairykin.
Sneaking behind the monster, I tried to be quiet. Even with the noises that Edo and Myriani make from the fighting they’re doing, I’m sure that isn’t going to be enough to distract it fully. Edo and Myriani understood what I was doing and they’re trying so hard to distract it.
Just as I was about to strike it, I feel something wrapped around my leg. I gasped as I was just being lifted off ground, upside down by one leg. In this situation, I’m grateful I pick shorts, otherwise I would’ve been embarrassed the whole time in this situation.
“Ms. Vaani!!” Edo and Myriani called out for me as they realized Crimson Vine get a hold of me.
‘This is exactly what I mean I’d get in their way...’ I sighed, while I wasn’t very happy to be in this situation, I feel like I should scold myself to only make things difficult for the two of them. I look at the vine that was wrapped around my leg and I can see it’s trying to chewing through my boots and my socks. I probably should freed myself before this monster put any more damage on my clothing.
Thinking for few seconds, I proceed to use water magic and froze it with ice magic, effectively stopping them from destroying my boots. I use my knife and cut the vine, ended up making me fall off from a pretty tall height. I use wind magic to slow down my fall and let out a sigh of relief. I watched at the vine that I just froze and it didn’t take long for it to regrow it again. It seems like as if this monster gain a really tremendous magical energy to be able to regenerate its limb so quick. And I can only assume that fairy Demi-human might be the cause of it.
Which is another strange thing about that Demi-human. Fairy known generally to be the weakest Demi-human. But the fact that she could provide this Crimson Vine enough magical energy to keep regenerating itself is just a bit weird to me.
Regardless, I can’t just stay still doing nothing. I imbued some magic into my knife. I definitely do not want to get close to any danger if I had an option for it.
As soon as I finished imbued my magic into the knife, things should be under control after this. Looking at Edo, I had a feeling that he might held back because he want to test my power and combat in a real fight. While I don’t like he didn’t discuss it with me or it’s just something he come up with just recently, I just want to get this over with.
Knife in my hand, I ran towards the Crimson Vine. Every vines coming my way I cut it easily with my knife. Some of its attack scratch my skin, but I remain focus, keeping my eyes on the fairy. My plan is that at least to touch her.
As if reading my mind, the monster using as much vines as it could and block my view from the fairy. I clicked my tongue in annoyance. This monster is really smart. But this is exactly why I imbued my knife with my magic.
As soon as my knife stabbed into the vines that was used to block me from the fairy, it instantly frozen. I use the wind force to destroy the ice, along with the vines inside it, causing it to shatter. It will take less than 10 seconds for it to regenerate from being frozen. So, I use that small chance to grab the fairy, cut any restraints and just drag her with me.
The Crimson Vine definitely not happy for me taking the fairy away from its clutches as it screeching from anger and pain. Edo and Myriani soon regroup with me. Myriani immediately checking on the fairy, making sure she’s fine while me and Edo keeping our eyes on the monster with our weapon out. “So... do you have any plan?” I asked, now that we have successfully rescued the Demi-human, there should be nothing to stop him or me from holding back, right?
Edo didn’t response to me for a minute. He was staring intently at the monster, as if trying to find any weak point or any kind of flaws. “Living creatures usually relying on both brain and heart to keep living... so, we should focus on those two. How about you focus on trying to targeting its brain while I focus to target its heart?” that was the plan he come up with. It’s not a very concreate plan, like something he come up with because he don’t know what kind of monster we’re up against. But, if that is the best thing we can do right now, I might as well do it.
“...fine, you’re making it sounds like I can even reach that thing at all.” I have to leave some kind of comment to him and his plan. Edo just laughed before both of us charge in.
As soon as we did, more vines trying to get in our way. Edo will deal with the vines since he’d be facing the Crimson Vine head on while it is my job to sneak on it to attack its brain. It was really easy for Edo to get through those vines, so my assumption about him stalling is because he’s testing me. Well, it’s no use to think about it. We have a bigger thing to think about.
The ceiling of this floor is quite high and tall. So, using wind magic, I could float high enough to be above everyone else, including the monster. It was unsteady as being on the air is still hard for me. It also took me some times to reach a certain height and repositioned myself. But eventually, I get to the perfect place and undo my wind magic, effectively making me drop and fall.
‘wind and earth...’ I thought as I keep on dropping. I held my knife on both of my hands tightly, pointing it directly on top of Crimson Vine head. I see more vines attempted to stop me, but using protection magic, I could block and nullify any attack against me.
Eventually, I landed right on top of its head, stabbing it right on top of it. I don’t know if the liquid coming out of it is its own blood or the blood that it has sucked so far, but I can say for sure it was splattering all over the place, including on myself.
Pulling the knife out, I stab it one more time before I tried to drag it down, trying to split Crimson Vine open using my body weight and also the gravity magic that will pull me down even harder.
As soon as I reach the bottom, more blood splattering all over the place. At this point, my whole body is covered with full crimson blood. It smells pretty bad too, but I need this monster to die before I could clean myself up. “Edo, stab its heart!” I shouted as I know the monster probably was distracted by the pain from the open wound I make on it.
Edo didn’t hesitate, he imbued his own magic into his sword before just stab it where its heart at. The monster screeching. It was so loud that I had to cover my ears. I can even feel the whole floor shaking just from its screech. It stopped screeching and moving before its body fell to the ground that covered in pool of blood all over. I sighed, just realized how tense my whole body been. I put my knife away in it sheath and approached Edo. He look at me and greet me with a smile.
“Great job there. I guess you’ve improved pretty well.” He looks proud. Well, it’s just something I did without thinking. On the hindsight, doing that kind of thing can be considered as suicide and reckless because that Crimson Vine could definitely stab me through my stomach with one of its vines. I’m just happy I take so many precautions. “Though... your look right now is the most impressive here.” Edo tried to stifle his laughter but that only annoys me more. I know I’m not looking my best right now, but that’s because I have to fight for my life here.
Sighing, I use water magic using gesture magic and I was just doused with water, washing off most of the blood from my skin and clothes. Though, the blood have leaving a very noticeable stain all over my clothes and I just hate how my outfit looks now. Regardless, I should look okay for now and I will try to find a way to get my clothes back to its original state.
Edo and I went to Myriani and the fairy girl who is still unconscious. “So, how was she?” Edo get to his knee, checking the fairy girl closely.
“...she should be fine. Though, with the amount of magical energy Crimson Vine have absorbed for itself, she will be very weak and it will take a long time for her to recover completely.” Myriani using healing magic on the fairy girl, though even from a distance, I can sense how it was a very calming magic. “We need a magic transfusion...”
“...magic transfusion?” I believe it should be similar to blood transfusion, but it’s definitely an interesting thing I’d like to hear more.
“You don’t know?” Edo looked at me, though he doesn’t look all that surprised. “Our body functions with blood and magic circuits inside. Blood will keep your body functioning, but magic circuits will help you to be immune to the air in this world and also give us the ability to use magic.” Edo was trying to explain but it only confuses me more. Is something different in the air of Aliolas that I’m not aware of?
Sensing my confusion, Edo chuckle softly. “Magic circuits is not only something that everyone in this world has to have the ability to have powers and magic, but it also protect us from all the corrosion of the magic thorough this world. Let’s just say this world is like underwater. And you, as someone who does not have magic circuits, going into this world. You will be suffocated and eventually drowning. It’s basically like that.” While Edo have tried his best, I did understand a bit about what he was talking about.
Because this world have using magic as part of their daily life, it is not a strange thing if there’ll be some traces of magic all around. These traces of magic can be considered as corrosion for non-magic user. Their body cannot withstand the magic trace/corrosion and it will causing their body to burnt and combust.
‘You know... with so much of these risks about magic, I honestly glad I pick Knowledge of Magic from Caruer...’ it was a bitter truth, but if I’m so clueless about all of these, I might start doing something stupid. Regardless, we need focus at the matter on our hand. This fairy seems needing magic transfusion. I’m not even sure how the procedure goes. “How do you transfer magic?” I just had to ask, wondering if there is a way for me to help.
“The easiest way is forming a contract with them. But there is also a medical way. Some says magical circuits are basically same as blood transfusion. So, you might need to draw your blood for it. But obviously, your blood type need to be match, so it can be complicated.” Myriani explained as she seems finished using her healing magic on the fairy girl. “Though, normally we could regain our magic circuits eventually. But it will take some times.” She added while watching the fairy girl who is still sleeping.
“But with the amount of regeneration that Crimson Vine has done, I had a feeling it use a bunch of magic circuits of this fairy. So, one can say she might be in a very critical condition.” Edo added, he looks genuinely worried about the fairy. “We should bring her to the nearby clinic first until she regain her consciousness.” Edo suggested and both of us nod our head in unison.

Living The Vrindavan Dream
(Warning: Very long post)
This is the post describing my trip to Braj Dham <3
Day 1:
We reached Vrindavan at around 3 p.m. Had prasad and then after resting for a while, we left for the Banke Bihari Temple.
Tbh, my experience in Banke Bihari wasn't very good. Not because of the temple itself, obviously, but because of the people. Rushing in like literal animals! Like, yeah I understand y'all are excited to see the lil Manmohana there, BUT SO ARE WE! Anyyyyway, we did catch a good glimpse of Him there sooooo 🫠❤️🥹❤️
Anyyyyway, we then went to the Sneh Bihari Temple. It was way less crowded and people were civilised. Soooo yeah, that's where I broke down. Like, my Keshav looked so freaking beautiful there, I just couldn't bring myself to dam my tears. It was simply ethereal...✨
He just looked so freaking beautiful and I felt like I had transcended all limits of the world...💫
And guess whaaat? The pandit of the temple called me near him AND GAVE ME A BEAUTIFUL GARLAND FROM KESHAV! IT WAS LIKE THE BEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE; I HAVEN'T BEEN HAPPIER FR FR!!! OUUUUFFFF KESHAV I LOVE YOU TOOOO!
We then visited the Ashta Sakhi Temple, Radha Ballabh Temple and the Keshav Mahadeveswar Temple. The serenity there is to die for. Like, why not? It's our Kanha's place after all!
Day 2:
JANMASTHAMI DAAAAY!!!!!!! THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE? HELL YEAH!
Soooo, I wore this beautiful ghaghra for my Keshav's bday celebrations.
But ek haadsa hogaya. Four monkeys legit jumped on me to snatch my beautiful latkans. One of them even managed to rip one of the latkans off my ghaghra🥲. One grabbed my ghaghra, and the rest three grabbed my chunari. But Kanha saved another me from a full-on Vastra Haran sooo yeah. I just got a few scratches.
Anyyyway, first, we went to Seva Kunj Temple. There, I did my Keshav's abhishek!!!!!! I've never felt happier, fr fr; I almost cried. He looked so freaking cute like aaaaahhhh!
From there, we went to the Radha Raman Temple. Again, it was crowded to the point that breathing became laborious. Couldn't catch a proper glimpse of Keshav there 🥲
Next, we went to Radha Damodar Temple. This place was great. Crowded, but organised. Plus, they had an almost empty bhajan hall. There, we could sit peacefully and I could get lost in my Keshav's thoughts...😌
From there, we went to the Meera Bai Temple. There was a super beautiful cow sitting in front of the idol. It felt as if the Murlidhar himself was petting her gently as she sat there calmly with her eyes closed. <3
We then visited the Govindji Temple. That place is so freaking beautiful! Like, you can feel the walls echoing the name of the darling of Vrindavan; it was simply blissful.
After that, we went back to our guest house to rest. In the evening, we went back to Seva Kunj for the Janmashtami celebrations.
IT. WAS. THE. HAPPIEST. I. HAVE. EVER. BEEN. IN. MY. WHOLE. ENTIRE. LIFE
Firstly, we had a beautiful pravachan by a Maharaj Ji. He basically talked about the birth of Krishna.
So, it's a lesser-known fact that Yashoda maiyya actually gave birth to twins, Yogmaya and Vrindavan Krishna. So, when Vasudev brought in Devaki's Krishna, both the Kanhas became one. And when Krishna and Balram were leaving with Akrur ji, the Vrindavan Krishna stayed back in Vrindavan. So, he technically never left. AND THAT'S WHY VRINDAVAN'S AIR REEKS OF LOVE AND DIVINE BLISS TO DATE!
Anyway, the Maharaj ji said so many other sweet things about us Krishna lovers. He was like, "We all sitting here for our Krishna; do you know in what roop y'all are sitting here? We're basically gopis here."
And I was like, "YES, YOU SAID IT! YOU SAID IT!!!!" It made me so happy for real!!!!!
Sooo, after the pravachan, there was kirtan. And each one of us, men and women likewise, danced our hearts out for our Kanha. It was so blissful, y'all. Dancing without a care in the world with complete strangers tied to each other with a single thread of love for our one and only Keshav; it was one of the rare times when I've felt truly joyous... 💫
At midnight, we all welcomed our Kanha by doing mandir parikrama. After the festivities were over, we had prasad after thanking Krishna for being with us always <3
Thus ended the best day of my life...🌺
Day 3:
The Janmashtami hangover was still there when we got ready for Seva Kunj again. We did kirtan there again before having prasad. Then in the evening, we left for ISKCON.
Now, I don't have any words to describe how freaking beautiful and ethereal our sakha looked there! Like, he looks so perfect that you can't help but tear up...✨ His beautiful lotus eyes legit glimmer at you overflowing with love. There's nothing more peaceful than just staring at his face there for real. Everything in ISKCON was so freaking beautiful; simple exquisite. All the lovely mural paintings, the mesmerising idols, the gorgeous architecture; I could spend the rest of my life there without any regrets.
Moving on, we left ISKCON for Prem Mandir.
F. I. N. A. L. L. Y
And there, I legit became oblivious to my surroundings. Like, my friend legit had to guide me through cuz I was in a trance-like state. The freaking delightful and charming statues showing different phases of my Keshav's life looked as if they were speaking to me. The lovely statues of Radha Rani with her Kanha were just so so so pretty! The temple interior gave heaven vibes for real. Like, I just don't have the words to describe how happy and tranquil I felt in there despite the crowd... ❤️ I completely lost my heart and soul to the Makhan Chor that day...💫 Did that quite happily, I'm telling ya.
Thus ended another glorious day.
Day 4:
The day I've probably been the most heartbroken, cuz that's the day we left Vrindavan.
But not before visiting Nidhi Van. Y'all, if anyone ever tells me Krishna is mythology, I'm cutting their throats off without batting an eyelash. Like, you literally FEEL Kanha walking beside you and caressing your arms lovingly as you walk through Nidhi Van! The trees there, gracefully twisted and intertwined with each other, are a living testimony of our Kanha's raas with his Radhe and sakhis... ✨ It was just so soothing to feel His presence right next to you there!!!! I'm just repeating the same thing again and again, cuz that's basically what you live there in the land of Keshav 🥹❤️
Anyway, melancholy struck immediately after we left Nidhi Van cuz yeah, we left Vrindavan... Yeah... It was heartbreaking. Like, yeah, He is with me always, every day, every second. But I LEFT VRINDAVAN, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN, RIGHT!? Also, it was raining cats and dogs when we left. Call me over-dramatic, but I'm just gonna assume that it was my Keshav's bittersweet way of sending me off.
Anyway, we left for Radha Kund where we stayed at a मठ. In the evening, we went to see Radha Kund and Shyam Kund. Again, I felt His mischievous blissful presence pulling my leg right there <3 I felt my sakha lingering beside me, smiling at me with all His love. And I have no idea what overcame me, but I started singing 'Natnagar ki hai Saari Leela' aloud. Like, I hope no one minded that. But at the moment, my mind couldn't think of anything or anyone else but my Manmohana for real.
And yet another day in Braj passed by.
Day 5:
Our last day in Braj. We went to Barsana!!! We visited the Radha Rani Temple, of our very own Madanmohini... ❤️ The temple is so beautiful, y'all. Architecturally, aesthetically, and spiritually; it's simply perfect! And our Radha Rani, oufff! Unke baare me kya hi kahun? She's ever gorgeous, beautiful, dazzling, and whatnot! 🤩 And we both laughed about how Kanha is such a simp for her soooo, yeah!
The rest of the day, it simply rained. So we couldn't do much. But yeah, I listened to songs thinking about the past couple of days I spent with my Keshav himself... 💫
And yeah, the next day we left Braj... No further elaboration.

VAANI eps 2
I have bought a new outfit that makes me fit in on this world. I bought some armory too, but while I still have plenty of money, I mainly want to use my money for food only until I get used to this world. So I didn’t buy a bunch of stuff. Armor isn’t an issue since I can use my magic as defense. I have asked for a weapon that is suitable for beginner and the owner suggested me a knife. While I doubt I would ever going to use it, I just want to be safe.
Now that I have fitting in with people in this world. I should start thinking of a way to earn money. There are 3 methods for someone like me. Adventurer’s Guild, Merchant’s Guild and Hunter’s Guild.
Adventurer’s Guild is a place for fighters and adventurers. Most of their jobs from quests. Retrieving certain parts of a monster, killing a powerful monsters, gathering some herbs that usually near dangerous monster, and many more. Adventurer’s Guild mainly revolving around monsters.
Merchant’s Guild, as the man stands for, is usually for businessman. It might sounds simple, but I don’t want to even touch that guild for the time being. Not only I’m not interested enough, I have no products of my own that I want to open my own business.
And lastly, Hunter’s Guild, quite self-explanatory, is a guild for hunting. But the difference with Adventurer’s Guild is that Hunter’s Guild is mainly targeting criminals. The Hunter’s Guild will always a close association with authorities, so the reward usually come straight from them. Due to my contract or promise with Caruer, I don’t think it’s a good idea for me to join Hunter’s Guild. So, it’s not an ideal place to join.
It wasn’t that hard for me to decide which one I want to join. So I went to join the Adventurer’s Guild. I make my way to the location. Stopping by to ask passerby where is the way to the Adventurer’s Guild and it took me some times before I finally found it.
I walk to the front door and I can already hear loud laughter and yelling from inside. Because this is a guild for such a rowdy and loud people, I shouldn’t be surprised at all. Feeling nervous, I put my hood on, hoping to hide my face and also nervousness, I pushed the door open. And sure enough, while the room still filled with so much shouting and laughter, I can feel their gaze on me. I keep my head lowered as I make my way to the counter.
“Good day! What can I help you with?” the receptionist greeted me with her costumer service smile. But seeing her makes me feel slightly better.
“I-I’m… here to join the guild.” I was stuttering a bit and it makes me feel even more embarrassed.
“Thank you for joining us today!” the receptionist pulled out a registration form. “Then please to fill this form and also pay for registration fee for 15,000 Inia.” That was a bit expensive, but I am going in for it.
I was about to grab the bag of money Caruer gave me, but with the eyes on me, I know I will get in some kind of trouble if I show off my money here. Thus I discreetly pulling some money and give it to the receptionist.
My next concern is whether I can understand the writings of this world. I took a deep breath and take a closer look of the form. My eyes widened. Sure, it is a strange language and writings, but I can understand it. This might have something to do with the stuff Caruer gave me. I honestly wasn’t even thinking about the language barrier because it sounds like I can communicate with them in English. I take the pen and start writing my biodata on the registration form. It was going smoothly but then I paused when I reach a certain part.
“Umm… about this part…” I muttered as I pointed at the part asking where I come from. The receptionist lean closer to take a look at the part that I was talking about and a smile formed on her lips.
“If you do not wish to open up where you come from, you may just fill in that you’re a traveler.” I was surprised by how much they let things slide. But I’m just glad that I don’t necessarily have to fill this form truthfully. Getting the answer I was looking for, I continued and finished filling up the registration form.
But before I even finish writing the last question, I stopped and lifted my head to look at the receptionist. “Will it be okay for me to taking quests on my own?” I see some cases where guild seems required to form a team. But I just wanted to know if I have that kind of option.
“Considering you are just registered, I do not recommend for you to go all by yourself. It is ensuring that you did not break any laws or Guild’s rules.” The receptionist answered and I nod my head, thinking how make sense that was. If I just joined now, I think it will also reduce the casualty of me being injured and no one was around to save me. Well, as much as I wanted to test my powers that was bestowed by Caruer, my safety is still priority.
As soon as I filling the form, I pushed it to the receptionist. The receptionist took my registration form and check all of my answers. “Thank you for joining us. Since you have become part of the Adventurer’s Guild, I believe you may be interested with one of our services here, especially training from the Guild Officers?” that offer indeed caught my interest. The main reason for me to join the guild is to training and to find out what kind of powers I got. Well, one of the reasons, to be precise.
“Sure. I’d be happy to.” I nod my head, already feeling excited from this training. Seeing my enthusiasm, it seems makes the receptionist looks happy as well.
“I shall call one of the officers to attend on you.” She bows her head before walk off to the door behind her. Sighing, feeling some kind of satisfaction, I went to take one of the empty table in Guild Hall. I can still feel eyes on me, but I still keep my hood on and it make those gaze feels a bit bearable.
“After this… I want to find map of this world. Maybe I should’ve borrowed the guild rulebook or something to get an understanding about how this guild works.” I was muttering under my breath, my mind filled with so much things I wanna do for the next few hours. Caruer have mentioned how his world have a problem with discrimination, but looking around in this guild, everyone seems getting along well with the other races. Gotta be honest though, seeing someone with animal characteristics, which is one of the characteristics that very obvious to me in terms of their appearances, is still unreal to me. It feels like they’re just putting on a costume or cosplaying.
I was lost in my own thought and was only snapped back into reality when I feel someone touched me on my shoulder. I turned around and sees two people behind me, one who appears to be human man and the other one is elf woman. Making an eye contact, the elf smiling and wave her hand to me. “Hey there. I believe you’re the new recruit, right? We’re the officials.” She began by kind of introducing herself. “My name is Myriani. And this guy behind me is Edo.” Now she is truly introducing herself and the guy behind her.
“Heya.” Edo greeted me, already being friendly towards me.
I get up from my chair and facing the two of them as I put my hood down, revealing my identity to them. “I’m… Vaani Knight. Nice to meet you.” Having this formal introduction makes me feel a bit awkward. But the two of them doesn’t seem to mind that much.
“I’ve never seen you around the town. I’m guessing you just arrived here?” that’s the question Edo asked to me.
I nod my head. “Y-yeah…” I don’t think I can make excuses to as to why I decide to join Adventurer’s Guild in this specific town.
“Well, we should probably pick one of the quests before we left.” Myriani pointed her finger at the quest board, which filled with so many quests. The three of us approached the board and I realized the quests has rank on them. While I kind of understand that it some kind of difficulty of the quest, but I have question about the rank itself.
“These ranks… does the novice adventurer will always start at F rank?” I asked, considering Caruer mentioned that I’d be the strongest compared to anyone in this world. But there is always a difference between being strong and being experienced. I could be the strongest, but if my experience in battle is nonexistent, it’s just all for nothing.
“Yes. No matter how strong you are, Adventurer’s Guild will always prioritize those with experience.” Edo answered my question while placing his hands on his hips. “But seeing you have potential, we might going to go with C or D rank quests.” He added and now fully focused on all of the C and D ranked quests.
“Umm… shouldn’t you guys test my ability yourself?” I feel like they jump into it way too quick. Wouldn’t it be better if they could see what I was capable of instead of picking a quest for that?
“Don’t worry. We just want to secure a quest for you. You can only start doing quests once you get your guild member card.” Myriani said that with a big grin. Though I can sense a bit of mischievousness from it as well. “We will take it outside of the town. If Edo sense you have potential, then the training is going to be so much fun.” Myriani looks really enthusiastic and optimistic. When she put it that way, I just have a bad feeling about it.
As soon as the two of them secure a quest for me, the three of us left the building. “Can you guys show me where the bookstore were?” the thought of buying a map never left my mind. The two of them doesn’t question anything and lead me to the bookstores. They also explaining the route and the buildings we passed by as we were on our way to the bookstores.
As soon as we arrived to the bookstores, the three of us went inside and start to look around. “What were you looking for here?” Myriani seems finally curious enough to ask me.
“World map.” I look around at the bookshelf and pile of books to find world map. I was also hoping to find a history book or something to learn deeper about this world and each of the regions.
Honestly, it’s a bit hard for me to focus on my search since I would get distracted by some books that looks interesting. The books isn’t wrapped in plastic cover that I would usually see in my world’s bookstores to keep the book pristine. Though the downside of that method is that I can’t really check how good the writings are. I guess that’s also part of the point for the book to be wrapped in plastic wrapping. So that people won’t read it until they buy it.
Regardless, it took me some times to find it since I still can’t get used with the writings of this world. I paid for the books and leave together with the other two. Now that I finished with my business here, the three of us left the town towards the open field nearby the town.
“So, Miss Vaani. Do you have any combat experience?” Edo asked and for me it sounds like some kind of interview.
“None.” I shake my head, following the two of them from behind before they both finally stopped. They both turned around and look at me with a smile.
“I think we should explain how Adventurer’s Guild works first.” Myriani suggested and Edo nod his head in agreement. He also doesn’t seem to mind if Myriani was the one who did the talking. Taking the hint, she looks happy enough to do that for him. “Being Adventurer, we have laws and rules that needed to be followed. We also can’t let anyone join, especially those with no combat experience and criminals. We may allow some criminals, but that also required for them to follow another set of rules. But I digress.” This explanation was really interesting. I have an impression from a long time that Adventurer’s Guild looks like a place with brawl brain who can’t think of anything but fighting.
“Adventurer’s Guild have a class course for those who want to learn how to fight. But it is different from Academy. There are four classes. Melee, magic, stealth and knowledge. You are not required to pass all of the test, but you must pass at least 2 of them in order for you to get your Guild member card.” Myriani continued and that is the first time I’ve heard of this. The guild system here is a lot complicated than I would’ve imagined. I guess even Adventurer’s Guild are bound to law as well.
“Okay… when this class will be held?” it’s important for me to know so that I will be prepared. While I’m confident with my magic powers, I’m not so sure with the other one. If possible, I don’t want to focus on melee weapon at all, even though I bought a knife for a purpose to defend myself, I still think using knife still a bit too much for me. Not only I have to get close to my enemy, I also have to experience how it feels to stab something that is still alive. Just that thought makes me cringe and disgusted so much.
“As soon as we’re done with our training. So it depends.” Myriani have this wide smile. She looks really excited with this training session. While I know I can trust them, I just can’t help but feels like something is going to happen and I don’t know whether it’s a bad thing or not.
“Now, Miss Vaani. Do you know how to use magic?” Edo asked, seems like our training has begun. I look at Myriani and she step aside, letting Edo to take control of the lesson here. I glance back at Edo and shook my head. “Worry not, that’s why we’re here.” He chuckled. His demeanor makes him looks like as if he knew me for a long time. It strange at how easy it is for him to warm up around me or even how I feel at ease around him. “Can you tell me anything you know about magic?”
I was nervous since the topic about magic is still a strange conversation to me. While I have the Knowledge of Magic, it feels like I still need some kind of way to unlock the rest of it. It like some kind of reminder when you forgot things you learn or have a long time ago and you locked it in the back of your mind. “As far as I know, magic consists of 6 elements. Fire, earth, water, wind, darkness and light.”
Edo nodded and he looks proud with my answer. “Yes. But… there are some other extra elements as well? Like how some of elements needed to be used together in order to create a whole new elements.” Edo began as he held his hand out. I just instinctively stare at his hand, expecting something to happen. I jumped when an electricity just formed on top of his palm. “I just combined wind and light to create this magic.”
I hummed and nodded, never thought magic could be more complex. That means I can definitely do an experiment on combining two elements. But I can imagine people have done most of the combination. “The 6 elements you mention act like a base for the rest of magic you can access. Though, using base magic doesn’t require a lot of magic, in exception for darkness and light. Darkness and light magic can be as tough as the other extra magic.”
This education is very nice. I guess my interest in magic, even before I was sent here still stay intact. I’m so glad I could feel this passionate towards something in this world. “So, how do I use magic?” I was so excited, I think Edo can tell how excited I am just from how I talk to him. How do I know? He was looking at me with amused smile.
“Each person have a different way of using magic. I, for one, more effective using hand gesture.” Edo held his hand out once more, snapped his finger and a small fire ball manifested on his palm. He then glanced to Myriani, which I ended up following him as well. “Myriani, on the other hand, using rune or glyph type of magic. Which is basically like symbols, markings or tattoos.” Myriani was distracted for few seconds, but noticing that Edo and I were looking at her, she straightened up her body and wave her hand towards both of us.
“So, what we’re going to do now is to find a method of magic channeling that is perfect for you. Who knows? You might be able to use several methods.” Edo looks enthusiastic and confident. Me? Not so much, but I was still kind of excited. “And also, I want you to use all kind of elements you could think of. This is to determine what element is your specialty as well.”
I took a deep breath and let out a big sigh. This is basically the first step for me to bring peace into this world. Learning magic is also a form of learning about myself. I’m getting nervous that I might going to screw up at some of these magic channeling.
--
It took us 3 hours. Maybe because I still have not used on using magic at all, that it start take a tool on my fatigue. It feels like after doing pushups for hours end. All of my upper half of my body were sores. I was also panting so hard and loudly that I ended up collapse on the ground, unable to talk at all due to my panting.
Edo remain unfazed to see me collapse on the ground. He has been taking notes every time I use my magic in different methods. “…I have to say, your magic is very powerful that you have no problem with most of the methods. Though, it seems like you’re having a hard time with the incantation method.” Edo was chuckle, clearly making fun of me for stuttering the incantation.
“Look… it’s embarrassing… to say it out loud.” I complained between the panting. Edo just chuckle at my response while keep on checking his notes.
“Unfortunately, we can’t check all of the methods since we required third party for it. But, considering you’re doing well on most of these, I believe you can just pick one method and try to master it.” Edo closed his notebook before he placed it into his pocket. “But we’ve been going for 3 hours now. We should probably call it a day.”
“I agree!” Myriani exclaimed while running towards Edo’s side. “The day still young though…”
“Myriani… Miss Vaani is exhausted. We shouldn’t push her further. Though… we can offer a dinner for her.” After catching my breath and also pushed myself on sitting position. They were talking amongst themselves that I feel like I’m the one odds out. “What do you think, Miss Vaani?” Edo suddenly turn towards me while I was lost in my own thought.
I blinked and jumped. “Wh-what is it? Dinner? I guess if you’re okay with it!” I was frantic, obviously. And the two of them doesn’t seem expect me to response that way.
But their expression warmed up on me. Edo approach me and held his hand out for me. “Come on, then. Do you have a place to stay?” he asked as I placed my hand on his and he pull me back on my feet.
Now that he mention it, I hadn’t thought about that. I don’t know how long I’ll be staying here, but I wasn’t about to stay here for a long period of time. But I can’t say how long as well. “No, I don’t. I just arrived today.” I sighed while clean the dirt and dust off from my brand new clothes. Though I had a feeling my clothes will keep getting dirty, so I shouldn’t too be bothered by it.
“How about we shared a room together?!” Myriani ran towards me and grabbed both of my hands on hers. She is so full of energy that it’s simply just too much for introvert like me. I was tempted to say no, but seeing her expression, her sparkling eyes and enthusiastic face, it is simply hard for me to say no to her.
I turn my head away, close my eyes and grit my teeth. I was trying my best to hold back, but eventually I utter a word “…okay.” To her offer. I kind of feel bad since it feels like I was just agreeing on things because there is an advantage of me to accepting their company.
“Horaayy! I got roommates!” Myriani let go of my hands while she was cheering and jumping around. Seeing her so active makes me feel exhausted even more.
--
I was thinking they would lead me to their house or something, but it seems like they took me at their shared house along with some other Guild Officials.
“Is it really okay for me to be here?” I simply feel uneasy to even enter the building.
Edo pushed the door open and turn his head to me with his usual gentle and friendly smile. “Of course. This is the only home we have.” He responded as he make his way inside. Myriani take my hand and pull me along with her into the building before the closed the door. The hall is average size. Though it looks like it’s more of dining area and kitchen with all of the tables, chairs and cooking utensils. With that, I don’t see anyone else beside the three of us.
“Where is the others?” I asked, under the impression that there are more of them.
“They went out to finish some high-risk quests. Some of them are stationed at another town.” Myriani take her armors and cape off and just throw it on the chair. I was just looking around at the room until Myriani just grabbed me on my arm again and pull me along with her. “Come on! Let’s go to our room now!” she really didn’t waste time. I was caught off guard that I almost lost my balance while she was pulling me.
She lead me to upstairs, and I see a hallway with lines of doors on both sides. She keep holding onto my hand until she stopped at the door on the right side, second to last one. She pull a key from her pocket, use it to unlock the door and just slammed it open. “This will be your room too!” She exclaimed while still dragging me. Her room is… quite messy. It’s mainly just clothes all over her bed and chair. The room was separate into two sides, left and right. With how Myriani decorated her room, I can tell she took the left side.
She finally let go of my hand, allowing me to have a better look of my side of the room. I checked the bed and it feels soft enough for me to sleep. Despite how unkempt she is, the furniture on my side doesn’t have any dust at all, so I can assume it was cleaned quite recently.
“So, what do you think? I believe our bed are more comfortable than those from the inn.” Myriani somehow sound proud with that. Though I don’t know why she is being generous with me even though we just met today. It feels weird when someone being overly nice towards me. Like, they have some kind of ulterior motive. But I can only assume that we’re still stranger, which is why I feel this way.
“It’s fine. I mean, there is a bed I can sleep on.” I replied to her with a smile. It’s the bare minimum, but it’s everything I need to be able to stay in this town for few more days.
Myriani grinned widely. She went to sat down on her bed, placing her elbows on her knees and her chin on her palm, staring at me so closely—or more like watching me so intently. It was so awkward, so I tried to find a way to distract myself or her from this feeling. “So… are you Edo’s colleague?” that is the first thing that came into my mind.
Myriani blinked, as if she didn’t expect that kind of question from me. A smile return on her lips afterwards. “…you could say that.”
‘When you say it that way, it’s implying that I’m not too far off but still not quite right…’ that is my interpretation of her answer. Well, the two of them were close and they’re both clearly have the same position here. So it wasn’t a weird thing for me to assume that, right?
“Edo is my master.” Myriani was honest enough to tell me that and when she mention that Edo is her master, it opened one of the basic knowledge I gain from Caruer.
It is not a weird thing for human to form a contract with Demi-humans. It is some sort of consensual contract where two party have desire to be bound with each other. Whoever become the master normally those who are stronger than the other. So, it seems like Edo, who seemingly look like a human to me, are stronger than this elf in front of me. “I see… that would also be one of the possibilities.” That’s all I can say about it.
I’m feeling tired. I want to sleep, but if I do now, I had a feeling it will mess up my sleeping schedule. “Hey, Vaani…” I heard Myriani call for me, pretty quietly. I look at her and realize she no longer staring at me, but staring at my long, braid hair. “Can you… let your hair down for a bit?” that is a request, but something about the way she asked that makes it hard for me to say no.
“It’s a pain to re-braid it…” I was trying my best to find excuse to reject her request and it’s also not a lie. My hair is super long and I like it that way. But it’s also really such a pain to maintain. So I always braid my hair to keep it neat.
“Then leave the braiding to me! When you braid your hair like that, it looks like as if you have short hair! I want to see your hair in its true form!” At this point, she’s not requesting but demanding. And at this point, I don’t have a strong willpower to say no, so I went ahead and undo my braid.
As soon as I did, Myriani take a closer look of my hair. I can feel her hand and fingers ran through on my hair, as if brushing them. “Not bad… I thought it’s going to be a little bit rough, but I can see you take a good care of your hair.” Hearing Myriani compliment my hair makes me feel happy. But I tried to not get that into my head. “We should take a bath first before I braid your hair back again.” Myriani grabbed my hand once more. But this time, she did it gentler than before. “Let’s get to the bathroom before Edo taking em!” and once again, Myriani dragged me along with her.
‘Well… I guess it wasn’t that bad at all…’
