    “Did you die?” Both brows lifted, hues shifting towards the other man in seriousness as she cut the engine to the car and threw the door open before getting out. “Y’know, considering I just saved your ass from cuffs—you’d think you’d be more grateful.” With a roll of her eyes, Octavia tossed some of her hair over her shoulder as she locked her car inside the garage. Quickly she moved towards the garage door, pulling the chain down to close them inside. Despite being almost positive that she’d lost the cops, her vehicle didn’t need to be advertised for everyone to see. 

    With a sigh, she headed back towards her car and for a moment she examined the extent of the damage to her baby…it was going to be an expensive fix that’s for damn sure, but it was still whole mostly. That counted for something in her book. As eyes raked over the damages, her jaw clenched before turning her attention to Sebastian. “You owe me a beer, or twelve for all that.” She said, finger outlining where that vehicle had clipped them as she’d raced through a red light to try to get ahead to lose the police presence. “The fuck you think you were doing tonight anyhow?”
