Something I’d like to say:

In the verse where Vyrodok is raised by his biological father, Niles Talbott, and so goes my his birth name, Dakota, he is not a good person. He’s not as much of an asshole as Niles and is general a courteous, diligent, if not a little simple young man. He doesn’t kill like Vyr does, but he’s raised with a lot of bad values

He will not be a good lover. First off, he was essentially taught not to fall in love, so most connection to him will be sexual unless you really get under his skin. He knows what he’s doing and will make sure his lover gets off, but he also isn’t great when it comes to aftercare. He’s a little blunt and dirty talk won’t be romantic. Frankly he’s pretty vulgar, and that directly has to do with his dad. He also generally follows Niles advice of “treat queens like whores and whores like queens” but he has enough southern boy sense to like. Not be sexist

He does openly reject his dad’s racism, but also Niles isn’t gonna change. That as well as his “tough love” look at his boy means they fight like dogs, often physically, but in the end consider themselves thick as thieves, mostly because they’re all they have. It’s super unhealthy but in a much different way than Vyr and the Cryptkeeper

Also Dakota isn’t an executioner but he is a prison guard. Actually at the same place where his dad works as executioner. So with that comes some assumptions about people with criminal records that kinda suck

The one thing he’s never gonna admit is that he’s super conflicted about the death penalty. See Steve Earle’s Ellis Unit One for a little inspo for that
