MERMAID SQQ IN WEDDING ATTIRE- was trying to think of what a merperson would wear for a wedding and got two options.

The day was stressful, but drawing this boy was therapy.

Also low on detail because it's 3 a.m and I still have homework xd (and maybe even not that correct (sorry))

But WOW it surprised the level of detail you put in this, you're a master in details!!!

Your references were P E R F E C T. They really helped a lot!!

This was my favourite part of the drawing. Specially his hair and eyes. (tried to give his hair the effect of being underwater)

And it was REALLY fun defying all that I know about anatomy and mixing it with a lobster!!!

I see why you love drawing the boys as mermen!!

And remember about the "creepy" eyes?

I did this too!!

(yes it is a latam joke (sorry xd)) But I can's stop imaging him like in those cartoons were someone gets too surprised that their eyes jump off of the eye sockets.

I brought you today yall's favorite tes couple❤️ (im delusional)

In this au it is somewhat peaceful (but just in the beginning. They die here too 😭) in this au, merundil is actually part of the aldmeri dominion as well (only theverion is cannonically part of the thalmor)

In their small free time they get off duty, they spend it with each other, reading books to each other out loudy and go for a walk, and share some kisses and cuddles

Theverion is not an affectionate mer, but for merundil, he's willing to be a little bit more open about his feelings. Its the small baby steps for him.

Theverion is a ruthless, cold mer, but merundil holds a soft spot in his heart.

This au is had a better progressing in the relationship, but there's always room for improvement.

For context, theverion is the mer who has the burn scar/mark on his face and the other is merundil❤️

"Now Lillian?" I hear you ask. "I thought you already did leo?" And you, observant tumblr user, would be correct. But guess what.

I went to look up lionfish again to make sure I did Roier right and looked at the tail again.

IT'S TRASNLUCENT!!! YOU CAN SEE THROUGH THAT. IT'S NOT ONE THINGS WITH SPOTS ON IT. IT'S SPINES WITH TRANSLUCENT WEBBING!!!

So I redid Leo, and then I did Roier. :)

Roier is mostly just Spiderman colors. Focusing on the red and blue with hints of the black and white. I tried not giving him the headband and it didn't look right, so he gets the headband.

Also while looking for tail refrence, I saw that when out of water their tails kinda close up like a fan.

So I just imagine that when out of the water and Roier smacks someone with his tail, it's like hitting them with a closed fan.

Pepito is this 🤏 big. Pepito is baby.

Pepito normally wears the goggles but that didn't work with this my style here (if I do other art I'll make it work, but I didn't want to completely hide Pepitos eyes), so I just put them on Pepito's neck. 100% Spiderman goggles and you can't tell me otherwise. Pepito's ears are like an axolotl's gills, cause it was too perfect.

(art stuff rq on how i did pepe's ears if anyone wants to know) I have those hot pink colors on the side as swatches. The top most is the one in the back, or the one on top. The one off to the side is for the middle. and Bottom for the lowest. I used the csp effect bush 'Gauze cloud'

Apparently Q is also in this fic, so excited to draw him if/when he shows up. And anyone else. Mer's make me happy :D.
