"Tell me everything that happened before you couldn't see. Maybe I can help pinpoint what caused it." She was already thinking that a trip to the book might help. If there was a way to get answers, it would be through that.

Aiden chuckled along with him. "That wouldn't surprise me. Even if I have lived her my whole life, I'm sure there's something I haven't found yet. I just didn't take the time to look around and see what was out there. I put so much focus on my daily life and duties that I didn't get to appreciate the world around me."

She took his hand, excited to see what they would discover. "yes, I'm ready. I want to see what we can discover and just forget my worries for a day. I'll follow your lead and use what I learn for future adventures."

The Professor chuckled, and smiled. "That's the spirit, Aiden. San Francisco may be familiar, but every place holds secrets waiting to be uncovered. Even in a city you know well, there are always hidden gems, unexpected encounters, and moments of pure magic."

He extended his hand to her for her to take. "Shall we, then? Let's let the city guide us today. No maps, no plans, just pure instinct. And remember, it's not just about the destination, but the journey itself."

First off, I love ur art so much. Ur style is so amazing and the stories u come up with are so fun (or sad) and I think they're incredible.

Second, Law and Luffy at the pool headcanon bc it's over 100 degrees where I am rn. Luffy cannonballs in before they even set up their chairs and Law just stares at him. He refuses to get in, so Luffy has to surprise him and push him in. He's mad, but then Luffy laughs and all is forgiven because he is the sucker for Luffy's laugh/smile.

It had been such a happy accident that the three of them ended up in a relationship together. She always thought Julio was attractive but never really thought of pursuing a relationship with him. but then when they met Alena, it just seemed to happen. She wasn't complaining. It worked for the three of them and Daisy was enjoying having so many people around.

"I have never had him push me out the door before. I know my shop is literally down stairs. But he's always one to convince me to stay home just a little longer. Glancing up from their very serious gift wrapping session, Kyleigh smirked as she looked over at her friend. The half lycan didn't really have any plans to begin with, she was thinking of picking up a few more shifts at the diner with her aunt. Maybe grab something to go from there and just chill out on the couch, see what was on the TV. But if Cameron was going to insist that she spend the holiday with her and the kids, well at least that would be a lot more fun. The day was all about them anyway, and it made her feel good to be included in that.

"Well I guess I don't need to decide if you're asking me or telling me." She teased, placing a piece of tape to secure the wrapping paper. "I would love to join you guys, bring some goodies over for us to enjoy together."

"Are you okay with that? I know how much the Elders like to watch things." She wanted to be sure that he was okay with sharing a bed with her. After they managed to work things out between them, they were still having to work around their relationship. She knew the Elders were not going to be pleased with this turn of events. But she didn't care. In the long run, it was their lives. If they wanted to be together, they were allowed to be. Though she hoped that they would eventually just give up. She would think they would have learned from having to deal with her parents and her aunts.

"Don't get me wrong. I would love to snuggle up against you. But the last time we tried, you got jiggled at a lot of times. Enough to give you a headache. So its whatever you want to do. I'm all for it. You know how much I love physical touch. It helps keep me grounded after all."

Chuu has a vice grip on the sofa she’s sitting on if there’s more than 5 people at a party lmao. She’s not gettin up. N o p e. (Can sometimes be lured out onto the dance floor with a Waltzing number, but will rarely stay for longer than 2 songs before she’s found a way to slither out of being an active party participant. She’d rather chill and eat snacks and watch OTHER people look silly on the dance floor.)

Tuesday is ecstatic to be invited to the dance floor- but he only really knows how to do the stuffy Ishgardian Ball Dance when he first gets invited out to a party lmfao. The amount of people present doesn’t really impact his willingness to come out to the dance floor, but once he learns more ways to dance or even how to just, ‘feel it’ and make it up as he goes he gets much more excited about dancing to upbeat or quicker songs. He is Very good at not stepping on Toes :) (almost as if somebody didn’t want to deal with smushed toes…. 🤔)

Tangy is so zazzed to dance. She is…. Not the best at ballroom dancing or like, whatever you wanna call a couples dance, so. Watch your toes! It doesn’t matter how many people are there but being the center of attention can be kinda daunting :’> she’d rather dance to more upbeat music than slow dances so she’ll probs bow out for drinks and a snack during those to take a breather sjfjdkfs … pls also imagine her doing classic ‘dad’ dance moves or something from the Peanuts x3 [cut cos it’s Long 🫢]

….. 🤔 Ishi will gladly dance with a friend (or friends!) at smaller gatherings- and even invite others out to the floor x3 but at bigger more official events? She’s probably grateful for the excuse to step away from whatever Politically Charged Chat she’s been roped into regarding allied tribes or intercity relations. (She isn’t trained in dance, but will readily learn and follow somebody else’s lead •v•)

Mochiie is someone who’s reluctant to take an invite to the dance floor no matter how many people are present if there’s already people dancing and there’s not much space. He’s uh… conscious of his tail. (Poor guy sent a lalafellin couple sprawling once when he got tangled up in his feet, so he tries to be Overly Cautious now)

😂 Colette will indulge a friend in a dance, and relies more on being able to lift/twirl/dip her dance partner for flair - it’s an All-Eyes-On-Them situation. If Eorzean weapons didn’t have a habit of cracking under the pressure she’d probably be a tank. She prefers music with dramatic flair, to match her flashy dancing style. She laughs a lot more when it’s a Smaller group, there’s less performance pressures 🤧 (I should REALLY pose her dancing with Setsuna at some point… I’ll have to bug my partner for some files x3)

🤔🤔🤔 Levraut was the hardest for me to figure out. He’s classically trained in Ishgardian Dance? But he hates it. He thinks the whole thing looks silly, and he’s not so into huge parties (since they’re usually hosted by The Rich And Influential And Expect A Certain Class Of People yk) … he’d be a hilarious ‘sexy lamp’ for someone to dance with though… I think it would take him some time to feel comfortable dancing in the center of everything but he wouldn’t mind kinda grooving in place around the edges.

Until he’s 5 cups in. And then you have to haul him off the dance floor before he makes more of a fool of himself than he currently is, and tries to start a fight with the Violinist, because it quote ‘sounds like you’re killing the cat what made the strings all over again’ (regardless of if that’s true or not; a drunken Lev craves Rowdy Brawling and will Incite It)

Aiden was relieved that the woman wasn't any danger to her brother. she couldn't help her protectiveness. She learned it from her older siblings and the rest of their family. She let out a breath as she took a seat in a nearby chair. "That makes sense, given our family. But still I would appreciate some kind of heads up next time." She was happy that her brother found someone though. Maybe when things were settled on her end, she wouldn't mind meeting her.

She waved him off at his question, looking away. "Yeah, everything's fine. I think its just past high school experiences that are messing me up with my adult friendships. I sometimes wonder if I trust people too easily." she couldn't help but chuckle. "It probably would surprise you that its more of a friendship issue than a relationship one."

Letting out a small breath of a chuckle, Chris shook his head in exasperated fondness at his little sister. Why didn't he advertise his girlfriend, his soul bond to his family? The list was ten feet high and a mile long. Bianca was tasked with killing him for magic's sake--his siblings were notoriously protective and 'shoot first, ask questions later'. Hell, he and Bianca were still trying to navigate the entire soul bond thing without the interference of the cupid cousins.

"Bianca isn't just any girlfriend, that's why." He revealed, and he really didn't Wyatt finding out just yet. Chris' head tilted as she explained her mood, and his eyes narrowed in worry. "Is everything alright?"

Whatever he's searching for Crow doesn't seem to find, given the undertone of frustration to his rasped words. "Pardon? Tryna tell m'this ain't no new thing? That ya been having spells o'this sort ya whole life?"

Without waiting for another word, the depraved perfumer turns back towards the bubbling pot of something only-half realized, and none too gently works towards snuffing out the flame. All the while a slew of muttered oaths unfit for ears of any age storm out from his coarse throat, only coming to a halt when he's at last dealt with the brew and marched his way back towards Rya.

"Ain't forgiving no damn thing. Not till we sort out what's going on with ya." This close, the bitter smell of smoke and the likewise acrid scent of miranda powder is strong on Crow's person. So too is clear that worry within his words, no matter how masked he would prefer it remain beneath his otherwise blunt demeanor. Carefully, almost anxiously, a stained hand touches at her elbow. "Should sit. Could tell me what all ya feel. Might can fix something for ya."

It had been a long day trying to help her charge figure out potion making. She did her best to use her knowledge from her mom to teach her everything she needed to know. it was a struggle but she had managed to go through the day. By the time she left, night had fallen. Normally she would just orb back to the Manor. This time around, she decided to invite Alec to take a walk with her. She had him meet her at her charge's house where they would walk through the city. Arm in arm, she was enjoying just being a couple with him. No having to rush home. She wanted to make more memories with him like this where work and magic wasn't involved. She chatted with him about her day, a constant smile on her face. She sighed contently, looking up to the sky. "Its beautiful night, isn't it? Think we should head to the park for a better view?"
