So I missed March wheel spin because I was busy, but this month it is .......@dr-ground-zero turn! They have always loved my Vi//llian D//eku so I had to make a small thing!

plot: basically the underground mafia boss D//eku calls you to a meeting in their basement, to go over how insubordination will go & how he plans to make his mark in this world...without even a power to his name....it is just too bad someone left some flowers on the stage.
