kinda hoped the hemp rope scene will be better but it felt ingenuine (Boun and Prem have shown some great acting in the series but this scene and the scene where they were watching horror where not so good; my guess is they were filmed at he beginning)

also again editing is all over the place!!!

Team, baby, I know you are upset BUT you have at least last 3 episodes to put a name on what you have with Win (and vice versa) and I am a patient person but I am losing it. Team you are so stupid. Or maybe just deaf and blind. Like sometimes I wonder if we have two Teams because clearly something is not clicking for him.

why does this show has so may unnecessary scenes or why they are so long

why they are recreating UWMA scenes as they were in UWMA (or did they just cut UWMA and put it in with different color grading??? THEY DID) while changing scenes for Win and Team? I mean it in a way that maybe maybe some new cute scenes were possible???

and also wtf is with this timeline (just don't trust characters when they sey week)

I think I am kinda mad. Sligthy disappointed. I love Win and Team but screenplay is doing them dirty. Like just WHY WHY is it taking so much time for them to talk. This show could have been six (or eight) really good hour long episodes and finished. And we have 4 more???

Between us ep 8

wah these episodes are being released so timely. This week was christmasy and the preview for next weekend seemed to be new years related... speaking of the preview i am not excited to see team cry but whatever i guess... thoughts on ep8 lolol

we got it. we got the scene. the namesake of the show... the hemp rope scene. Not gonna lie, twas quite cute hehe.

IDK if its just becasue i have no experience in relationships (even though i'm pretty sure i'm the same age as win ;-;) but how on gods green earth do you hear someone say they usually tutor people for free but for you they want to just kiss your forehead and yet you're still going to sit there talking about how you dont think he likes you and he doesn't treat you any different??? like what?? i could understand if they were like,,, friendly to eachother and nothing much else and he was not sure but they literally spend every single day AND night with eachother like??? wdym he doesnt treat you any different than anyone else... but whatever

i, as usual, am enjoying the side couples but im starting to get to the point where i just want more winteam. don't get me wrong, i dont want less side couples, just more winteam

as i have mentioned before, i almost always absolutely despise the sound effects in these shows but i am a sucker for that blinking sound effect that played when win opened the door as team was about to leave (near the end of the episode) and i was not expecting that at all lol

finally, one point that i have seen a lot of people bring up that i must agree with, the past few episodes have been fairly "the same". Like obviously, each episode has had a different "main theme" (trauma, confessions but not really, coming to terms with the fact that you love someone) but the overall bulk of each episode is just wake up, go to school, talk in win and/or teams room, sleep, repeat... which sucks a little bit but to be fair... what else can they really do in a show that shows itself as a university life show? its not like uwma where they both literally died and i feel like a lot of the winteam conflict revolves around things that occur at the school so idk

ALSO!!! HOW THE HECK DID THIS EPISODE JUST GLOSS OVER THE END OF THE LAST ONE?? LIKE WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT???? NO MENTION OF IT AT ALL??? anyways, thats all :)

Korn and Intouch being totally in love in Episode 8

As someone who has read the book The Red Thread by Lazy Sheep, I am not surprised that there is a serious lack of WinTeam in UWMA, despite them being heavily promoted. The pairing doesn't appear much in the book either since it is a secret relationship that they hide from pretty much everyone. The scenes we have had so far have been added and do not appear in the book.

WinTeam DO have their own book set during (and after?) The Red Thread called Hemp Rope. So far 9 chapters have been released, and translated into English on Wattpad. Lazy Sheep stopped publishing chapters for a while but recently started writing them again.

This gives me hope, along with the buzz that UWMA is getting online, that there will be a season 2 with WinTeam being the main couple, just like what happened with LBC and TinCan.

I do expect to see this scene though....

Korn and In love each other so much.😢 Like we knew that In had feelings for Korn but to see Korn slowly fall for In is so cute. And their scenes on the beach, with them making promises to that they’ll never leave each other.

Also, the scene where I is asking K if he wants to go to the beach, I felt like K was trying to act annoyed but they way he was looking at him showed how highly he seems to think of him.

In general, Kao’s acting in this episode was so good. He’s a lot better at expressing his emotions in this episode as compared to some of the other episodes. And Earth is always a great actor.

• i see that all of temp is in this drama and i love for them lol title and perth play past lives while plan and gun play present characters

• damn no wonder korn felt so trapped and like he had no other choice his father was an ass and i can't imagine how he felt having to leave his lil brothers to that fate that's sad bro hella sad

• team looks extra baby™ in casual clothing and i mayhaps love him even more don't know how that's possible but i do

• don and del remain the winners of the best siblings award bc they are the best siblings ever

• ALSO THE REASON DEL LOOKS SO FAMILIAR TO EVERYONE IS BC SHE WAS IN LBC i was watching it the other and looked closely at the cast pictures during the intro and she's in it!!

• fluke is so good at crying like every time pharm cries i get teary bc he's that good

• kinda of meh about the way pharm crying when he saw the pic of deans mom was just glanced over but like i get why they did it that way

• finally got the bed scene!! im happy bc it's cute and dean is just so soft for pharm 🥺🥺🥺 asking if pharm I'd really there or just a dream 🥺🥺🥺

• pharm and team have the best friendship lmaoo team has so much fun teasing pharm it's cute

• more!! hand!! holding!!! they've such a supportive relationship and im happy for them

• phoom is super cute and even though ik we won't see that much of him i already love him like he was my own son :((

I don’t think it’s necessary to watch Until We Meet Again to enjoy Between Us! Win and Team as a couple had little screen time in UWMA, you might not totally understand the deal behind Pharm and Dean but you can still enjoy Between Us just fine…

I have to confess that I couldn’t get through UWMA even tho I tried! I gave up around ep8/9. It’s a really good show, the storytelling/plot is amazing but I just didn’t vibe with Pharm and Dean when I tried watching. I might get back to it when I am in a better headspace…

So no, you can just watch Between Us on its own and if you want some UWMA WinTeam context you can check out some of the compilation videos on yt!
