its like. i think about 90% of my weird and likely disordered relationship with food has absolutely nothing to do with body image and more just lifelong picky eater isms that are maybe a bit more extreme than the normal persons lol ? and i think Maybe it is something like avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder or whatever IDK because i will look around my kitchen which has plenty of food in it and go hm. i can not eat any of this. so instead of forcing myself to stomach anything i will simply turn heel and leave the kitchen which is not so good but whatcanyado. anyway like i said about 90% of this has nothing to do with body image normally idgaf about that which i am grateful FOR mostofthetime but oh sometimes. there will be thoughts inthebackofmymind....... I do notlike them and i do not like listening but theyre There. boo
