non non biyori - dropped after 1 chapter 7/10

the anime was one of my first and it just improves on the manga so much. it has one of my favorite begginnings and osts in all of anime and the series is just kind of floundering without that. good, just doesnt live up to its excellent anime

one week family - completed 7/10

yippee cute 1 volume bl yayy!! chapter 3 had one of the best soft moments in bl and it rocked, i wish there was more build-up to the confession, but they kissed so i am willing to let it slide. it didn't do anything roundbreaking and mostly followed the modern bl formula. i didn't really care for the fact that kei also knew ren before the series started, but thats pretty typical of these kinds of manga i think. the art is good but nothing to write home about, the blushing was cute as hell as always, though. reccomend if you're a fan of short bl series, you aren't missing much if it isn't the type of thing you usually read

what the fuck. as a huge fan of he happiness collection by utata-p this was so painful. it was so boring and it felt really clear that the wroter had no idea what the plan was when they started it. i had initially planned to read through the 8 available chapters and then drop it, but my browser crashed in the middle of chapter seven and i just dont care enough to go back and finish it. it was just... so boring. it felt like a fan project through and through, which isn't always a bad thing but it definetly was here. i'd rather just rewatch the album than read anymore of this. bad. don't read it unless you're looking for a shitty palette cleanser after reading peak, but even then you can do better.

gonna do a manga planning purge, i'll ise the random entry function pn anilist on my planning manga, read the first chapter if i've seen the adaptation, read the first volume if i havent or there's no adaptation, and then decide if i'm going to drop it
