Though they held the same color, they were nothing compared to Lord Nikoli's whose eyes were filled with warmth and kindness, with love.

No, this man 'this creature' had nothing compared to Lord Nikoli.

Oberous stepped forward then, reaching for my arm.

I let out a cry as he jerked it behind my back, reaching for the other.

One hand painfully grasping my wrists, the other tearing off my pants.

The sound of the fabric ripping sent shivers of fear down my body, memories of when I was sold for the first time surfacing.
