y'know I really wish people would start tagging negativity with the proper tags in the djats side of tumblr. people are complaining about how the show did this and that but they never add tags to be blocked or filtered. I've seen 5 different posts about negativity about a ship (mostly in regards to the show adaptation but some about the book) thats tagged just with the ship tag and without any sort of anti- something.
Y'know what, I watched the show and I bought the book, but the way people are going about criticizing the show without the proper tags is making me VERY annoyed. I dont really feel like picking up the book now, if it means I'm gonna end up like that :/
#djats#daisy jones and the six#I'm gonna put this in the#daisybilly#tag JUST this once bc its easily the worst offender#but it happens the same in the#camilabilly#tag as well#listen dude I liked! the show! I'm planning on reading the book!#but i cant even enjoy browsing through the tags bc every few posts there's criticism and negativity#use djats prime crit or anti djats amazon or something!#use anti show daisybilly alongside the daisybilly tag!#just lemme filter the stuff I dont want to see!!#I know its not the damn book but its a good story imo!#i'm sorry if YOU were expecting something else while reading the book but /I/ felt all three sides of the love triangle!!#they were well done imo and i feel like people should have the space to appreciate the show#AND the people who dislike it SHOULD feel safe to complain as well!! its valid!!! its FINE!!#I feel like its the second fandom in 6 months I have to make a post for something like this and it makes me sad#inke rants#tumblr etiquette#I swear I'm not mad at anyone in particular its just EXTREMELY disheartening#its killing my interest and I'm mad about it bc its been AGES since I found a book I was interested in reading#and now I'm gonna have to shove it down my locker for a couple of months until I'm in the mood to read it again
