I think rewatching S2 of SL specifically is such a conflicting experience when you're a multishipper like me.

Let me explain: I think Simbar is the best endgame ship, obviously. They are amazing. However, for LUNA, I dislike her endgame and I think the show did a MUCH better job showing why she should be with Simón instead.

Now, in season 1, that is Lumón's season. I watch their relationship grow, how they get closer, how they date and it's amazing at first but then it doesn't work out, but it's ok, because they are closer than ever from this experience <333

In season 3... they have scarred me for life for what they did with Lumón, but every time I watch that season, I also just get through it and move on, and I focus ALL on Simbar instead. Simbar is *chef's kiss* in S3. (for people wondering, you know how your reactions to the 3x10 scene is either cheering or crying? For me, it was burying my head in the couch and wondering what the fuck to feel because I felt BOTH).

But season 2... gosh. The first half, we got Lumón just being best friends, and it's amazing. They had a really good scene in 2x10 that could have been the conclusion to their love story. But then you watch more and more of the season, and you're shown time and time again how Simón just ALWAYS makes her happy, ALWAYS cheers her up, and Matteo just... does not. And when he does, he soon screws up again. And who is there to comfort her when he screws up? Simón. Not to mention they STILL do the "ooh who will Luna choose" thing for the majority of the season.

But then Simón and Ámbar's relationship starts to blossom! And it's adorable! You get it, you get into it! Ámbar if anyone really deserves to have a good relationship. And !! YEAH !!

And then it gets so conflicting because these three are all on your top list of favorite characters, and you want all three of them to be happy, but Simón can't date both of them, Lumbar which is also a ship I used to be into before S3 bonked me with a newspaper can't be together either, and when you advocate for one of them it feels like you gotta advocate for the other too. And you wonder if you should just not care about shipping and just focus on them as a trio on how amazing their relationships are with each other... but AAAAHHHHH I love Simón and Ámbar but AAAAH I dislike Luna with Matteo and she is way better of with Simón and now he's mad at Ámbar so maybe they have a shot but also I DON'T WANT ÁMBAR TO BE SAD SHE DESERVES HAPPINESS TOO MAYBE ÁMBAR AND EMILIA CAN BE MY MAIN ÁMBAR SHIP BUT EVEN THEN IT'S NOT THE SAME AS SIMBAR-

It's so weird how my feelings change depending on the season I'm watching. If I am watching season 3 (AFTER 3x10) I am fully like "Lumón should just be friends, they will always be best friends and their relationship is really amazing as it is" and "Simbar endgame all the way", and "I still don't like Matteo but now I think Luna should be single instead". And if I am watching S1 it's just "omg Lumón <333"

You'd think I can just have the S3 or S1 mindset when rewatching S2 but NOPE. This show gives me such different feels depending on the season.

This is why I prefer to really focus on Jim and Yam because they never give me any complications and is just Jim and Yam <33

Laurence x Exe

Spamming the “FLIRT” button as a nutshell.

Lots of flirting, lots of pick up lines. And if Laurence has free time, it can take more than 8 hours of conversation- They probably can’t get over each other./ih

Besides talking in person, Laurence also likes writing Exe letters, (or some text messages if it’s in modern AU)

First kinds of affection would be hug from behind, pats on the shoulder or back, tracing other’s cheek, and ruffling the hair.

Besides calling him handsome, Laurence just tends to spam the nickname “dove” on this man-

They go to beach dates,,, Laurence didn’t use the excuse of seeing Exe in a swimsuit, because is more like he wants to do those cheesy beach walks with him and do water gun fights djhdhdhdhdhdh-

Exe is one of the people Laurence can allow to touch his ink-like tattoos on his arm.

The blondie once asked if he can touch the diamond on his chest, but after learning that it’s actually a sensitive part, he became a bit more caring with Exe. Probably trying his best to not touch his chest a lot(also because he feels like he would sin in terms of boundary etiquette you know, my boi is not a pervert/ih)

Despite being a survivor-hunter couple, Laurence would still find the idea of being chased by a handsome man in such dangerous intent very hot- would still flirt with the masked man during their chases with lack of shame and more cheesiness…. X’D

And sometimes, the Reporter would ask if Exe can tie him more tightly(because he likes it when the other goes rough on his torso if possible-/ih). But it tends to lead Exe to not do so, so more pouty Laurence as outcome djdjndndnsn

Laurence always leans his chin on top of Exe’s shoulder whenever they take a selfie(it’s for wallpaper purposes of course),, probably because Exe is taller and the camera lense just doesn’t seem to reach both of their faces,,, 🤭

Laurence definitely has a phone while being in the manor- I don’t know about Exe having one too, but Laurence has a blue wallpaper on the lock screen. And once the Home Screen is on, there’s the picture of them during a date or when they were chilling together,,, <333

Takes months for Laurence to realize he hasn’t kissed Exe yet if they were dating for a while- he probably enjoys spending time with him too much to realize that they can move to the next phase if they’re comfortable to/ih

And once they got their first kiss, Laurence probably became a bit too obsessed with the kisses,,, that their kiss would usually last longer than 5 minutes(just because the boi keeps pulling Exe back into the kiss until he looks dazed-)

Laurence probably nervous smiling when seeing Exe opening his arms for him for cuddles- like, he loves cuddles- but he doesn’t want to end up falling asleep,,,

(and imagine him running as Exe tries to pin him against the wall for a short cuddle session the Reporter is trying to avoid so bad, for the sake of his continuous pile of work djdjdjjd)

Laurence x Rue

Laurence is a polite boi,,, despite that Rue already has a bodyguard to help around, the blondie would pull chairs for her to seat, open doors for her, hold hands if necessary in very crowded areas, and firm bonk anyone who stares at her with sussy energy-

Like, is just his old-fashioned nature! You have to be super respectful in the dates if you want the lady to be comfortable with you,,, /ih

Laurence just caressing Rue’s hair whenever they’re chilling,,,,- and does the little twirling on the long strands with his fingers carefully.

The first kinds of affection would always be small kisses on the knuckles, holding hands, short hugs that don’t touch chest, and brushing back hair behind the ear.

This gentleman here would take the opportunity if he’s allowed to help her dress up in pretty outfits- and sometimes, there would be times Rue gets dressed in 1920’s dress vibes- hope you don’t mind the feathers as accessory, girl,,,/ih

Seeing Rue so pretty and vibrant in the clothes would sometimes make him want to invite her own a dance while listening to some jazz rhythm. If Rue doesn’t like dancing jazz, oh well,,,, hdhdhdhdh- she will at least have to endure for 2 minutes and Laurence will let her be after 🤭

Laurence sometimes gives the nickname to Rue “darling”. And thanks to Kitty’s forms of nicknames to people, he got inspired to call her “Ruru” at times djdjdjjdjdjd

Like Exe, he’s so silly- but he’s also her silly man :DD

The moments of flirting would be often be few times or regularly- because it’s either he flirts or talks a lot about many other things with Rue as she listens hehe~

Laurence is both supportive with Exe and Rue. So if Rue needs a vacation, he encourages her to have one! If she doesn’t know how to ask, she can help her write a letter or plan the start of the discussion,,, UvÙ

I can imagine Laurence ordering like his usual McDonald’s orders once in a weekend when visiting Rue- Like, he can make his own salads on his own- but is never the same when he makes the chicken nuggets himself! Rue is probably almost a fast food worker thanks to that/ih X’D

Our Precious and Magical Day to Day Treasures With You (The Universe’s Constellations In Our Hearts)

‘Ahhgh, hahah...I’m here in this event of my beloved angel, Shiri and she’s so clearly curious, fidgety and fluttery over how it’s going on with her peeking glances over here and fidgeting. Honestly, this love of mine is so adorable how unintentionally open and expressive she is, even though she’s trying so hard to hold herself back out of respect for this upcoming summer event.

Aughh, I can’t just leave her there..’ He rests the back of his hand atop of his forehead, pale cheeks blushing and a happy, enamored and blessed smile gracing his features, gray-silvery eyes tremoring ever so slightly, yet so vibrantly, tingling with soon to come hints of tears at the infinite amount of love he has for his angelic Shiri. ‘I want her.. by my side..

more than anything else...’

He gazed at his beloved fondly, a guiding and alluringly warm smile and an inviting, flowing gesture of the arm he silently beguiled her magnetized soul to his side.

You could feel her eyes twinkle with sparkles of joy and heart thudding and fluttering happiness at that, seeping the whole universe around her with gently, electrifyingly mesmerized auras of love spurring on out from her own heart, warming up the universe with its’ high frequencies.

And immediately, as if hypnotized by the lullaby of his being, her figure flowed towards him, filled with resonating, tremors of the treasure of him, in all. of her.

In her eyes, there was no need to read what was said in the event’s happenings as long as she could settle comfortably straddling his lap.

With the two joined together by their hearts syncing to one another’s and warming each other’s up as one, slowing softly, laying their heads on each other, nuzzling and softly pecking <333 Utter bliss...

He whispered naturally low, bassy and heartmeltingly soft mumblings of love about how much he treasures her, and adores her pure and soft being, how she doesn’t need to feel insecure, unappreciated or unloved. That they’d always be by her side as she always is by theirs, no matter her energy levels.

During their comfortable cuddling Saeran just came by from the kitchen with his half emptied hot chocolate mug.

He was greeted with an increasingly fond, warm and unguarded treasure of a smile by Shiri, reaching her arms from beyond Jumin’s shoulders to him, inviting him to join the cuddles. Her heart slightly electrified and numb yet filled with such soft warmth she could feel herself becoming hazy, cozied up in the feelings as if they were the fluffiest blanket during her winter.

Jumin, noticing and feeling the movement of his dear heart’s arms and sound of footsteps to his right, smiled and leaned his head further onto Shiri’s dark brunette soft locks, knowing that Saeran- his recently found love partner was here, and even without words could tell what it was she was offering and was filled with warmth and comfort at how deeply they all understand and harmonize with one another.

Saeran was uplifted at the invitation, cheeks and heart warming and heartbeat speeding up at Shiri’s loving gaze.

He put his mug away on the nearby table for later, almost gliding to her, precious minty eyes trembling to the fluttery thuds of his heart as he watched the most heavenly gift he ever received from the heavens- his Shiri...his most beloved angel..., they joined and interlaced their equally slender fingers and warm palms with each other’s slowly, intimately..

Saeran, with fondness, relaxed his eyes closed in order to better appreciate and soak himself in this daily wonder, and even lightly bonk nuzzled his head into the back of Jumin’s raven ruffles as a fond greeting, with Shiri joining the nuzzles to Jumin’s ruffles from the side.

Like that, they all reveled in the joy of one another’s warmth that heated their hearts from their core.

Saeran’s heart still kept growing with infinite love for her and fondness for him as he slowly, peacefully traced his thumbs back and forth over hers.

Light teal eyes tiredly yet fondly, with heart full of her and his treasured partner Jumin, gazed at her warm, cozy and wallowing dark brown eyes he adores so much.

The eyes that both Jumin and Saeran, despite their beloved angel Shiri’s occassional insecurity about them and envy for other unique/fantastical types, adore and feel their heart melting for more than anything- for their warmth that is so inherent in her, for her depth and, for them being the eyes that hold the soul of their most treasured person, their Shiri, the song reverberating through their souls.

This blissful scenario is one of many that occour in their warm and awkwardly, fidgety cozy household, their hearts synchronizing and resonating in each other’s wavelengths so deeply you might think they’re using telepathy with how blessed, harmonized and warm it is between them, and may these sweet, everyday treasures always naturally come to be, after every and whichever tough breakthrough and struggle they handle and go through, together.

Blessed be their home

and blessed be their hearts,

forever loving, forever loved,

forever treasured and buzzed,

accepted and supported for all that all three of them are.
