Also I just wanted to mention I mean no disrespect to anyone with this post. I’m just expressing my thoughts. If you disagree that’s totally fine.

Unpopular opinion: I actually really like the painter by urban spook. As a die hard fan of analog horror and horror I found it unsettling. Yes, the names of the portraits and their implications are a distasteful but that’s the only qualm I have with the series. The art,story and music are really engaging and entertaining. Art is supposed to make one uncomfortable. Horror is supposed to make you uncomfortable that’s the whole point of the horror genre. As a victim of child violence I can say that being offended by the mentioning and usage of a certain topic does little to nothing. Don’t like it? Then don’t watch it. You have free will just as urban spook has free will to make his art as graphic as he wants. Do I think he’s a good person? No but I’m here to analyze the art. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

I like to think that these two are a couple.

A few more headcanons I have for these two: While the Painter is mostly sane, the Killer (the Painter’s husband) is just… not there anymore. The Painter doesn’t technically have any blood on her hands, she enables the Killer by painting weird shit for him because deep down she thinks she’d be next if she stopped painting. Also, what happened to Corey was actually commissioned to her by a wealthy client, but after the body was delivered to said client, the Painter made it very, very clear that the client would be next on the chopping block if the client ever tried to commission something like that to her and her husband again.

After Mona got pregnant she and Bill decided to take a "maternal leave" from killing and to not risk getting caught more easily. (Hence why it took a long time for the Hell episode to get released)

Edward was born a few months before Bill was killed and Mona got arrested, with Mona getting executed when he was 7 months old. So he never got the chance to ever know who they even were, but nonetheless their murderous spirits still resided inside him even after death.

They took the boy to a orphanage shortly after his mother died. And by the time he was 2, he was adopted by a gay couple.

Throughout his young age, Edward didn't even show any signs of murderous intent, any signs were that he had a little bit too much fun playing with dolls and destroy them and put them together. The only one who saw the developing murderer inside him was one of his dad's, who not only was also a murderer, but also had a similar experience when developing his murderous intents. But instead of keeping his son from becoming like him, he supported him completely and comforted him and didn't bother to stop his developing psychopath.

When he was 13, his killer intent was only more fueled by a girl whom he found to be up most beautiful. He grew a deep obsession with her and her beauty. Her blonde hair, makeup, clothes, everything about her he loved. His desire for her was fueled everyday. When he was rejected by her, he kidnapped her and proceeded to do unspeakable acts towards her, such as cutting off all her limbs and raping her until she died from blood loss. He was left unsatisfied then. His murderous desire since then had taken root. There was no going back since that very day.

Throught his teenage years, Edward would express his love for beautiful women by kidnapping them and playing with them like they were his little dolls, he even studied taxidermy and anatomy to do so. He would turn them into mannequins and swap their body parts, even give them the body parts of animals. Along with making them into legit fleshlights. No woman he found beautiful was safe. And due to his attraction to femininity, also known as gynophilia, the more feminine the woman, the more he would want them.

By the time he finished high-school, he had killed and raped 70 girls. He went to medical school so he could pursue his desires for mutilation and wanting to turn women into mixed up abominations. He somehow finished by the time he was 20, and quickly became one of the best medical professionals in the world. All the while, he would continue kidnapping women and turning them into his sex slaves. Especially with a serum he invented which solidified muscle tissues and paralyzed women.

When he was 28, he was hired by a special organization that's goal was to cure cancer and the world's most deadly diseases. Somehow, he goes underneath the organization and starts to implement his fetish into his job. When a new disease is founded, he was given the patients to study and work on. He used this opportunity to infect them with with his own well developed and alien-like disease and that turns people into insanely fucked up animal hybrids. He ends up exterminating the new found disease and replaced it with his artificially made disease instead. And since then he was torturing the poor patients and subjecting them to horrors beyond their compression.

Soon enough, 3 years later, when he's caught, he decided that he would not let himself get taken to the chair (Not because his mother was, he didn't even know who she was to be hoenst) and he would allow himself to get infected by his own disease. By the time the FBI got to his mansion, all they found were the remains of over 300 women, both dead and living, but also Edward, as a strange spider hybrid.Ever since that day, he's lived in the abandoned laboratory that he subjected his tortures in. Growing more and more hungry everyday, wanting and waiting for a poor women or feminine man to come into his web. Both figuratively and literally.

Pt 2 of deadpool!

Going strong! He's shaping up to be less round, which is a little sad, but also means I can change up the style a bit and add legs/posable arms using pipe cleaners! V excited! Rewatched the og Vita Carnis video as well as someone's review of the first 3 or so episodes of the painting saga by Urban Spook, very fun! The Mimic scene in vita carnis scared me the most out of everything.

Anyways, I need to re-seam the right side of the head, seams keep popping, as well as finish sewing the bottom of the head and attaching it, its just pinned rn! I'll do hid face before I attach the head and then I'll finish up with arms and legs! He won't get a belt at this time, or the little logo, because they're so small-
