Premier League champions for the 5th time.😍😘😎

When everyone was busy looking at other clubs who finished above us last season, we were quietly doing the job.👌✌️🤘

Credits goes to Antonio Conte for making this team Premier League Champions after @Jose Mourinho's disastrous last year. Started with 4-2-4 in preseason, then with 4-1-4-1 when the season began, he goes back to his favorite 3 at the back, this time 3-4-3 after that lose to Arsenal. Thank u Gunners for that eye opener.😊😉

It was some run. 13 match record breaking winning run. Destroying Jose's Manchester United at Stamford Bridge, 5-star performance against Everton Football Club, defeating Tottenham Hotspur at home, then conquering Manchester City at their home, it was special.😇😍😘

Now the season is finished with us setting a new Premier League record of most wins, 30 wins, beating our own previous record. Ending with 93 points only behind our own 95 points.😍😘😎

Thibaut Courtois winning the Golden Glove after a brilliant season with some awesome saves on the way. So good to have a such talented GK as the successor to gret Petr Čech. Good backup in Asmir Begović as well.😍😘 Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz and Gary Cahill were rock solid in front of him. Dave playing every minute of the every match. SUch an underrated player. Most consistent player in the team. Gazza despite early mistakes, proved Conte was right to stick with him with some important goals n defending. Geezer made everyone who said bad abt him wrong with some amazing ball distribution n defending. His passion is second to none. Nathan Ake, John Terry n Kurt Zouma supporting whenever needed.😍😘

In the middle was the POTY N'Golo Kanté, infact he was everywhere. What a player. The first outfield player to win consecutive EPL titles with 2 clubs. What a player. Truly the best in the league. Doing what he is meant to do, no fancy haircuts or dabs. Well supported by Nemanja Matic in the early part of the season. Breaking attacks n starting attacks. Ideal partner for Kante. Many people doesnt even appreciate him enough coz of how good Kante is. He was tremendous in the early part of the season specially. Despite early setbacks, Cesc Fàbregas worked his way in the team without complaining or making noise. With him contributing to goals in almost all matches as the title was won. Improving his defensive aspects as well. Changing games with his brilliance. All 3 of them gave it all when they were there. Such an important role they are doing connecting the attack n defence. Nathaniel Chalobah n Ruben Loftus-Cheek helping on the way as well.😍😘

The biggest revelation was Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso. Who thought they would be such an important pair for the team. Their absence always affected us. Such an important part they are. Marauding their sides without a rest.😍😘

The 3 players who filled the 2 spots behind striker, Eden Hazard, Pedro n Willian. Eden with the free role showing why he is one of the best with his performance. If it was not for Kante he would have won POTY awards yet again. He was unplayable in some matches, such a gem. The underrated Pedro who is such an asset for us showed his worth with his tireless running, pressing n goals. Changed the game for us many times by his efforts scoring some beautiful goals as well. Despite not getting many chances as he would have wanted, Willian played with all his efforts whether he started or came on.😍😘 Diego Costa's goals has won the most points for a team in this EPL season. Winning some matches on his own. Despite drop of form after half year he was tremendous for us. Destroying a trail of defenders on the way. Yet again he has scored 20 goals in the league. Michy Batshuayi despite not getting many chance, gave his all each and everytime and it was him for scored the goal that clinched the title for us. What a moment and he season ended on a really high note with 4 goals from 3.😍😘

How can u describe Conte, the guys who made people fall in love with him and there by our club. Never blamed referees, opposition managers or even ground or wind. His 4th consecutive League title. After a long time we have a manger whole world admire, his infectious passion and smile. We are so blessed to have him. His treatment of players were brilliant. He made every players happy n made them wanting to work for him. It just his brilliance to take this team from the deeps of last season to title this year. Even his substitutions were spot on almost all time. All credits belongs just to him n his team. In the super heavyweight clash of world class managers he came on top. Winning 3 consecutive Manger of the month as well. First person to do so.😍😘

Thanks to Roman for everything, there is no other owner who care about his club like him. To u-8s to senior team he care the club like no one.😍😘

Last not the least thanks to my man, the last of the old guard, the Captain, Leader, Legend John Terry. Can't accept the fact that we wont see him representing Chelsea Football Club at the Bridge again. There is no one like him. The best CB ever in the premier league. It was so emotional last night watching him give that emotional speech. He was Mr. Chelsea. No words can describe what he meant to us. Love u so much John Terry.😍😘

Hope the club have learned from the mistakes of last season n hopefully will be more careful next season. As its Conte at the helm complacency wont be a case hopefully. Cant wait to watch UEFA Champions League nights at the bridge.😍😘 Thanks to Leicester City Football Club for taking the tag of worst defence of EPL from us.😶

One more match to go. The Emirates FA Cup final at the Wembley Stadium. Hope we will see it through to complete yet another double. This EPL season has been really good. Hopefully we will only get better, for real this time.🎩👑⚽🏆🎖️🏅💙

What a dominating victory over Man Utd.💙😍🔥 Should have been 4 or 5 nil if not for some poor finishing. 😤 Very important result after a terrible midweek.😌 The overall improvement Kante brings is immense.💪 Christensen was so calm and composed.👌 Him, Azpi n Cahill really kept united attackers silent and what a cross it was yet again from Azpi to Morata.👏 Lukaku had a zero touch inside the box, hell even De Gea touched the ball more times than him.😂 That much was Chelsea's domination over United.✌️ Eden n Fab were really good.😘 Well supported by Alonso and Zappa, also substitutes Rudiger, Drinkwater n Willian.🤘 Bakayoko was a beast, he just need to sort out his finishing.✌️ Terrific header from Morata and overall play was awesome from him, just to need to be lil more careful in the final third.👌 unlike last time, can sleep well during this international break.😌 still among top 4.
