PSA ! I wanted to give a biiiig “thank you” to everyone who wished me a happy birthday!! I wasn’t expecting so many people to remember (and I won’t spam everyone’s dashboards with ‘em) but I appreciate each and every message sm ;v; I'll try my best to reply to them all privately!!

Translations have been put on hold until I push out more content for the game!! I'll get in contact with translators once I'm satisfied with the state of Day 1-7 ^^

Most of the spites have received a few minor adjustments to (hopefully) fix the art inconsistency issue.

Thanks to an insightful recommendation on itch.io, I've changed "hermaphrodite" to simply "both" in order to avoid using offensive/outdated language.

Base script is now ~80% complete! I still need to add 1 more branching scene + proofread everything (dreading it ✌️ lmao)

Yes, there will be another woohoo scene in Day 3… The 14 Nights With You DLC is slowly turning into a reality…..

Yes, you will be able to invite the cast to your apartment to hang out one-on-one 💗

Minus Kiara and Olivia though… You don't have their numbers lol

Moth, Conan, and Leon will only be available to talk through the phone (for now)

I made a mockup for the new and improved "relationship screen"!! I haven't implemented it yet, but hopefully it'll look/work better than the original one.

Still no ETA yet on when the beta version will be ready >.< But Server Boosters will get access to it first once it drops!!

PriceGaz Pining Series

Prompt: Self-sacrifice //

The air in the office is tense. Gaz stands in attention in front of Price's desk, Price sat in his chair behind it. They're staring each other down, not saying a word. A storm brewing, right above.

"You could have died today," Price says, his tone one of barely held back irritation. Gaz doesn't reply, just nods. There is no sign of remorse in his expression and it just makes Price angrier.

"Is there a reason for your self-sacrificing streak lately, Sergeant?" Price asks, crossing his arms. "I can send you to psych eval if you want."

"That's not necessary, Boss." Gaz mirrors his posture, frowning. "I should probably ask the same of you. Do you not trust me to do my job properly?"

"Not if it comes at the cost of your life," Price snaps back.

Gaz narrows his eyes. "It's the risk of the job. You've never doubted me before."

"I'm not doubting you," Price says. "I just won't tolerate you acting stupid. I saw that enemy. I could have accidentally fired at you. Never come between me and a target again. Not unless I tell you to."

Gaz bites his lips into a thin line. He looks chastised, the apology fighting to slip from his tongue. Price doesn't want an apology – he wants a promise.

He sighs deeply.

"Death is always wherever we go. I'm prepared to face it. I know you are too, Gaz." He leans against the table with his elbows. "I won't have you risking your life for me."

"I risk my life for you every day," Gaz says quietly. "Ever since you picked me up."

Price looks at him, feeling helpless.

"Gaz, look, I appreciate it. But I don't want sacrifice from you." He looks for words for a moment, how to explain. "I've buried enough people. I'd hate to bury you too."

He has such a bright future ahead of him and some days Price wonders if he's robbed that future of him.

"I can't promise that, sir," Gaz says. "I won't."

"Gaz—"

"Today I was reckless, I'll admit that. But I won't promise not to interfere when your life is in danger." He shifts in place, looks down. "Not after everything you've done for me."

And to you, Price thinks, dragging a hand across his face. He knows it's a stalemate, them trying to out-stubborn each other, a pointless battle not worth fighting. He's dragged Gaz into this, this life filled with bloodshed and danger, and now he's expecting Gaz not to follow his instincts, honed into being by Price himself.

"Just... not against my orders." He looks at Gaz until he meets his eyes again. "That clear, Sergeant?"

"Crystal, sir."

The only good news tonight.

I mean to be honest... we kinda knew the Switch 2 was gonna be backwards compatible. Nintendo has always been amazing at backwards compatibility and they only don't do it when they literally cant due to physical mediums, demand and cost. The Switch obviously cannot play Wii U games, but the Wii U can play Wii games and boot into a Wii mode. Most Wii's can load up GameCube discs with no issue too. It's even better with their handhelds, Nintendo have been decent at allowing players to play the previous generation of consoles.

However the MAJOR thing here is that part of NSO. Nintendo, for the first time ever, aren't abandoning their online services and restarting from scratch.

THANK! YOU! WHY DID IT TAKE YOU THIS LONG TO REALISE THAT PLAYERS HAVE DIGITAL LIBRARIES PEOPLE WANT TO CARRY OVER!!!????

This means that all of their retro games will carry over and we're probably gonna get exclusive consoles for Switch 2! (Give me the DS Nintendo, it would be so cool, idc about the lack of two screens, please.) Although... That means that we're probably gonna get a third tier... ugh... make it cost 64 dollars or something, like at least be funny with it or something i don't know man.

Also by the way, we have a 4 month timeframe to see the Switch 2 still... Any day now...

Story pieces:

Möhle was born and raised in Pelican Town, so they actually knew quite a bit of the villagers upon moving back as an adult! They grew up on their grandpa's farm, living with him and their mom (their father has passed) and living on the farm was REALLY good for them as a kid.

Möhle was a very wild child, loving to run around, go on adventures, bring home all kinds of animals and bugs to his mother's dismay. They were quite friendly too, making quick friends specifically with Emily and Shane.

When they were eleven, their grandpa died and her mom was unable to take care of the farm on her own anymore. She made the difficult decision to move the both of them to Zuzu city, which was hard on them. They had a hard time adjusting, got bullied quite a bit, and that wild child soon turned very quiet and mellow. This lasted to adulthood, leaving Möhle as a very quiet and calm individual.

When they were around 28, they got sick of their job in corporate at Joja, and finally looked at the gift their grandpa left upon his death, finding that the farm was in her name, and that he just needed to contact Lewis and get settled back in. They quit on the spot and ran home to get everything together, moving to the valley by the end of the week

A few fun facts as well:

- Möhle has a real knack for farming, it was like second nature when they moved back

- they believe in the supernatural, but the junimos scared the SHIT outta them

- Elliott is his cousin on their dad's side! Möhle is the one who suggested he move to the valley when he needed a change of pace, and they followed him soon after

- rain is their absolute favorite weather no matter the season. They go NUTS over a thunderstorm

- stayed in contact with Emily after she moved to the city. The two of them wrote letters back and forth often to keep each other updated on life

When explaining their relationship with Shane, I think it's important to note that having history helps. They grew up in close proximity to each other, and Möhle's Grandpa and Marnie had an established business deal before he passed, meaning the families interacted very often. Back then, the two of them got along much better.

However, both of them have changed quite a bit in adulthood, being entirely different people than before. Seeing each other again was odd, and neither really knew how to handle it. Möhle still tried to be nice to him, but he kept rejecting their kindness, and it got frustrating after while

Eventually Shane warms up to them, but after becoming friends it takes a LONG WHILE for them to be comfortable liking each other, and even longer for them to admit it.

In the end they both help the other come out of their shell and go back to some kind of normalcy. Neither of them will truly be the same, but they're able to find a good middle ground between they people they were before their problems and after
