while i did enjoy most of the episodes, i’m left feeling kinda disappointed? i feel like every interaction colin and penelope had was already shown in the trailers/teasers (not counting the carriage ofc). but every time i felt like more was going to happen/they were going to expand on anything between them, it cut away. i appreciate the fact that this is a huge ensemble cast and there are lots of stories that need telling, but it starts feeling a bit jarring when the main romance is left lacking

honestly, for the first time in a bit, I think I can breathe when it comes to work stuff? I feel like I can really get on top of everything? I dunno feeling kind of refreshed kind of like okay maybe i can do this.

the thing about the mitch talk that makes no sense is like. yes, an organization CAN get someone to waive their nmc by saying they're not going to pay what he wants and it would be better for everyone involved to get on board with the idea of a trade if that's the path the organization has Most Certainly decided on, but mitch marner has all the leverage with the leafs in this situation, and it still hardly makes sense to force that or be sure of it at this moment. IF they approached him about not wanting to sign him for what they know he's going to ask which is prob 11.5-12.5 i'd guess (which... why THIS year would suddenly be the year they changed their mind about having a forward group make so much after signing absolutely ridic contracts last year is already lol and before a huge one comes off the books w jt... like.. flkdjs it feels like a fan fueled narrative of frustration here), that would essentially force him into giving them a list of teams he'd be willing to go to. it will be a short list of competitive teams who also are not going to want to be giving up much. the LEAFS would then have to find a trade that works within those very specific teams and is worth it to them, and they might say fuck it, mitch will be the better option to try to get us to the post season this year. and then be a) forced to let him walk for nothing in return if they still don't want to sign him at the end of the year or b) tempted to give him an extension where he MIGHT have driven up his own price based on performance that year. like it just. this narrative that mitch marner in the last year of his contract with a full nmc will be somehow forced out of the leafs and that's the LIKELY outcome is so ????????? tell me one trade where this team improves w the guys out here on expiring deals as it stands rn and why the organization would see improvement bc i can tell you they aren't just going to trade for the sake of cap space. i know the trade deadline and everything will also come into play if he hasn't been re-signed by then, but there's a very real chance mitch marner drives up his own price the way nylander did and then what. people are going to be even more furious like ??? just the surety with which people act like it is happening and Has to Happen despite not knowing whats available on the market or having a genuine proposal is actually terrible for the leafs, lol.

do you think that tim, after finding out abt not-sasha and the whole stranger (ritual/)thing, ever second guessed if he was able to remember his younger brother correctly or like that he was angry and worried that maybe they altered danny too before taking him

or i suppose do you think that in the afterlife, if there is one, he wouldn’t be able to go looking for sasha because he doesn’t know what she looks like anymore and do you think he worries that it’ll be the same for danny and he’ll just not ever be able to reunite with the people he loves even in death? or that he can’t try and find them because what if they aren’t like he remembers? then what? he potentially has to wait for them to come to him? it would kill him again i think. the waiting that is. and the frustration of constantly second guessing himself and them.

ahhhh thth3 is so good so far and I like being a bombshell but I wish we got more time to meet all the LI's all at once instead of having to select each one for certain moments bc I already picked Taz initially, and therefore I just keep picking him.

and so i know nothing about Isla or Carmen but I know a ton about Taz (and also I keep picking the wrong choices with him which is fine but I'm kinda like oh no they're too opposite so if I had time earlier on aside from reading their profiles in the main menu, maybe I'd figure out that I'd actually prefer to romance someone else)

So AFTER reading the profiles, I did replay the badminton episode bc I was like oh jirayu is nerdy and I made my MC nerdy so that's great, but also when I first played it, Mattias was really cute too? Either way I was living for jealous Taz interrupting though 🤭

by far worst part of the game is that I had to download a separate app again for it and I could not find it in the play store I had to Google it 😫

Honestly the writing surrounding April wasn’t great in 2012 (okay it was at times a goddamn mess and they had too much going on there, streamline things people) but I don’t trust people who really (obsessively even), seem to hate her and yet apparently love and adore that shows versions of Donatello and Casey.

watching heartstopper s2 has been surprisingly hard for me. like reading the comic i was not particularly bothered by the anorexia stuff but damn watching it rather than reading it is rough.
