You should DEFINITELY do a part 2 to the Dabi x teacher fic! Like it could be when they start taking their relationship to the next level and do some freaky things😏
Hot For Teacher pt.2 (Dabi x Black Reader)
Quirkless AU
Tumblr media
(Friendly reminder in this Dabi owns a tattoo shop and is tatted and pierced up and reader is black and thiccccc🍑💦💦)
You were completely unaware of the turquoise eyes admiring your thick ass as you erased your last lesson from the white board.
Dabi’s dick flexed just imagining what sliding between those cheeks would feel like. The material of your conservative black dress clung to your juicy butt and round hips despite the loose material. He liked that.
After a while he couldn’t take it anymore and snuck up behind you, wrapping his strong arms around your waist and pressing into you from the back.
“Dabi!” You squealed.
“Sorry, Ms. Y/n,” he chuckled against your kinky hair, “I just wanted to come by and see if it was possible to get some private lessons.”
You giggled, shaking your head, “you’re so corny. What are you doing here anyway?”
“I wanted to see if you wanted to get dinner, but I’m hungry now.”
“What? What’s the supp-oh!”
The soft material of your knee length dress slid against your body and the next thing you felt were Dabi’s big, warm hands massaging your hips and a very familiar bulge against the crack of your ass.
“Damn, teach,” your boyfriend grinned against your ear, his deep raspy voice made you shiver. “You should have known better than to wear a thong with this little dress of yours. All those pervy male teachers probably haven’t been able to take their eyes off you.”
Your eyes fluttered shut as you felt strong fingers groping and massaging your ass cheeks.
“Dabi,” you croaked weakly, “not here.”
Dabi responded by snaking his pierced along your neck. You whimpered.
“D-Dabi..”
“Hmm?”
One his hands squeezed your full breasts beneath the material.
“Stop, I’m serious.”
“You know, you’re really hard to resist, right beautiful?” His hard on was massaging you through the jeans.
The two of you had been dating for a few months now, and had yet to go beyond kissing and heavy petting that always left Dabi wanting more. He wasn’t sure what you were waiting for, but he did know you were worth the wait.
And boy did you make him wait for it...and work for it. It was as hot as it was frustrating. His dick was so hard it hurt, and all he could think about was fucking you on your desk until you were screaming his name.
He turned you around to face him easily and scooped you up by those thick thighs of yours.
The next few moments were a blur. You saw pens and papers knocked to the floor before feeling your big bare ass settle against the cool wood of the desk.
“My lesson plans!”
Dabi’s lips cut off your protest, and his fingers worked the black dress off your body and over your head, exposing your curves to the cool air.
It was dizzying and exciting and sexy and...inappropriate! So inappropriate. This was your job!
“D-Dabi, wait!” You gasped between the feeling of his pierced lips nipping at you. “There might be students-“
“School ended an hour ago. Trust me. No kids are in this building.” He chuckled, amused.
“The janitors might-“
“I locked the door, beautiful. We’ll hear ‘em comin’.”
Turquoise eyes roamed your thick, dark body hungrily, followed by hands stacked with rings.
“Damn, I want you.” He muttered, diving down between your big breasts to lick and suck at them.
“Ahh~” you dug your fingers into his crop of black hair. “We can’t.” You gasped.
“Says who?”
“Da-ahh! Mmm.” His tongue was now snaking down your stomach. Kisses and bites being left on the melanated skin below your belly button. Fuck it felt so damn good.
He admired the glistening mess between your legs, parting the thick thighs to admire your creaming pussy.
“Fuckin’ delicious.”
And then he dove in.
“Ohh go—“
Dabi slurped at your clit gently. The flick of his pierced tongue combined with the warmth of his mouth sucking the sensitive pearl sent electricity tingling through you.
Your eyes fluttered shut and the muffled sounds of heels clicking down the hall as remaining teachers walked past your locked room was the furthest thing from your mind.
This was so wrong. This went against everything you stood for, and yet...
“Moan for me, y/n,” Dabi commanded against your pussy. “Don’t hold back. Or else I’ma stop holdin’ back.”
“Dabi~”
He smirked up at your pretty brown face and his fingers glided easily into the gripping heat of your cunt.
“Ahhaaa! Fuck! Fuck...” your hips bucked against the sensation.
Months of only being able to play in your cat had given Dabi plenty of time to get to know your weaknesses. He exploited every one of them now. Throwing your thick thighs around his neck he flexed his fingers while licking at your folds.
You could only squirm against him, one hand grabbing his head to push his face deeper while the other gripped the edge of your desk.
“D-Dabi, god yes! Don’t stop! Don’t stop. B-baby, f-f-fu~”
Those sweet moans were music to Dabi’s ears. Your cum coated his fingers and your juices sprayed his face. He opened his mouth greedily drinking every drop.
Then he laughed low in his throat.
“Wow, Ms. Y/n, you really are a naughty teacher aren’t you?”
You tried to glare down at him, but it barely registered. You were too turned on to be pissed.
Dabi continued to tease you. “Letting me fuck you on your desk. Right here where you have to teach all these innocent young minds.”
“Sh-shut up!”
Dabi pressed kisses against the chunky meat of your thighs, his piercings tickled and his lips felt so good.
“Or what, Ms. Y/n?” He asked. “You’ll make me stay after class?”
He snickered and got to his feet.
You couldn’t help admiring him. He wasn’t a big guy by any means, but he was lean and well toned. You wanted to see all of him. Feel all of him.
Snatching him by his shirt, you pulled him close and locked your thick thighs around his trim hips. Your lips pressed against his, hungry to taste every bit of him.
The two of you pulled his shirt over his head and you grinned admiring the colorful tapestry of tattoos and, your favorite part, the barbells piercing his nipples.
Dabi gave a smug smirk. “What’s up, babe? Don’t wanna stop anymore?”
You cocked a brow. “Real funny for someone who moans like a bitch when I do this.”
Pulling him towards you by the waist of his jeans, you trailed your tongue around his nipple, gazing up at him in that way that drove him fucking crazy.
“Oh my god~” he sighed. “Fuuuck, y/n...”
You giggled softly, switching to the other nipple. A deep groan welled up from your man’s throat.
Taking back control, your hand slipped beneath the waistband of his pants, squeezing the thick length trapped in his jeans.
Fuck his dick was so big. You had wanted to fuck your man for the longest time. And just feeling how hard his big dick was for you only confirmed that.
You pressed kisses up along his bobbing Adam’s apple, sucking at his studded earlobes. Your lips pressed to his ear as you purred out; “Now whose being naughty?”
That was about all the man could take.
He snatched you up off the desk once more to turn you around, laying you against it.
You heard the clang of his belt buckle as he snatched off his belt. Then you felt the leather and studs of it kiss your phat ass as he cracked it against you.
“OH FUCK!” You screamed.
“Yeah?” Dabi growled. “Since you wanna talk shit and be a little tease that’s what your ass gets.” He snapped back.
He spanked you a few more times, not caring about what straggling teachers may have heard the noise.
Your mouth hung open as you felt your boyfriend’s lean body press against your body, long dick rocking between the cheeks of your butt.
“I been wanting to fuck your fine ass up for a minute Ms. Y/n.” He chuckled. “This is gonna be fun.”
He stood up admiring the view of that big, perfect ass jiggling with all its dimples and stretch marks in front of him.
God. He couldn’t wait to dive in it.
You craned your neck and admired the long dick slipping between your ass crack. A trail of piercings forming a jacob’s ladder on the underside.
Dabi caught your eye and grinned, eyes flashing. “You ready, babygirl?”
“Fuck me.” You replied.
That was all the answer he needed. Dabi wasted no time plunging deep into that juicy cunt of yours and a strangled groan escaped you both.
“Ahaaa~ fuuuuck yesss, Dabi!”
It was an odd sensation. His piercings added another sensation of texture to your throbbing walls. Your pussy couldn’t get enough of it because you felt yourself clenching and flexing for more.
Luckily he was more than happy to give it to you. His hips rocked back and forth making you feel every. Single. Inch. Every bump and ridge of your tight heat got massaged as he long stroked inside you.
“Fuckkk, y/n, you feel even better than I imagined, babygirl.”
The Angle made your big butt squeeze his cock going in and out, adding an extra grip to his dick. He dug his fingers into the flesh of your ass massaging and squeezing it while he pummeled deep into you.
“You gonna let me cum in this fat ass of yours, y/n? Huh?” He ground out through gritted teeth, fucking you sonhard your booty jiggled and the desk creaked.
“Yes daddy. You-c-can cum-ahh~where-ever you-fuccck-want!” You managed back, throwing your ass back at him as best you could.
“God damn right I can. Fuck!” He sighed.
Dabi alternated between fucking you hard and rough and slow and deep. His hand landed against your ass again and again and again. The sting barely registered as anything other than pleasure.
“Fuck yes, fuck yes, fuck fuck FUCK! Don’t stop! Don’t stop. Don’t stop.” You gasped, drool drenching the desk where your mouth hung open.
“Got you baby-ah fuck! Don’t worry. Ima take care of you.” Dabi grunted back, eyes damn near closed in a mix of pure bliss and concentration.
The desk scraped as the force of your fuck session sent it sliding against the linoleum floors slightly. Neither of you stopped bucking and fucking.
If anything, you went harder. Dabi’s balls clapped your cunt with every stroke, and your ass jumped up to meet his pounding dick over and over until-
“AHAAA~”
“FUUUUCK!”
The two of you came so hard together it felt like you had ascended to another planet. Dabi Damn near collapsed on top of you. He pressed kisses against your curls and cooed about how amazing you felt. How amazing you were, as the two of you came down from your highs.
Finally, you were able to stand shakily to your feet—with Dabi’s help—and get dressed.
You sat back against the desk, panting and watching your very smug boyfriend pull on his shirt.
“I can’t believe we just did that.” You shook your head. “I knew you were trouble the day I met you.”
Dabi laughed. “Well, hey, if I’m so much trouble I could always come see you after class again.” He winked.
You threw a marker at his laughing face which he just barely dodged.w
“Shut the hell up and clean up my classroom.”
Still grinning Dabi leaned in for a kiss. “Yes ma’am, teacher.”

Welcome to the Show
Part One
The prisoner looks up as her least favorite cop comes into the interrogation room. Officer Warren has awards for rounding up the enhanced, people like Silver. He walks and talks like a man the people respect and fear. Talks to the enhanced like they’re close on first name bases and revels in the fact that he put them in their cells. What she would give to lay one finger on him. That’s all she needs. Unfortunately, her hands are gloved and bound because officer Warren also knows that.
“To what do I owe the pleasure officer.” She asks.
“How would you like to get out here?”
It’s a trap. Silver knows this. The enhanced don’t get second chances especially not from officer Warren.
“Wasn’t I supposed to rot in here? Just as you said?” Silver asks.
Officer Warren gives her a sick grin. “I thought you would be interested in parole but if you aren’t...there’s plenty of you in here. “
The promise of seeing the outside world again would sway anyone.
“How can I trust you?”
Officer Warren beckons one of the guards. “Remove her cuffs.”
“Sir?”
“Now, please.” Warren orders.
Silver immediately rubs her wrists when the cuffs click open. The relief is almost overwhelming. She quickly reminds herself not to do anything stupid, no matter how satisfying it would be to knock Warren’s lights out.
-
“There’s a group of enhanced kids going around and robbing people. Messing with their heads. You’re fond of doing that so I thought this would be the perfect way to end your sentence.” Warren had said as he escorted her out.
Silver squints. Nothing about that story adds up. Robbing civilians while common isn’t a team effort especially if you can mess with minds and memory. A group would actually draw more attention and a tight knit one wouldn’t take the risk of losing a member to officials.
Unless your Silver’s ex. Hm. Things are starting to make sense.
“You’ve tried to catch them before.” Silver states.
Warren doesn’t even look ashamed admitting his failure. “Physical powers are one thing. Mental ones are harder. But from my experience you can catch ‘em with a little trust.” He begins to walk away, leaving Silver at the gates. “You have three weeks.”
It’s no fancy hotel, barely a motel, but it’s a place and it’s furnished. Officer Warren had said it was hers for as long as it took her to finish her task. Silver won’t complain, before she was arrested, she was constantly couch surfing. Never out staying her welcome and never spending too long on the streets. She had made friends this way but contacting them was out of the question. Getting caught means getting blacklisted. A means of protecting themselves. Well, Silver had been thrown under the bus. Semantics. She won’t see them again and hopefully they’re doing okay.
She shakes her head, never mind that. She has a job to do and extraordinarily little to go on.
The neighborhood is different. She didn’t expect it to be quite the same after lock-up but the changes are more than jarring. New buildings going up, less of the spots her old friends used to hang. Silver is so sure the neighborhood has been purged of the enhanced until she decides to hit up one of the cafés. She stares at it; upset she can’t remember what it used to be and then enters reading the weirdly named drinks on the menu.
“Are you new around here?” another patron asks.
“Not exactly,” Silver says with a shrug, eyeing the stranger. He’s handsome even if he looks like he should have taken a sip of his drink before speaking. The bags under his eyes scream exhaustion but he still sounds awake. And happy about it. “It’s just a while since I’ve been round here.”
“Ah, try the mint hot chocolate. It’s a crowd favorite.”
“Is that what you’re having?”
He chuckles. “No…this is way too caffeinated for the masses.”
“Is the inevitable crash worth it?” She asks.
“Always.” He says as Silver is called next to order. “See you around.” The stranger says exiting. She thinks about the encounter for hours afterwards. The enhanced were still around even if they were muted.
She finds what she’s looking for the next day, right before the sun sets. It’s a large tent set up in a nearby park. Big enough to draw attention but lacking the actual necessities to pass as a real circus. No animal trailers, no confection stands. To anyone paying attention there’s no possible way it could have been set up so quickly. Definitely the work of the enhanced.
Civilians flock to the tent with the promise of entertainment. Silver by-passes the line and taps a potential viewer on their shoulder. “You don’t really want to see this show, right? I can take that ticket off you.” The man blinks and then hands over his ticket. Silver quickly takes it and makes her way to her seat.
-
The spotlight lowers, illuminating what has to be the ringleader. He’s barely dressed for the occasion. Top hat donned but instead of a blaring red jacket, a black T-shirt with a tuxedo print and black jeans contrasting nicely with white sneakers.
“Hello everyone. Welcome to your wildest dreams. I’ll be your guide. Whenever you need me you can shout More!” Silver snorts at the corny introduction but still applauds with the crowd. It takes a moment but she recognizes him. The man from the café with the over caffeinated drink. Interesting. So far he’s just the host, maybe the leader of this whole operation, but Silver can’t place an ability just yet.
“Please give a round of applause to our first act, Mirage, master of illusion.”
Silver is willing to bet he’s the one responsible for the tent. His set isn’t too extravagant; he just has smoke and card tricks. It’s what he does with them that counts. Shifting the smoke to look like a bird that soars over the crowd. It lands ever so gently on the empty seat in front of one of the viewers. The spotlight shifts to them, a young boy, and he offers a nervous smile, not prepared for the attention. The guest looks to Mirage who gives a cocky smile. “Blow it away.” He instructs through his mic. With a shrug he does. The smoke dissipates to reveal a real bird. A stark white dove. The young boy reaches for it face lit up in wonder, but it takes off landing right on Mirages shoulder. He pets it to prove its real and the dove seems to love it. However, it then dissipates into smoke after Mirage blows on it. That confirms it for Silver, the dude simply makes illusions.
“I need a volunteer for my next trick.” Mirage says.
He and More look around at the audience and More locks eyes with Silver. There’s a connection, a shock of understanding, and something else she can’t quite place before he says, “You, cutie with the hood. Would you like to help Mirage?”
Silver nods unable to break eye contact.
“Don’t be nervous, it’s just a simple card trick.” Mirage says, a deck of cards pulled from his pockets. Silver keeps her head down and her hood on as she walks into the ring. She wasn’t supposed to draw attention. More finally backs away giving Mirage the stage.
It is a simple card trick, with a lot of flourish. Silver selects a card, memorizes it, puts it back in the deck. Mirage is skilled making the cards seem to dance, shuffling and tossing them even pulling some from behind Silver. Sleight of hand can be learned, however,
“Is this your card?”
“It sure looks like it!” Silver says, and the audience applauds. Her choice in words don’t go unnoticed by Mirage. He smiles, like he just learned a juicy secret and gestures for Silver to return to her seat.
More passes her on his way back to the stage and gives her a similar smile to Mirage’s. She can’t help but feel she shouldn’t have done that.
“Our next act goes by Charlie. He doesn’t say much but he’s loads of fun!”
Silver immediately understands how the next act earned his name. Charlie dances out, encompassing Chaplin’s energy. He dons a similar top hat to More, and shirt except his is white instead. More comments on this with a laugh. “Clearly one of us has to change!” As corny as Silver finds More, she can’t say she’s not amused. Charlie looks More up and down, and then gets into a stance. He’s posed like a batter on home base and leans back and forth on his toes. He swings and More ducks, his top hat flying across the ring as if a real bat had hit it. The trick ears them impressed gasps and amused giggles from the audience. From Silver it earns a disbelieving stare. She’s never seen an enhanced like Charlie yet.
Charlie continues, his set like any traditional mime. Tripping over objects that aren’t there, pushing invisible walls, overexaggerating his facial expressions. Except Silver thinks, knows, he isn’t. There is a wall the audience can’t see. Silver can’t prove it, and wouldn’t even know where to begin explaining Charlie to officer Warren.
“Give it up for Charlie everyone!” More says shaking Silver from her thoughts. Charlie leaves the stage with the same comedic swagger and a wave.
“Now our next act is unfortunately our last. But we always go out with a bang! Please welcome to the ring, Star!”
With the snap of More’s fingers the lights go out. Another snap and they’re back, along with a woman sitting on a trapeze. She’s beyond beautiful, it could be the lighting, or the slight shimmer she has, but she’s captivating all the same. Her hair is pulled into two puffs and her smile dazzles the audience. Silver notes that there is no apparent netting beneath her, that should be concerning.
The music starts, a haunting melody punctuated by a bass that Silver feels in her chest. Star is flying above the audience on her trapeze. She hangs by her legs and lets her arms hang. If Silver focuses, she can see what looks like dust, her charisma spills off of her, entrancing the audience. She makes another mental note, three out of four isn’t bad. Maybe she wrong about him being enhanced. He could just be the fall guy if this all goes to shit. Authorities like Warren wouldn’t keep a powerless civilian. It’s smart. The doubt lingers. She knows what she felt.
Silver almost misses the end. Stars trapeze returns to the ring and she waves before letting go and falling to the ground. The audience gasps bracing for an impact that never comes. Star vanishes in a puff of smoke that settles all over the ring. The applause is stuttered out, the crowd is impressed and worried.
When the smoke clears the applause picks back up as all the performers are safe, taking their bows.
“Thank you all for coming!” More says. The lights go out. When they come back on the group is gone. Well, that’s one way to end things.
-
“Like the show?” A voice comes up from behind Silver. She’s just as dazzling up close and silver can see how she captivates the audience. The charisma wisps around her like smoke.
“Sure did. Wasn’t expecting to be part of it though.”
“Yeah, More can be a bit impulsive,” Star says apologetically. She steps closer to whisper. “But his guess was right! You are like us.”
“All of you? Special?”
“Yup!”
“What gave me away?”
“You didn’t immediately fall for my charm.”
“...really?”
“That and More caught you using your gift to get a ticket.”
“Also caught her struggling to order at the café,” More says rounding on them. “We should stop meeting like this.”

~*~
Chapter 2: Casper the Cannibalistic Spirit
It came to that.
The Feds were on your ass again. No thanks to Twiddle-Dee, Twiddle-Dum, and Twiddle-Dumber. Your brothers had left you in the bunker for a week while they went to Nebraska and Iowa for a couple of hunts.
Recently there were a couple of strange deaths over in Utah near the mountains. At least four bodies were found mutilated, cut open, and with bites missing. Sounds like your kind of fun so right now you were begging your brothers to let you go check it out.
“Please, please, please, please,” you repeated as you followed Sam around the bunker. Maybe you could annoy him enough that he’ll kick you out. “Pleeaasse! You know that you and Dean are being irrational. We’ve been wanted by the FBI before.”
“Yeah, but you’re also wanted by the Avengers. That’s new.”
“C’mon, Sammy.” You draped yourself dramatically over a table when Sam pulled a book off a shelf. “You of all people know how it feels to be put on the sidelines by a protective older brother.”
“What’s goin’ on in here?” the protective older brother in question asked when he walked in.
“(Y/N)‘s trying to go on a hunt.”
“Please.” You sat up and gave your brothers your best puppy dog eyes. “We can all go together.”
Your oldest brother sighed and said, “What were you looking at?” You smiled mischievously at his question and ran to get your computer from the other room. “That doesn’t mean I’m letting you come!” you heard him shout at your retreating back. “I just wanna know what you’re looking at!”
You made it back to your brothers, computer in hands, and slightly out of breath. Your brothers watched over your shoulders as you dramatically revealed your research.
“So,” you began. “Park City, Utah. Pretty popular tourist place, ‘specially in the winter for skiing and snowboarding. Four people,” you pulled up the news clips of their demise, “all tourists, found dead. Their bodies were totally fucked up. You have your usual mutilation and incisions, but what really intrigued me were the bites taken out of the bodies.”
“What could be up there?” Sam tucked his hair behind his ears and leaned in closer to your screen.
“We can all check it out.” You waited for an answer with anticipation.
“Fine. We’ll go in Baby,” Dean finally answered.
“Great!” You ran off to pack your duffle bag. “I call shotgun, Sammy!”
~*~
It’s been a week since the strange woman decapitated over a dozen people, and Bucky, Sam, and Steve haven’t gotten any closer to finding her. Of course, F.R.I.D.A.Y. had pulled up a juicy cocktail of information on her, but there has been no sign of (Y/N) Winchester, born (Y/N) (Y/L/N) before legally changing her last name.
Her mother had died in a house fire twenty-four years ago in 2000 when she was six. She seemed to vanish for almost twelve years until she, along with her two older brothers, showed up on the FBI’s most wanted in 2012. Bucky did the math. She would have been… eighteen? What happened in twelve years to make an eighteen-year-old girl go on a killing spree with her brothers. Who also happened to have more murders under their belts.
Bucky sighed and the file on the Winchesters on to his bed. He rubbed his eyes with his regular hand and when he looked up, Steve was standing in the doorway.
“Still looking for her?” The Captain nodded at the folder.
“She’s dangerous,” Bucky defended. “Deaths all over the country and she and her brothers are always there. Die in a way that isn’t a natural death and she’ll be there.”
“I wasn’t reprimanding you. I was just here to tell you to take a break.”
“Do you think,” Bucky paused before shaking his head. “Maybe she—they’re…”
“Hydra?” Steve supplied and his friend nodded. “I don’t know. It’s not that much of a spectacle. It’s also not secretive enough.”
“There’s still something going on with—“
Bucky stopped talking when Sam appeared next to Steve, slightly out of breath. The dark-skinned man took a deep breath before speaking.
“Some cameras caught them. (Y/N) and her brothers. In Utah.”
Bucky shot out of bed. “Let’s go.”
~*~
You tapped your foot as the elderly lady slowly scanned your groceries. Your brothers had sent you to the little store next to the motel for a couple of six-packs, candy, chips, and of course, some pie.
The motel room was low lit, especially with the heavy curtains drawn. You walked into the boy’s room, thankfully you didn’t have to share. The only time you did was when Jack came along. Right now Lucifer’s son was being taught angel things by Cas.
“I bring sustenance,” you shouted when you made your entrance.
“Hey, (Y/N),” Dean mumbled. Both of your brothers had their eyes completely focused on their computers.
“Guys,” Sam grabbed your attention. “So get this, each victim was staying in a house that was previously owned by these guys.” He displayed his screen. A photo of a man and woman was surrounded by newspaper text. “The Walkers.”
“So what was their deal?” You placed the groceries on a bed. “I’m assuming they're dead.”
“Yep. Mrs. Walker was stoned to death by some teenagers in 1972.” Dean whistled and shook his head at Sam’s words. “Mr. Walker hanged himself after her death.”
“Poor Mrs. Walker,” Dean said.
“Don’t pity her. The teens apparently killed her because the Walkers had kidnapped, tortured, killed, and ate one of their friends.”
“Guess that ‘splains the bites.” You began to prepare the salt bullets. “Think we have to deal with both of ‘em?”
“Where are they buried?”
“Uh, both in the field Mrs. Walker died in,” Sam read out loud. “The last property they owned and not killed in yet is close.”
“Here’s the plan,” Dean spoke. “Sam, you and I go salt and burn the bones. Need you to watch my back if Mrs. Cannibal decides to pay me a visit.” He turned to you and you straightened your back. “(Y/N), go to the house and see if anyone’s renting the place.”
You nodded and smiled. Back in the game.
“Hi there,” you greeted happily to the woman who opened the door to the Walker’s townhouse. “Can I ask you a few questions? What’s your name?” You heard the Impala drive away behind you.
“S-sure,” the woman said softly. “I’m Miss. Powell.”
“Nice to meet you, Miss. Powell.” Enough pleasantries. “Has there been anything strange happening in the house?” You took in her appearance: bags under her eyes and unwashed hair.
“You’ll think I’m crazy.”
“I’m here to help. I believe you’re in danger. Can I come in?”
You got to work right away and made a salt circle on the ground. Spirits always thought they were the shit and always blew away the perfect circles you would always lay down, but today you were going to one-up the bitch. Before you sprinkled down the salt barrier, you had some liquid glue in your pack so you used that first.
“And that will stop the ghost?”
You had explained the situation to poor Miss. Powell. She was much more open-minded than some other people you had ‘worked’ with before. She, along with her young son Brad, sat in the center of the salt.
“If you stay inside the circle, the ghost can’t get to you.” You walked over to the fireplace and pointed at the poker. “Is that iron?”
“I-I think so.”
You grabbed it and handed it to her.
“If he gets too close for your liking, swing it at him. Should keep him at bay.”
“The ghost?”
“Or any man in general, I guess.”
Your remark got a small smirk out of the woman. Then, the lights started to flicker and the temperature in the room dropped low enough that you could see your breath.
~*~
Bucky, Sam, and Steve, all in uniform, ran up to the townhouse. Through the windows, they could see the lights flickering rapidly. Muffled shouts and what sounded like a child crying came from inside. What was she doing?
Steve tried to open the door, but it wouldn’t open. It wasn’t locked, Bucky could see the handle turn. They tried to break down the door next. It took the supersoldiers a couple turns each to finally open the front door.
Steve went in first, shield at the ready. Sam and Bucky stood on either side of him. Bucky’s eyes were immediately drawn to (Y/N) standing above a woman and a young boy with a shotgun in her hand. Then he noticed how cold the house was and the circle of white the three people were standing in.
“Hurry the flip up!” (Y/N) shouted. Was she talking to them? Bucky and Sam glanced at each other.
“I’m going as fast as I can!” The response came from a phone on the ground. It must be one of her brothers. “Mrs. Walker’s being a real pain in the ass!”
“Watch your language, Dean there’s a child present.” (Y/N) winked at the kid before she noticed she had company. “Uh, the three musketeers are here.”
Suddenly, a pale man with decaying flesh and a rope burn around his neck materialized in front of Steve. With practiced precision, (Y/N) fired her shotgun at the man. He disappeared and the round bounced off of Steve’s shield.
“What the—” before Bucky could swear, the man reappeared.
This time, Steve was ready and sliced him away with his shield. (Y/N) looked at the shield with a look of awe and confusion.
“What’s going on over there?” Her brother sounded winded and Bucky could make out gunshots from the other side of the call.
“Captain America’s special metal dinner plate can be used against Casper.” Bucky understood only half of the sentence (Y/N) spoke. “What are you doing here?” Now she spoke to the superheroes.
A strong wind blew through the house. (Y/N) smirked at shouted at the ceiling,
“Glue, fother mucker! Can’t get to us.”
The man appeared on the far end of the room, away from the Avengers. He raised his hands and the hardwood floor began to crack. (Y/N) fired her gun and the man disappeared once again. Unfortunately, the floor continued to pull away until the white circle was broken.
The man appeared next to (Y/N) and the next second, she was thrown into the nearest wall. Sam tried to shoot him, but the bullets only landed in the wall past him. The pale man turned to the woman and kid who both screamed. Bucky stepped forward and grabbed at him with his vibranium hand. The man dissipated again.
“(Y/N)?” Her brother was shouting through the phone. “(Y/N), what’s going on there? You said the Avengers were there?”
(Y/N) ignored her brother’s questions and shouted at the woman, “The poker!”
The fireplace poker flew through the air and reached her hand as the man revealed himself in front of her. (Y/N) swung it skillfully and he was gone again. She continued to glare at the three Avengers.
The man appeared in the middle of everyone right as (Y/N)’s brother’s voice shouted, “Got it!”
The pale man took one last lunge at the woman and her kid before he let out a scream and went up in flames. Everything in the house stood still as it warmed up and the lights settled. The only sounds were heavy breathing and soft cries from the boy.
(Y/N) scrambled to her phone. The three men surrounded her, they weren’t going to let her go again. Not without answers.
“Are you boys good?” She said into the phone.
“Yeah. Mrs. Walker put up a good fight though. Threw Sammy into a tree.”
“Would have loved to see that.” (Y/N) looked at the three Avengers. “I’ll meet you at home.”
“Home? That’s—“
“Gotta deal with the musketeers.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yep, bye.” She quickly hung up before her brother could protest any longer. Next, she looked at the woman and her son. “You guys okay?” They both nodded. “Sorry ’bout your floor.” Finally (Y/N) turned her attention to Bucky who was standing closest to her.
“You’re not going to leave,” Steve ordered behind her.
“Yeah, I got that,” she sighed. “I’m hungry. Wanna grab a burger?”
“Only if you’ll talk,” Sam requested.

“What’re You In For?”
Prompt: #22 (Two Miserable People at the same Wedding) - Raphael x Olivia
Warnings: Light Alcohol Mention, Cursing (duh, its Raphael)
Word Count: 1,568
A/N: This is from an ask game that I reblogged a couple days ago. It took me a while to finish editing it because I really and truly prefer quality of my work over quantity, plus I needed to find the right soundtrack for this so I could focus 110%. I hope you like it @headhalfling!
As much as Raphael cherished April as a friend and Casey as his “fourth brother”, he had despised almost every last moment of the last 8 hours. The tie around his neck was too tight and the suit that April requested be tailored to his exact measurements still felt like it was smothering him. When he had finished the first suit fitting at the lair he had figured that all it would take to break free from this prim and proper prison was a well-timed stretch. That is, until Leo had very gently patted him on the shoulder and reminded him that they were putting all these fancy trimmings on for April and Casey, and that after the "incident" at their engagement party, Raph would likely do better blending in.
Oh yeah, that.
As if the clothing and the standard wedding formalities weren't enough to bother Raph, he had promised April he would only have one glass of champagne after the last time. Out of respect (and maybe a fair deal of embarrassment) following the unforeseen events of the engagement party, he decided that it might be best to stay alert, especially since being a ninja and all doesn't really pay in hard cash. Or at least...not enough cash that could cover the fees associated with a professional carpet cleaner.
One finger lazily circled around the brim of his empty champagne glass. Amongst all the chatter in the room his eyes remained fixed on Casey and April. He couldn't tell if he was trying to read their lips and decipher whatever lovey-dovey conversation they were having or perhaps just trying to understand the ins and outs of the event in general. He couldn't really say that he'd ever felt in love, and maybe he was just being incredibly cynical, but this felt like a strange way to celebrate it; stuffy outfits and distant cousins you've only seen twice in your life didn't seem like a celebration of love or a union of two families but like a strange ritual that he couldn't quite wrap his mind around.
Just as his brain was finally translating something admittedly pretty juicy happening between the happy couple, someone shuffled past him and took a seat beside him, drawing his attention reluctantly away. She didn't seem to be paying him much attention, instead tapping away at her phone rather furiously with one hand while brushing stray strands of blue hair away from her eyes. A deep sigh escaped her lips as she set her phone face down on the table and grabbed the entirely unclaimed glass of champagne sitting in front of her place mat, then tapped her fingers rhythmically on the sides.
"What're you in for?" She said playfully then took a small sip from the glass.
He laughed, then leaned back in his chair. "Does 'best man' count?"
"Hey, sure, I'm not the police. Besides, I knew that already." Once again pushing her hair from her eyes, she crinkled her nose when she smiled. "You guys were, er, I guess--you are--kind of distinct. Kinda cool if you ask me."
She set the champagne glass back down, before gazing up at her new conversation partner. Her striking hazel eyes connected with his own and caused him pause for a moment. Again, full of surprises, she didn't seem to react in fear or shock so much as intrigue at his physical appearance. He couldn't say that this wasn't a first, all night long at both the engagement party and this reception he and his brothers had been getting unwarranted looks that definitely indicated the unspoken feelings of the person staring. This, however, was different. As for how, he wasn't quite sure, but for now he simply felt unusually awkward and unable to figure out what he was supposed to say next. Mikey was always the better one at socializing. It was in his blood. Raph on the other hand, despite all the time he had to learn, was about as good at talking to humans as a fish was at flying.
He glanced down at the name tag that had been so carefully placed in front of where she sat before taking a shot in the dark that maybe she was the table-mate that hadn't showed up yet. Awfully late for her to arrive now...but not impossible.
"Umm...are you Lorraine Bri-...Brinch-...you know what, fuck, not even trying to pronounce that."
"What?" She followed where his eyes led to the cutesy black and gold calligraphy neatly engraved on a piece of folded card stock. She frowned and shook her head. "No, that's not me. My name's Olivia. Does make me wonder who that is though, and why they didn't show up. Kind of disrespectful, to not even RSVP honestly."
"Well what about you?" Raph countered. As if he even cared about this random other woman's dignity when he didn't even know who she was beyond her impossible to pronounce last name. "I didn't see you until just now."
"I’ve been here,” she responded. She broke eye contact with Raph and began picking at the skin surrounding her fingernails. She had noticeably callused fingers which matched the overall aesthetic of her chipped and unpainted fingernails. “I just don’t really want to be here. I don't typically like stuffy events like this, as much as I'm really glad to see Casey and April together. These things make me anxious, and I would drive home, but that wouldn’t be cool because I’m the photographer’s ride." She gestured vaguely towards the woman in a pantsuit with long black hair that had been tirelessly capturing every last angle possible of the bride, groom, and bridal party.
"Hey, uh...me too." He answered. He was starting to feel anxious too seeing the way that she picked at her fingernails. “These events, they aren’t really for me. This tie ain’t doing it for me either, its kinda been choking me,” He gave her a small smile, hoping that it might ease her mind to have someone sympathize with her, even if it wasn’t entirely on the same page. Again, Mikey would’ve been better at this kind of thing than he was, but it helped that the connection between them was already sort of going well. Well, aside from him accusing her of being late to the wedding, that is.
Olivia’s eyes narrowed on his black and white striped tie. She pressed her lips together, holding back a smile while a short breathy laugh escaped her nostrils. “Well, there’s your problem. You tied it too tight, dummy. Here-”
Her callused hands reached up and began loosening the fabric fastened around his neck. Earlier when he had tied it himself he hadn’t bothered to ask for help, assuming that this was just how ties were supposed to feel, but the gradual feeling of relief that came with the freedom to move his neck like normal was ethereal.  While she couldn’t fix the constricting fit of his suit, having the tie a little looser was already helping him feel more relaxed and adjusted. Their eyes locked again as she gently pulled her hands away from the satin, although this time something felt different. Like he was sweating. Everywhere.
With the relief of one discomfort came the creation of another. He cleared his throat.
“Thanks.”
“Hey, anytime, I learned how to tie those for a friend of mine a couple years ago. You should’ve asked for help from somebody sooner.”
Now he was beginning to feel really embarrassed. Did she think he was stupid? Or incapable of learning how to do normal human stuff like tying a goddamn tie? “Nah, they’re busy, didn’t wanna bother ‘em.” Now that made him at least seem noble.
“Well you weren’t bothering me.” She smiled and raised an eyebrow. “I doubt you would’ve bothered your brothers by asking for help, their ties don’t seem to be bothering them.
Fuck.
Still feeling sweaty, Raph shrugged and chuckled. “Awright, fine, then I’ll call you next time I gotta wear this damn thing, yeah?”
Once the words had escaped his mouth he realized how silly they must’ve sounded, but he didn’t take them back. He wasn’t an entirely socially inept fool, that was Donnie’s job. She paused for a moment at his words and began searching his eyes for an answer that he didn’t know he had in him. This was uncomfortable and sweaty and hot...but he kind of liked it. Raph swallowed and broke eye contact with her unceremoniously then twisted the watch on his left wrist back into center position.
“Maybe I will.”
Olivia reached into her silver crossbody that until now, had been closely kept by her side entirely untouched. She uncapped a black ballpoint ink pen and scribbled a string of numbers onto a blue sticky note that had already been lightly doodled on (likely during the ceremony) with rough sketches of motorcycles juxtaposed against delicate daisies and baby’s breath she had likely seen in April’s bouquet. She tore the sticky note off and nervously stuck it onto his placemat. With a quick swig of the rest of the champagne left in the glass she had claimed, she stood up from her chair and gave him one last smile before hurriedly heading off in the direction of her photographer friend, leaving Raph with more questions than he did answers.
Maybe this whole lovey-dovey shit wasn’t so dumb after all.

@xfpornbattle @muldermakesmehorny @cultureisdarkbeer @season4mulder @peacenik0  @today-in-fic (I’m cheating a bit this is Chapter 1.)
#61 Somehow Mulder has to pretend to go down on Scully. He teases her until neither of them can take it anymore.
AO3 version HERE. Or read below.
Inner Sanctum: Shadow Play
The universe is conspiring against him. Mulder is convinced. Scully thinks the same thing - although neither of them voice the thought aloud.
In 6 years working together they’d only been undercover as a couple once. Once is all it took - it seemed now every time they needed a pair of agents to pose undercover Mulder and Scully were called in to assist.
Which is how they found themselves here on assignment with 2 other pairs of agents trying to catch a suspect in a string of home invasions. All the victims were wealthy and all had confessed to visiting this particular establishment.
An establishment that catered to specific vises. The outer business, the Inner Sanctum, was a high class cocktail bar. The right amount of power and money would get you through the secret door and into the real business.
Fantasies. Sex…. Shadow Play.
All the victims had come from this rented room. In the middle of was a circular stage the props interchanged as needed for each fantasy. It was simple this time a bed, a chaise lounge, dresser, an antique looking vanity, with an oval mirror and stool, nightstand - a typical bedroom.
Some type of glass door system and a curtain on a track would allow for the Shadows of those within to be seen by the voyeur or voyeurs watching without. Chairs, lounges, sofas, tables were spread throughout the rest of the room. All with padded wrist restraints. This room was for instructing the Shadowplayer and then watching, listening to the performance without being able to touch.
Mulder could relate he’d held the object of his affection in his arms many times. Kissed her forehead, her cheek - he tried to kiss her once in his hallway - fate in the form of a Bee. What are the odds of that? Some would call it fate. Even he thought that for a while.
He rescued the girl and himself if he was honest, without her… could he have went on? Attempts to push her away after that were unsuccessful. She’d taken his hand that day and told him ‘if I quit now they win.’
Really not fair to repeat his own words back at him. But that was Scully. Diana had strolled back in and if he was honest - it hurt that Scully even thought he wanted to rekindle anything with her. Especially after kissing her doppelganger and telling her the words he had been so good at keeping locked away in his heart.
I love you and oh brother as a response was not what he expected. Whey were all these thoughts rolling in his head now before this important stakeout? Maybe it’s because they were all just informed they would have to act out whatever the customer wants - no matter what.
Or maybe it’s because Scully and the other 2 female FBI agents just walked out in their ‘costumes.’ Scully locked eyes with him almost daring him to look anywhere else. It was too late he’d been tracking her movements the moment she stepped into the room.
While he and the other male agents were all dressed similarly in t-shirts and jeans the female agents were dressed for their part - the bored housewife who calls for a repair man. Dressed for seduction and Scully was in black lace.
How was he going to survive this assignment? Mulder could feel the moisture rise to the surface of his skin. He barely resisted the urge to wipe his brow. Was the room suddenly too hot? Was his blood boiling? No it was Scully fantasy #5 and it was live in front of his eyes. To be honest black lace wasn’t a requirement Scully in any color lace would be a turn on.
Correction … Is a turn on - there’s an undeniable thickening beneath his denim. Shit.
Mulder glanced at the other agents he noticed he wasn’t the only one fidgeting. Scully finally arrived at his side and he resisted the urge to offer her his coat when he saw her shiver. That fact he wasn’t wearing a coat was beside the point.
“Are you okay?” he asked softly.
She stared straight ahead and responded, “I’m fine. Let’s just get this over with. Hopefully one of the other pairs of agents will be chosen.”
No such luck. The universe was dead set on wrecking havoc on Mulder and Scully’s lives.
The client’s came in a couple, they sat down and an attendant locked their restraints. It was like a private production.
“Welcome to Shadow Play. You know the rules choose your couple and once they enter the Shadow Stage they will follow your instructions. They are your puppets and you are the puppet masters.” The attendant paced before the couples and with a flourish of his hand he spoke.
“Choose the lady of play.”
The man was tall with closely cropped blonde hair and a neatly trimmed beard and mustache. His voice was a deep bass with a slight English or Australian accent when he spoke, “The little one - the redhead. Darling do you like her?”
His feminine counterpart nodded, “Oh yes she’ll be perfect.” With her husky alto it sounded more like purr-fect.
The attendant nodded to Scully, “Please enter the chamber and the other ladies may exit.”
Mulder saw the deep breath Scully took and his hand automatically went to her back as she walked around him and they started into the chamber. He was brought to a halt with the attendants next words.
“Now who do you chose for lord of the play?”
Wait. What?
Scully paused and then continued on her way - her shoulders had slumped for a moment and then firmed with resignation. This wasn’t the prearranged plan and his eyes narrowed. There was no way anyone, but him was going in there with Scully. Plan or not.
The three men stood still. Mulder felt like chatel - did the other agents feel the same he wondered.
“Darling? Don’t you want the one in the middle? His hair is the same color as mine?”
“He is quite striking, but he doesn’t hold a candle to you. I won’t be able to see their hair color behind the curtain anyway…. I don’t know how can I decide when they are clothed. I need to see their cocks.”
The attendant cleared his throat, “That is not part of the rules, everything happens in shadow.”
“Fuck the rules MAN, my wife wants to see their cocks and I’ve paid for our time. In fact bring Red back out give them some inspiration… I know I’m inspired.” His erection was clearing outlined by the navy trousers he wore and his wife licked her lips feeling her own body responding.
The attendant was clearly ruffled, Mulder noted the fact and filed it away. Scully stepped back out every eye was one her. Creamy skin dusted with the faintest of freckles she stood unafraid and comfortable in her own skin.
“Drop the straps luv, give the gents something to wonder about. I see firm high breasts a perfect handful - are those nips pink like a kitten's tongue, peachy like a succulent apricot? Or dark rose like the juicy flesh of a woman’s cunt?”
Scully reached up and slid first one strap and then the other, until they draped like a piece of black licorice he wanted to gnaw through. And he didn’t even like black licorice, red - cherry flavor yes. That didn’t help his growing problem thinking about Scully in red.
“Okay c’mon gents don’t be shy we all know why we’re here. Whip out your equipment my wife wants to see your packages. We’ve all got ‘em. If my hands were free I’d whip mine out right now. Wouldn't I darling? You'd suck me off right here on your knees. Yes my pet sucks like a Dyson.”
"Do you like bush, men? My pet has a nice little bush just enough that it tickles my lips when I'm eating my fill of pussy."
Both agents Barber and Kinney unzipped their flys and exposed themselves. Scully didn’t react. She was aloof, waiting for the partner the clients would choose. Could she do it - if it wasn’t Mulder? If it was Agent Barber or Kinney?
“Ooo those are some lovely cocks. Are those boxers or tighty whities I see … it's sort of like they’re popping out of a little fabric nest, like a bird. Not very lively though… Are you two cold?” The woman laughed and her husband chuckled along and then her gaze fixated on Mulder. “How about you? Are you cold too? You can’t be shy or you wouldn’t be here. Honey if he won’t show me his cock tell him to leave. I’ll just choose one of the others.”
“You heard my wife. If you don’t show us your cock get the fuck out. Do you have a teeny weenie, perhaps?” He picked up on the quick eye contact between Mulder and Scully and a wide smile formed. “Or do you just need a little help? Hey Red, why don’t you help him out.”
Scully took a step toward Mulder. “No!” then quieter, “No, I’ll do it.”
Mulder closed his eyes. How could he forget today of all days? He’d bought these button fly jeans on a whim and his hands were working the buttons through the tightly stitched holes until  …
“Holy Mother of God! Get out! The rest of you get out! He’s the one…. Honey? Tell them to leave!”
“You cretins heard my wife. Get out.” The room cleared of all but the main players. “Good God Man! I consider myself well-endowed, but Holy Shite! How do you keep that monster under control? And commando to boot.”
“I think my wifes glazed over eyes means you two meet with her complete approval. Let’s get this show on the road. Into the chamber you two. My first request is for you to suck those titties… I’ll tell you when to stop… use the chaise please.”
Mulder followed Scully into the chamber the door snicked shut, the curtains closed with a swish and the lights dimmed. Scully reclined on the chaise and Mulder gingerly sat beside her. Could they pull this off?
“C’mon man speed it up suck her tits and describe them… we want to hear about those ripe tips… make her moan … make her wet for you.”
Mulder dropped his head, nose and lips nuzzled her neck. Traveled down. Skimmed across the slope of each breast. God, Scully you smell so good. There was a hitch in her breath. Did he say that out loud?
“Hey, Supercock! This isn’t love’s unfolding flower or some teenage romance. I don’t hear any sucking or slurping and we damn well aren’t hearing any moaning Reds or yours. Get on with it.”
Mulder wished the guy would just shut the hell up. He was trying to make this look real, but not be real. But she was so soft and smelled so delicious… He was only human dammit.
And then Scully let out a throaty moan. Uh-oh. His mouth released the nipple he had been sucking, the lace and silk damp. Her nipples were clearly delineated, hard, he wasn’t sure how long he’d been sucking but his mouth and lips felt the loss.
“More…Mu…” Before she could say his name his hands cupped her breasts and his lips went back to feasting.

For the ship meme: sambucky and samsteve!! :)
AwWwWwWwWwWwWw YeEeEeEeEeEeEeahHhHhHhHh. (two ficlets for the price of one! I’m doing Sambucky here, will do Samsteve in a separate post!)
“Are you for real?” Sam asked. The palace attendant looked less than impressed as they nodded, gesturing again to the little path in the grass. “It will be easy enough to find, but I can arrange for an escort,” they said, blandly polite. “I think I’ll manage. Which place is his?”“You’ll have no problem recognizing it.”They shared a Look and Sam burst out laughing, finally cottoning on. Yeah, just look for the white guy tending to goats. Fucking goats.
As it turned out, Sam did get a little bit lost – but once the local kids figured out who he was looking for, they pointed him in the right direction. Sam sensed a little bit of condescension from them; after all, who didn’t know where the White Wolf lived? Honestly, foreigners were so dim.“If Steve sent you, tell him I’m fine,” Bucky called without turning around as Sam approached the small house. He was apparently deep in concentration, brushing one of the goats loosely gathered around the small piles of grass dotting the ground. “Do I look like Rogers’ fucking messenger boy?” Sam called back, skirting around a small pile of goat shit. Apparently Barnes was really into the good clean country livin’ thing. “Nah. You’re right. Sorry,” Bucky said, finally looking up. He looked .. rested. That wasn’t a word that Sam ever thought he’d apply to the harangued-looking man, but apparently Wakanda was doing him some good. “It’s good to see you, Sam.”Sam, having finally walked up to where Bucky was tending to his goats, stopped short. “It is?”“Yeah. You’re a little better than goats to talk to.”“Oh, fuck you,” Sam said lightly. He lowered himself to the ground and settled on the grass, and only tensing up a little as no less than 5 goats made their way over to nudge and snort at him. “They’re just curious. Don’t have many visitors around here,” Bucky said said with a tinge of amusement in his voice. Sam gingerly pet the rough coat of the smallest one and relaxed a millimetre when it didn’t bite his hand clean off. He’d had his share of experiences with irritable farm animals in his childhood, so he wasn’t taking chances. “Just thought I’d see what the fuck you were doing in the middle of a field,” Sam mused. He’d been to Wakanda a few times on reconnaissance missions that he only knew roughly 40% about, but hadn’t seen Barnes since he’d first been released from cryo. “Mostly raising goats,” Bucky said matter-of-factly. He gave a Sam a smile that was tinged with just enough “fucking obviously” for Sam to pick up on it. “You don’t get bored out here?” Now that the goats had sniffed and bleated at him, as well as figuring out that he didn’t have any tasty treats on him, they’d wandered back off to their grass. The sky was a bright, cloudless blue that made Sam a little dizzy with how badly he wished he could take off with his wings here. He couldn’t even imagine the view of the city and forests.“I’ve got books.”“Books on raising goats?”Bucky gave him a sour look. “Just a couple. You gonna talk about goats the whole time?”“Maybe.”“Good. Great.” Bucky stood, dusting off his hands. He eyed Sam for a moment before his face did a weird thing; it lit up, which was a thing Sam was still getting used to seeing him do. Shit, if Wakanda was treating Barnes so well, maybe Sam could apply for a work visa or something. “Wanna stay for lunch?” Bucky asked, still looking kind of intently at Sam.“Is it goat?” Sam said, unable to help himself.Bucky looked scandalized. “These aren’t for eating, Wilson.”“Nothing wrong with some curried goat, man. You too good for curried goat?”Bucky looked thoughtfully at the animals milling about near a cluster of trees. Sam clapped a companionable hand on his shoulder and grinned. “I’m jokin’, I’m not gonna eat your pets. Lead the way.”* * * * * * * * * *Lunch was surprisingly good; slightly bitter leafy greens that had been steamed (and seasoned, which Sam was pleasantly surprised by) and fried fish that was admittedly bland, but nicely crisp on the outside.  “Can’t really get the balance right,” Bucky muttered, poking at his fish with a wrinkled nose. Sam hmm?ed to encourage him to go on; he was busy trying to get the perfect fish-to-vegetables ratio in his next bite.“Well, if I add the seasoning before, it all comes off in the oil, but if I add it after, it’s a damn saltlick.”Sam chewed thoughtfully, winced, and covered his mouth with his hand. After carefully retrieving the offending fish bone, he spoke: “You washing out the inside and everything?”“Washing?”“Yeah.”“Like with water?”“Barnes. Barnes, please be joking. Please.”Bucky shrugged and gestured for Sam to go on, but a rueful smile was tugging at his lips. “You clean out the whatever-whatever inside, and you wash it and then rub it down with lemon. Then salt, pepper, seasonin’, an– you didn’t do any of that, did you. I can tell from your face.”“Lemon…” Bucky muttered. “Knew I forgot something.”“Want me to write this shit down for you, gramps?”“Fuck you.”
* * * * * * * * * *“Can I ask you a question?” Bucky asked. He settled on the floor next to where Sam was sitting cross-legged, watching the sun dip lower. “Mhm.” Sam seemed distracted but not unhappy; he’d shucked off his light jacket and sneakers and was sitting in his jeans and tanktop, absently wiggling his toes in the little patch of grass that grew determinedly in front of the door. “You ever eaten curried goat?” Sam gave him a sidelong look.“Yeah. Got a problem?”“No, just … curious.” Bucky was silent for a little while, during which a handful of farmers returning home called a greeting as they passed his home. Sam was still looking at him. There was something about his posture that seemed at home, relaxed despite everything that had gotten them to this moment. He was kind of like that; the moments of calm in his life had been few and far between for years now, so he settled into them and took them for what they were. Bucky admired that. He was working on that whole relaxing-while-he-still-had-time thing, himself. “My grandma’s from the Caribbean,” Sam finally said, seemingly satisfied that Bucky wasn’t trying to provoke anything. “She used to make stuff like that when me ‘n Sarah visited in the summers. Never really liked it until I got a little older.”“What’s it taste like?” Bucky asked. His leg was pressed against Sam’s, but neither of them seemed keen on moving. Sam being here felt right, like he belonged here – not just in the physical space, but here with Bucky. Which… what? What?“Kinda… earthy? Like lamb, but stronger taste… Sarah was crazy about the stuff. Couldn’t really find the right ingredients in the States. Too expensive for my parents.”Bucky hesitated a little before nudging Sam’s knee with his own. “Do you… do you want one of my goats?”“What?”“If you’re, uh. If you want curry…”“Holy shit, Barnes.”Bucky seemed to realise that that was a really weird thing to say, but he grinned awkwardly nonetheless. The laugh lines around his eyes were deeper, and his face didn’t carry the glazed blankness or tired scowl that it used to. It was really fucking nice, which was surprising to Sam because he was so used to lying to himself that he only cared about the guy in that friendly-coworker kind of way. “A whole goat, eh? Save that one for the dowry.”“Shut up. I was trying to be hospitable.”“I’d settle for coffee,” Sam smiled. He gestured to the goats, some of who were already dozing in the cooling evening air. “And name one after me, that’s good enough.”“Two of them are already named Sam and Samantha,” Bucky said as he got to his feet. Sam took a moment to grasp what had just been said, but Bucky had already moved back into the house to bring up the lights as the sun went down. “Bucky, what?”“Oh, I got some mangoes. You want mangoes?”“Barnes.”“I’m gonna have some either way but I’ll cut one up for you too.”“Bucky, why the fuck did you name your goats after me?”Bucky didn’t look up as he settled the fruits on a specialized spike attached to his cutting board. Then, he took his time rattling around in a kitchen drawer before pulling out a small mechanized peeler and positioning the cutting board against his hip to keep it steady. “Nice setup,” Sam said, admiring the ingenious design of the assistive devices Bucky was using. “I named ‘em after you because they’re stubborn but I like ‘em,” Bucky said in response. Sam scoffed. “Steve is fuckin’ stubborn.”“You think none of the goats are named after that asshole?”“Point.”“Want some?” Bucky asked, nodding down at the now-peeled mangoes. He had a bit of a challenge managing with one arm when the damned things started slipping around on the wooden cutting board, but he managed to carve thick, sweet slices off of the fruits. Then, he held out his hand to Sam. Sam stared at the juicy deep-yellow mango flesh gripped almost delicately between Bucky’s fingers. His fingers twitched because surely he was supposed to fucking take it from Bucky like a normal human being. But Bucky’s eyes were locked on his, and Sam didn’t think Barnes realised that his hand was shaking just a little. Sam moved towards Bucky, slowly enough to back off if needs be. Bucky’s breath hitched and he brought the piece of fruit up, closer to Sam’s face. So. Oh. Okay. Right. “Don’t smash that into my face,” Sam said, joking lightly to cover for the fact that his heart was hammering away a mile a minute.“I won’t,” Bucky said, and his voice was so quiet that Sam found himself in the man’s space and Barnes had the nerve to be teasing, tracing the slice of mango across Sam’s lower lip with a feather-light touch and then leaning down to tentatively kiss him andOh. Right. Okay. Sam pulled back slowly, his eyes fluttering open. Okay, that had been surprisingly smooth. “You been practicing that move, Barnes?” he said shakily. Bucky just took a big smug bite of the same mango piece that he’d tempted Sam with. Sam took the opportunity to get revenge by kissing the taste off of his lips. It was heady, and sweet, and overwhelming in a way that reminded Sam of hot summers and cool salt water on his ankles, and Bucky felt it in his bones like sinking into his first unbothered sleep in over 70 years, and they both agreed that they needed to get to a bed sooner rather than later. * * * * * * * * * *“Bucky.”“Mmmm?” Bucky felt boneless, a little sticky and too hot, but sated and incredibly smug. He’d wrung some pretty impressive sounds out of Sam Wilson not an hour ago. “You should get some chickens.”“Wuh?”“For eggs. So I can make my ma’s famous breakfast fry-up.”Bucky turned to look at Sam in the dim light from the crescent moon outside. “Baby, you do that thing with your tongue again and I’ll get a million chickens.”Sam smiled, and Bucky’s stomach did a funny swoop because that dorky little tooth gap was now adorable, and they were both naked, sure, but the moonlight was draped across the outline of Sam’s dark body like silk, and his eyes drank Bucky in like he was worthy and good and desirable. And that? That shit was all new. It felt pretty good.It felt even better to see Sam’s face light up when Bucky woke him up the next morning with a kiss and a basket of cheeping yellow chicks.

All in your head
WARNING: This story contains mental health issues, violence, self-destructive behaviour and references to suicide.
You’re a fucking joke. Not the most pleasant thought to be woken up by, it must be said. The whole team’s ashamed of you, they only keep you on out of pity. Nevertheless, it was the first thought in Beast Boy’s head as he woke that morning, morning in this case meaning ‘there’s still ten minutes til noon’. I mean, it’s not like you bring much to the table.
Beast Boy blinked the sleep from his eyes, looked up at the clock, and rolled himself out of bed. Robin’s basically a ninja, so they don’t need your smaller forms for stealth. After a quick trip to the bathroom and a check to make sure he’d remembered to put a shirt on, he was just about ready to face what remained of the day. Cyborg and Starfire have you outclassed for raw power.
As he lurched out the door and towards the kitchen, he heard the drone of conversation. They’re talking about you behind your back! He paused at the door, taking a moment to slip into a lazy grin, and strolled into the room.
“Wassup dudes?” He asked cheerfully, strolling into the kitchen and grabbing a box of cereal. Really? ‘Wassup dudes’? Loser.
“Not much, Grass Stain.” Cyborg replied. “Rob was gonna chew you out for sleeping in so long until Star talked him out of it.” See? Robin’s sick of your shit, he’ll be kicking you off the team any day now.
“I guess that’s one I owe her.” Beast Boy chuckled, pouring himself a glass of orange juice. Try fifty. “Anything else?”
“Well, Raven’s started reading a new book.” Cyborg offered jokingly.
“Do tell!” Beast boy exclaimed, treating the information as though it were some juicy piece of gossip.
“Well…” Cyborg looked around shiftily for a moment before leaning in towards Beast Boy. “I’m pretty sure it’s a modern fantasy novel!” He hissed conspiratorially.
“How bold!” The changeling snickered, doing his best to look scandalised. “And the name?”
“Good Omens.” Cyborg replied simply.
“Good Omens…” Beast Boy murmured disbelievingly. “By Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett?” Not a chance! There’s no way that Raven’s reading something you’ve actually read. She’s smart, you’re dumb; had you forgotten?
“I think so,” Cyborg confirmed. “Why?” A coincidence, nothing more.
“I’ve actually read that one.” Beast Boy muttered, grinning hugely. “Raven’s reading a book that I read first!” Doesn’t matter. Still an idiot. “For once, I can start a conversation about something she’s interested in, and I’ll know more about it than her!” He rubbed his hands together deviously. “This is gonna be great!”
“Yeah, well a word of advice, B.” Cyborg wrinkled his nose. “Brush your teeth first, you got some nasty morning breath!” You disgusting animal.
As he brushed his teeth, Beast Boy found himself studying his own reflection. It was unlikely that any of his friends would find this behaviour surprising, considering the fact that he had something of a reputation for vanity. What they would have found surprising was the way his brow furrowed and the corners of his mouth turned down. Jesus, what a mess! The fangs, the skin… the ears! You really got hit with the ugly stick, huh? He put his toothbrush away, idly noting that it had been torn up by his fangs, and left the bathroom. What, running from the mirror? Can’t say I blame you.
“Hey there Rae.” He said cheerfully, approaching the couch.
“Hey Beast Boy.” Raven replied without looking up from her book.
“Good book?” He asked, grinning like an idiot.
“Exceptionally so.” Raven replied, her eyes never leaving the page.
“So who do you like better,” Beast Boy began. “Azriphale or Croweley?” He positively revelled in the look on Raven’s face as she turned to face him.
“...Croweley.” Raven answered after a moment.
“Yeah, I can see that.” Beast Boy nodded. “A demon who goes against his supposed place in the cosmic order and saves the world? Makes sense you’d like him.”
“So you’ve read it.” Raven stated bluntly.
“Three times.” He replied. “Six if you count audiobooks.”
“So who do you like better?” Raven asked.
“Well, I--” The alarm sounded. “Will have to pick this conversation up later.” He finished, running to the elevator and cursing his bad luck. It’s what you deserve.
It was Control Freak. Of all the villains it could have been, it was Control Freak. Attacking a comic book store, because of course he was. “Sell my preordered comics while I’m in prison, will you?” He ranted, firing his remote at basically every figurine, poster and cardboard cutout in the store. “I’ll show you, I’ll show you all!”
“Your payment was declined!” The helpless cashier wailed. “Your accounts were frozen when they locked you up!”
“Great,” Raven deadpanned. “An angry, entitled nerd. Just what I wanted to deal with today.”
“I wonder what he preordered.” Beast Boy mused. Probably all the same stuff you read, since you’re both totally pathetic.
“Well, if it isn’t the Teen Titans.” Control Freak sneered, “Come to stop me have you?”
“Give it up, Control Freak!” Robin exclaimed. “If you surrender now, nobody gets hurt.”
“Why would I surrender?” Control Freak giggled. “After all, I’m in my element here!” And with that, A wave of comic, movie, anime and game characters surged forward to attack. Robin found himself caught up in a brawl with Spike Speigel while Starfire engaged in an aerial battle with Iron Man. Cyborg and Raven were back to back fighting Link (as in, every single version of Link), and Beast Boy found himself face-to-face with a man wearing a dark coat and a tricorn hat, wielding a bizarre oversized saw.
“Are you kidding?” Beast Boy chuckled, ducking and weaving around his assailant’s attacks. “You sent Johnny Bloodborne after me?” With that, he struck the nameless character from the box art of Bloodborne in the stomach before leaping back. “Dude, I platinumed this game ages ago!” Are you seriously bragging about that? Lame. He transformed into a wolf, ducking under a heavy attack and exploiting the opening it created to devastating effect. A few repetitions of this pattern of dodge and strike left his opponent on the verge of defeat; he just needed to get one more shot in and-- Take the hit.
Raven was in a bad mood; she’d had a pleasant conversation interrupted, discovered that Control Freak was to blame, and was currently being attacked by a swarm of blonde elves, all of whom insisted on grunting ans screaming loudly and incoherently as they fought. “How many of these are there?” She asked Cyborg as she sliced one in half with a blade of telekinetic force.
“Legend of Zelda is a long-lived and influential franchise!” Cyborg replied, blasting an especially small and cartoony-looking one.
“Meaning?” Raven demanded.
“Meaning there’s a lot of ‘em!” Cyborg exclaimed.
“Great.” Raven scowled, throwing up a barrier just in time to deflect a sword aimed at her stomach. “Well, it shouldn’t be much longer until one of the others can back us up, so let’s just--” She fell silent, her empathic sense warning her that something was very wrong. “Beast Boy’s aura feels weird, what’s happening?”
“Oh crap!” Control Freak squealed, his voice nearly an octave higher than usual, as he pointed in apparent horror at Beast Boy. Beast Boy lying in a pool of his own blood. With a giant saw stuck in his shoulder.
“What did you do to him?!” Raven demanded, a wave of shadows tearing through their foes and throwing Control Freak against the wall.
“He was supposed to dodge it!” Control Freak shrieked, his aura radiating blind panic and… sadness? “He dodges it, then he beats it! Then you guys beat me, I go to jail, and nobody gets hurt!” His eyes began to tear up. “He wasn’t supposed to get hurt!” The fat, scruffy nerd blubbered inelegantly. “It’s no fun like this!”
“Fun?” Raven demanded. “You think this is a game?! Beast Boy is dead!” She screeched.
“Not yet he ain’t!” Cyborg called out. “So how ‘bout you get your butt over here and heal him?”
“What’s the damage?” She asked, at Beast Boy’s side in an instant.
“Punctured lung, blood loss, broken collarbone and ribs, torn muscles.” Cyborg answered with clinical precision. “Think you can handle it?”
“Easily.” Raven replied, more confidently than she actually felt. “Azarath Metrion Zinthos!” She intoned, setting about mending the damage done to Beast Boy’s ruined frame.
“Is there, uh, anything I can do to help?” Control Freak asked, his voice little more than a squeak.
“You want to help?” Robin scoffed. “Haven’t you done enough?”
“Can you make some kind of healer?” Cyborg asked pragmatically, more interested in saving his best friend’s life than in recrimination.
“Just give me a minute, okay?” And with that, Control Freak dashed off into some other corner of the store.
A moment later, a middle-aged man dressed like Doctor Frankenstein rushed over, carrying a device that looked for all the world like a cannon.
“Is zis mein patient?” He demanded, his voice carrying a thick German accent.
“Great,” Raven sighed. “A mad scientist. And with that accent, and how unsubtle game designers are, he’s probably a Nazi.”
“I am no such thing!” He replied sternly.
“There’s actually evidence to suggest that the Medic is Jewish.” Control Freak interjected.
“Okay, fine, but how is he useful here?” Raven demanded.
“Step aside und I will demonstrate, frauline.” The Medic replied curtly leveling his weapon (?) at Beast Boy and firing a strange red beam. Raven lunged forward at the sight of this, only to be held back by Cyborg.
“It’s not a weapon.” Cyborg reassured her. “Technically it’s the opposite.” And indeed, Beast Boy’s wounds began to heal, although far too slowly for Raven’s liking.
“My remote can’t replicate his abilities perfectly.” Control Freak offered in response to Raven’s glare. “It produces a weaker version of any power that isn’t purely physical.”
“It’ll do.” Raven replied blankly, returning to the business of mending Beast Boy’s injuries and, if she was being honest to herself, trying not to freak out. It was bad; the combination of a punctured lung and massive blood loss were a recipe for hypoxia, and honestly his lung wasn’t so much punctured as it was carved. The shattered collarbone and shredded muscles only served to complicate things, and it occurred to Raven, not for the first time, that out of all of them, Beast Boy seemed to be the one who ended up getting hurt the most, which struck her as vaguely unfair.
I mean, it’s not like his life before the Titans was sunshine and rainbows; can’t the universe cut him a break? Can’t it cut any of us a break? Nevertheless, Raven set about dealing with the hand that had been dealt, repairing Beast Boy’s lung and replenishing his blood. She felt her strength begin to fade just in time for the Medic to blink out of existence, to her considerable annoyance.
“They don’t last forever.” Control Freak offered by way of explanation. “And using an ability like that really eats into their lifespan.”
“Good to know.” Robin remarked dryly.
“Oh crap, I shouldn’t have told you about that.” Control Freak muttered.
“Ughhh…” Beast Boy moaned, his eyelids fluttering open.
“He’s conscious!” Raven called out.
“What happened?” Beast Boy asked groggily, hie head swimming.
“You nearly got yourself killed by some Hot Topic lookin’ piece of crap is what happened.” Cyborg answered bluntly.
“Oh,” Beast Boy sighed, his memories returning quickly. “Right.” What the hell is wrong with you? Look how exhausted Raven is from keeping your dumb ass alive.
“Hey, uh… guys?” Control Freak mumbled awkwardly. “This whole thing kind of freaked me out so, uh, could you just kinda, y’know, arrest me?”
“Wait, you want us to arrest you?” Beast Boy asked incredulously.
“Dude, you nearly died!” Control Freak exclaimed. “That was seriously messed up!” Great, now even Control Freak is taking pity on you.
“Why do you care what happens to me?” Beat Boy demanded.
“Hey man, I do robberies and consequence-free mayhem!” Control Freak replied, somewhat indignantly in Beast Boy’s opinion. “I don’t kill people!”
“Discussions of Control Freak’s relative morality can wait,” Robin said firmly, cuffing the obese villain. “Right now we need to get him into custody and start on the paperwork. And after that,” He shot Beast Boy a Look. “We need to talk.” Welp, you’re boned.

I quickly clicked through other links in the digest to find the same picture with similar captions and articles. Alarmed, I sat back and thought about what this meant. If one kiss was headline news, what chance would Seunghyun and I have to make a relationship work?
My hands weren't quite steady as I closed the browser tabs. I hadn't considered the press coverage, but I should have. "Damn it."
Anonymity was my friend. It protected me from my past. It protected my family from embarrassment, and Seunghyun , too. I didn't even have any social networking accounts so people who weren't actively in my life couldn't find me.
A thin, invisible wall between me and exposure was gone.
"Hell," I breathed, finding myself in a painful situation I could have avoided if I'd dedicated any of my brain cells to something other than Seunghyun.
There was also his reaction to this mess to consider...I cringed inwardly just thinking about it. And my mother. It wouldn't be long before she was calling and blowing everything out of -
"Shit." Remembering that she didn't have my new cell number, I picked up my desk phone and called my other voice mail to see if she'd already tried to reach me. I winced when I heard that my mailbox was full.
I hung up and grabbed my purse; then headed off to lunch, knowing Hae would help me put it all in perspective. I was so flustered when I reached the lobby level that I rushed out of the elevator with my only thought being to find my roommate. When I spotted him, I didn't take note of anyone else until Seunghyun sidestepped smoothly in front of me and blocked my path.
"Y/N." He frowned down at me. Cupping my elbow, he turned me slightly around. That's when I saw the two women and a man who'd hidden him from my view.
I managed to find a smile for them. "Hello."
Seunghyun introduced me to his lunch dates. Then he excused us and tugged me off to the side. "What's wrong? You're upset."
"It's all over the place," I whispered. "A picture of us together."
He nodded. "I've seen it."
I blinked up at him, confused at his nonchalance. "You're okay with it?"
"Why wouldn't I be? For once, they're reporting the truth."
A sneaking suspicion niggled at me. "You planned it. You planted the story."
"Not entirely true," he said smoothly. "The photographer happened to be there. I just gave him a picture worth printing, and told PR to make it clear who you are and what you are to me."
"Why? Why would you do that?"
"You have your way of dealing with jealousy and I have mine. We're both off the market and now everyone knows it. Why is that a problem for you?"
"I was worried about your reaction, but there's more...There are things you don't know and I - " I took a deep, shaky breath. "It can't be that way between us, Seunghyun. We can't be public. I don't want - Damn it. I'll embarrass you."
"You couldn't. It's not possible." He brushed a loose lock of hair off my face. "Can we talk about this later? If you need me - "
"No, it's okay. Go."
Hae came over. Dressed in baggy black cargo pants and a V-neck white undershirt, he still managed to look expensive. "Everything all right?"
"Hi, Hae. Everything's fine." Seunghyun squeezed my hand. "Enjoy your lunch and don't worry."
He could say that because he didn't know better.
And I didn't know whether or not he'd still want me once he did.
Hae faced me as Seunghyun walked away. "Worry about what? What's wrong?"
"Everything." I sighed. "Let's get out of here, and I'll tell you over lunch."
"Well," Hae murmured, looking at the link I'd forwarded from my smartphone to his. "That's some kiss. The dip was a great touch. He couldn't look more into if he tried."
"That's the thing." I took another big gulp of water. "He did try."
He shoved his phone into his pocket. "Last week you kept shooting him down for only wanting your vagina. This week he's publicizing that he's in a committed, passionate relationship with you, and you're still unhappy. I'm starting to feel bad for the guy. He can't win for trying."
That stung. "Reporters are going to dig, Hae, and they're going to find dirt. And since it's juicy dirt they're going to splash it all over hell and back, and it's going to embarrass Seunghyun."
"Baby girl." He set his hand over mine. "Stanton buried all that."
Stanton. I straightened. I hadn't thought of my stepfather. He'd see the disaster coming and keep a lid on it because he knew what the revelation would do to my mother. Still..."I'll have to talk to Seunghyun about it. He has a right to be warned."
Just the thought of that conversation made me miserable.
Hae knew how my brain worked. "If you think he's going to cut and run, I think you're wrong. He looks at you like you're the only person in the room."
I poked at my tuna Caesar salad. "He's got a few demons of his own. Nightmares. He's closed himself off, I think, because of whatever's eating at him."
"But he's let you in."
And he'd already shown hints of how possessive he could be about that connection. I accepted that because it was a flaw I shared, but still...
"You're analyzing this to death, Y/N," Hae said. "You're thinking the way he feels about you has to be a fluke or a mistake. Someone like him couldn't really be into you for your big heart and sharp mind, right?"
"My self-esteem isn't that bad," I protested.
He took a sip of his champagne. "Isn't it? So tell me something you think he likes about you that doesn't have to do with sex or codependency."
I thought about it and came up empty, which made me scowl.
"Right," he went on with a nod. "And if Lee is anywhere near as messed up as we are, he's thinking the same thing in reverse, wondering what a hot babe like you sees in a guy like him. You've got money, so what has he got going for him besides being a stud who keeps screwing up?"
Sitting back in my chair, I absorbed everything he'd said. "Hae, I love you madly."
He grinned. "Back atcha, sweets. My advice, for what it's worth? Couples therapy. It's always been my plan to get into it when I find the one I want to settle down with. And try to have fun with him. You've got to have as many good times as bad or it all becomes too painful and too much work."
I reached over and squeezed his hand. "Thank you."
"For what?" He shrugged off my gratitude with an elegant wave of his hand. "It's easy to pick apart someone else's life. You know I couldn't get through my rough spots without you."
"Which you don't have any of now," I pointed out, shifting the focus to him. "You're about to be splashed across a Times Square billboard. You won't be my secret any longer. Should we upgrade dinner from pizza to something more worthy of the occasion? How about we haul out that case of Cristal Stanton gave us?"
"Now you're talking."
"Movies? Anything in particular you want to watch?"
"Whatever you want. I wouldn't want to screw with your big-dumb-blow-'em-up movie genius."
I grinned, feeling better as I'd known I would after an hour with Hae. "You'll let me know if I'm too dense to figure out when you and Trey want to be alone."
"Ha! Don't worry about that. Your tempestuous love life is making me feel dull and boring. I could use a hot, sweaty bang with my own stud."
"You just had a maintenance closet romp a couple days ago!"
He sighed. "I'd nearly forgotten. How sad is that?"
"It isn't when your eyes are laughing."
I'd just gotten back to my desk when I checked my smartphone and found a text from Seunghyun letting me know he had fifteen minutes to spare at quarter to three. I nursed a secret rush of anticipation for the next hour and a half, having decided to take Hae's advice and have a little fun. Seunghyun and I would have to wade through the ugliness of my past soon enough, but for now, I could give us both something to smile about.
I texted him just before I left, letting him know I was on my way. Considering the time constraints, we couldn't waste a minute. Seunghyun must have felt the same way, because I found Scott waiting for me at reception when I reached the Lee Industries waiting area. He walked me back after the receptionist buzzed me in.
"How's your day been?" I asked him.
He smiled. "Great so far. Yours?"
I smiled back. "I've had worse."
Seunghyun was on the phone when I entered his office. His tone was clipped and impatient as he told the person on the other end of the line that they should be able to manage the job without him having to oversee it personally.
He held up one finger to me to tell me he'd be another minute. I responded by blowing a big bubble with the gum I was chewing and popping it loudly.
His brows shot up, and he hit the buttons to close the doors and frost the glass wall.
Grinning, I sauntered over to his desk and hopped onto it, curling my fingers around the lip and swinging my legs. He popped the next bubble I blew with a quick jab of his finger. I pouted prettily.
"Deal with it," he said with quiet authority to whoever was on the phone. "It'll be next week before I can get out there and waiting will set us back further. Stop talking. I have something time-sensitive on my desk and you're keeping me away from it. I guarantee that's not improving my disposition. Fix what needs fixing and report back to me tomorrow."
He returned the phone to its cradle with suppressed violence. "Y/N - "
I held up one hand to cut him off and wrapped my gum in a Post-it I took from a dispenser on his desk. "Before you reprimand me, Mr. Lee, I want to say that when we reached an impasse in our merger discussions at the hotel yesterday I shouldn't have walked out. It didn't help to resolve the situation. And I know I didn't react very well to the PR issue with the photo. But still...Even though I've been a naughty secretary, I think I should be given another chance to excel."
His gaze narrowed as he studied me, assessing and reevaluating the situation on the fly. "Did I ask for your opinion on the appropriate action to take, Miss Tramell?"
I shook my head and looked up at him from beneath my lashes. I could see the lingering frustration from his phone call falling away from him, replaced by his growing interest and arousal.
Hopping down from the desk, I sidled closer and smoothed his immaculate tie with both hands. "Can't we work something out? I do possess a wide variety of useful skills."
He caught me by the hips. "Which is one of the many reasons you're the only woman I've ever considered for the position."
Warmth flowed through me at his words. Boldly cupping his cock in my hand, I fondled him through his slacks. "Maybe I should reapply myself to my duties? I could demonstrate some of the ways I'm uniquely qualified to assist you."
Seunghyun hardened with delectable swiftness. "Such initiative, Miss Tramell. But my next meeting is less than ten minutes away. Also, I'm not accustomed to exploring job enrichment opportunities in my office."
I freed the button of his fly and lowered his zipper. With my lips to his jaw, I whispered, "If you think there's anywhere I won't make you come, you'll have to revisit and revise."
"Y/n," he breathed, his eyes hot and tender. He cupped my throat, his thumbs brushing over my jaw. "You're unraveling me. Do you know that? Are you doing it on purpose?"
I reached inside his boxer briefs and wrapped my hands around him, offering up my lips for a kiss. He obliged me, taking my mouth with a fierceness that left me breathless.
"I want you," he growled.
I sank to my knees on the carpeted floor, pulling his pants down enough to give me the access I needed.
He exhaled harshly. "Y/n, what are you - "
My lips flowed over the wide crown. He reached back for the edge of his desk, his hands curling around the lip with white-knuckled force. I held him with both hands and mouthed the plush head, sucking gently. The softness of his skin and his uniquely appealing scent made me moan. I felt the vibration ripple through his entire body and heard a rough sound rumble in his chest.
Seunghyun touched my cheek. "Lick it."
Aroused by the command, I fluttered my tongue across the underside and shivered with delight when he rewarded me with a hot burst of preacum. Fisting the root of him with one hand, I hollowed my cheeks and drew rhythmically, hoping for more.
I wished I had the time to make it last. Drive him crazy...
He made a sound filled with the sweetest agony. "God, Y/n...your mouth. Keep sucking. Like that...hard and deep."
I was so turned on by his pleasure I squirmed. His hands pushed into my bound hair, pulling and tugging at the roots. I loved how he started out with tenderness, then grew rougher as the lust he felt for me overwhelmed his control.
The soft bite of pain made me hungrier, greedier. My head bobbed as I pleasured him, jacking him with one hand while I sucked and stroked the crest with my mouth. Heavy veins coursed the length of his cock, and I slid the flat of my tongue along them, tilting my head to find and caress each one.
He swelled, growing thicker and longer. My knees were uncomfortable, but I didn't care; my gaze was riveted to Seunghyun as his head fell back and he fought for breath.
"Y/n, you suck me so good." He held my head still and took over. Thrusting his hips. Fucking my mouth. Stripped to a level of base need where only the race to orgasm mattered.
The thought made me crazed, the image in my mind of how we must look: Seunghyun in all his urbane sophistication, standing at the desk where he ruled an empire, stroking his big cock in and out of my greedy mouth.
I gripped his straining thighs in both hands, frantically working my lips and tongue, desperate for his climax. His balls were heavy and big, an audacious display of his powerful virility. I cupped them, rolling them gently, feeling them tighten and draw up.
"Ah, Y/N." His voice was a guttural rasp. His grip tightened in my hair. "You're making me come."
The first spurt of seman was so thick, I struggled to swallow. Mindless in his pleasure, Seunghyun was thrusting against the back of my throat, his cock throbbing with every wrenching pulse into my mouth. My eyes watered and my lungs burned, but still I pumped my fists, milking him. His entire body shuddered as I took everything he had. The sounds he made and the muttered, breathless praise were the most gratifying I'd ever heard.
I licked him clean, marveling at how he didn't fully soften even after an explosive orgasm. He was still capable of fucking me senseless and more than willing to, I knew. But there was no time and I was happy about that. I wanted to do this for him. For us. For me, really, because I needed to know I could indulge in a selfless sexual act without feeling taken advantage of.
"I have to go," I murmured, standing and pressing my lips to his. "I hope the rest of your day is awesome, and your business dinner tonight, too."
I started to move away, but he caught my wrist, his gaze on the clock readout on his desk phone. I noticed my picture then, sitting in a place of prominence where he'd see it all day.
"Y/N...Damn it. Wait."
I frowned at his tone, which sounded anxious. Frustrated.
He quickly restored his appearance, tucking himself back into his boxer briefs and straightening the tail of his shirt so he could fasten his pants. There was something sweet in watching him pull himself back together, restoring the façade he wore for the world while I knew at least a little of the man beneath it.
Tugging me close, Seunghyun pressed his lips to my brow. His hands moved through my hair to unclip my tortoise barrette. "I didn't get you off."
"No need." I loved the feel of his hands on my scalp. "That rocked just the way it was."
He was overly focused on fixing my hair, his cheeks flushed from his orgasm. "I know you need an even exchange," he argued gruffly. "I can't let you leave feeling like I used you."
A bittersweet tenderness pierced me. He'd listened. He cared.
I cupped his face in my hands. "You did use me, with my permission, and it was seriously hot. I wanted to give you this, Seunghyun . Remember? I warned you. I wanted you to have this memory of me."
His eyes widened with alarm. "Why the fuck do I need memories when I have you? Y/N, if this is about the photo - "
"Shut up and enjoy the high." We didn't have the time to get into the photo issue now and I didn't want to. It was going to ruin everything. "If we'd had an hour, I still wouldn't let you get me off. I'm not keeping score with you, ace. And honestly, you're the first guy I can say that to. Now, I have to go. You have to go."
I started away again, but he caught me back.
Scott's voice came through the speaker. "Excuse me, Mr. Lee. But your three o'clock is here."
"It's okay, Seunghyun," I assured him. "You're coming over tonight, right?"
"Nothing could keep me away."
I shoved up onto my tiptoes and kissed his cheek. "We'll talk then."
After work, I took the stairs down to the ground floor to feel less guilty about skipping the gym and seriously regretted it by the time I reached the lobby. Lack of sleep from the night before had left me wiped out. I was contemplating taking the subway rather than walking when I saw Seunghyun's Bentley at the curb. When the driver got out and greeted me by name, I halted abruptly, surprised.
"Mr. Lee asked that I take you home," he said, looking smart in his black suit and chauffeur hat. He was an older gentleman with graying red hair, pale blue eyes, and the softest of cultured accents.
As much as my legs ached, I was grateful for the offer. "Thank you...? I'm sorry - what was your name?"
"Angus, Miss Tramell."
How had I not remembered that? The name was so cool, it made me smile. "Thank you, Angus."
He tipped his hat. "My pleasure."
I slid through the back door he opened for me and as I settled into the seat, I caught a glimpse of the handgun he wore in a shoulder holster beneath his jacket. It appeared that Angus, like Clancy, was both bodyguard and driver.
We pulled away from the curb and I asked, "How long have you been working for Mr. Lee, Angus?"
"Eight years now."
"Quite a while."
"I've known him longer than that," he volunteered, catching my gaze in the rearview mirror. "I drove him to school when he was a boy. He hired me away from Mr. Vidal when the time came."
Once again, I tried to picture Seunghyun as a child. No doubt he'd been beautiful and charismatic even then.
Had he enjoyed "normal" sexual relationships when he was a teenager? I couldn't imagine that women weren't throwing themselves at him even then. And as innately sexual as he was, I imagined he'd been a horny teen.
Digging in my purse, I pulled out my keys and leaned forward to set them on the front passenger seat. "Can you see that Seunghyun gets those? He's supposed to come over after whatever it is he's doing tonight and depending on how late that is, I might not hear him knock."
"Of course."
Paul opened the door for me when we arrived at my apartment and he greeted Angus by name, reminding me that Seunghyun owned the building. I waved to both men, told the front desk Seunghyun would be coming over later, and then took myself upstairs. Hae's raised brows when he opened the door to me made me laugh.
"Seunghyun's coming over later," I explained, "but I'm feeling so hammered right now I may not stay up long. So I gave him my keys to let himself in. Did you order already?"
"I did. And I tossed a few bottles of Cristal in the wine fridge."
"You're the best." I shoved my bag at him.
I showered and called my mom from the phone in my room, wincing at her strident, "I have been trying to reach you for days!"
"Mom, if it's about Lee Seunghyun - "
"Well, of course, it's partly about him! For goodness' sake, Y/N. You're being called the significant woman in his life. How could I not want to talk about that?"
"Mom - "
"But there's also the appointment you asked me to make with Dr. Petersen." The note of smug amusement in her voice made me smile. "We're scheduled to meet with him Thursday at six o'clock in the evening. I hope that works for you. He doesn't do many evening appointments."
I plopped backward onto my bed with a sigh. I'd been so distracted by work and Seunghyun that the appointment had slipped my mind. "Thursday at six will be fine. Thank you."
"Now, then. Tell me about Lee..."
When I emerged from my bedroom dressed in jersey pants and a San Diego State University sweatshirt, I found Trey seated with Hae in the living room. Both men stood when I came in and Trey gifted me with an open, friendly smile.
"I'm sorry I look so ragged," I said sheepishly, running my fingers through my damp ponytail. "Taking the stairs at work almost killed me today."
"Elevator take the day off?" he asked.
"Nope. My brain did. What the hell was I thinking?" Spending the night with Seunghyun was enough of a workout.
The doorbell rang and Hae went to get it while I headed into the kitchen for the Cristal. I joined him at the breakfast bar as he signed the credit card receipt and the look in his eyes when he glanced at Trey had me hiding a smile.
There were a lot of those looks going back and forth between the two men as the evening progressed. And I had to agree with Hae that Trey was a hottie. Dressed in distressed jeans, matching vest, and a long-sleeved shirt, the aspiring veterinarian looked casual but well put together. He was very different personality-wise from the type of guy Hae usually dated. Trey seemed more grounded; not quite somber, but definitely not flighty. I thought he'd be a good influence on Hae, if they stayed together long enough.
The three of us made it through two bottles of Cristal and two pizzas between us, plus all of Demolition Man before I called it a night. I urged Trey to stay for Driven to round out the Stallone mini-marathon; then I went to my room and changed into a sexy black baby doll I'd been given as part of a bridesmaid gift bag - sans the matching panties.
Leaving a candle burning for Seunghyun , I crashed.
I woke to darkness and the scent of Seunghyun 's skin, the lights and sounds of the city shut out by soundproofed windows and blackout drapes.
Seunghyun slid over me, a moving shadow, his bare skin cool to the touch. His mouth slanted over mine, kissing me slow and deeply, tasting of mint and his own unique flavor. My hands slid down his sleekly muscular back, my legs parting so he could settle comfortably between them. The weight of him against me made my heart sigh and my blood warm with desire.
"Well, hello to you, too," I said breathlessly when he let me up for air.
"You'll come with me next time," he murmured in that sexy and decadent voice, nibbling at my throat.
"Will I?" I teased.
He reached down and cupped my butt in his hand, squeezing and lifting me into a deft roll of his hips. "Yes. I missed you, Y/N."
I ran my fingers through his hair, wishing I could see him. "You haven't known me long enough to miss me."
"Shows how much you know," Seunghyun scoffed, sliding downward and nuzzling between my breasts.
I gasped as his mouth covered my nipple and sucked through the satin, deep pulls that echoed in the clenching of my core. He moved to my other breast, his hand pushing up the hem of my baby doll. I arched into him, lost to the magic of his mouth as it moved over my body, his tongue dipping into my navel, then sliding lower.
"And you missed me, too," he purred with masculine satisfaction, the tip of his middle finger rimming my cleft. "You're swollen and wet for me."
He pulled my legs over his shoulders and licked between my folds, soft and provocative laps of hot velvet against my sensitive flesh. My hands fisted in the sheet, my chest heaving as he circled my cl*t with the tip of his tongue, then nudged the hypersensitive knot of nerves. I keened, my h*ps moving restlessly into the devious torment, my muscles tightening with the clawing need to come.
The light, teasing flutters were driving me insane, giving me just enough to make me writhe but not enough to get me off. " Seunghyun , please."
"Not yet."
He tortured me, coaxing my body to the brink of orgasm, and then letting me slide back down. Over and over. Until sweat misted my skin and my heart felt like it would burst. His tongue was tireless and diabolical, cleverly focusing on my cl*t until a single stroke would set me off, then moving lower to thrust into me. The soft, shallow plunges were maddening, the flickering against the nerve-laden tissues making me desperate enough to beg shamelessly.
"Please, Seunghyun ...let me come...I need to come, please."
"Shh, angel...I'll take care of you."
He finished me with a tenderness that made the orgasm roll through me like a crashing wave, building and swelling and spreading through me in a warm rush of pleasure.
He threaded his fingers with mine when he came over me again, restraining my arms. The head of his cock aligned with the slick entrance of my body and he pushed inexorably into me. I moaned, shifting to accommodate the heavy surge of his penis.
Seunghyun's breath gusted hard and humid against my throat, his big frame trembling as he slid carefully inside me. "You're so soft and warm. Mine, Y/N. You're mine."
I wrapped my legs around his hips, welcoming him deeper, feeling his buttocks flex and release against my calves as he demonstrated to my body that it would indeed take his thick length all the way to the root.
With our hands linked, he took my mouth and began to move, gliding in and out with languid skill, the tempo precise and relentless yet smooth and easy. I felt every rock-hard inch of him, felt the unmistakable reiteration that every inch of me was his to possess. He drove the message home repeatedly until I was gasping against his mouth, thrashing restlessly beneath him, my hands bloodless from the strength of my grip on his.
He spoke heated praise and encouragement, telling me how beautiful I was...how perfect I felt to him...how he'd never stop...couldn't stop. I came with a sharp cry of relief, vibrating with the ecstasy of it, and he was right there with me. His pace quickened for several slamming thrusts; then he climaxed with a hiss of my name, spilling into me.
I sank lax into the mattress, sweaty and boneless and replete.
"I'm not done," he whispered darkly, adjusting his knees to increase the force of his thrusts. The pace remained expertly measured, each plunge staking a claim - your body exists to serve me.
Biting my lip, I fought back the sounds of helpless pleasure that might've broken the tranquility of the night...and betrayed the frightening depths of emotion I was beginning to feel for Lee Seunghyun.

A Little Extra
Part Two
These little scenes fit together so well that I just couldn’t resist turning them into a short of their own! I don’t get into Claudia’s background with McCoy until much, much later in ST:WW, but this one has some references to their history although I’m keeping the really juicy stuff a secret. ;)
The rest of the author’s note is at the end, because spoilers.
Part One can be found here.
The moment she walked into the restaurant was obvious even to Spock. People stopped talking; there was a lull in conversations as people looked to see if she was someone famous, or just stopped to admire her. Claudia strode past them all, a polite smile on her face, and came to stand near McCoy. He was glad to see that smile turn genuine. “Get up, you piece of shit. I need a hug.”
He couldn’t help laughing a little as he obliged her, standing and pulling her close. She smelled faintly antiseptic, as if she’d been recently sterilized. She must have been working. When she pulled away, she immediately sat herself down across from Spock. “Nice to meet you both. I’m Claudia Hayes.” She extended her hand to Uhura, who shook it as she introduced herself, but not to Spock. When she heard his name, however, her eyes lit with recognition. “You’re the reason for my bad day,” she said.
Taken aback, Spock frowned and said, “If my presence has been an issue--”
“No, not at all, nothing like that. They won’t let me sit in on your mind meld. I was just arguing with the head of Psych-- they say it would be too distracting for you.” Making a face, she reached to pour herself a glass of wine. “He’s an idiot. I’ve sat in before, I know what it’s like.”
“That’s actually why we asked you here,” Uhura said, before McCoy could even start. “McCoy says you’re the right woman for the job.”
Claudia immediately looked suspicious, glancing over at McCoy. “All right, what kind of bullshit are you getting me caught up in now?”
McCoy knew how to deal with that. “Do you want a position on the Enterprise, yes or no?”
Claudia’s eyes widened. “What, now? I’m in the middle of--”
“Now. With him.” McCoy jerked his head toward Spock. “And, if the civilian allows it, overseeing the mind meld.”
“Huh.” Claudia leaned back in her chair, looking them all over. After she’d scrutinized them all, her eyes were on Uhura. “What’s your take on all this? You’re not directly involved.”
“I just want my crewmates and my Captain to be safe,” Uhura said, her eyes level. “And the civilian, of course.”
Claudia thought for a few moments, then picked up her wine glass, twirling it by the stem so that the red liquid leaped up the sides of the glass. “All right, what’s the deal here? You three only have authority on your ship, not the starbase.” She paused, then asked, “You’re going to bring her along, aren’t you?”
“The Captain has requested it. It may be the most beneficial choice, if we have trained support. It would certainly ease some of the pressure on both myself and Ms. Hardesty.”
Claudia looked back over at McCoy, tapping her fingers against her lush bottom lip while she thought. “How much reading up on me did you actually do?” she finally asked, her voice even and controlled.
McCoy knew that tone. He was on thin ice already, and he didn’t even know why. “Don’t get your back up. I didn’t even know you were on the station yet. Found out half an hour ago when I was checking to see who was in charge of Spock’s medical after the mind meld.”
It was the right answer. She warmed immediately, flashing him a grin. “Navidson’s an idiot. He’s fine enough when it comes to psychiatry and medical, but he hasn’t got a feel for the Vulcan mind. I’m the better choice, of course, but he has seniority and they don’t want to put me where I belong because I’ve locked horns with Command on policy too many times.”
“Sounds like you’d fit right in,” Uhura said, trying to stifle a smile.
“What policy?” McCoy asked suspiciously.
“I want Command to mandate a psychology-trained officer on all deep-space missions over a month long. Shore leave isn’t enough. And Leonard, while you make do--”
“My crew has never been in as rough shape as some,” McCoy snapped. The lack of mental health support had been a hard row to hoe, and he didn’t appreciate Claudia insinuating that he hadn’t done his best.
“I know. That’s why I’d never thought to push for a position on board the Enterprise,” Claudia said, mollifying him. “I’d been trying for the Endeavor. Making headway, even. So you put me in a bad position here-- as much as I want to help you out, I can’t take a temporary spot. I’d be burning my connections with the Endeavor, and ending up back on the starbase.”
Thoughtful, Spock said, “If I am not mistaken, there is a permanent position open.”
“That’s a Nursing position, Spock. Totally different.” McCoy scowled. He still couldn’t believe that Jim had lost him the best nurse in Starfleet. Chapel had been his right hand in the med bay.
“That is true, but as none of the candidates have lived up to either yours or the Captain’s requirements, I doubt that Command would object to converting it to a physician role if you have a candidate in mind, one that demonstrates a benefit to the crew at large that you cannot provide.”
That stung all over again… but McCoy wasn’t an idiot. He’d been making do, and the main reason they hadn’t gotten into any major cock-ups was that they hadn’t run into a situation like this. Grudgingly, he said, “I’ll get a message sent off to Command tonight. They’ve been bugging me about the empty position for months-- it shouldn’t be hard to bring ‘em round.”
“You get them to guarantee me a permanent spot, and I’ll be on that ship so fast it’ll make your head spin,” Claudia said.
“Let me send it,” Uhura said. “Looks more official that way.” Spock and McCoy knew exactly what she meant: it would look like Jim was already in on it. There was no way McCoy was going to bother Jim right now to ask about it. Plausible deniability.
Unfortunately, that didn’t pass by Claudia either. “You putting one over on your Captain, Leonard?” she asked.
Damn woman never missed a trick. “If he knew what we were up to, he’d be all for it. And that’s my med bay. I don’t interfere on the bridge, he doesn’t interfere in my med bay.”
“You’d better watch it,” Claudia said. “You rank me, but only because you’re designated Chief Medical Officer, and I rank everyone else there, guaranteed. If you start sticking your dirty little fingers in the way I do things--”
This was what he’d been afraid of. As much fun as it could be to have Claudia around, she was set in her ways and willing to fight over it. Still, he had to admit, she never did anything for stupid reasons, just different ones. “We’ll work it out,” he said. Uhura caught Spock’s eye, and neither of them so much as twitched toward a grin. Good.
After dinner, once Spock and Uhura had peeled off back to the ship or to a hotel or wherever it was they were staying, McCoy stood outside the restaurant with Claudia, enjoying the fresh air and the nighttime sequence of the station, the stars shining down from between the rings of city. “It’ll be good to have you around again,” McCoy said.
To his surprise, she immediately frowned. “Let’s get one thing straight, Leonard. I am not a lagniappe.”
It took him a moment to remember the word. A freebie, a little extra. He knew better than to take the implication personally-- she’d been dealing with that since she’d started filling out as a young girl. Beauty had its disadvantages. “When have I ever treated you that way?” he asked mildly.
Her shoulders relaxed and she smiled, looking away. “Sorry, you didn’t deserve that.”
“Sounds like you need a friend more than you need anything else,” McCoy said. It was a little disappointing… but only a little. They’d been friends longer and better than they’d been lovers anyway. “Let’s go get some drinks before I have to get back to the ship.”
“Let’s just go to my place. You can crash on my couch tonight,” Claudia said. “And speaking of crashing, you need to tell me about that piloting stunt…”
McCoy laughed and fell in beside her, heading for the rail station. Claudia could be prickly as all hell outside of her job, but she was good to have around. They’d work out the details like who was in charge of what. Hopefully this whole thing would blow over without too much trouble, and in the end he’d be in a better position than when he started, with an old friend along to boot.
Claudia is a fun character for me to write. I’ve always loved New Orleans for its spirit and style, and I wanted to create someone with that earthy, laid-back, artistic sort of heritage, but I wanted her to be a consummate, competent professional too. The beauty, I admit, was a bit of self-indulgence... but I also wanted to talk a little bit about how feminine beauty can be a hindrance when you’re in a professional role, and how the treatment of women is influenced by their looks. Of course, she also had to have the kind of guts and backbone it would take to back down people like McCoy and demand changes in the way Starfleet handles mental health, so she turned out a little more aggressive than I thought she would be in the beginning! But I really enjoy writing her, and I especially enjoy writing people’s reactions to her. She’s the kind of person that I think would be a great addition to the Enterprise’s crew.
