ㅤone would think that on halloween of all nights, byan would be dressed fabulously, taking advantage of being able to dress up — perhaps as one of their favourite magical girls — without having to deal with any odd looks from strangers for once. instead, living contradiction that they are, they're dressed very inconspicuously — they've donned a simple large black hoodie, black streetwear pants, and their most basic pair of combat boots. a spooky mask sits perched atop their forehead, ready to be pulled down to conceal their identity on a moment's notice. the only remarkable piece of their outfit, their trademark pink backpack, sits opened before them as they shove a selection of items inside: a few cartons of eggs they've left intentionally unrefrigerated for the last two weeks, several cans of both spray paint and silly string, a bag full of nothing but bright and sparkly glitter, a handful of cheap firecrackers, and as many rolls of toilet paper as they can possibly fit in whatever space remains.

it would seem that rather than a night of treats or parties like most their age have surely been looking forward to, byan has a night of nasty little tricks ahead of them. perhaps even some more dubious tricks than most other teen troublemakers, if the bottle of kerosene they slip into the front pocket of their bag and the lighter which then finds one of their pockets are of any indication. happy halloween, nerds.
