TOP STORY: FARWELLS SPEAK OUT

We here at the Inquirer apologize for the delay in the paper these past few days.  A mysterious gas leak made our headquarters an unsafe working environment for our writers, editors, and reporters.  The issue has been resolved.

And just in time, as there has been a new development in the missing persons cases, which have been an ongoing mystery since last year.

We have received a statement from the Farwell family in regards to any and all rumors that might be circulating via a former employee.  We at the Inquirer would like to clarify that Susanna Perkins is no longer associated with the Inquirer, and we do not sponsor, endorse, or affirm any and all claims or statements made by her.

Once again, Susanna Perkins does not speak for us.

Presented now is the official statement by the Farwell estate, from Annie Farwell:

“While our hearts go out to Susanna and her missing friend Betty Winters, the recent claims we had anything to do with it is cruel, hurtful, and, most importantly, untrue.  They are lies.  And to insinuate we did something to our own son is even more so.  We are desperately hoping Cecil will return to us, as do we pray for the missing people who vanished prior.  Do not regard her words as anything more than angry lashing out due to grief.  Susanna, if you’re reading this, our hearts truly go out to you.  We invite you, and anyone else like you, to come to a meeting of the Forward Gaze Community.  It might be nice to have some listening ears, and unjudging eyes.  We hope you find your way to us.  We’ll be looking for you.”
