#yes this is the chicken episode#even though this is actually happening at the 4th i maintain that unohana is staunchly anti-tomato#kyouraku is the one who says they are delicious#(the way kyouraku's voice actor says 'tomato' is delightful btw and i listened to it like 4 times)#unohana voice: those tomatoes are medicinal. they are basically poison#right after this they ask her if she thinks the sword beasts stole the chickens she's like 'i don't know. it's unknowable'#and in my heart she's thinking about setting fire to the tomato patch and blaming it on the sword beasts#feel like more people should have gone a little apeshit and then blamed it on sword beasts#i support women's wrongs but especially unohana's#soul society food culture
