explicitly not to get parasocial please do not make it like that, but tumblr fame is kind of like having a friend who you've known forever and you never ever talk but if you ever did it'd just be picking up wherever you left off. Like this website is full of people who are willing to just go "oh sweet the post is back" or something without questions. Site without expiration dates.

#it's weird that whenever I kick up enough noise on here again some random popular post I made recently will just take off again #it's basically never one of the new posts I made re: kicking up noise #and I realized that so long as I stay on this blog it'll just be like that. forever #unless I get thermonuclear cancelled I guess. still waiting for my turn lol #problemnyatic thoughts #and to be clear this is not me bragging. As much as I appreciate the utility of having a platform I kind of find tumblr fame to be a chore #And I do not have the capacity to maintain more than one blog. so I'm kind of just stuck with it #If ur not tumblr famous please cherish what you have. The website gets worse when people start to think what you in particular say matters #bc the way people are on here‚ it means they feel the need to walk their entire worldview through your mouth to confirm or deny its validit #And or to measure your precise moral weight #it is fucking E X H A U S T I N G
