soooo I had to catch up on #UnleashThoseHips with @lyn_lynette @yogineo and @yogaelixir for days 1&4 Shannon gave out an epk with half lotus and an oversplit with a mermaid 😑 day 2 Candice was like ok so let's break ur soul and offered flexing shiva pose (u made that up fam there's no debating me on this and for that tomorrow's #😱thatsyoga pose is ur fault) and day 3 Nicole gave me some of my pride back with a pigeon pose... in all seriousness I'm used to tying myself up like a pretzel so often I neglect simple poses associated with hips hamstrings and even my shoulders so this just showed me what I need to focus on because every experience no matter how fun or how challenge is still that, a learning experience FOLLOW and tag hosts listed above and sponsor @urbaneidentity
