It’s taken me a month and a half to post this because I could’ve sworn I HAD posted this but y’know, better late than never

This was a very experimental and go with the flow piece. I wanted to focus on creating a different atmosphere than my other pieces I’ve created this year, which have had very airy and comforting lighting.

I really learnt how to use the magic wand tool in this piece and did a lot of shading/lighting on the same layer as my flat colours.

I’m really happy with the face and the glow through the hand. This was an impulse piece and I’m really glad I did it.
