Inspiring to learn previously #hiddenhistory + experience #uniquelyAmerican #foodhistory in #creativecontext: 1. #MENU & #foodprep by #ChefJeneéGrannum tied into the themes and time period of the featured play: The main character’s #OysterTrio (#oysters #fried, #pickled and #rawinthehalfshell) served with a #Cabbage & #Corn #Slaw” (+ a #Veganoption). #Oatcake for #dessert (served w/ #freshwhippedcream and #berries) 2. Followed by #actorreadings of the well-researched, well-written: #ThePeopleBeforeThePark by @keithjosef.
