For the Solarhill Mayternity Event! Week 1 was cravings this is a bit messy (I meant to post it a day ago whoops) but anyway Emile's cravings tend to vary but this time its fire noodles and takoyaki! He ended up finding a vendor online that sold fire noodles in a jumbo cup form and well this man bought a lot XD And he is enjoying them XD The takoyaki he bought some frozen ones and heated them up he cant cook to save his life so it will have to do! But he is defo Indulging in his cravings!
Also some tiny design tweaks to Emile ended up doing his ears a little more bent and I think it suits him makes him look cute (and adds more to his alien lineage in my mind XD Unigue little droopy bent ears X3) Anyway happy Mayternity everyone!!
(Oh and those waiting on their sketches im working on them as we speak thank yall so much for showing interest ahhh I cant wait to post them for yall!!!)

Romania 🥰
This year my summer is a bit Dracula themed and last month I went on a little trip to Romania by myself. Romania is a beautiful country, it's tourism still growing and not everything is perfect, but there are plenty of wonderful places to see that are more than worth the visit, so here you have some tips for some Dracula tourism in his home country. 😊
Brasov - Whether you're going to Romania to follow Dracula or not, Brasov is an excellent place to start. Situated in the centre of Transylvania, it is a lovely, historical city and a tourist centre from which you can travel to different places of interest in the surrounding area. In the 15th century, Brasov was one of the most important cities belonging to the Transylvanian Saxon merchants, who didn't have a very good relationship with Vlad Tepes and according to legend, Vlad once came to the city and impaled 40 of the merchants on the nearby Tampa mountain. You can visit the mountain yourself either by climbing one of the tracks or using a cable car that travels from the foot of the mountain. Once you come back down, you can visit the beautiful Council Square with the famous Black Church and then you can go have lunch to the Dracula restaurant that features some lovely Dracula-themed decorations. 🙂
Bran Castle - From Brasov, you can then travel by bus or book a day tour to the Bran Castle, nestled in the mountains not far from the city. Bran is famously called Dracula's Castle, even though it has little to do with either the vampire or the prince, beside the fact the the castle is said to have been the inspiration for the actual castle in the book. But here at Bran they love their connection to the vampire that brings crowds of tourists to the area and the castle features a small exhibition dedicated not only to Vlad Tepes and Dracula, but also to other stories from Romanian folklore. In addition to that, the castle is a museum featuring exhibits from the life of the royal family, who used to live in this castle during the last century. 😊
Sighisoara - If you want to truly immerse yourself in the story of Vlad Tepes, you can travel to the beautiful town of Sighisoara, where he was originally born in 1431 and you can find signs of his presence everywhere. Sighisoara is a lovely city with a small, medieval fortress situated on a hill in its centre. This UNESCO heritage site will make you feel like you've been transported back in time with its colourful, old buildings and unigue, medieval atmosphere. The most famous building is a large clock tower that you can see from everywhere in the city, but a few steps from the tower you can find the house where young Vlad Tepes lived with his family for the first few years of his life. Today the building houses a restaurant and a souvenir shop.
Continuing with our exploration of the city, not far from the house, between a church and the city's town hall, you will find a stone bust of Vlad Tepes, commemorating the city's connection to the ruler. Walking back to the square and turning to another street, you can then visit the Mystical Transylvania museum that offers two small, but very well made exhibits, one talking about some famous stories from the city's history and the other one focusing on the story of Vlad Tepes himself, narrating his life with the use of projections, light and shadow and other special effect and an entertaining voice acting.
Though the journey had some challenges, I had a lot of fun and definitely will visit Romania again to see some other cool places, not only those connected to Dracula, and there's still a lot of these, but also from the large collection of other places that I haven't seen yet. 🥰

Hullo! Im terribly sorry if this isn't proper conduct or whatever tumblr etiquette wise. I really just wanted to express admiration in a more concrete way, for the contributions youve made to Good omens fiction and the fandom in general. I try at every turn to reccoend your fics because they are I truly believe representative of the best this fandom has to offer that is, a unigue writing voice, good grasp of characters, and confidence about the way the narrative goes.
Gosh this sounds like a weird valentine ! But its true I think you're a true benchmark writer. At least for me. Many blessings upon you!
I’d never consider someone reaching out about my writing to be improper, so put that thought out of your mind! Thank you for the lovely message. It kind of does feel like a belated fandom Valentine, and honestly, that’s sweet of you. I haven’t been feeling well for a couple days now; every time that happens, I have this vague anxiety that my more serious recent-past health issues are trying to come back. This has definitely taken my mind off that while I’m stuck in bed today.
Stumbling across Good Omens back in 2004-2005, both the novel and the fandom, was one of the best things that’s ever happened to me both community-wise and writing-wise. I became the writer I am today because of all the GO fic I’ve written since then and continue to write. I wouldn’t be published if not for that work, and I wouldn’t have found the bravery to branch out into all of the fandoms I have in my repertoire today.
I wouldn’t have met the amazing people I’ve met over the years, either. So, right back at you, re: blessings 💙

Ello! I just played A Dream of Silence and absolutely loved it!!! You did such a good job with it, I just adore the idea and the writing of the 1 Act. I saw that you needed some unigue interactions for a cleric and thought that you might like the idea: if the Touch or Speach are high enough level, maybe cleric can use healing touch or healing word on Astarion? Get him a couple of hps, depending on the trust level? Also, loved annoying Godey, made sure to push him and unlatch the door whenever I could, just to be an ass, lmao. Though it could be fun if it had some consequences in the future!
Allo! Thank you! That is a delight to hear.
That is a beautiful impulse that's a little too powerful for the game. It's important that the player's actions be slight, small things that are none-the-less deeply significant.
I'm also trying to avoid specific spells and abilities, to keep the player's identity ambiguous.
YES. Annoying Godey is an extremely worthwhile occupation! And I absolutely agree--how you engage with Godey will determine parts of how Act 3 goes.

I don't know who to ask in middle earth or in valinor, but do you have any idea of how to flirt? or at least how to impress a girl?
"Oh?" Oronís blinked. It wasn't every day that a stranger would ask her such question. "Well, first of all, If I may ask, do not use my advice to just toy with girl's heart, yes?" she tapped her chin as she thought deeper about an answer. "Each girl is unigue. What one girl likes and finds amazing, other can find weird or even apalling. Make sure you know what are her interests and what she admires and likes about men. Then search yourself if your interests and likes are at least similar. If there is a similarity, you can use that for a start. Then, once you catch her interest, be yourself, and comunicate clearly and honestly with her. And treat her with the same respect you would want from her," she pauses. "At least, that's what I would prefer. Nothing is more disappointing than realizing, that the charming handsome man was just pretending to be someone else, even if he truly meant to impress you."

Let's talk about Raven.
The strongest enemy that she has other than her father is herself {lol, relatable.} More specifically her emotions and mind. Ravens powers are completely controlled by her emotions. She tries so hard to keep herself and her emotions in order so that she may use these abilities for good.
From the time beast boy and cyborg enter her mind, we see how many emotions that Raven has to keep in check. notwithstanding she manages to succeed in managing all of these emotions, Raven is hardly ever in emotional harmony, a state that is shown in her white outfit. This alone shows how many emotions she has to live with and how her mind is like a battlefield.
The times when Raven takes care of kids, helps cyborg rebuild his car, and counseling beast boy about his beast demonstrates her empathetic abilities and her affinity for care. Since Raven has a very unigue relationship with her own emotions, she has a great understanding of what others feel.
That's it, that's the post.

The fake ass obsession with "aesthetics" over just being a fucking person with unigue interests that are genuine is so tiring. Makes it even harder to socialize as an autistic person who literally can't mask surrounded by people (neurodivergent or not) who mask perfectly & pretend that's supposed to be the default way of existing.

Karlach also tells him that Cazador would never defeat him in a fair fight, not the Astarion she knows, she quickly calls him Fangs and when he tries to bite her in her origin playthrough, she simply says she'd help him out but can't. It's exactly why I can see him falling for the supportive Karlach (or Wyll or even Halsin) but not for Shadowheart and her teasing. They're so unigue due to their conditions. An immortal man and a dying woman. And as a lover of drama and tragedy, I even love the way it is in his playthrough. You can't save her as a spawn, leaving him brokenhearted. Or you can play a benevolent vampire lord and save her but lets be real here - he's going to break her heart eventually, she's a treasured thing he's obscessing over just like romanced Tav/Durge.
Something about the way Karlach just fully and instantly trusts and loves Astarion. Like. If you’re playing as his origin and she asks about “where you’d be without the tadpoles” and you mention Cazador she’s instantly like “That bitch is lucky you can’t kill him because of vampire rules because I know for a fact you’re capable of it” and then there’s the dialogue where Astarion mentions how nice it would have been to be untouchable sometimes given what he’s been through and Karlach is like “if I could have given it to you I would”
She’s just so fully devoted to him as a friend and/or lover so instantly and also understands that he’s not implying she has it easy or anything with the engine. She knows what trauma does to a person and looks at him with sympathy and also reminds him that he’s powerful of his own right and just
Fuck man. She loves everyone so much but their dynamic in particular is really touching
