Cleaning up my studio some precious treasures show up. This will be part of my “Familyalbum revised”. To my surprise. In life and during critical moments I always imagine my inner critique on my left shoulder and my helping angel on my right shoulder. From my project #unfinisheddissertation , sometimes the working title is also #postcardstomyeself - I feel a working title helps me greatly to stay in the flow and permit the collage to take shape step by step following its own mysterious ideas. Thats the reason why I cannot do without a daily collage, I am hooked on the surprises showing up 😊✂️👋 This grumpy dark fish looks a bit out of shape to me. Interestingly today my grandfather is showing up in my #workinprogress. A photograph from 1914. One of the sons of his time, who didn’t have an option to escape a military school, but managed to make the best out if it.
