In all seriousness tho, and at the moment when my head is still a mess after finishing the book: Jean telling Jeremy cat & Laila about the moriyamas, Jeremy having his “I’d choose you every time” moment especially after hearing Jean’s truth, Jean choosing Jeremy in context this time, the crux of this arc with Jeremy’s family (mostly Jean pushing him to realize they treat Jeremy unfairly & Jeremy getting out of that house —tho I’m unsure if he’s gonna leave or get kicked out first), Jean fighting Faser (god PLEASE) , Jean maybe also fighting Bryson again (bc exquisite), jeremy choosing himself over these mfs who treat him like trash, Jean realizing that he’s allowed to have Jeremy, and hopefully a very gentle very sweet first kiss. I personally don’t think they need a sex scene of any kind especially since I think they both would benefit from seeing loving and caring for someone doesn’t have to include sex, but if it happens I hope it’s sweet and gentle because they also both could benefit from learning sex is supposed to be fun and can be loving and sweet.

Also I want Jeremy to cry . Lmfao. As a treat.

they managed to make it soft and hot at the same time with the music and the framing, the intimacy of the small cabin of the boat, and even gave us spinning cams...

i also love when they break out of the mood for a second bc of his wound and end up laughing about it, it's exactly the kind of human angle to such a scene that i've literally written in my head for other characters before <3

i don't even want to get into the fact that i've written a fic where two characters crash on a yacht this whole thing is sooooooo me coded

ah yes hihi i bought the first 4 and read them and found them silly and amusing :) my local bookstore doesn't have any coroika (they actually used to Before i got into splatoon but now that i care ig they just blew up the coroika section) so i have to order em online :( but other than that!!! i've had some decent chuckles so far the squid nudity is definitely a choice but i'm willing to power through and i'm interested to read more

i need to think about the Characters but i’m afraid goldmoon is going down the same route as makamar where i’m starting. to think that they’re boring
