Well I only play My Candy Love and Eldarya. Tried others and hated most. But I love the plot of Eldarya so much, the mysteries and plot twists. My Candy Love is a bit obvious but I like it. With Eldarya I always get surprised not knowing where is going.

New headcanon going off of @underworldsheiress's comment on my post...

Beast struck a deal with Hades to release all the dead villains' souls from the Underworld in order to bring them back to life and keep them trapped on the Isle. He told Hades that he would be spared if he did this, before double crossing him and keeping him trapped on the island with everyone else.

Looking back, Luigi should have seen the signs. But in retrospect, when one of Daisy's friend's fiancé's cousin's sister heard about Luigi's job search (outside of plumbing; Luigi needed a break) and told him :

"Hey, I think I have something for you at my workplace, if you like kids !"

Maybe she should have mentionned "oh, and it's King Bowser's kids".

Instead she said "so my boss has a lot of kids, some of them are teenagers and don't really need a nanny but some are young kids, and the last nanny got...fired. litterally."

(Luigi really should have noticed this one)

"I can put you in contact with my boss's assistant if you want, he's the one doing the job interview. Used to be the nanny himself but he's got too much work now."

(A weird leap in job promotion but who was Luigi to judge ?)

"Just a warning, the boss travels a lot with his kids but their main residence is in the Darklands, you're okay with volcanic places?"

(Instead of noticing a pattern, Luigi got excited at the perspective of seeing sights outside the Mushroom Kingdom)

"And he's filthy rich, like "several castles and his own go-kart stable" rich, but he pays well and he's pretty demanding, but really he's a good boss as long as you do your job well."

(Luigi was NOT greedy...but the promise of good pay was enough to cloud his mind about "rich and demanding boss in the Darklands").

In his defense, Luigi remained outside of most of Mario's adventures, and he had never met Kamek in person, just heard about it from Mario. So while he felt some familiarity when meeting a blue-robed Magikoopa with glasses for the job interview, he chalked it up to a coincidence. Plus, it was really hard to connect the screeching, servile pest from Mario's tales to the kind old Koopa who asked about Luigi's experience with kids to make sure they would be in good hands.

"I must warn you, sometimes the young masters are expected to follow their father on his expeditions and they can involve...quite a lot of action, kehehe. Does it bother you?"

"Oh no, I've been in a lot of weird situations, even ghost hunting! I can handle about anything!"

"Ghost hunting ? That would be an interesting skill to teach the young masters..."

No, Luigi didn't see any of the signs, not even when the Magikoopa read over Luigi's application one last time and nodded, then tapped on Luigi's cap on the desk:

"And one last thing...I would advise a change of clothes, the master won't like these ones."

"Wh-what's wrong with my clothes ?"

"Oh, it's nothing personal, the master just had bad experiences with someone wearing a similar outfit."

Luigi thought about how he hated his old boss's obnoxious shades and nodded but saw nothing wrong with that.

"Good ! Then wait here, the master will meet you soon to make the final decision, but between you and me, you're good as hired!"

So Luigi waited innocently, kicking his legs to pass time, and when the door slammed open, he found himself facing down Bowser, of the Koopas, Scourge of the Darklands, Nemesis of Super Mario, The Baddest of Baddies...

"So you're the new nanny? Man, you're a scrawny one. What's your name ?"

...Who had no idea of who Luigi was.

....

What was he supposed to do ? Refuse the job ?? In this economy ???

Oh jeez...... Guys, I did not expect my post to resonate with so many people. I was aware that the problem of people feeling excluded and mocked just for less common headcanons had to be big, but I still thought this post would stay between me and all five of my followers, hahah; I am glad that some people feel really heard here! Some are for very different reasons, too?

I ESPECIALLY want to point out this one, because it is exactly the result I've been seeing a lot:

@tsunbath I've heard similar things from (former?) Malenia fans, and also I know at least two friends for whom Maria was ruined as a character because of how toxic her fans were. You are VERY right about the fact that Malenia would've hated to be the symbol of gatekeeping and bullying in the fandoms! I feel like the same would go for Maria; there is no direct confirmation, but I doubt many people can argue that she IS compassionate soul. Like... how do those toxic fans keep making the deep, compassionate, tragic female character into THE symbol of mockery, exclusion and aggression? Beats me.

It just deeply resonates with me how actions of the bad type of fans can create aversion to a character or a ship. I've had this phase with Mariadeline ship tbh. My advice would be - avoid searching content for the character/ship, try to find a tiny pool of people that likes them but are normal and respectful about it, allow yourself to feel identified with "normal fans of the thing" pool rather than dread of identifying with toxic gatekeepers by association... Like, the ship got recovered for me this way, same as Maria's character herself. Just remember that toxic fans and normal fans are not the same entity... It is a very rare case where division is HELPFUL! Hopefully you will be able to recover Malenia for yourself and not think of those l00sers anymore.

@mycopok I know Mal, easily the best person to have ever crossed BB fandom, and nothing will ever replace her </3 I am just happy that her positive influence still lingers even after becoming way less active, like... yeah, fans just should be allowed to explore any idea they want. Maria x Laurence is SUPER interesting concept! In fact, the initial post WAS made because of someone venting that they were afraid to post their Maria x Laurence stuff out of fear of being ostracised!

@underworldsheiress Yeahhhh again, you are not the first one I hear a story like this from. I also heard takes like 'tomboys are the grossest aesthetic, either come out as a trans or get back in line' (not exagerration). It is REALLY unfair how a woman looking masculine should be either her being a butch lesbian, or... well, no longer being a woman in the end. Infighting and forcing pointless norms on each other is a huge problem with LGBT+ community, you'd expect people to gather to support each other but... people will be people I guess :/ Anyways gigachad move of you to wear what you want.

@alma-amentet I don't quite agree with your tastes on body types maybe not gonna lie; However what you pointed out (not so much in the tags, I saw what else you said heh) is a very good example of how fandoms are open spaces and everyone should feel welcomed here. Like, the girls in the fandoms will have absolutely ridiculously specific tastes regarding male characters - not liking shorter height, not liking slim build, prettifying their canonically not-so-attractive face, judging them in sexy look contests, throwing insults towards their appearance quirks at times...

But once someone tries to pull similar things with female characters - all HELL breaks loose. Double standards in the fandoms regarding genders of the characters are absurd. I even once saw someone in BB fandom whining about how someone attempted to discuss which female character was hotter with them...... after we, as a fandom, CONSTANTLY have shit like 'sexyman contest who is sexier Mico or Brador vote now from your phones!!!!'. .... Like idk if you need to hear this as well or not, but everyone should be allowed to say 'muscular women aren't my taste' for the exact same reason why everyone is allowed to say 'muscular men aren't my taste'.

@fantomette22 @rhythmloid Devotees of the Biphobic Order are the bane of every western fandom's existence at this point for real though :/ They will see a female character that wears pants and kicks ass and start shaking over her like Gollum with The One Ring, ignoring all the context, nuance, her personal story, other possibilities, etc... Like I said - feelings of real people who just try to enjoy the fandom are more important than some toxic bunch's creepy obsession with the character they want to crown as their token masculine lesbian based on stereotypes, no less. I say if they really care about masculine lesbians, they should direct their activity towards real world and real people. Because, again - fandomry is not activism.

Hi. So Eldarya is a dating simulator, like My Candy Love, Diabolik Lovers, etc.

Your character is a human woman that find a circle of mushrooms and when she enters on it she is teleported to a new dimension.

This dimensions is Eldarya and is full of magic. But Ashkore destroyed the crystal that feeds all the maana of that world so everything is a bit unstable.

You have 4 routes: Nevra, who is a vampire. Ezreal, an elf. Valkyon, that later we discover being a dragon. And the secret one that is Leiftan, a daemon.

I’ve never heard of Eldarya, but that world building makes absolute sense to me! I’m sure mer people have very diverse muscle-fat-bone ratios in their tails, especially since they can come in so many different shapes, but given they’re the fastest swimmers in the world, they gotta have quite a bit of muscle!

In Luffy’s case, I’m not joking when I say the fem!Mer!Lu in this AU is physically stronger than canon boy Luffy, just because of her species alone, because mer tails > human legs. But she also uses her arms a lot more (both for holding her own considerable weight on Ace’s back for most of the day, and for pulling her own mass when he’s not around), so has considerably more upper body strength as well.

So...yes, I’d assume she in fact weighs quite a bit ^ ^; Just looking at her, people may assume she’s light, bc Ace (and sometimes Zoro, later Sabo and occasionally other sturdy crew members) makes her look like she weighs nothing...but that’s bc the people who carry her are strong, not bc she’s light. (There’s a reason why Luffy doesn’t climb on Nami or Usopp’s backs, and it’s not at all bc she doesn’t like them as much! It’s just that they’ll likely collapse under her weight LOL)

Could you please do one where reader is Law's younger sister (around Zoro's age), she was found by Cora-san and she considers Toroa her bother (even though they aren't blood related) and she ends up falling for Zoro-ya (she could speak like Law too???) and Law-ya is the overprotective brother and all (maybe Bepo-ya and Chopper-ya as matchmaker for the couple). Zoro Falling for Law’s little sister - Zoro x Reader HC 

After Cora-san’s death, Law not only swore to avenge him, but he also swore to protect you, as you lay crying and shivering in that chest as Cora-san lived through his final moments. You were the very last family he had left and nothing would ever happen to you. 

And in general, that had been a reasonably easy mission for him. You were strong, perceptive, and most importantly, you listened to him and his instructions very well. You blended in with the crew family and you never fought whenever he told you to back down because a situation was too dangerous. 

When he had gone off to Punk Hazard in order to move along his plans to defeat Doflamingo, you had gone along with the crew. Law knew, that if he did not survive this mission, his crew would take proper care of you. 

So when he returned,  months later, allied to the straw hat’s crew, you were of course overjoyed! Your brother was back AND he brought new friends! You clicked immediately with the Strawhats, mingling and talking during the celebrations, and noticing a certain green-haired men stare at you quite often. 

You would be lying if you’d say you didn’t feel slight butterflies every time you made eye contact. You got terribly flustered, you barely knew them. But you had helped the green-haired man find his way back to the camp a couple of times after spotting him in the forest. And you had been positively enamored by how he stubbornly refused to admit that he was in fact, lost.

As well as the fact that he was extremely easy on the eyes. There were worse people to be staring at.

You accidentally confided in Bepo how you felt about the swordsman when he carried you back after the reunion party. You had challenged him foolishly for a drinking contest after already drinking a little bit too much and misinterpreting his stares for a challenge. 

You lost, of course, and while Bepo carried you back to where the heart pirates you spilled your heart out through slurred sentences, noting that a true gentleman would have let a lady win. Bepo noted that Zoro may be much, but that a gentleman would not be the most appropriate way to describe him, and offered you some bear hugs until you fell asleep. 

News spreads like wildfire in a forest and it’s not too long before the entirety of the heart pirates and the Strawhat pirates become aware of your mutual pining and both the crews were giving some encouragement. Even if the interest would not be returned, you’d at least get it off of your chest. 

Zoro didn’t want to, because there were ‘other things to focus on’, ‘allied crew or not, we’re still rivals in some sense’ and just ‘no’ cause he doesn’t know how to do love. 

You didn’t want to because saying nothing was better than to get your feelings hurt. And well, a particular sibling of yours wearing a very fluffy snow leopard printed hat had caught wind of your feelings and had taken out at least half an hour to lecture you on your questionable choice of men. “at least it’s not straw-hat ya” and “what is wrong with the men in my crew?” 

Eventually, it was chopper who had sent Zoro out to retrieve him a herb, having planned with Bepo that you’d be in that area too. It took them a couple of attempts, mostly because Zoro kept going in the wrong direction even after the two had painstakingly drawn arrows on the trees. 

You actually physically bumped into each other when you finally did meet, the conversations with the crews from the days before (the Strawhats had been bugging Zoro too) on your minds making the encounter more awkward than any of the meetings before.

There was a lot of interrupting. “My crew says” “chopper said” “you go first”, “no you go first” 

After some annoyingly incoherent conversation, you both did realize what you wanted to say. 

“So… You want to try? I don’t know how long the crews are gonna be joined for…” 

You smiled and pressed a kiss to his cheek, a gesture that made his cheeks turn the lightest pink before you grabbed his hand in yours, for the contact, but also to make sure he wouldn’t get lost on the way back. 

“well we can definitely serve as a reminder of the alliance~ keep the crews close!”
