Oooooh I'd love to share this one LOL After the events of Undertale: Yellow, even with me still down there (there's an in-lore reason why I can't give up my soul for the door, btw), integrating myself into society came with it's own share of challenges. Many monsters didn't mind me being human but a noticeable amount were still after me, so I kept my appearances very lowkey. Martlet however, wanted me to attend some grand event in New Home. She was so excited about it, but I had to be the bearer of bad news and remind her that yeah ... I'm still a human. Odds are the Guard and Asgore will be looking at me thinking they can use my soul for the barrier. But Martlet had the greatest idea! She would disguise me as a monster! ... ... Except the costume was what you can imagine to be a very cheap vampire costume to be. It wasn't convincing, but I didn't have the heart to tell Martlet that, especially since she was so proud of herself for thinking up the idea. And if luck was on our side then surely we'd pull this off. Safe to say, we didn't. Not even an hour into the event and I was spotted. And my god, I never knew I can run as fast as I did. I did manage to escape with Martlet's help in a rather convoluted way that also didn't incriminate her. In the moment I was scared af but looking back on it, me and her see it as a funny little memory.
