My thoughts/reactions to the underevent 2024 fan game showcases.

Bleeding hearts - WOW! this looks gorgeous! I might check this one out. I really like how the characters look and how beautifully animated they are. I can't wait for this one.

deltarune alternate chapter 3 - it looks like fun! All the new characters designs look official but also really unique. I can't wait to see how they do with toriel in this one.

DeltaFALL - (I thought it was gonna be a 3d game for a second lol.) The new fighting gameplay looks really good and overall the trailer makes it look VERY promising.

Deltamon - deltarune but with pokemon! Sure, why not?

deltarune missing souls - a fan made origin game with dess and asriel? Cool! I really like how the other characters look in this one too. Can't wait to see how this goes.

Deltarune hypothesis - (A lot of deltarune fan games here) A mystery fangame! All i'm going to say is that sans is shrek in this one, so obviously its gonna be a 10/10 game.

Undercards - might be a fun game for people who like card games.

Undertale CALL OF THE VOID Placek's take - this looks very, very interesting...(also GREEN SANS MENTION!!!)

The pre-show undertale green - An undertale game with mostly humans is new.

Undertale build project - Undertale in mincraft! But in all seriousness the amount of detail in this map is crazy!

Dusttale TD - a duststale fangame. I've seen a bit of a review on this one and so far I think it looks good.

Undertale soul's link - An AU where asriel joins frisk in the underground is very interesting. I can't wait for it to come out so I can read it to see how different the story will be.

Undertale plus - What fun choices. I can only imagine how chaotic it will get with the multiplayer gameplay.

Underswap echoed - I was about to say how this one reminded me of ts! Underswap lol

Desktoptale - YES!

Dusttale reimagined - Another dusttale fangame, Looks like flowey is the killer in this one.

WOW! Okay so those are my thoughts on the recent under event. These all seemed pretty cool and i LOVE to see some of these.

Well, underevent is kinda like Nintendo Direct for undertale fangames, fancomic etc. There were already three of these, and two of them had host, Revtrosity in one, and ShyRenn in another.

Many interesting projects have been announced there, like trailers for ts!underswap, call of the void, underverse or deltatraveler. Surprisingly, Underevent has some kind of lore in it, so if you plan on watching it, watch whole thing, even after credits

✨Prediction time✨

This is my predictions for Underverse 0.7 part 1; using the stuff we currently have (songs, and the live streams I’ve watched). New predictions may arise when the Underevent video comes out ^^

THIS WOULD INCLUDE SPOILERS FROM THE LIVE STREAMS, IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE SPOILED PLEASE DON’T READ!

Start off with the songs:

Remembrance:

- My first thought was that this was going to be about Cross; maybe he’ll remember the moment he has with his family or something, having a moment will say.

- Or the reasonable one; this is Ink starting to feel alone, realisation, or perhaps guilty, remembers all of the aus he once protected and now is gone because of Error. All because of his friend’s plan.

- Remembrance could also be during Error and Ink’s interaction; Error reminds Ink about their truce that he broke, maybe will get a glimpse of the void that they’re were put in (reference to the redacted comic, The truce).

- It could also be like an “vaguely talks about something that relates to Xgaster” moment, (probably not but you know, that’s just a theory).

Uncertainty:

- Uncertainly seems like something that may include Frisk with their gang (Toriel, Asgore, Alphys, Papyrus, and Undyne); how they know so little about what’s happening.

- Or another would be with Undyne, though I doubt it. This song doesn’t strike me as that type of song for that. (Reference, live streams).

- It could also be a moment with Xchara but I kinda doubt it as well.

- Sans perhaps??

Overdrive:

- First impression; I thought this would be like Xmettaton’s theme for that one scene, fighting against Undyne.

- Or another one would be Error and Cross, Ink’s fight.

- Something else I’ve seen from others, we might see Geno in this part.

Things I’ve seen from the live streams, and my thoughts:

1. (From the latest one, 11)

Clearly there’s something happening with Xgaster and Xchara; perhaps Xgaster was taunting Chara, mocking him, or making comments. It’s also clear that Xgaster is using his family as a way to upset Chara; knowing how close he was to Asgore (timeline 2 is a good example) he would probably use that opportunity more than once, also with his brothers (one example from twitter, you could also find it on yt community tab or Pinterest I believe).

Even though it may seem this is Chara’s breaking point; I don’t think Chara would rebel against Xgaster just yet, it would be nice… though it would be too early I think (expressly since this is only part 1). I would think he’ll probably do it later in the series.

2. (6 - 7 I believe, live stream)

So with this one; Undyne would probably find one of the double gangers (Mettaton), and maybe (if I remember clearly) Frisk might appear?? Though the only one I know for certain is that Xmettaton would definitely come back again.

Hopefully Undyne would be able to get out of there and cause more confusion for the others once she’s told them all about it, and Frisk is like quiet for the whole time as usual and then Xgaster may come up again (only to Frisk).

3. Obviously there’s going to be a fight between Cross and Error, and then Ink joins in to help Cross (from what it looks like). Maybe after or before the fight; Cross would talk with Ink, maybe he’ll learn more about Xgaster or get some sense into Ink and telling him the problem. This may also be the moment where Ink slowly starts to realise the issues that his friend caused; even if Ink doesn’t immediately help Cross, it would probably linger with him, maybe even in one episode he’ll question Xgaster.

4. Maybe (not feeling it, just a thought) we’ll get a reference for the one event, that Cross still doesn’t remember. (Though the main ones are the above).

This is all I could muster up on notes (it’s hard to write something from head :( ); Probably more would come up after I post this, I’m very pumped for the announcement, just looking at the live streams is just making me excited. I just thought I’ll do something different and do this; I’ve never done this stuff and always kept it to myself, but I have no one to talk to about this in real life :,)

Omega Timeline: Poppy’s Story (also known as Ask Poppy) is a story set in the titular Omega Timeline, a location founded by CORE!Frisk amidst a white void, which is a safe heaven for genocide survivors, people from timelines in a dire state, or just a place for people that aren’t neccesarily in peril to hang out in.

The story follows Poppy Marusina, adoptive grandaugter of CORE!Frisk, throughout her everyday life in the Omega Timeline, her family, and what comes with living in a place with so many look-likes. With so many tragic stories around them, how can one’s story not end up blending with everyone else’s?

Undertale AU Showdown is a series of videos inspired by Shovel Knight Showdown, created by Yacht Club Games, and Undertale, created by Toby Fox (obviously). The premise is that 35 AU Characters from all over the Multiverse have been dragged into a timeline by a Gaster, and must battle their way out, meeting new friends and old foes along the way. 

You can find the videos in the official Undertale: AU Showdown Youtube Channel. It is still on-going, though infrequent in updates.

Frisky Caretaker AU is a Sprite Comic that depicts Frisk in the role of Toriel, with Asriel tagging along them. The story focuses on the Ruins portion of the AU, and is thus very short. 

The comic has been completed, you can find all of the comic here.

Undertale: PaperStory is essentially an aesthetic AU. Though with some additional partner characters, it is mostly just a retelling of UNDERTALE’s Story. That being said, it is a project I hold near and dear to my heart.

Tantamount is a Sprite Comic following a similar role structure to that of SwapShift’s, but with various differences and an unique story. The story for instance follows a post-genocide story where Frisk was victorious, and the consequences of that event.

The story is currently on-hold, but you can find the AU here.

Storyswap Color is an AU made by Lolika-0777, Chip Potato, and yours truly that (mostly) follows the role placements of the aforementioned StorySwap, but with an unique story. I was a writer and main artist for this project.

Omori: Dreamwork is Teamwork is an OMORI AU written by yours truly, and Tyrone. The story takes place one year before the canon game, and the dream friends have bled into reality alongside Mari. Interactions ensue.
