Supplementation v3
Heya! Today I received a parcel and within a new supplement to try! This time it will be CITRULINE
Pros of citrulin intake (it’s a pre-workout supplement that works at an actual workout, so the result will be given to you soon): a) Decrease in fatigue during exercise and making you increase training capacity. b) Reduction of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) even by 40% c) Better pump (increased nitric oxide level) These are actually the most important facts about citruline. I will check it out at my next gym workout and give you a response if I find it useful or not really. Do I find it necessary to use supplements? Of course not, this is just little help/improvement. For example when you are craving for some ice cream it would be good option to make it of yoghurt, sweetener like xylitol/erythritol and a dose of whey concentrate or another flavoured product. It’s also a good way to combine many ingredients in search of new super-tasty meal (To later drop it at blog, lol). That’s all about citruline for today. See you later! Knurr out.
