This is Sue, who started on her weight loss journey at the end of February, carried on all through lockdown, of which I am completely in awe.(Oh BTW, She also lost her job during this time and still managed to stay resolute!). She was 19st 4lbs And is now 13 st 7lbs. Her original target was 13 stone but as she is completely smashing the diet she’s amended that to 12 st 7lbs - and she will get there! She has dropped from a size 18/20 to a size 12 in trousers and on the top 26 to 14 and she is a lovely tall 5ft 8.5 inches. She is now walking miles per day and feeling full of energy, something that she couldn’t have contemplated before.
