Peaches is an orc knight, alongside imp Banschee and their little baby boy. Banschee and the baby don't live at the castle so Peaches goes to visit her lil family in town from time to time when she gets a break from her knightly duties.

Brent is a tailie (read: elf with fluffy tail, essentially) who found his calling as a jester. he is thriving being able to entertain and jangle around, and have access to the tastiest cheeses a prince can buy! :)

and thirdly we have fishman knight Emilio! he's gunning for Drew's job as the head knight in charge. it's not going to happen but a fishguy can dream can't he!

aklsjfla nope if i write to music i just look up a random playlist but mostly i dont listen to music while writing or i get distracted

ough mostly i go right into it... ive tried to do outlines to varying degrees of success....... i havent found an approach to writing that consistently uhhhhh works?? yet?? we'll see i suppose. advantages to pantsing is that im not bored and get into the flow better but if i pause i'll wind up forgetting what i wanted to add and often think of things later that mean fixing the beginning and often i feel like it's very noticeable that i didnt plan anything.... for outlining and planning i end up getting a tighter plot, purrhaps, and hit the story beats i want to but usually i spend so much energy and excitement outlining and moodboarding that i lose traction with writing it.... rip

🙌What's a line or paragraph of yours that you're proud of?

Man, I’m happy with pieces of All Octobers. That was probably the most intentionally-crafted thing I’ve done that isn’t original fiction, and I’m still a few months later happy with how some parts of it sound — particularly like the directness of the opening: “1955 was curling in on itself, desiccating like a pillbug.” I think it communicates the fic’s major concern, the time, season, setting, atmosphere, etc. all pretty concisely in ten words. I’m happy with that. 

📕How do you feel about people printing your fics?

COMPLICATED! On one hand it’s so so incredibly moving to me that somebody would ??? Want a physical copy of something I made? To hold? As an object??? That’s insane to me. Somebody on here (won’t tag in case they don’t want to post about it LOL) showed me the most incredible covers they’d designed for their own bound copies of S2G2 and SCO which are so beautiful and carefully and lovingly done I almost can’t believe it. That much work…???? And for some little story I wrote???? Just the most flattered I think it’s possible to be. 

On the complicated side — I am always so afraid there’s some egregious typo or mis-named character or something that I can NEVER CORRECT once it’s a physical object in somebody’s hands. And (though this may be a heavily self-critical bias) I have a hard time maintaining faith in my writing. I feel guilty if somebody goes to the work of making a physical version of something that I think doesn’t deserve that level of dedication — I could’ve, and should’ve, written better, etc. <- Probably not particularly rational and comes off as self-pity rather than informed self-critique so I try not to talk about it LOL

🦉Is there another author that helped inspire you to write?

TONS! I’ve answered this before with lists of fic authors AND non-fanfic authors, so I’ll let those stand, but also add uhhh I’ve been doing a lot more theory-heavy and nonfiction reading lately because of life circumstances, and those authors have been doing a lot to retool how I’m thinking about the work of writing / shaping / presenting narrative, realism as style, hermeneutics, whatever. Lots of semiotics. Ridiculous but it is tangibly (I think? I’m not a great objective observer) changing how I’m writing. Maybe for the worse? Maybe not? For the weirder, probably.

We also have pcos!! (Undiagnosed but we fit all the symptoms our mom has, she agrees we may have it as well) hope it's okay that I add on!

-skin tags are pretty common for us

-irregular skin pigmentation(specifically around the neck or pubic areas)

-sweating/overheating a lot

-hormones are harsher (which leads to pmdd for our mom at least and weight gain, losing weight is harder than others)

-very very painful periods (use to be irregular but it's been consistent the past year or two for us thankfully) (it's also common for ur period to be worse every other month, corresponding with which ovary has the most cysts)

-more "masculine" features such as adams apple, muscles growing easier/faster, oilier skin/hair, deeper voice, ect.

-puberty starting earlier than is "usual" (but it's also true pcos can cause puberty to start later than usual!)

And uhhh that's about all I can remember lol (or feel comfortable sharing;-;). I hope this helps!!

we saw in your prns.cc that you have pcos. we've been questioning for a while if we have it, and of course researching it. but, if your comfortable, could you mayhaps tell us a little about your experiences with having pcos? we don't really get to talk to other people about this stuff and it might help us out a bit

so with our uhh experience with PCOS we have

-Extra body hair (mustache , extra pit hair, longer / thicker arm and leg hair, some chest hair, kinda-sideburns and extra pubic hair<- sorry if TMI/gen)

-Semi irregular periods (usually have one every month and is very painful but the time when they start is very VERY inconsistent)

-We don’t have any extra weight. We are a bit below weight. But that’s due to other medical problems. Most folks with PCOS have a lot of fat around thigh / lower stomach area !! But we do have problems loosing weight !!

-Acne around lips(like mustache area and chin/side of chin.!!)

thats just our experience with PCOS symptoms though !! If you have any specific questions like about it we can try our best to explain !!

• ALRIGHT. Let’s get this out of the way, I believe Alan, aka, creator of Villainous and the Voice Actor for Blackhat (both English and Spanish) as said he is in fact not ticklish but the rest of the gang is. So :/

• And I’m someone who loves sticking to canon if something has been made canonical… however. IM WILLING TO GIVE A FEW LEE HCS DESPITE THIS. Just for the fun of it/to humor the idea. But it’ll all mostly be Ler HCs. Okay? Okay.

• So, if he was/became ticklish (aka, Flug did a oops or something), I highly doubt anyone could even touch him unless you’re Demencia, even then it’d be rare. He hits me off as someone if he could prep himself for oncoming attacks, or if he knows that’s about to go down, I highly doubt it’d work. He’d keep his intimidating presence and just glare someone down for it. No laughing, no funny business.

• That being said, again, if he was ticklish, it’d be best to launch a sneak attack.

• Don’t keep tickling for a long long time either, his patience will run thin and he will potentially snap at you.

• Rough/merciless tickles definitely work, but oddly enough, I feel like gentle ones do better for him. Just light laughs and batting your hands and such. He likes having control and being able to actually get ahold of himself. Could you tickle him senseless? Definitely. But he’d probably prefer something more gentle if he had to choose just for the sake he feels more control if that makes sense.

• Plus, he’d probably be upset with tickles if he isn’t super trusting of you. Like, if your a client? Say bye, he’ll snap and beat you. Someone like Demencia? Ehhh no. Flug? …Okay so maybe no matter what he won’t be the happiest about it. But he rather have it be someone like Flug who knows his place and how far he could go. So be wary of your status in his eyes.

• OVERALL. He would probably be snappy about it, no matter if it’s gentle or merciless, just be sure to show you have respect for his limits.

• But, whether he’s ticklish or not, if you dare try and do so? You’ll have a demon to face.

• He’s someone who has a distaste for it usually.

• “Villains don’t engage in such activities! Now. Get back to work.” Or something around those lines.

• He’s not one to engage in it intentionally whatsoever. But if he were to engage in it, you better hope he’s feeling merciful.

• He’s a force to be reckoned with if you somehow find yourself on the receiving end of his claws.

• His claws are vicious tickle wise. He knows how to make it a tickly hell while making it non-painful. A beautiful but merciless mix. It’s also killer for navel traces, genuinely those are unbearable.

• However, he isn’t usually very gentle. Gentlest he’ll get is small scratches and scribbles to the neck, and even then, with his claws it’s very tickly and typically makes people super giggly. But in general, be ready to laugh your heart out.

• Tease wise. He’ll of course tease in his own Blackhat way. Likely something along the lines of “My my my, you seem to be getting a little… squeaky and squealy, are you now?” or “What’s with that little smile of yours? It seems very unvillain like. I think you need to fix that before the hero’s don’t take you seriously.” And if it isn’t something like that, it’s just little deep evil chuckles.

• “Ohoh… is someone a little too ticklish to handle this?”

• He’ll say that too.

• He found out Flug was ticklish by trying to scare him, using his claws to grab him by his ribs/side area… right? Wellll that got exploited real fast. And it’s safe to say Flug was likely rubbing his ribs to try and ease the tickly feeling after.

• Demencia once got wrecked by him. She was… happy at the least, but was extremely giggly. Not that her being all smiley and giggly is abnormal.

• Anyways. While he usually doesn’t engage in it, the times he’ll do so is usually to knock you right into your place or because he tried to scare you or whoever and his claws happened to hit in a tickly way. Or he just started squeezing your sides to add a surprise factor (though after those side squeezes he just goes about his day, doesn’t really last.)

• He doesn’t exactly understand the point of it though, he understands there’s some pointless science about it but doesn’t ask, let alone care. But to him, it’s just funny to watch people squirm like a fish out of water underneath him without actually murdering them.

Dear Evan Hansen info dump! Dear Evan Hansen info dump! Pls I saw it in London and fucking despised that show

OKAY sorry this took a while I got tied up at work.

For those unfamiliar, here’s a very basic rundown of the plot as I remember it because I refuse to revisit it.

Content warning for. So many things. Suicide, mental illness, lying, gaslighting, and like. Just a weird song about siblings. I dunno.

So basically there’s this kid named Evan Hansen who has social anxiety and probably depression, and he sees a therapist, who has told him to write letters to himself as an assignment. It’s the first day of school after summer break and his arm is in a cast because he broke it climbing a tree. This is our “hero.”

He’s got a crush on a girl named Zoe (Zoey?), who he desperately wants to notice him but he’s awkward and shy and has a song about it. Zoe’s older brother, Connor, is what happens when 45 year old theatre producers google what a depressed teenager looks like. I think he may actually be described in canon as looking like a school shooter? Even if I’m wrong about that, it’s clearly the intended vibe.

So Evan goes to school with his letter, meets Connor there (who he does not know at all, and that is extremely important), and Connor asks to sign his cast. He does it HUGE letters so it’s impossible to miss, but while this interaction goes down he finds Evan’s letter, which talks about how he has put all of his hope into his relationship with Connor’s sister, Zoe. It’s worded weirdly ambiguously because it’s a surprise tool that will help us later. Anyways, Connor freaks out at the idea of Evan writing about his sister, and he takes the letter.

Later Evan gets called into the office to speak to Connor’s parents, because Connor has committed suicide. And on his person is a letter that begins “Dear Evan Hansen.”

So now everyone is convinced he was Connor’s only friend, and that this was Connor’s suicide note. Connor’s family starts asking Evan questions about Connor and instead of explaining the mixup, Evan just ???? Goes with it???????????? He makes up a WHOLE ASS BACKSTORY about his deep friendship with Connor, writes additional Dear Evan Hansen letters, and develops a relationship with Connor’s grieving family.

A person at school (in the musical the character is a girl but in the movie I think the actor is non-binary and I dunno if the character will be or not) sets up a memorial for Connor and asks Evan to speak. He does, someone posts his speech on youtube, and he goes mega viral for talking about the impact Connor had on him. Suddenly a whole campaign starts, around the phrase “You will be found.”

Evan gets super famous, but his mom and his friend uhhh Jared I think is his name have gotten wise and shit is falling apart.

Okay I did have to google a bit for the ending because I blocked it out.

Ultimately Evan confessed what he did to Connor’s family, because the “suicide note” got leaked online and now people blame Connor’s parents. So he comes clean in a way that is like “I’m so sorry, but please consider that I was sad.”

And they’re mad but they don’t pursue it at all or tell anyone about all of his lies because ???? What are consequences???

Evan’s mom finds out that his fall that led to a broken arm was actually a suicide attempt, so she feels guilty and sad for??? Being a single mom and having to work?????

A year later Evan meets up with Zoe who says that actually everything Evan did was okay because it brought her family closer together, and actually thru needed this.

Evan has no consequences, other than feeling kind of guilty, and the show ends with him writing another letter to himself.

So like.

Where do I start? The weird infantilizing bullshit of a sad white boy receiving no consequences for his actions?

The fact that all of the work on “The Connor Project” is done by the show’s one (1) character who is regularly cast as a person of color, who receives no appreciation?

The fact that, oh yeah, it turns out that Connor was emotionally abusing his sister for years, to the point where she has a whole song about how she doesn’t know how to mourn for someone who has caused her so much pain. Evan, aware of this, uses his own ROMANTIC FEELINGS FOR ZOE to come up with a lot of stuff to “prove” that Connor actually cared about her, making her believe that her dead brother who tormented her actually gave a shit, because it helped Evan get a girlfriend. This plot point literally FLABBERGASTS me because I never see anyone talk about it.
