Might need to go to a doctor or smth soon. Dealing with a lot of paranoia & fear & shit. Can't sleep during the night. Can't be in the dark without going into an attack. Coffee doesn't help. Alcohol doesn't help. Don't really have otcs that help or access to self-medicate.

Not doing so hot. Dunno what brought this on but it's been about a week and I'm tired as fuck
