Hi! I was curious if you were ever going to post the kaon UGC.. or if it was just for fun

kaon is actually officially finished, however i just released a different set (SG jetfire) so i wanna just have a little intermission time between releases

im also holding off to see if they release this one update, an update that lets me post avatar bodies to the group for better coherency

this new style is VERY difficult and time taking, and i just dont have the energy anymore to keep up at times, but kaon has revived a lot of my interest and i hope i can make more like him !! helex and whirl are in WIP too, and some other planned chars are froid, sunder, getaway, rosanna/rewind (if rewind is made, chromedome will be too)

my focus is just weirdly shaped bots, id just like to keep the robloxy style while preserving the body type :] if theres any char suggestions feel free to throw them at me

omg hello anon! sorry if this is SUPER late

i started with frankenmeshing. the very first hair i made was a mashup of the face framing bangs from Vampires and ponytail from Get Famous, it was basic but i learned a lot!

here are some of the tutorials i followed. keep in mind that i bookmarked these videos years ago, so they're a bit old and my process has changed quite a bit since then (also i use Blender 4.1 currently)

these days, i mostly make hairs from scratch using curves thanks to this tutorial by @aler-ii <3
