You know what I love? Stealth premades.
I love premades that only exist in item descriptions and building descriptions. Even if you're doing a premades-only hood, they let you put a little bit of your own flair into the neighbourhood. So...
Meet Steve von Dough of the Von Dough art gallery, along with his child River and his wife Eloise.
In his youth, Steve spent his life savings on an exorbitantly expensive, funny shaped building, which he turned into an art gallery. He did pretty well for himself-- well enough to retire with a nice midcentury mansion and to pass his business off to his heir. River isn't too interested in selling paintings, per se... but they do like photography.

Greetings from Bluewater Village.
Public (community) lots
A quick introduction to all of the public lots in Bluewater Village. This is the lots that can't be owned by a sim.
There's currently 3 public community lots in Bluewater Village:
Bluewater Retirement Home
Right in the middle of Bluewater Village, you'll find a big, but cozy, retirement home for those elder sims who seek a close-knit community.
Hunter's Park
It's.... a park. lol.
1-2-3+ Gym
A free to use gym for any sim who wants to. The gym features basic training equipment and a sauna. There's even talk about expanding with an indoor pool at some point!

Tinker [1]
I've never played with these guys before so this is exciting for me
They both want to have another child. I guess they both gave up that Melody would take over the family business xD
Who am i to say no, have at it
Damn, Bella is in every welcome wagon these days
Hi Melody, oh look she brought Aurelia
-Good news, Melody. You don't have to feel pressured to take over the family biz because we are expecting a new kid!
They are very much in love
I checked and Wanda has the badge in toy making. I do think I might open them a shop once she has the a few in the inventory. I do find it funny that they presure Melody into following in their footsteps when they dont even own a toy shop
I think I will open a gallery for Melody. Her room already looks like one.
Oh yeah, she brought a friend but is ignoring her to paint
Oh look who got their first bump!
Why does every mother want to be friends with Aurelia? All of them thinks she's good wife material or something? What is it? xD
Look at Melody socialize
Well this is an improvement
I am loving the pregnancy morph in the chubby body type. I need more round sims

Kristen: So, if this is your bakery, can I find you here every day?
Gilbert: Almost every day. I also got a side job in the athletic field, but this store is my true passion. I could also give you my number, if you need anything special...
Kristen: Kristen, my name is Kristen. And yours is *reads nameplate* Gilbert. I like the sound of that.
Gilbert: Well then, see you around, Kristen!

Uberhood (82) - Off To The Next Round
Pleasantview 🏡
Old Town 🎷
Belladonna Cove 🏙
Bluewater Village 🛒
Desiderata Valley 🎨
Riverblossom Hills 🚜
& Katatty's Downtown 🌆
Before we'll start the next round I just wanted to let you guys know that I revised my Downloads folder. I threw a lot of stuff out (and added a ton as well. 😅) The Sims and houses won't look any different, don't worry. I also integrated the TS3 Traits Project for TS2 into my game. Now, as we go round, I'll add traits to the different Uberhood Sims.
Thank you so much for commenting, liking and sharing your thoughts with me. It means a lot to me and yeah, just thanks. 😊

if Sims 2 is a More Bitchin' Lesbian Simulator, there are too many lesbians in RBH for me to neglect it
....and of course BV has our beloved Melody Tinker, who I don't want to overlook

Bluewater Village: The Gieke household
Year one: introduction
Meet Chester Gieke.
His bio reads: "The quintessential Gieke, Chester can tell you all about the last time a star exploded or the latest computer games, but he doesn't know much about real people. He'd love to meet some non-robotic friends, especially the female variant of the species."
