Tank knew, Violet Jocque was one of the easier to get girls in school. She was four years younger than him, so it was probably unethical to take advantage of her, but he wanted to prove his siblings, that he could also get one of the girls. Not that he had seen Ripp make out with any girl at school at all. But he was always surrounded by a flock of pretty girls, giggling and touching his forearm. Tank also wanted that attention. He was happy when Violet agreed to come home with him. Strangetown was a pretty long bus drive from Desiderata Valley, where Violet lived, away.
