You and Alex had just finished an argument and Alex is standing by a counter resting his head on his hand. He can’t stop thinking about it and he does so many thing’s to try and get his mind off of it. He goes outside, he gets a glass of water, but no matter what, that feeling of guilt kept hitting him like a brick. He decided to apologize to you since he knew he couldn’t get rid of the feeling until he apologized. So he went and grabbed your f\s and made his way to your shared bedroom. He opened the door slowly and quietly and he saw you sitting at the edge of the bed staring at the wall. He slowly approached you and sat next to you. As you both sat there in awkward silence, he slowly turned to you and spoke to you softly, “Amor.. I'm sorry. We both said some things but I felt like I should apologize. Please forgive me amor.” He placed the snack in your lap, “and I brought a peace treaty..” He watched as you looked into your lap and smiled. “Fine. You and Alex had just finished fighting and he's sitting at the dinner table going over the fight. He thought that since he always apologized first he'd give you a chance. Yes he was being salty but he just wanted too see. He explained to his friends the argument you had had and they "gave him advice".

"That wasn't even your fault! she should've apologized not you!" His friend yelled through his mic. "I know.. but I just cant stay mad at her.. I love her too much." Alex said slightly lowering his voice toward the end. "Oh. I guess that's a valid reason. There was some silence until Alex spoke up, "ok fine. next time I'll wait longer to see if she apologizes."

He was gonna keep his end of the deal. He waited and that guilt came back like always, but he fought it. A little later he was hunched over the table scrolling on his phone, but he was immediately awakened from his daydreaming when he heard footsteps in the halls. He tried to act like he didn't notice. "Hey, I'm gonna get food you want anything..?" He heard you ask and was visibly disappointed that you didn't apologize. "Oh- uhm, yea sure." he answered without looking at you. "Ok I'm getting TacoBell so ill just get what you usually ask for, mk?" He hummed yes and waited to hear your footsteps as you walked away, but he felt confused when he didn't hear you walk away. Instead he heard you walk closer. He heard you pull out the chair next to him at the dining table. "Hey, I'm sorry for starting that dumb argument. I should've probably just admitted you were right, but you know how I am.. Will you please forgive me..?" He smiled when he heard the words that came out of your mouth and looked up at you. You were so happy to see that cheerful smile of his again. He stood up and immediately hugged you from behind and began kissing your cheek. "By the way.. did you actually want food because it was just an excuse to come apologize.." He looked at you with an "Are you serious..?" look. "I don't forgive you anymore." and so does one miya osamu

he of the gray hair (just beginning to grow out his roots), incredible proportions (the shoulder to waist ratio), and dreamy eyes

and while you’ve been working there longer than he has and are generally the consummate professional at work

you just tend to get a little lost when he’s around

sugar turns into salt

you have to ask customers their name twice

and it’s been a couple times now that you’ve spilled a drink because you looked at him while you were pouring and got caught up in a daydream or in focusing on his outfit and easy smile

it doesn’t help that whenever you make those mistakes

he nudges you and hands you the correct ingredient, sometimes coming up behind you and brushing your waist on his way past if he’s feeling bold

he mouths their name to you once you’ve turned around, laughter sparkling in his eyes

he’s there to wipe off the counter in seconds, and he’ll grab your hands in his to inspect and ensure none of the liquid got you

with all that and his way with words— he’s never made you feel uncomfortable or awkward— your crush on him is astronomical

his only flaw, frankly, is his twin brother

you don’t mind atsumu much, only serving him with the same customer-service pep you give everyone else

but in osamu’s book, atsumu stops by all too often, and blows up his phone afterwards with ridiculous notions about osamu’s gigantic crush on you

except he signs up for shifts with your schedule in mind, gets annoyed and fucks up their drink purposefully when random customers try to hit on you, learns your favorite drink and makes it for you every time you work together, either as a good-morning gift or a pick-me-up after a long day

and osamu’s not in denial to himself— he’s taking things slow, he doesn’t want to make you uncomfortable, he’ll tell you about his feelings when he’s ready— but he sure is in denial when his twin teases him about it

the thing is

atsumu may be stupid, but he’s not dumb

he can see how osamu blushes when you lean over him to wave at atsumu, knows that osamu’s lockscreen is a selfie of the both of you, grinning and holding up peace signs to the camera, and, most damningly, has heard his brother practicing how to ask you out in the mirror

and he can see what ‘samu can’t— you like him just as much as he likes you

so once he’s gotten bored of the jokes and the pining, he decides to take matters into his own hands

so the next time he goes in and both you and osamu are working

osamu can immediately see the evil intent radiating off of him and inwardly groans, wondering if the owner will let him post a picture of atsumu captioned we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially this man on the wall

probably not, he thinks. they have the same face. it could get confusing.

meanwhile, you’re working the register, and since the shop is empty, atsumu makes a beeline for you

“hi, atsumu,” you say, with just a tad bit more enthusiasm than other patrons get. he deserves brownie points for being your crush’s brother. “what can i get for you today?”

“hi, yourself,” he says, and a chill runs down osamu’s back, warning him of imminent danger

tsumu-sense, is what it is

“you’re lookin’ like a tall glass of water,” says atsumu, and osamu blanches. he knows atsumu’s not genuinely interested in you, just trying to provoke him to action

but he also knows that not a lot of people would turn down a pro athlete in the works

and that even when his pickup lines are ridiculously corny, he manages to deliver them with a mixture of humility and charm that turns them into half-jokes that get him exactly where he wants to go

and suddenly, he feels incredibly shaken (not stirred) at the thought of you being receptive to his brother’s advances

while osamu has a crisis

atsumu continues

“can i get some of that?”

you stare at him

“...water?”

“yeah,” he falters. maybe the reason ‘samu hasn’t gotten anywhere with you is because you’re oblivious as fuck.

“uh, sure,” you say. “do you want anything with your water? which will cost sixteen yen, by the way, for the cup.”

“well, i was hoping to get your number,” atsumu adds

this time, you wince, unable to keep your polite facade up

“yes,” says atsumu unrepentantly. “is it working?”

“he’s stupid,” he scoffs. “but he was trying to do something nice for me, so i guess i won’t look a gift horse in the mouth, or whatever.”

“okay,” you say, stepping closer, trying to look encouraging

“you’re, uh, you’re really pretty,” he swallows, unnerved by the proximity. “i mean, i didn’t mean to say that. or i was gonna get to it. shit, ‘tsumu, why’d you do this to me?”

he looks so distressed

You don’t think you hear him right and ask for him to repeat himself

“We- we’re doing a maid cafe, my shift is in the morning….” his words start out strong and then he quiets down in the end as if he didn’t really want you to hear when his shift was

“Okay! My class is doing a haunted house! And after your shift, we can roam around the rest of the festival together! On a cute date!”

After you mention that it was going to be a date after, Yamaguchi’s eyes widen and he averts his stare, and his blush, which you thought was as red as it could go, got even redder

“A-a date? O-okay, if that’s what you want senpai….”

“Yup! See you then tada-kun!” you exclaim as you skip away excited for your date tomorrow, not even processing the fact that Yamaguchi had mentioned that his class was putting on a MAID cafe….

Time skip to the next morning as you leave your house ready to go put some makeup on others faces so that they can scare the living daylights out of some random students and members of the community

It finally hits you, Yamaguchi’s class is doing a MAID CAFE

You automatically assume he’s probably going to be in either a butler outfit or a chef costume and get to school

You go straight to your classroom, shooting Yamaguchi a good morning text and letting him know that you’ll meet him at his classroom when his shift ends

He responded with a quick message that he’d meet you outside his classroom at the END of his shift, emphasis on end

You get there in the morning and do everyone’s SFX makeup for the first shift

You were supposed to have stayed there “on call” in case someone’s make up was messed up but the let you go walk around the festival as long as you kept your phone on you and were able to head back if you were needed

Since you were able to leave you decided to head to Yamaguchi’s class and surprise him by arriving earlier

As you walk down to the class, you notice girls leaving his classroom blushing, giggling, with a dazed look on their faces

You reach Yamaguchi’s class, and peer inside the door, taking in the decor of the room

As you do so, you notice that the attire everyone is wearing is different from what you expected, because the girls aren’t in maid outfits and the guys aren’t in butler outfits, but its the opposite

The guys are in maid outfits and the girls in butler outfits

The cogs in your brain start to click and you realize why yamaguchi was so bashful when he was admitting what his class was doing

You realize-

YAMAGUCHI IS GOING TO BE IN A MAID OUTFIT

Your eyes start to scan the room, searching for your precious boyfriend

But instead of spotting him, you make eye contact with Tsukishima, who is in the back cooking, cakes? But he gestures with his head to the corner of the room, where you notice a figure trying to act inconspicuous

Your eyes widen as you notice the cute green hair, the adorable freckles, and the nervous stature

The cute boy in the corner wearing a maid costume is your boyfriend Yamaguchi!

Your jaw drops as you start to make your way towards him mind not working at full speed

“Dashi?” you call out, dumbfounded

Yamaguchi’s head snaps up and you make eye contact, his blush deepens and he quickly shifts his eyes to the ground

“Y-Y/N-senpai? W-what are you doing here?” he stutters out, and almost impossibly, his blush deepens

“I was able to leave my classroom during my shift at the festival because they didn’t need me anymore at that time.” you state, your eyes drinking in the outfit he’s wearing, the lace on the apron and headpiece, and the ruffles of the sleeves. 

You reach out and grab his had, softly speaking, “you look really cute ‘dashi, im jealous others got to see you in this before i did.”

As you say this you can see him visibly gulp, “Thank you Y/N-senpai, but i didn’t want you to see me in this… its embarrassing…”

“No its not baby, you look cute” You say, trying to calm him down

As he starts to calm down you give him a kiss on the cheek

He grabs your other hand and turns you towards him, and then he presses a kiss to your forehead and says “I didn’t want to seem weak infront of you senpai, i’m sorry i didnt tell you this is what my class was doing.”

“‘Dashi baby, you could never seem weak to me. You look adorable like this.” you reply a soft smile on your face as you look up at him. “Now when does your shift end so we can go on our date?”

He checks the clock and replies with “another hour, sorry senpai.”

You check your phone and notice a text saying that you’re needed for makeup in your classes haunted house. 

You tell Tadashi this, and start to grab your stuff to leave.

“I’ll come to your classroom once my shift is done senpai, i can’t wait for our date today!”

So while at work the other day, I daydreamed an au that was a mix of @beanpots​ Day and Night AU and Sailor Moon. It’s kinda strange for me because I only know the bare minimum of what Sailor Moon is about, which resulted in me making things up as I go along. Bear with me.

So, there’s the King of the Day and the King of the Night (don’t really have names for them and hell if I’m going to fallback on Latin words) and they watch over the Earth from their Moon Kingdom. One day they are invaded by beings that appeared from a black hole and their kingdom is almost destroyed. To give their kingdom a chance in defeating these evil beings, they send a keeper of souls to another dimension so that the two kings and the Guardians of the Moon can be reborn and find a way to defeat the invaders once and for while. Why did they go with this dumb plan? Hell if I know.

In an alternate Earth, the King of the Night is reborn into Yuuri Katsuki, ordinary everyday university dance student. One day he comes across some little kids bullying a cat and he steps in to help. Turns out the cat can talk and it informs him that he has to become Sailor Moon to defeat the bad guys from the black hole and save the Moon Kingdom from destruction. Yuuri is reluctant because he just wants to live an ordinary life damnit but he can’t say no to an adorable talking cat, especially one that likes katsudon as much as he does.

The Sailor uniforms look like these but, of course, designed to fit their themes and colors.

Phichit is Yuuri’s best friend and Sailor Mercury. He’s also a dance student, majoring in traditional cultural dances, and helpfully documents every monster battle and mission.

Chris is Sailor Venus, of fucking course. He’s close to a certain silver-haired senior student at their university and teases Yuuri about him every chance he gets.

Guang-hong is Sailor Mars. Don’t fight me on this. He has a crush on music student Leo who unfortunately gets caught up in all the monster battles that happen every week. He uses the incidents as inspiration for his music.

JJ is Sailor Jupiter. LOL another J. The biggest planet for the guy with the biggest ego.

Seung-gil is Sailor Saturn because he’s F A B U L O U S

Uranus and Neptune are lesbians in the og series so let’s keep ‘em that way. Mila and Sara are these scouts respectively. Only difference is that they’re bi not gay lol

Yuri P is the son of King Day and Night who followed the kitty soul keeper into the portal to the alternate earth but due to the laws of physics or some shit, it takes months for him to arrive (though in his POV it takes seconds) and he’s only ten years old here because adorable babbu Yurio~

Yurio loves his parents very much and misses them very much but is also very determined to help free his people from the invaders.

Otabek is a human boy that Yurio befriends instantly. He also gets caught up in many of the monster-of-the-week incidents but unlike most of the other victims, he remembers them pretty clearly. So much so that he knows who the Sailor scouts are and also who Yurio is.

He plays dumb though because he wants to protect Yurio and knows that there is surely a reason that this is being kept a secret.

Yurio is Mini Moon. Phichit teases him about it. It makes him very angry.

Will Yurio become Black Lord because of the evil intentions and manipulations of the bad guys?

They’re kinda sorta friends because they’ve had a couple classes together, worked with each other once in a while, follow each other on SNS, and run into each other on campus but that’s mostly it?

Yuuri is oblivious about Victor’s gigantic crush on him.

Two dumb souls pining for each other.

Oh yeah, Victor is the reborn King of the Day.

He’s also Magenta Mask, the mysterious masked vigilante in a sparkling magenta suit that helps the Sailor Scouts out of tight situations.

Despite his name, he throws blue roses as weapons and distractions.
