Love Sand Excerpt: Connor and Khom at the Hotel
**Connor brings Khom back to his hotel, and listens to the story of Khom's first love, Type, and how Type broke Khom's heart with his hatred and homophobia.
"Why are you smiling?"
Of course, Khom was utterly surprised. He thought he'd see sympathy, pity, or even contempt. Instead, he saw a broad smile, sparkling eyes full of satisfaction, and a face full of confidence. No, that was more than confidence, it was assurance.
Connor reached out to pat Khom's nose with his thumb.
Then he spoke in a firm voice that made Khom shiver.
"Because I won't lose to someone like that."
"Lose? What are you talking about?" the young man was utterly confused.
"I won't lose to your friend."
Well, Khom wasn't brilliant and didn't pretend to be. But right now, he felt foolish for not understanding Thai words from Connor. He didn't understand what he meant, how the story about Type turned into a story about winning and losing. There was no mention of a competition at all.
Khom's confused face made Connor smile, then he moved closer to rub his nose against Khom's soft cheek.
"I'll win your heart."
"Win... my heart...?"
"Uh-huh."
Khom must have looked like a deer caught in headlights for Connor to laugh so loudly, eyes shining with satisfaction.
"You're so cute."
"What?"
Khom was even more confused when he was complimented for being cute.
"Look at you, staring at me with those big eyes but still holding onto me."
"No, I'll let go." Khom tried to pull away, his face red, but Connor tightened his grip around his waist.
"Khom."
Damn it, don't call me with that voice!
Khomgrich took a deep breath when he heard the deep, sweet voice calling him to look back. Then he met the eyes of a man who was too confident in himself. Still, he knew that Connor had everything to be confident about. The man slid his hand up his back, making it warm.
"I don't think I'd lose to someone like that. I'm sweeter, more understanding, more attentive, and I'd never insult you like that. No matter how you look at it, I'm the winner."
Khom was so stunned he couldn't speak. His cheeks flushed even more. He tried to push away, but he didn't have the strength.
What a self-absorbed man. But a self-absorbed man with a lot of charm.
"Your friend is just an old friend who made you realize you like men. You're upset because you think you're losing a friend you've known since childhood. Can't you see there's nothing I can't handle? I thought it would be scarier than this."
Honestly, Khom felt like Connor was seducing him. And this man was really good at it. It turned out that Type wasn't a wound in his heart anymore, but just a friend.
"We're talking about my friend, aren't we? When did it become a competition?"
Connor slowly shook his head.
"Khom, I don't know your friend. I don't know what kind of person your friend is. And I won't judge anything. I don't sympathize with him for having a hard time and becoming like that because I don't know him. But I know you. And between your friend's story and yours, I'm more interested in yours," Connor explained, but it made Khom speechless. He didn't know what to say.
Honestly, Khom felt that the issue he worried about had become trivial.
"But you asked me to tell you about Type."
"I wanted to know the other competitor and if I could compete with him, but now that I know, I'm basically the winner."
"Wow, the audacity." Khom didn't want to insult him, but it slipped out uncontrollably.
"Haha," Connor didn't argue. He didn't even pretend to not understand the word.
Mwah!
"And the more I know..."
Khom's body shivered as Connor spoke in a husky voice, his eyes sparkling, his hands gently stroking Khom's back.
"That you guys have never slept together before... No, even if you had, I'm confident that my skills... are superior."
If Mut or even Type had said this, Khom would have burst out laughing and told them to get over themselves. But when the words came from the green-eyed angel brimming with confidence, Khom felt weak, his heart pounding, his cheeks flushed, his body heating up because he knew what Connor knew.
His body had been surrendering for days now.
Never before had anyone made Khom beg for mercy like this.
Now, looking into those passionate green eyes, all Khom could do was part his lips to accept the kiss that came with the sweet promise.
Forget sex. Just a kiss from Connor was enough to beat everyone.
The men Khom had been with before didn't really like kissing, unlike Connor. This man was ready to crush his lips and slip his tongue inside, enjoying making Khom weak and pliant. His hands gripped Connor's broad shoulders for support, letting Connor explore his mouth until Khom moaned in his throat.
This is so damn good.
When Connor pulled away, Khom chased after him, nibbling on the lower lip of the big foreigner impatiently.
"In Thia, you call this 'eager', right? I like eager people," Connor whispered huskily against his lips, laughing in his throat, but it sent shivers down Khom's spine. "Want a reward?"
"Why do you want to give me a reward?" Khom asked, panting. He wanted to blame it on the fever, but it wasn't. His body, especially that part of him, was heating up all because of Connor.
"Because you told me about your friend, your past. Want a reward from me?" Connor wiped the saliva off by squeezing Khom's lips hard, then pushed his thumb into the warm mouth while pulling Khom's other hand down to touch... the center of his body.
At first, Khom didn't understand, but when Connor's green eyes looked at his mouth, then down to his hand touching his hard part, his cheeks turned bright red. His eyes were moist, and his body was tense with desire.
"What's up?"
"You're a pervert."
"Are you sure I'm the one who is a pervert?" Connor laughed, his voice hoarse, while Khom was speechless. Because what Connor was offering was what he wanted.
He'd wanted to know what it tasted like since he first saw it.
If embarrassment could kill, Khom would have died already. But his curiosity and desire outweighed his embarrassment. He moved down from the chair, his face leaning towards the bulge in Connor's pants, which hid the hot part that had once tormented him. His eyes were moist with lust, and then his hands... slowly pulled it out.
"You want this?"
It was a weird question that Khom wanted to curse at, but couldn't. His eyes were focused on the huge part that made him question how it could fit inside him.
Oh, and he wanted to know what it tasted like.
Khom wanted to know the answer so badly that he was shaking, and he didn't hesitate to lick along its length, which made him shudder. It felt unbelievably good when a large hand landed on his hair and stroked the back of his neck.
Connor made Khom feel more comfortable sucking the cock until he made a pop sound, then kept doing it again.
Khom liked it. Very much so.
The young man used his other hand to stroke the base while licking on the tip. His soft tongue pressed against the shaft with desire, and his body shook when he heard the low moan from Connor, which encouraged Khom to take it deeper. His heart was beating fast, wanting to please the other badly.
Like what Connor had done to him.
Khom didn't care anymore that the sound of his lips sucking the flesh echoed through the room. He was only interested in the low, satisfied moans and the tense abdominal muscles from the sharp pleasure. The young man didn't realize that Connor had pulled his pants down to his thighs, revealing his round butt...
SLAP!
"Nghnn!"
Connor's firm hand smacked Khom's round butt, causing him to jolt and gasp for breath. It wasn't pain but the spreading numbness that made his private part damp.
"Nghnnn!"
Suddenly, Connor grabbed Khom's neck and slid his cock into the boy's mouth. Khom's eyes were glossy from the lack of breath, his lips moving up and down, willingly accepting the hot rod that was rubbing against his palate and throat.
Until Connor grabbed Khom's neck down and crushed his bruised red lips. Their hot tongues intertwined, transmitting a taste that made his body tremble harder.
"Tell me what you want," Connor whispered against his lips, his wild eyes fierce.
And that made Khom answer in a whisper:
"You."
The wicked angel smirked with satisfaction, quickly standing up and pulling Khom, who was too weak to follow, and pushing him down on the soft bed. He then yanked off Khom's pants and tossed them aside.
But instead of pouncing on Khom, Connor took long strides to grab a packet of condoms from a bag in the corner of the room. He soon returned to the bed, tossing several boxes aside and tearing one open. His large hand managed to roll the condom onto the tip, then pushed himself back to Khom's lips.
Khom, with teary eyes, met his intense gaze for a moment before opening his mouth.
He slowly took the big cock into his mouth.
"That's it," Connor commanded while the listener tried to carefully cover the entire length with his mouth, his body trembling, his heart pounding, his body screaming for something to fill him, something that was currently rubbing in his mouth.
"Faster."
So when Connor pulled out, Khom scooped under both of his knees and spread wide, revealing the tight hole that needed to be filled. His face pleaded, as did the moaning sound.
He wanted it now. Right now.
Smooch!
"Connor," Khom whispered fervently as the tall figure bent down to kiss his ankle. Connor Warrington smirked wickedly.
"Hmm?"
Damn it!
Khom protested internally, but in reality, he was trembling with anticipation. The more those lips traveled across his ankle, the more he wanted them elsewhere. His backside was throbbing, demanding something to fill it. Khom knew Connor was aware of it too, as his intense green eyes never left Khom's butt.
"Put it in. Put it in now."
At this point, Khom didn't care about anything else anymore. His desire was so strong that he spread his legs wider, revealing his tight, sweet hole.
"Connor, nghnn."
Just as Connor tore open a packet of lubricant and squeezed it onto him, Khom breathed heavily, feeling the liquid trickle down his butt cheeks.
"Ah, hurry up," Khom moaned even louder when a finger slipped inside him, squeezing tight until he heard a soft chuckle.
"Not enough?"
Khom shook his head vigorously, twisting his body restlessly.
Give it to me! Give me more!
"You're so cruel," Khom complained, looking up at him.
"I haven't even shown you how cruel I can be, Khom," Connor responded, positioning his hardened flesh at Khom's soft entrance.
At this point, Khom wasn't listening anymore. His teary eyes were focused where Connor teased him, his anticipation growing stronger. It was not that he didn't want it. Quite the opposite. He was just patiently waiting for Connor to end his torment when Connor finally put it in and stopped teasing his slutty hole like this. Why did he have to tease him?
"Beg me," Connor commanded.
"Fuck me. Fuck me hard, please," Khom pleaded through his tears.
Suddenly, Khom cried out, his face violently contorting as a wave of heat surged through his body. It wasn't a violent intrusion but a slow, sensual push that made him moan continuously. The pain, the tension, was incomparable to the heat that was invading his hole, pushing deeper until it hit his most sensitive spot.
Tears covered Khom's face, his eyes red and glossy, his cheeks flushed, and his swollen lips emitted cries of pleasure. His body twisted and contorted, then began to respond to the other party by moving in rhythm. No matter how many times Connor thrust into him, Khom only pressed his body closer.
"More, Connor. More. More."
Khom didn't understand didn't want to understand why his body was such a slut for this man. All he knew was that when Connor was pushing his desire to the limit, he was gasping for air, his hands clutching the broad back and digging his short nails into the tiger tattoo every time the big guy moved.
Connor knew when to slow down, when to speed up, and when to thrust his body forcefully.
This is too good to be true!
"Ah... that's so good. Ah.... fuck, Connor."
Connor leaned down to kiss the sweet lips over and over, his large hand pushing Khom's wrists above his head, the other lifting his leg higher, then thrusting forcefully.
But as soon as Khom was about to reach his climax, the driving force slowed down, accompanied by a sweet, gentle kiss.
Time and again, Khom's face was wet with tears, his body twisting and writhing under Connor's body in a mix of torment and pleasure.
"You good?" The heavy panting voice sounded above his head, followed by a kiss.
"No, you're cruel. You're very cruel."
"Aw, no, I'm not, Honey." Yet, he thrust harder, making Khom jolt and stare at the stern face.
As soon as the large hand brushed the sweat-soaked hair away from his face, his trembling lips uttered a hoarse plea.
"Let me finish, please. Let me cum, Connor, I... I'll do anything."
Khom was completely unaware that his words and his enticing expression were awakening the beast within Connor.
"Anything?"
"Hmm, anything," Khom gritted his teeth, thrusting his hips upward, trying to control the hot surge of desire coursing through his body.
But in an instant, the man beneath him let out a loud cry as Connor lifted Khom to be on top. Connor didn't wait for him to adjust his position. He gripped Khom's hips tightly and then... thrust rapidly with passion.
"Nghnn. Nghnnnnnnnn. Yes. Yes. More. More, I...I..."
Khom's cries were incoherent, his arms tightly wrapped around Connor. His trembling knees pressed against the soft bed, trying to lift his hips above Connor's body, creating space for the bigger man to thrust harder. He hit Khom's sweet spot with precision each time, causing tears to stream down his face.
At this point, Khom didn't care about his sweat-drenched body or the scent of lust filling the room. He didn't care about anything but the large body holding him, teaching him a passion he'd never learned before.
It was torture, but it wasn't unpleasant.
"Nghnn!"
Once again, the hot surge targeted his weak spot, causing Khom to cry out, his body tensing as he released a warm stream of liquid onto their stomachs. His body went limp, collapsing onto Connor with a spent force.
"Baby."
Khom didn't have the strength to respond to the sweet call, but he jolted when Connor didn't stop there.
Connor pulled out and then pushed back in heavily.
"Wait... don't... let me..." rest, a real rest.
"You said you'd do anything, Khom," Connor reminded him of their agreement, flipping Khom back onto the bed. This time, he pushed Khom's legs so far back that his knees were almost touching his chest.
"But..."
"Anything?"
Connor raised an eyebrow, then smirked wickedly. Seeing the man drenched in sweat, his eyes burning with desire, moving rhythmically to stimulate Khom, all Khom could do was avoid his gaze because... he couldn't deny it.
His submission was rewarded with a sweet kiss and handprints on his hip.
"You know what? I'm free all day," Connor said in a playful tone.
Khom turned abruptly, eyes wide, but before he could argue, the self-indulgent man immediately played romantic songs.
"Connor. Connor. Nghnnn... you're so cruel, extremely cruel," the young man grumbled, kneading the bed sheet until his palms turned white, his face contorted in ecstacy.
"Am I really that cruel?" Connor leaned down and smiled.
"No, no. Again. Please."
Khom wasn't sure whether Connor was cruel or kind. Connor did everything he asked for every time he whimpered, but Khom didn't see where it'd end. Yet, part of him... didn't want it to stop either.
He wanted to be loved. He wanted more.
Connor Warrington was right. Khom was utterly defeated.
---
"Are you tired yet, my love?"
"I don't know. I just don't know anymore."
"Huh, you're so young, and you're already tired?"
It doesn't matter! You're just too strong!
At this time, the sun's light was fading, casting an orange-red glow across the vast sky, indicating that the entire island would soon be plunged into darkness. But time was irrelevant for the two men confined in the room. Khom didn't know what time it was, not how many times they'd done it or how many used condoms were on the bed. In other words, he didn't care.
Khom only cared about the man lying next to him, his body pressed close.
The man in question was softly laughing, teasing him about the strength of a nineteen-year-old. Khom wanted to retort and say that Connor was the one who was so strong it was scary.
As mentioned, since morning, Khom didn't know how many times he'd been 'hugged'. He didn't have time to care, because Connor was always ready to draw his attention again. Whenever Khom thought his strength was returning, the other man was ready to drain it from him until he was completely spent.
Moreover, Khom had realized that Connor was exceptionally good at this.
It wasn't just about the sex. After receiving the reward that appeared to be exactly what Connor had desired, Khom's senses left him. He could only moan under the strong body that was ready to make him forget everything, his first love, the people around him, the scars on his shin from the accident. He could only moan until his throat was dry. Plus, there were countless ways that made Khom feel like he was going to die of exhaustion. He was so tired that he passed out in Connor's arms. When he woke up, it wasn't because his stomach was growling or because he'd had enough sleep, but because Connor was looming over him, kissing his stomach until it was warm. But this time, it didn't end in bed. Somehow, they ended up in the bathtub.
Khom vaguely remembered Connor saying he'd take him to wash off, but with a body as hot as fire, what could cool him down wasn't cold water, but something even hotter.
Indeed, Connor 'finished' Khom in the bathtub, and it didn't end there. They went back to the bed again, where Khom didn't dare to recall the unfamiliar moves that made him feel so good. In the end, Khom didn't go anywhere further than his room all day, but he wasn't bothered.
Hell, he had to admit, it was damn good!

Love Sea episode 1 Commentary
So yesterday the first episode of Love Sea was released. After watching it, I decided to put down my thoughts and impressions. Hopefully I can keep it up until the end of the drama.
First, a few things:
I have bought and read the Love Sea novel. I will try my best not to spoil anything, but this knowledge informs my perception and my commentary. I have also read Love Sand, which chronologically happens before Love Sea, and I will spoil minor plot points if I think they can help understand elements in the drama.
There will be no Mame hate in this post, or in any other posts.
With that out of the way, let’s start:
The drama opens by separately introducing the main characters. Masahamut is diving, checking and noting damages, while Tongrak is on his way to the island, wearing the most impractical travel outfit he could have possibly worn. We learn that his stay on the island was booked by Connor Warrington, a close friend of his.
The character introduction is pretty well done. Masahamut is set up as a character who deeply cares about the well-being of the island he lives on. He is shown interacting with his friend Palm (they are not biologically related, they are senior/junior) and we get an impression of someone who communicates well with others and has a joking, playful side to him. Meanwhile, Tongrak is shown alone, even as he talks with Connor, we do not hear his replies, so we get the sense of someone cut off from other people. His outfit is also very fancy, showing his financial comfort, but also wildly impractical, showing that he is not very down to earth.
To explain who the characters are in the Mame universe, Masahamut is the best friend of Khom, who is Type’s childhood friend (from Tharntype). Khom is dating Connor, who is close friend with Tongrak. Tongrak is also a novelist, and his novels have been adapted by the movie director Aphros, who is Prapai’s uncle and the director who inspired Sky after his breakdown (not going to lie, with all those connections, I am low-key surprised that the closest we ever got to incest was Tum and Tar’s relationship).
At the docks, Tongrak is not exactly impressed with the place he will be staying at. We have it confirmed that Connor booked his stay because Tongrak’s next novel will be about the ocean (Connor my beloved I love you so much you asshole). Masahamut meets Tongrak at the docks and decide to piss him off by speaking in a Southern accent and not driving an appropriate vehicle to transport his suitcases. After Tongrak blows a fuse, Masahamut cuts him off and borrows a cargo tricycle.
This develops the characters a bit further. Tongrak shows a rather childish side and a lack of control over his emotions, while Masahamut’s confidence and capacity to adapt is set up. We also see more of his playful, “troll” side. I also like how his popularity on the island is subtly shown by having him borrow a bike from someone with no issue whatsoever. People trust him!
Tongrak immediately calls Connor to complain and demands to go home, further showing his childish, needy side. We get to hear Connor, who is mostly amused. Meanwhile, Masahamut unloads Tongrak’s suitcases with an amused expression and grabs the phone to chat up with Connor.
For more explanation about Connor and Masahamut’s relationship, they met when Connor stayed at the island for the holiday. He met Khom, who was working as Masahamut’s assistant and as Connor’s guide, and Masahamut helped Connor in his pursuit of Khom (in exchange for monetary compensation. Truly a win/win situation for everyone involved).
I love how entertained Masahamut is with Tongrak’s prissiness. He doesn’t care or take it personally, just rolls with it and takes advantage of it to troll him.
Masahamut escorts Tongrak to his room, who immediately pushes him out and ignore his offer to be at his disposal if he needs anything.
Sidenote, but I love Tongrak raging against the suitcase and later at the blankets. It is so cute, childish and relatable at the same time. I have definitely “scolded” a zipper because it wouldn’t open or the printer because it had issues.
We cut to Mook, Tongrak’s assistant/secretary, who is looking very busy and overworked. She is so far the most relatable character in the drama for me, down with the messy hair. She is called by Vi, Tongrak’s best friend, who promises to keep her busy. I love her, she is such a troll! Also a cameo appearance by Ja, which is definitely great to see! Hope he’s been well!
We cut back to Tongrak as he goes to a bar, wearing a really awesome sheer shirt and enjoying the attention he gets. Palm is his waiter, and immediately start hyping up Masahamut. We get confirmation that Masahamut is really popular both with the residents and with the tourists. We also learn that he is bi, which is great! We always love to see bi representation.
Tongrak seems pissed both at the fact that Masahamut is popular and by the fact that people would assume he is attracted to him, which he is definitely not! One hundred percent not! Not a trace of attraction here! Who cares if Masahamut is handsome anyway? Not him that’s who! And his sulking has nothing to do with it.
Next morning, we get to see how much Masahamut is involved in his community. While it may seem a bit heavy-handed, I do like that this aspect of Masahamut is so strongly enforced. It gives him a lot more depth and shows his maturity.
This mature impression is immediately countered when we see that he has a double of Tongrak’s keys and didn’t tell him. He immediately takes on the caretaker role and as he cleans up the room, we learn that Connor paid Masahamut to serve as Tongrak’s caretaker/nanny/guide/sitter during his time on the island. Is it like some kind of gift reciprocity? Masahamut helped Connor date his best friend so Connor helps Masahamut get with his own friend? I also really like the comparison of Tongrak to a cat. It suits him so well. We also have it mentioned again that Tongrak is very lonely (initially, Connor filled that loneliness void, but once he started dating Khom, he could no longer give as much attention to Rak as he used to, hence why he is trying to find a solution.)
Connor wakes Tongrak up. Not going to lie I would punch him! Do not bother me before I had my tea and breakfast! As he tries to punch him Tongrak falls on the ground, giving Masahamut a perfect view of his body.
The “seduction” scene is really well-done. You can see the switch as Tongrak finds himself in a more familiar territory and tries to seduce Masahamut by removing his robe/shirt. He really seems to enjoy having power over Masahamut, especially since the latter has annoyed him so much. However while Masahamut is admirative, he does not lose his head and starts commenting on Tongrak’s lack of body hair. You can really see the switch back as Tongrak loses his confidence. Peat acted really well in that scene!
I love how offended Tongrak is by Masahamut’s lack of sexual interest. Poor kitty got his pride hurt! Speaking of which I also love how Masahamut speaks of Tongrak like a kitty he is taking care of.
Tongrak tries to provoke Masahamut by constantly asking for a different breakfast and being picky, to no success. I always enjoy seeing Tongrak’s bratty side, especially when his brattiness doesn’t work.
Masahamut is such a troll! I love him already!
Meanwhile, Tongrak has found out a way to get Masahamut to do what he wants (to some extent). He pays him to get him to speak in a Central dialect. It really sets well the economic difference between them. Tongrak has money to burn and Masahamut will do anything for money. I love how much he doesn’t care about being bought and getting money from his clients. Masahamut is there singing “Material Girl” and doesn’t care about what anyone thinks!
I love it any time Tongrak’s more vain side is shown. The way he jumps when Masahamut mentions wrinkles. Also he is supposed to be in his late twenties/early thirties.
Masahamut offers his sexual services and can obviously see that Tongrak is more interested than he lets on. “Even if you were the last man on Earth, I still wouldn’t want you”. Oh hey! I heard a cool girl named Elizabeth Bennet say the exact same thing. I wonder what happened to her….
We cut back to Mook rehearsing her speech to Vi to not have to work as her assistant. By the way I love her shirt! As she dares Vi to call her, she answers her prayers and does so! We get to see that Mook has an itemized list of how to deal with Vi! That is some thoroughness! Anyway Vi claims a light bulb in her room is busted and that Mook needs to come and change it. I see Vi subscribes to the “pulling her hair” strategy in courtship. Meanwhile Mook is getting more and more erratic and her faces are amazing! She looks offended, outraged and confused at the same time. Also I love how messy her hair is.
“I’m a frail lead actress who can’t do anything on her own” as she sits on the ladder she used to bust her own light bub to get her crush to come to her place! I love Vi she’s such a troll! Also does she have Mook’s picture? I can’t really see well.
In his room, Tongrak is having trouble writing the sex scene and we learn he needs to have sex or to hug someone to properly write sex scenes. It really is interesting that Tongrak needs an intense physical situation to describe a romantic sex scene, because it suggests that he cannot conceptualize the intensity of the emotions involved unless he experiences a “similar”, physical sensation. It really goes with him being lonely but also suggests he never truly offered his heart to anyone.
The next day, Tongrak is working on his novel, looking extremely cute with his round glasses, while Masahamut is waiting. He soon gets bored and starts reading what Tongrak is writing. I wonder if the sex scene he reads out is a random scene that was written especially for this or if it was taken from another of Mame’s novels. I cannot place it.
Anyway Masahamut is bored of it and takes Tongrak on a boat to show him around. I love how Masahamut gently scolds Tongrak and tells him to sit properly so that he doesn’t fall, causing Tongrak to sulk. It sets up their future dynamic. Also Masahamut don’t scold the kitty! He’s a city kitty and has never been on the sea before.
Tongrak is called by Mook and doesn’t hear her well. Yeah in the middle of the sea it is a lost cause. Masahamut decides to take a dive while Tongrak is on the phone, causing him to panic. I actually agree with Tongrak here! For safety reasons Masahamut should have warned him.
Tongrak freaks out and starts crying. Masahamut tries to reassure him by poiting out that he’s fine but is unsuccessful. I love how he takes the freak out seriously and only reaches to touch him after Tongrak has been unresponsive. Tongrak scolds him and Masahamut reaches out to hug him and apologize. I love the light little kiss on the forehead and how Tongrak slowly accepts Masahamut’s hug.
Afterwards, Tongrak is embarrassed about his crying episode (don’t worry baby it happens to the best of us) and plays the shy Victorian maiden when Masahamut moves to remove his shirt as if he didn’t wear a sheer shirt in public two days before. Masahamut offers to show him the good stuff, and just like Tongrak I was not thinking of clams when he said that! Again, I love how confident Masahamut is! He is aware of his charm and sees well the effect he has on Tongrak. The episode ends with them still on the roof of the boat.
Overall I really enjoyed this episode. It was a good set up for the characters and I love the atmosphere they created. I look forward to seeing more of it.

So let me get this straight: Tongrak wrote The Boy Next World about characters named Phugun and Cirrus. Phugun is Tharn's cousin, and Khom is Type's best friend from the island. Khom is also best friends with Mahasamut, who is fucking Tongrak.
Also in Tongrak and Mahasamut's world, Phugun and Cirrus are being played by real-life actors Noeul and Boss.
I am VERY confused how the world-builders have conceptualized this tangled web, because I have to admit that I am at a loss.

i kind of fell off Love Sea for a few weeks so i'm only watching episode 6 right now, but halfway through i have to say that while I love everyone in this bar my favorite character has to be Connor, Sir Not Appearing In This Film.
What the fuck is his deal, he's such a weirdo. buys his pet writer friend an All Inclusive Beach Vacation that he forces him to go in which includes a Hot Beach Guy to take care of him.
and THEN, as if that wasn't enough, it turns out he ALSO had a sugarbaby that he married, and is the jealous type, and likes to stir shit. This man is a fucking menace all from over the phone. Certified Weirdo Behavior.
i am assuming that Connor and Khom are from their own MAME novel, please tell me if it's one that's already been adapted into a show because i am regrettably a Connor Stan now.
#love sea#love sea the series#also the guy that they cast to be Connor's Voice Actor has a very nice voice!#look i love an unhinged freak and Connor is giving me that in every brief glimpse of him we get#not me on my minor character bullshit yet again#this one is especially egregious

Love Sea - shall I binge or shall I wait? Hell, I'm going to watch it as it airs aren't I? I am Mame's reluctant bitch.
Going in. Let's hope she's got a new sound engineer.
Peat is pretty if inappropriately dressed on a boat, Forth is doing scuba stuff with coral. Hello boys, long time no see. I see you're the same characters as LITA - sunshine puppy vs spiky cat (you're very good at it though).
So nothing much happens but the scenery is stunning (inc the humans), and the story is simple enough so far. Mind you, for a presumably sexually experienced BL novel writer who has to have sex to write spicy scenes Tongrak is sure playing coy - I'd have jumped Mut as soon as he offered.
I'm assuming Vivi is going to try to hit on Mook rather than treat her like an indentured servant but this is Mame so possibly it'll be a combination of the two. Surprisingly, for a Mame story this ep is rather bland so I'm anticipating Peat's character having some awful backstory involving abuse and possibly torture.
Anyway, for those that don't know this is based on the sequel to Mame's novel about Type's friend from home, Khom, and how he meets his faen. Khom was played by Kaprao Pongkorn in Tharntype so if he appears in this with a new face, that'll be the first time Mame has switched out actors in a role.
And this is also the first time she's reused actors in NEW roles. Will the Mame Cinematic Universe survive? Will we get a backstory involving Khom, a scooter accident and extensive plastic surgery? And discover that Mut is Prapai's secret half brother while Tongrak is Sky's clone? Only time will tell. TBH I think she learnt her lesson from Wedding Plan where the most popular eps were the ones that the LITA boys appeared in. She'd be a fool not to take advantage of their popularity and we know that she's not a fool.
Apparently the Cooper who's paid for Mut to run around after Tongrak is the guy who gets together with Khom in the parent story. Do we care about them though? Not really.
Onwards.

Drytech Engineering Systems Manufacturing Unit is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We offer two types of Fully Automatic multi-effect-evaporators and semi-automatic multi-effect-evaporators. Multi-effect evaporator is an advanced evaporator system designed with multiple stages arranged in series. Each stage operates at progressively lower pressures, optimizing energy efficiency for the evaporation process. The system uses steam to provide the necessary heat, making it a cost-effective method for concentrating liquids and recovering valuable substances. Features: Treatment of oily emulsions, coolant fluids, and mold release agents Purging of compressors and water from washing floors Removal of water from washing tanks and reactors Processing of working and washing baths in galvanic processes and surface treatments Handling of penetrating liquids Rejection management in water treatment plants Working Principle of Multi-Effect Evaporator: Liquid Introduction: The liquid to be concentrated is fed into the first effect using a pump. It then flows through each subsequent effect in a controlled manner. Heat Transfer: We introduce steam into the first effect, where it condenses, transferring heat to evaporate the liquid. The vapor then moves to the next effect. Vapor Recompression: In each subsequent effect, the vapor generated from the previous effect serves as the heating medium. It condenses on the heat exchanger surface in the current effect, transferring heat and causing further evaporation. Concentrated Liquid Collection: As the liquid passes through each effect, it becomes more concentrated. We collect the final liquid for further processing or storage. "Thailand: Land of Smiles, Culture, and Endless Wonders"
Every person has a dream, a dream that can go everywhere. Each of us wishes to be a traveller, explore different places and experience different cultures. Traveling is one of the happiest things especially when we are with our families and friends. As one of the young people, my dream is to go to places where there are beautiful views. As a kid, I have always wanted to visit Thailand. The country above is located in the center of mainland Southeast Asia. This location is far distant, since getting there requires taking a plane. When you arrive at the airport, friendly people will welcome you. Bangkok is the capital and most populous city of Thailand. Thailand is known for its beautiful places, rich culture, and delicious foods. It is a famous destination for tourists from around the world who are seeking a unique, exotic, and adventurous experience. Let's go and explore Thailand!
In the beginning of our journey, let us first know the history and culture of the country. The country was previously known as Siam until 1939 when it was officially renamed Thailand, translating to "Land of the Free". Thailand is said to be a "Buddhist Country" where they believe in and worship only Buddhism. Thai culture is deeply rooted in Theravada Buddhism, which influences every aspect of life. Thai culture is full of unique traditions, exquisite art, outfit, dances and flavorsome cuisine. The arts, including dance, music, and intricate craftsmanship, reflect the country's rich heritage.
The first place we will explore is the "Siam Niramit Show, Journey to the Enchanted Kingdom of Siam." Here you can see the beautiful traditional clothes worn by women and men in Thailand. In Thailand they have a unique method of making Rice Pudding which they say it is yummy, from the picture we can say it is very delicious! In Thailand, Elephant is their National animal and their traditional dancing and stage performances can also be seen here. Second destination is going to their temple. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha. I am sure that all this can only be seen within Bangkok. Here you can see the real golds attached to the temples. When you enter, you must remove your slippers, it is also forbidden to make noise and you must show respect inside their temple. On the outside of the temples is where they worship their Buddha, using orange and yellow flowers, incense and fruits to worship and pay respect to him. The third place we are exploring is the famous Floating Market. They call it "Damnoen Saduak", a famous floating market in their area within Bangkok. Here you can see the people of their country selling various goods. You can find fruits, clothes, street food and even hats and what not. All of this is sold in a boat that goes around their river dedicated for sale. This places is really nice to visit.
The next thing we must go and experience in Thailand is their festival. In Thailand, they have various types of festival, in visiting this place here we get to experience their unique festival located in Chiang Mai and across North Thailand. In going to this place you need to commute for 8 hours if you are in Bangkok. One of my favourite festival is the "Yi Peng Lantern Festival". Yi Peng is also known as "Thailand Sky Lantern Festival". This festival is one of the popular in Thailand. The sky lanterns are called "khom loi" in Thai, which means floating lanterns (Zhao, 2023).
In exploring the place, we discover different people. The people in their country are known as "Thais" and an individual is called "Thai", people there are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The language of Thailand is called "Siamese", when you go there and you are not a native speaker, they can still speak English for you. The cities of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Ayutthaya stand as testaments to the country's historical significance and contemporary charm, as you can see in the picture above. The city did not lose its brightness even at night, because the enthusiasm of the people brings lighter to the whole city.
After touring every city in Thailand, we feel hunger in exploring every places and now we are heading to eat. The foods in Thailand, this place has some unique cuisine that people will love. Everyone who will visit this country must try their food. Here we can taste the different types of food that is good like Pad Thai, a stir-fried noodle dish mixed with tofu, shrimp, or chicken, seasoned with tamarind, fish sauce, and a medley of toppings like peanuts and lime. The food and taste is different compared to the dish of the Philippines. Their dish is very affordable with prices ranging from 30 baht (47 pesos) to 80–90 baht (126.24-142.24 pesos) restaurant meals can range from 50 to 500 baht (79-790 pesos). It depends on the food, you should try and experience tasting their dish when you go there.
We finally explore the different tourist spot, tradition, culture, and foods in Thailand, So let us know our expenses. In Thailand, this is a budget friendly country, in visiting it we should know the total cost. The flight cost of Philippines to Thailand is ₱11,961. When you arrive to Thailand it can offer a diverse range of expenses, catering to various budgets. Accommodation, foods, and transportation can be affordable. Budget travelers find hotels and street food more cheaper. Transportation costs vary, with local buses and trains being cost-effective, it can range from 4.50-5.50 baht (7.11-8.60 pesos) depending on the distance. A mid-range budget traveler can expect to spend $75 (4,265 pesos) per day in Thailand. This generally means staying at $20(1000 pesos) per person per night accommodations, eating a mix of street and restaurant food, and going on several tours.
In Thailand, when we visit we should give respect to the people living in there. It's essential to dress appropriately when visiting temples and to remove your shoes before entering sacred places. Be cautious with your interactions and language regarding the Thai monarchy. If we notice, their place is clean and cozy compared to other famous ones in the city.
The dos and don'ts when visiting this country; DO show respect to the King, the Royal family & all Buddha images. Dress appropriates in public places, especially when visiting the temples or religious place. Greet people with traditional "Wal" by putting your palms together and bow a little bit. Avoid disrespecting Buddha images, public displays of affection, or speaking critically about the monarchy, which is illegal and offensive to locals.
Overall, all I can say is that Thailand is worth to travel, we get to experience their amazing architecture, foods, culture, people, etc. Thailand is special because it's not just beautiful but also has a really interesting culture and friendly people. Its old buildings tells a meaningful story, and it has unique festivals that amaze people in. It's affordable, rich in culture, and has stunning nature, making it a perfect place for travelers in Southeast Asia.

Title: Journey of Omega Type
Fandom: TharnType
Rating: Mature
Relationships: Tharn/Type, Type & Techno, Tharn & Techno, Type & Type's Parents, Type & Original Characters, Techno & Tharn & Type & Original Female Character
Warnings: Reference to Non-Con, Reference to Non-Con Underage, Past Child Abuse, Toxic Masculinity, Internalized Homophobia, Omegaphobia
Major Tags: Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics, Omega Verse, Alpha Tharn, Omega Type, Omega Techno, Techno and Type are the BEST BEST friends, Type's Aunt is Queen, Implied Possible Future T3,
Summary: Type has had a lot that has happened to him that Tharn doesn't know about...more than the kidnapping. He didn't have very good friends, or family growing up until he met Techno. Also being an Omega with a father who hates male Omega's and homosexuals...it makes you into something that isn't really you. Luckily, he moved into his aunts house who was very supportive and had his best friend. Now it's just about also accepting Tharn.
PRESENT: I know most people just assume I am an alpha, because, of my rough exterior and dominating personality. Part of me wishes I was because it would be so much easier. I wouldn’t have to go through heat, I would still have my parent's approval, and I wouldn’t have to have a knothead try to dominate me. Those are just some reasons why I worry about it, especially the last one, I might be an omega, but I don’t need anyone. Though would you feel differently if at 11 years old you got kidnapped and sexually assaulted because you were an omega and an alpha 40-year-old man, couldn’t help himself? Oh, and ever since your Por doesn’t even talk to you like it’s your fault for being assaulted or an omega. Then your Mae said to just not talk about it, to the point where you're just hiding yourself. For me, I started hiding my hurt, sadness, weakness, self-destructive thoughts, and insecurity, under a mask of indifference and then that indifference turned to anger. PAST SNIPPETS: I was so happy when I got to be 12 and met a friend, Khom, who was not part of the few blocks by where I lived, who was okay with me just being me. Though my por told me if I hang out with this kind of person then I might turn into that. I had no idea what he was talking about at the time, I just knew that the boy was my friend. It didn’t matter to me who he was, as long as he was my friend. I decided that I wanted to hang out with him, and so I went to his house after school and his mae was so nice. I felt like Khom’s family was so different from mine, they seemed to be more open and caring of one another. I remember one day when he and I were running around the house playing a silly game with his little sister and I pushed a chair in too hard against the table and a glass plate fell on the floor. His por came upstairs asking what happened and he told us not to run around the house I automatically stood up in front of my friend and his sister saying, “It was my fault, don’t hurt them.”

18)Din Sor Viset or Sila Thikhun, powder of calcite stone, calcite is believed having the ability to amplify and cleanse energy, as well as clear and balance the chakras. It can also absorb and transform negative energy. Calcite is a crystal that calms the mind and enhances mental clarity, and it also connects the emotions with the intellect.
THE FIRST PROCESS (Sang Pong / the preparation of holy materials)
After 18 materials are crushed in fine powder, and then added holy powder, water from 7 wells, and plaster cement as binder. The resultant putty was then rolled into cylinders or slender sticks and dried. During the mixing process of these holy materials, the rituals were performed, the offerings were presented to Buddha, Holy Guru Monks, Devas, Masters (teachers), and holy spirits. The ceremonies were held in the temple buildings in front of the Principle Buddha Statue, and monks were saying sermons to invite Buddha, Holy Guru Monks, Devas, Masters (teachers), and holy spirits to bless on the holy powders. And the ritual of spirit possession is performed, a monk who roll the putty into cylinders or slender sticks his body will be controlled by holy spirits, ghosts of departed master or guru monk or devas.
THE SECOND PROCESS (Kiang Pong Lop Pong / drawing formulas of holy cabalistic writings, and then erase them).
After the sticks of powder are dried, then process of making Pong Viset Ha Pragaan begins. The monk will draw formulas of holy cabalistic writings on a chalkboard made of a sheet of mudstone. The formulas are written accordingly to the ancient scriptures, and while drawing them, the monk must say sermons and prayers to invite the power of Buddha, Devas, and holy ghosts of departed master or guru monk to accumulate their power in the molecule of the powder. At the end of each writing, monk will then erase the formulas of cabalistic writings, and keep the chalk dust in a container for further making Buddha amulets.
The Pong Viset Ha Pragaan must be made orderly, beginning with 1)Pong Pattamang, 2)Pong Itthijay, 3)Pong Maharaj, 4)Pong Buddhakhun, and 5)Pong Tri Nisinghe.
The first holy powder or the precursor to make Pong Viset Ha Pragaan is Pong Pattamang Holy Powder by drawing the formulas of Pattamang cabalistic writings with sermons and prayers. After the completion of Pong Pattamang Holy Powder, it will be divided into 2 parts, one as “Pong Pattamang”, and another one is for making of the next Pong Itthijay Holy Powder. Then returning to the first process of making the chalk sticks and then follow the second process to drawn Itthijay cabalistic writings with sermons and prayers, and keep repeating the processes for the next 3 holy powders.

The ancient Thai custom of making amulets and store them somewhere.
The ancient Thai Theravada Buddhism Custom of making amulets with figure of Buddha, and store them somewhere or in the chamber under Buddha Statue, and chamber inside Chedi/Stupa is a custom of Thai Buddhism for the continuation of Buddhism, and for the merits of one who made them. According to Buddha’s prophecy, his Buddhism won’t last after 5,000 years he had founded. And the later generations who accidently discover the amulets with figure of Buddha in them would acknowledge that Buddhism once existed in this world. And Thais believe that the amulets stored in the chedi/stupa accumulate the power, and sometimes the stupa/chedi blasted by itself caused by the power of the amulets inside, those amulets are very powerful and the MOST WANTED among the collectors.

Somewhere Only We Know
He’d known coming back would give him what he needed. He’d also readily admit he’d forgotten the particular taste of salt in the air before the drizzle and breeze would give way to stormy seas and angry clouds full of thunder.
This was were he’d always found solace before, though. Almost 20 years later and a good few inches taller, this apparently hadn’t changed.
There, on a secluded part of the island where tourists never treaded and even islanders had limited access to, there was a small little beach house - a cottage really. Old, but sturdy. Small, but charming. A little wooden porch, eroded in some places, looked out over the stretch of beach and rocks the sea lapped against, its waves growing with the tide and a fast approaching storm.
The havoc to come from above was almost laughable in comparison to the one that had wreaked havoc in Type though, before coming to rest on the very steps he hadn’t moved from for hours at this point.
Type went ‘missing’ a few days after an unexpected...episode not quite 5 years into the last bad memory of childhood trauma that had felt fresh with every nightmare. Years into therapy, the trauma (or rather his explosive response to it) had subsided but it had taken incredible effort, much like the waterline fighting for every inch against the tide - it would never be truly gone as it had become a part of Type he’d come to understand made him who he was and that was something he could live with.
Now, all that was left of this fight were annual check-ins with his therapist and the odd dream chased away by a warm circle of arms as well as the occasional video call with Tar later than appropriate if it were anyone else. Of course, it would probably remain an eternal scar but Type was dealing with it as best as he could.
Granted, the most recent episode hadn’t lasted for long but the impact had been much bigger due to both the intensity as well as the fact that it had been quite a while. This paired with the recent move to their ‘forever home’, as Tharn had affectionately called it, had flared a kind of homesickness in him. Type suspected this longing for home was also instrumental as to why he’d found himself on the steps he’d last seen when he was small enough to need a stool to reach the upper cupboards of the cottage’s small kitchenette. No secret place Khom’s parents had ever hidden sweets in had ever been safe from Type.
So Type had gone back home - the island he grew up on - but not to visit his family home; that would come later. Instead, he’d gone to the only place Type’s parents had never known about. He’d needed to go to a place that connected him to the few things capable of rooting him back to the ground that were not Tharn or, oddly enough, Tar’s small studio atelier in Paris. So, Khom’s family cottage it was.
With the warm wind in his hair and his eyes closed to lose himself to the song of waves that had accompanied him, a trusted companion, through his childhood. Eyes closed, Type centered himself on the white noise of water rushing against the shore and slowly distanced his thoughts from the chaos he’d dragged with him from Bangkok. The tension in his shoulders unraveled, bit by bit. He fully found back to himself when a hand softly settled onto his shoulder, startling him out of his quiet solitude - opening his eyes, Type’s gaze settled on Khom, who carried a mug in hand, cocoa by the smell of it. Type smiled as memories of skinned knees and soaked clothes accompanied by childish laughter flooded his consciousness.
Type must have been pretty out of it not to have heard Khom come in the back entrance and roam around in the drawers. But he was grateful it was his old friend. He was not quite surprised Khom was the one who found him either. After all, Khom had given him the only set of spare keys the day he’d left for uni all those years ago, and for this precise reason - a safe heaven to return to. Back then, Type had never thought he would actually make use of it but had nonetheless appreciated the gesture.
Wordlessly, Khom joined Type on the porch and handed over the mug before looking out onto the sea and quietly waiting for Type to speak, his own silence companionable. Khom was one of the few people who knew, come hell or high water, Type in a mood would sooner leave than talk if pressured. So, wait he would.
“Thanks,” came Type’s voice, a scratchy, rough sound from not having used it in a few days, most likely.
“I figured that, if you’d ever make use of the keys, you’d probably appreciate mom’s trusty recipe.”
Sipping slowly, never quite taking off his eyes from the shoreline, another moment passed before Type spoke again.
“How did you find me?”
“Aow, Type...give me some credit. You may have left the island a while ago but I am still your best friend.”
“.......don’t tell No.”
“Oh, he already knows. Trust me. We had a whole drunken thing about it at your last birthday party. He’s one of your best friends, I was simply the first. He’s not mad about it.”
Type looked apprehensive but Khom’s tone was too calm, a subtle note of mirth in it, to spark any real doubt he was lying to reassure Type.
Khom continued, scratching the side of his nose, “Besides, we’re all grown up by now, Type,” and upon Type’s less than convinced look, he added “sure, some more than others but we’re all way past the friend-pulling stage, don’t you think?”
Type was sure there were some people who would never get past that stage, but luckily none of them were people he knew, so he didn’t bother to speak.
Khom watched Type take another sip. At the rate he was going, Type’s cocoa could only be lukewarm by now. Type’s silence marked an end to this particular line of discussion and a peaceful quiet washed over them.
For a while, that was how they stayed: shoulder to shoulder, watching the rain fall, the droplets disappearing in the sea by the thousands without ever making it rise. It was in a deliberately hushed question that Khom broke their silence.
“What happened?”
“The usual. Just...it’s been a while. Took me by surprise.”
Khom nodded to himself and turned his body a fraction closer to monitor Type’s facial expressions a bit better, subtly.
“...Do you...want to talk about it?”
Type took a while to respond. Khom almost thought he hadn’t heard the question over the waves growing more ferocious by the minute but then...
“Honestly? I don’t know what to say...or where to start.”
Khom huffed out a chuckle.
“Well, you know what they say. Maybe start at the beginning?”
It took Type a while to gather his thoughts and even then the words only came out very hesitantly.
Type had been sent to one of the company’s warehouses fairly later than usual, tasked with picking up some important samples. As his visit came mostly unannounced and the guy on closing duty hadn’t noticed someone entering the warehouse after his troupe was done for the day, the guy turned off the lights leaving Type completely blind, surrounded by nothing but pitch black darkness.
This made the sound of the heavy metal doors slamming shut all the more jarring. It was this unfortunate combination of sounds and environmental impressions that triggered memories of the personal hell of his childhood.
“And suddenly I was back there, Khom. I was eleven again and tied to that chair...or at least it felt like it.”
Khom winced in sympathy but didn’t want to interrupt.
“I couldn’t breathe and when I eventually came to I was just cowering on the ground. I don’t know how long I was in there, honestly...but I eventually started knocking on what I thought was the door. The security guard must have heard me and let me out. I don’t really remember how I got home but next thing I knew I had packed some stuff and was on the ferry.”
The silence between them now was heavy. Khom knew about what had happened to Type, but he still felt at a loss at how he could help.
“Okay...but are you feeling better now?”
“....I’m getting there? I think.”
“Can I help in some way?”
“You are helping already. I’ll be fine, just sitting here is enough.”
Assured by Type’s response, Khom shifted and rested his head carefully and slowly against Type’s shoulder - giving Type an out if prolonged touch still proved too much. Khom’s hair had gotten long enough to tickle Type’s chin, drawing an involuntary smile from him.
“So, your man likes the shaggy look?”
Khom barked out a small laugh and punched Type’s thigh lightly.
“You know it suits me, don’t deny it, you ass.”
Khom couldn’t see it from his position but he would bet his husband’s whole-ass TikTok account but he only does cover dances of girl groups (and he’s damn good at it too) that Type had his trademark smirk on his face - the idiot.
“Does Tharn know I’m here?”
“Take three guesses who called me for help because a certain someone disappeared without warning and ... well, he knows you, Type.”
Khom felt Type nod slowly and could hear the cogs turning in his head, worry creeping into their crevices.
“I told him you were safe and I’d call him once you’re ready to be picked up,” Khom added in an attempt to stop Type’s worries from manifesting any further.
“...thanks, really, Khom. I mean it.”
Well ... that just ruined the mood, Khom thought and laughed.
“Love you too, stud.”
“Oh, shut up.”
